I have been a Global Concepts client for the better part of 3 years, I was hesitant becoming a client, but I put faith in their agency and that faith has been returned ten fold. With Covid limiting travel abroad, they were able to coordinate trips in the US that my wife and I had never thought of before. Family is important to us and they are truly a family business, they book for not only my wife and I, but when my three daughters start traveling, they will book them too!

Global Concepts is an excellent company to plan your trips
Global Concepts is an excellent company to plan your trips. We worked with Kelsey D., who was absolutely phenomenal. She is caring, knowledgeable and treated us like family. She made our trips worry free, whether it was our Mediterranean Cruise, our multiple trips stateside, or our trip to Hawaii. In Hawaii, she planned our Oahu to Maui trip on an island air carrier that gave us a tour of Maui prior to our landing--truly memorable. I highly recommend Global Concepts for all your travel needs.

Global Concepts has knocked it out of the park again
Global Concepts has knocked it out of the park again. I called three days before wanting to go on a vacation. I asked him about ***, *** and ***. The next day they had everything together my airfare my hotel transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and it was the cheapest price that I could find. They even closed at 5:30 and *** actually was at home still working on my paperwork since I had to have a completed before midnight. They are rock stars. Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed

They worked tirelessly to find great travel rates for my next trip
Thank you to Global Concepts for making my first mini vacation since the pandemic possible. It was short notice but my travel agent made things happen. I appreciated her patience because I was all over the place trying to figure out where I wanted to go.
Once I was connected to Kat *** from Global Concepts, my travel plans were all handled meticulously. She gave me all my options and was patient with me as I made decisions and her follow through was timely. Every phone call was followed up with a detailed email. My experience couldnt have been more positive.
Wasted money invested
Wasted money invested. They havent been able to assist with even the most minute booking. Have sent a message out to *** who got me to invest in this and she never responded. My daughter reached out to them to help her plan her Honeymoon trip and received minimal help. Today I called to see about getting a discounted Disneyland ticket and was promised a Call Back, and NOTHING! Big REGRET here. You are more likely to get a great deal on Groupon than with this SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT invest in this SCAM of a service. Regret! Regret! Regret!

Planning a trip out of country can be daunting. Marlena M at Global Concepts has made it easy and almost stress free. I still have to pay for it and pack! She has worked with a cancelled cruise this year due to Covid-19. When it was rescheduled she had to work with helping us rebook due to the ship being sold. Now we have an even better adventure booked, because of the credits from the previous cancellations. These are the types of unexpected situations when you really need a travel agent. The staff at Global Concepts has been a lifeline for our family. Having the support of caring and knowledgeable professionals has been invaluable. Marlena's patience and creativity in assisting us with the dynamics of travel during these difficult times was amazing. We needed to change plans multiple times, and Marlena's patience and optimism never wavered. Earlier this year, Kelsey also worked patiently with us to plan an extensive trip to Israel that was cancelled due to the coronavirus epidemic. She was able to secure refunds for plane and hotel for a trip that spanned several countries and cities. Her services were invaluable. Thank you Global Concepts! I very rarely post reviews but in a world where the majority of information on everything we see today is only negative...I feel compelled to share our positive experience with Global Concepts. From the first meeting, our relationship with the entire GC team has been full of great customer service, to the point that we feel like an extension of our family. Marlena, Kelsey and Melissa have been so patient and so helpful with every aspect of our travel. We have traveled for years but now being able to effortlessly coordinate travel with our out of state children is just a dream come true. They are happy to build our itinerary from start to finish making our travel truly stress free. Thanks for all you do Global Concepts!

My husband and I have been with Global Concepts for about 3 years. They have arranged all of our trips and vacations without a hitch. We call or email our proposed plans and Kelsey D does the rest. Kelsey is like our own personal assistant. We had a big trip in March to visit family and friends in NY and NJ, but because of the pandemic, we wanted to cancelled the trip (airlines, hotel, car rental, and Amtrak). So we called the amazing Kelsey...and by the end of the day, everything was cancelled, refunded or credited back to my account. Earlier in the year, we wanted an update on our overall program...so we were invited into the office, where they gave us a detailed briefing on the overall program...things that we had forgotten during the initial brienfing.

I keep a busy schedule and both *** and *** kept in contact with me to make sure we could take advantage of the awesome airfare price. *** was in contact with me even when she was out of town. Big kudos to Michaela she stayed way after closing hours just to make sure that she could get ahold of me to book our trip before prices went up! ***, thank you for always being responsive and extremely helpful. Michaela you're a gem for being so diligent, staying late and following through with booking this trip! Not only are these ladies helpful but, they have such sweet personalities! Way to go Global Concepts I'm so glad we signed up!

I don't write reviews often, but I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided by *** at Global Concepts recently. My family and I took a trip to *** and unfortunately upon departure I tested positive for covid and was unable to travel. The rest of my family returned home while I waited several days for a negative test and when I finally received it, I was in a rush to get home. I started looking online and realized that given the time of the test (2:30 pm), it was likely that I would need to stay over for another night. :( I contacted *** around 3:30 and by 4:00 I was in route to the airport with a ticket that would get me home by 10:30 that night! She found me the last seat on a flight that wasn't even showing *** in my app. She also went above and beyond to text me a confirmation in addition to an email. Sitting at the airport I received another text from *** letting me know that my gate had changed so I wouldn't miss my flight! Thank you *** for providing such great service! I appreciate all you did!Liza

I must tell the story of Patty O***, and how she went to bat for my wife and I
I must tell the story of Patty O, and how she went to bat for my wife and I. Recently we had a reservation that we needed to cancel. We are an older couple, and we were very concerned about the Corona Virus. Travelling through airports and vacationing in Orlando isn't the smartest thing to be doing these days. So, Patty went to work for us immediately when I called. Our airline reservations were made through a third party as a bonus, and unfortunately they would not budge in giving a refund. Then, Patty O called Spirit Airlines, and after holding on line for over an hour to talk to someone, was also turned down for a refund. But, Patty did't stop here. She "sensed" that the person she talked to wasn't engaged or understanding, so she called Spirit Airlines again the next morning on her own initiative. This time she was able to get in touch with a person who understood our situation,and graciously gave us a refund to apply towards another Spirit Airlines trip. This was amazing and it wouldn't have happened without the hard work of Patty O. Yeah Patty!

Global concepts has been great from the start
Global concepts has been great from the start. They have done a tremendous job assisting me with flights on 2 different occasions, and one last minute hotel reservation when I was stuck in ***. After returning from an international flight, I called Global Concepts customer service and told them Id missed the last flight out of *** for the night after being held up in customs, and would have to sleep in the airport until the next flight, the following day. All the hotels around the airport was booked, and the representative did a miracle job, and found us a hotel close to the airport that had shuttle service What a life saver, with a 2 year old. My recent experience was that I needed tickets to ***, that were selling out fast, and the prices were changing as fast as the refreshers on my computer. I contacted Global Concepts. *** again, and my representative *** worked effortlessly on getting me the best deal on tickets to ***. She kept in constant contact with me while she worked in the back scenes with the airlines. She gave me the best options to choose from, because I couldnt pull up the same prices that she pulled up when I went online, and after an error was discovered on one of the tickets, by the airlines, she worked diligently with the airlines and myself to get it corrected with no extra cost to me.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! In our person-to-person meeting with Global Concepts representatives, we were enticed to become a customer of Global Concepts by the offer of "free" airline vouchers. Not in our personal meeting or ANYWHERE on any of the paper work did it state that the airline vouchers could not be used during any holiday. When we requested flights for the week before Thanksgiving, it was ONLY then that we were told the airline vouchers could not be used because our flights were too close to a holiday. When we requested flights not using the vouchers, we were only given one choice of flight time. We then called a travel agent in our home town and she said there were many options for flights. We called back with the flight we had chosen so the flights could be booked, but even then Global Concepts did NOT even arrange for us to be seated next to each other. When I requested information on a side-trip on our vacation, I was sent a website where I was supposed to search for the information I had requested. I requested arrangements for travel from the airport to our hotel. I waited a month and NO ONE from Global Concepts contacted me with transportation that we needed. At the last minute, I had to frantically make the necessary arrangements myself. The "travel agent" stated that even though I had done all the the research for flights, ground transportation, side-trips, hotels, she wanted to do the bookings. It became VERY obvious that Global Concepts was only interested in the financial profit from bookings, rather than providing professional travel agent assistance. Our experience with Global Concepts has been a NIGHTMARE! Where are the promises and great customer service that were promised in our meeting? Do NOT waste your money! Jan H.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM *** ON 04/09/022 CONFIRMING MY INTEREST. I ASKED WHAT IS THE CATCH, HIDDEN FEES, DISCLAIMERS, ETC. SHE STATED THERE WERE NONE. I THEN ASKED IF THIS WAS TIMESHARE AND SHE STATED IT WAS NOT. SHE PROVIDED DATES AND TIMES OF THE EVENTS AND I SELECTED 04/12/2022 AT 3PM AT THE *** ON *** IN ***. SHE SENT AN EMAIL FROM A GENERIC EMAIL ADDRESS CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION. I NOTICED THERE WAS NO IDENTIFYING OR DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION FOR THE COMPANY. WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THIS, SHE SENT ME AN EMAIL FROM HER DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THE INFORMATION. AT THIS STAGE, THE LUNCHEON RESERVATION HAD ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED. I HAVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR THAT. SHE THEN EMAILS ME ASKING FOR MY FULL FIRST NAME BECAUSE SHE WAS SETTING UP MY AIRFARE RESERVATIONS. I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE PROVIDING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE *** OR EMAIL & FOUND IT CONCERNING I WAS EVEN BEING ASKED TO DO SO. MY CONCERNS GREW, SO I STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF HER SKETCHY RESPONSES. SHE BECAME ANGRY & RETALIATED AGAINST ME BEAUSE THEY DISCOVERED I COULD NOT BE DUPED OR HOODWINKED. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON 04/12/22 STATING THE EVENT HAD BEEN CANCELED DUE TO THEM HAVING A COVID ISSUE. Last summer I signed on with Global Concepts
Last summer I signed on with Global Concepts. Although their services were expensive, $4000 and I had to pay this up front, they assured me that I'd get that money back. They said I had to pay them, then within 4 weeks or so I would get a credit card in the mail and that card would pay back MY card and then I'd make $50 monthly payments. This was very important to me because this money would come out of my Visa checking account and at 83 years old I didn't feel comfortable paying that much up front. I use the interest I make on that account to live on. I gave my card to the owner, Shane. I was asked if it was a credit card, and I said it's a debit/credit card. They ran the card and I went on my way. I was happy to sign up with the company because of the deals they said me AND my children could take advantage of. My daughter has used their services a few times and was happy with them. What I'm not happy about and the reason I'm giving them 1 star is because I have yet to get that credit card in the mail, thus I have yet to get that money back into my account. I tried calling them after a couple of months and was told they'd see what was wrong. They tried to tell me that I paid in full so I didn't need the card and I told them that is not what I agreed to when I signed up and that I had to have that money back in my account. They later said I was not approved for a card. I have excellent credit and have never had any problems getting credit in the past. Then they said they couldn't reimburse the money because I paid with a debit card. In other words they gave me the run around. My daughter tried to leave a bad review because of their dishonesty but because the contract is with me the review was removed. Now they told her that my account is on hold because of that bad review. So here I am out the $4000 and they are not even providing the services for which I paid. I have been waiting for Shane, the owner, to contact me. I was hoping he actually cared about me, the client. But it's been months now and I have yet to talk to him and get a resolution we would both be happy with. I never wanted to quit using and paying for their services. I just wanted to pay according to our original agreement. At my age paying $4000 all at once was scary.
