I cannot Fault these guys in anyway shape or form... My Brother in law bought me the Family Tree necklace with my two boys and partners name on it and i absolutely loved it...so after contacting them to say the main ring holding them on had come away and i could not get it to sit back in there, they have not only sent me a new one but the customer service was impeccable and fast and they made sure i was happy. Absolutely exceptional...will definitely be ordering again and recommending to a lot of people.

I have emailed them multiple times that I did not like the rings I received. I asked about maybe ordering another stone shape. I never heard back from them, that was last Thursday. I went ahead and ordered it. But now I have decided I want to cancel that order and return my original order. Again I have emailed them multiple times and still have not received a response. I find it very odd that you are unable to call and talk to anyone. And it takes them 3+ days to respond to your email. Is this even a legit company?

I had ordered a mothers love ring with my kids and my birthstone. One of the stones fell out and I contacted by email the company. I was very surprised by the quick response, they wanted a picture of the ring and I sent it. I got another email stating they were sending me another ring and once I got the new one there will be a label to send the old one back. Im happy with the way my issue was handled and resolved.
Once I received the correct order, its beautiful tiny & shiner. The company has bent over to correct the mistake at no extra cost to myself!
I received my beautiful ring in a lovely box. However, I wore it a few times then after several months of not wearing it, it became tarnished from a possible defect. I contacted customer service who were very quick in responding back. They are sending me a replacement ring at no charge and are also sending me the return label for my old ring. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful. I will definitely be ordering jewelry from them again.

I ordered a ties of love ring with all of my children's birthstones. I absolutely love it! Unfortunately I had a small thing happen to a stone and I simply reached out via email to see what could be done and almost immediately received a response back offering a full refund or a new ring. I ordered a silver necklace which was on sale for approximately $100. After wearing it a few times, the silver turned color (pinkish) and needless to say its not pure silver. The company advertised the necklace as real silver. Its definitely not. False advertising completely.

I ordered a Men's bracelet with three engraved names on it. I received several emails stating they were working on my order. I received it -- and it was the wrong bracelet ( different names-- completely). I have emailed - three times. No response. I have called there so-called customer service number and always get the same message that no one is available. I have left three messages. No response This was supposed to be my husband's Father's day gift. Save your money and go to a place that actually has customer service.

The bracelet broke as it got caught on his sleeve the first time he wore it . I reached out and asked the company if they would fix it, if I sent them the beads . Not only did they agree and emailed me a packing slip, but they made me the same one and shipped it so I did not have to wait longer to give it back to him . I will definitely be purchasing again . It's a fantastic gift !

I am so impressed with my sterling silver "Ocean Waves" ring I ordered from Talisa. This is the first time I have ever ordered from them, so I was a bit worried. The ring is so much better than I expected! It fits me like magic. I hardly even feel it's there, but when I look down it thrills me. The silver is so shiny and the jewels also pick up the light. Truly, I couldn't be happier. I also loved that they kept me informed of the process...when it went to production, when it went to inspection and when it was shipped. Talisa Jewelry has outstanding customer service. My first purchase with Talisa was a bracelet. The first bracelet I received was too small. Second, too big and then finally a perfect fit. Each time I contacted the customer team and they immediately created a new ticket. Constantly kept me in the loop throughout each process. My most recent experience with the same bracelet was to have one of the names removed from my bracelet. Amazingly they were able to accommodate my request and created a new ticket for me. I contacted Talisa for information on how I could repair it as I knew it was out of warranty, not only did they replace my ring for free, but they let me keep the original my kids had given me. Their level of customer service is unlike any customer service I have ever seen in my life. They are so helpful, understanding, and just nice to their customers. Very nice to see a company who not only stands behind their products outside of the warranty, but also a company who genuinely cares about their customers. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

After getting my new daughter in law the suede blue wrap bracelet for Christmas, turns out it was smaller that she would have liked. She emailed the company and instantly got a reply and the guarantee to get a new bracelet and shipping return label for the smaller one. This was all yesterday----YES not even 24 hours after I gave it to her AND the day after Christmas. They were amazing and I cannot thank them enough as I too sent a letter of appreciation to the yesterday and again, got an instant reply with a thank you for my kind words. I bought two bracelets for two of my nieces. Communication from the beginning was above and beyond. I received a thank you email at first and then a couple of days later received another one stating my bracelets - with four names on each one - were being worked on. Two days later I received another stating it would be a couple of more days. Two days later they were in the mail and I received them today. Extremely pleased and I know my nieces will love them. Every company should communicate this way and there would be a lot of happier people around. I will definitely deal with them again. They aim to please. Reading the other reviews, this is truly the way they treat people. Loved working with this company.

My daughter ordered me a bracelet for Mother's Day. When it arrived it was too small to go over my hand, nor would it go on my daughter's hand or anyone else that tried it on, with the exception of my 7 yr. old granddaughter (a quality control problem, not a large hand problem). After sending a video of "how to put on a bracelet," because we were obviously not smart enough to know how, they finally offered a replacement with a different kind of clasp. When it arrived (not sent with the express shipping she had paid extra for) the bracelet was HUGE! I had to remove part of the chain from each side to make it fit. Quality and customer service were terrible, would not buy from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

So therefore I knew there could be no tracking or no notification when it was being deliverer ! So I found the customer service and explain my dilemma, and that I did not have an order number or the correct email address! The only information I could give them was the day that I paid for it and how much it was and what it was that I had ordered and could they please help me! Within a day or two they got back to me with the tracking number, the order number, and the postal service so I could follow my order to my home! It arrived days later, and I am very happy with the product, it was e a toy as described.. I will definitely use there company in the future

Good afternoon, I received my Talisa Engraved Ring Stack [18K Gold Plated] yesterday, and I just HAD to write a comment about this ring... This is the most gorgeous, most sentimental, most attractive ring that I've ever worn! I have my daughters' names on them and they both have "double names". Emma Grace, and Lily Rose. Emma Grace was one letter too long, therefore, it wouldn't work. But after email communications, I was told that the designer said that he COULD make it work! And I must say they couldn't have turned out more perfect! My 20 year old Niece passed away last week, and we had her Service Saturday. And to receive this ring on Monday was an absolute Blessing to me. Emma Grace is in heaven and lives 3.5 hours away. Lily Rose is in heaven and still at home, but working and going to College. So it seems that I hardly see them...But to look down now and have my Girls with me constantly is more of a comfort to my Heart than I could ever explain. I saw a ring on the Talisa US LLC website & fell in love with it, so I ordered it. However, when it arrived, I quickly realized that it didn't look like the one I ordered. I was so disappointed...but not with Talisa US LLC. I was disappointed in myself, because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Knowing that it was totally my fault, I still reached out to them to see if there was anything they could do in exchanging the one I ordered, with the one I had really wanted. To my total surprise, I got a very quick reply with a "We have created a new ring for you!" No questions asked. They simply went to work on making me the ring I had meant to order! Furthermore, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, rather than asking me to risk my safety, they told me not to worry about returning the 1st ring until after the pandemic was over! WOW! I work in customer service, and I was so impressed with their service that I immediately told everyone I know! And, even better than that was when my new ring arrived! It was EXACTLY what I had wanted and I love it! It's beautiful and the fit is perfect and the quality is awesome! I would highly recommend Talisa US LLC!

I recently placed an order for myself of the Lapis Lazuli Mens Name Bracelet. The quality (for the price) genuinely surpassed my expectations so I ordered a similar bracelet for my wife and one for my sister. After wearing my bracelet today for an hour I realized that it was too tight and becoming uncomfortable. This is completely my fault, they have a tools and guidance that help you measure your wrist and I just assumed I would need the standard size. Knowing that this was a customized bracelet and that I myself was in the wrong, I sent an email today 3/22 to Talisa's customer support to see what could be done. This is why I'm posting this review a few hours after my email. My email was to request that I would pay for shipping both ways of the bracelet and that I would be ok with paying whatever was fair for them to resize the bracelet for me (believing that the alternative would be that I would simply have to buy a new, bigger bracelet if they were not willing to help). Vladlena emailed me back within minutes and to my surprise she actually offered something much better than what I was hoping for. They offered to make me a new (customized) bracelet in the bigger size at no charge and they also said they would include a return shipping label at no charge so I could send the smaller bracelet back to them. I've ordered so many things online (especially since Covid) and most, if not all of the instances in which there was an issue with product resulted in headaches, frustrations and sometimes just throwing the product away and writing the experience off as a painful learning lesson. I believe that a company and its product is as good (or as bad) their customer service and support. Kudos to Talisa, Vladlena and their team for providing world class customer service and support! You now have a loyal customer who will refer your company/brand whenever the opportunity arises!

Love the style of the ring but questionable quality. My first ring lost a stone within a month. They did send a replacement but I have now lost another stone and it is out of warranty and, of course, it will not be replaced. *** was prompt to respond on both occasions though.
We ordered a bracelet in a size too small and the company was quick to respond to the dilemma. They immediately sent a bigger size with a shipping label to return the small one at no cost to us. Over and above for our mistake of the sizing.
Jewelry is beautiful-have purchased several pieces. Received in a timely manner and they follow-up after the purchase. Presentable packaging (cute little box w/slide drawer) and care is taken to enclose silver in an airtight plastic bag. Will certainly order from them again.
