I have been a regular user of Gillette products viz. Razors, Shaving Foam etc. for many years. However, I am sorry to bring to the notice that yesterday at 10 am, the Gillette Shaving Foam container exploded in my bath room just like a bomb with a loud noise causing all the bottles of oil, shampoo, aftershave lotion, etc kept near by being blown away. Luckily no one was in the bathroom at that time. It is shocking that a company which is so well reputed makes such product.

I purchased a can of shaving gel from boots in bournemouth, the can had no pressure& therefore I couldn't release the gel, I actually live in sheffield & when I went to boots to complain they said they couldn't help as I did not have my reciept & they said I could have purchased it from anywhere!, this is no way will stop me using all your products but felt I should inform you of a possible dodgy batch of cans, yours R Stewart

Recently purchased Gillette clear gel anti-perspiration/deodorant. While turning knob on bottom the bottom broke loose and the gel fell on my carpet. Made a mess. I have been buying your products for several years. Real dissatisfied. Had to clean the area of carpet where the product spilled. Not the easiest mess to clean up. Appreciate your time and consideration.

I've been a very loyal, long time Gillette customer. Have always bought your razors, blades and deodorant. Always. For the past 35 years almost. Have always been pleased and happy with your products. Until as of late, when I started buying the item above at Costco. Up until recently there was another product available in a non-gel form. Kind of a "go-on clear" stick I'm assuming. Have purchased tons of that over the years. And then it was no longer available, as it was replaced by the clear gel.

Although this product smells fine, not only do I not like the way it both dispenses from the package it's in, but it's also hard to control the quantity used as well. Too much, not enough, etc, etc. I'm just used to the previous product. Worked great. Why would it be changed? Always pleased with it. And moreover to this concern, I've essentially ruined at least 5 or 6 shirts by using it over the past number of months. Good shirts too; work shirts. Not sure if the ingredients have changed or not, but now I've always got residue on the clothing material itself, along with stains that are very noticeable. To the point where I've not only stopped wearing some shirts, I've actually thrown them away. I'm not one to complain, nor take the time to do it online in general. But I just noticed another good quality shirt with the same problems.

So I'm very upset, and decided to sit down, find this website, and let you know how I feel. Not sure if you can/will/or even want to do anything for me in terms of compensation. The replacement cost of those six shirts would be nice! However I won't hold my breath on that request. That said, I'm going to stop using this product immediately, and try something else. And I may go back to Costco to see if they'll reimburse me for the unused/unopened products I still have.

Bought a 4 pk of fusion proglide blades and within 1 month needed to buy more. I think they should have lasted much longer than that. Always use Gillette products but very disappointed in these. Has there been issues with these blades? Appreciate any explanation you may have. I believe for the cost involved this is not a cost effective product. Thank you for any help you may have.

My family and I went to the kfc in Gillette Wyoming for dinner May 1 2018. I work late so we got there around 7:30 that evening.

We get the buffet. Had to be there before 8 because they shut the buffet down. Most of the salad part was empty and has withered lettuce. Got to the mane course.

No chicken fried steak, a little chicken, mashed potatoes crusty and minimal, chicken n dumplings hard and nasty, and bacon cheese potatoes were the same as the regular potatoes. Now there was fresh desert. Im not there for that. The counters were disgustingly dirty along with the floors.

The trashes were overflowing and the staff was running in circles. There was a young lady working Sofia. She was trying her hardest. There also another young man named Mark that was very rude.

She told him not to put the buffet away because people were still eating off of it. He tells her back, im not they can eat whats left in a very rude way. I and another customer heard that. He made it in my opinion as we can eat the *** thats left.

We are paying customers not animals. There were no small lids the floor was dirty. Icecream was low. We spoke to the shift manager and wanted him to know the rudness that came from his employee.

He did say it would be taken care of. Being short staffed and behind i understand, but looking that bad had to have been a half day of nothing. 2xs this has hapoened.

2 months prior we were turned away from the buffet at 7:50 because they close it at 8, but stay open until 10. I don't understand that rationality. This is my 2nd time of complaint in a year 3rd bad experience.

I have been using Gillette prodcuts for the last 20 years and this latest bath of blades I have bought from Target are the worst.

Two of the four used so far have fallen apart within a week of starting to use them. I am a bearded man and hence there is a small area to shave daily and surprised that's the case with two of the four in the pack.

I would like a new pack sent to me and I can send the defective merchandise back.

I tried to open a pack of Gillette Mach3 blades and couldn't get into it so I had to use a pair of scissors. It was still very difficult to get the packaging open even using scissors and caused me to njure myself as the scissors slipped through the packaging and cut the inside of my thumb. This was very painful and bled for some time. I'm concerned about this and also relieved I didn't use a knife as I feel I would have been seriously hurt. I think you should review the packaging on this item as i feel it it potentially dangerous.

I bought a pro glide 3 months ago and edge part of the blade does not slide in - it's more a factory fault and needs to be fixed. I am not enjoying the machine currently - i recently bought new blades and I am disappointed - kindly advise - I never had an issue with Gillette products in the last 20 years. My edge trimming is uncomfortable as the blade pops out all the time so I got to use it manueally

Hello I have just purchased a packet of your Gillette fusion pro glide blades opened the packet to have a shave and they have cut my face all over. This is not normal for a new packet of blades and not only was it one that I tried but I have used 3 blades and all done the same this was from a packet of 10 normally I can get 3-5 shave out of 1 razor. I am very unhappy with this product. I have been using your products since I started shaving and never had no problem but this everdently is a faulty packet of blades.

I bought a new fusion razor a couple of months ago.
To try it but all it keeps doing is coming on at Radom times after I have used the razor.
I have replaced the batteries a couple of times to see if this was the issue, but it still seems to be happening, any idea, s of why this is happening.
I have to unscrew the base after each shave now to stop it coming on

Have been long time user, started shaving at 15 I am 45 now. Enjoyed your products thick and thin (no pun intended). Have tried number of different shaving creams and blades hoping they would last longer than the next. My facial hair is course and thick when it comes in and thought I would try your Fusion 5 blades. The package reads, 4 blades=4 months of shaving. Just finished shaving my face and head and went through 1 and almost 2 cartridges to finish the job. Was curious about your reply to this.

As I used the disposable sensor 3 razors one of the blades became detached on one end unexpectedly and caused a deep laceration to me left jaw line area causing major bleeding & a scar after healing.
Since this has occurred I have a very unattractive scar on my face, causing self conscious behavior, such as always attempting to cover the injury any way possible. (I.E) make up or clothing as a man make up usage is very unattractive. This scar gets very painful at times.

Hello I am vicky and I use gillette's Razors without any problem but from few months I am getting opened paunches from various shops wherever i go for shopping.
I just want to know coz it's strange...!

I have been a regular user of Mach 3 razors for many years and have always enjoyed the great close shave by the razor with (many years ago the only option was a single blade or even a cut throat) However last monday I purchaced a four pack of blades and during my shave the blade loosened and caused a small cut whilst not trying to make a big deal of this I hope this feedback will help you identify and rectify the product fault .

Gentlemen, I have been using these razors for years but in the last year I have noticed defective razors. The batch above I purchased at a Target store in Carefree Az about 6 weeks ago and every razor in the pack is dull. Something is wrong with your quality control. This is the second time in a year where I paid a lot of money for your razors only to get a dull product. Could it be that you send second quality razors to some stores? Can I get blades that are sharp?
Although I have been using your products for over 50 years I may have to find different razors if this continues. Frank Nejdl

I have no idea that someone is going to agree with my observation or not. Now a days I hate Gillete company because their adds were running all the time (after every 3 minutes) during youtube streaming.

Imagine, you are watching something really interesting and worthfull but after every 3 minutes a silly adds appears with same content and demolish your streaming.

Gillete as a company should take care of such insane approach of advertisement.

I am using Gillette guard for the past 4 year...but last time i faced the problem razor was not working correctly. Then i went to the store purchase a new one, shopkeeper told me that use Gillette Fusion.
I had bought but believe me my money tottaly waste. im faceing a same problem of Gillette Fusion. Im not satisfied with Gillette products. Since last 4 to 5 years im using Gillette but not anymore. Im very disappointed with Gillette. I did not expect at all.

I have the razor with the orange basketball like thing on the back of the razor head. It also has the sideburns trimmer. I think that is the Gillette Fusion Proglide Razor. Last night (October 25, 2017) it came on by itself. I turned it off but it came back on a few minutes later. I have had it about a year or less. Am I still covered by a warranty?

I have been using the Gillette Mach 3 razor system for many years now with good results. About two years ago one of the blades just disintegrated whilst I was shaving, this was the first time it had ever happened to me so though it just a one off. More recently over the last six months I have lost count of the number that have disintegrated before the full use of the blade has been used. These blades are not cheap and am considering changing to a different brand as I really not getting the use out of the Mach 3 blades anymore. Is there something you have changed?
