I too got the call from global connect regarding the free gifts and requested to attend the session. Thanks guys for saving me from this crap.

I had a same experience, their sales representative forced to buy their membership plan for 3-5 Year but some how we escaped.
They given me their last offer to Pay 28, 000 + 8, 000 AMC charges for 7 Nights 6 Days tour with in the India, later on i realize its all fake how can with in 35k a company is giving me a holiday of 1 lakh rupees..

There are no of such companies making rounds in this field. One of them was Spring Hill Holidays. I have similar experience with Spring Hill Holiday and then I fought and got back my money, I also alerted other members and created a group to fight against them. I was sure about such frauds and hence didn't want to fall prey again to such offers. However, at Reliance Fresh in Kharghar I was told that it was not about some time share company but some other company and I filled the form. Yesterday me and my wife we visited Global Connect's office in Vashi and had very bad and rude experience the moment they knew that we are not opting to go for any package. They managed to upset us so that they don't have to give us the promised free gift. Kindly alert all the people in your groups about this company so that they do not fall prey to such frauds.

I received the call today and checked for the company's reputation and find these comments useful. I seriously feel that those who got cheated should go to consumers forum and come together and expose these scams through media.

GLOBAL CONNECT HOLIDAYS BAVDHAN PUNE EXPERIENCE :
This is a fraud company.people are very rude & unprofessional.when u visit their for membership they talk very good & politely. but once after sometime of discussion if they realizes that u are not going to take their membership, their way of talking & tone changes.their receptionist & all other persons behaves in the same way.

even latter they give us free vouchers of Hotel stay & free petrol .

but petrol voucher the petrol pump do not accept saying that this is weekend, u can avail this only on weekdays between 12 to 3 in afternoon. Don't know what is logic behind that.No where this condition is mentioned in the voucher.so like it of no use.no one will plan seperately to come on weekday afternoon to get free petrol.

Same nutanki for free hotel stay. no condiitons they told beforehand.when I request for booking they told we have to book 1 month in advance.then I dropped mail to book for after 1 month date.they replied after 1 week after sending mails 4-5 times & told that this free booking is full for next 4 months.you can get booking only after that.

Overall this is FRAUD CHEAT company full of cheat people whose sole objective is just to trap people out of their money.Doing their operation in the center of PUNE city.Dont understand these so called political parties who should & show they care about people n all why dont they just go & beat these people up, blacken their face & force them to run away & stop cheating people.Even Police is not acting against them

I was called at GLobal Connect Vashi office today. I went there with my family (incl two kids). Over phone they promised children play area, but nothing existed. Our daughter go hurt twice in their discussion chamber. They are very keen to shift my other holiday company holiday to them. Even offering VIP club facilities, low down payment and 0% EMIs etc. But after reading above I am happy that we did not go for the decision to any money else they would have charged us with 14% interest and we would have been left scrambling. I feel they will provide services but of very low quality which will make clients very unhappy. My advise - AVOID!

We got their free Holiday coupon in which they have promised free stay.

Truly, I thought as initially, it was a gamble for me when I became the member of the Global Connect Holidays, Pune, for the five year membership with a hefty amount paid at that point. But over a period Global team has proved that my doubts & fear was baseless. They really kept all the promises offered at the time of engaging me as a member.

My first holiday, which was complimentary & not as a member of the firm, enjoyed at La Maison Fontanhas, Panjim, a warm & good experience. GCM, also offered the New year celebration party occasion, at a very nice four star resort near by, to my family.

We are also the member of the reputed Health club, nearby through GCM, at no extra cost.

All the sundry payments assured as per the plan, were promptly reimbursed. Happy to state that I am planning my first holiday break of the this year, now for summer.

I sincerely recommend GCM, as a trustworthy team for carefree Holidays perpetually.

I became a member of Global Connect on 28th Feb. At very short notice they arranged for my stay for 2 nights(Mar 3rd & 4th) at Hotel Le Meridien, where I had to attend a 2-day conclave. I appreciate the efficiency of Global Connect in having this organised at such short notice.

The team at Global Connect have all, without exception, been very friendly and eager to please. They have the right customer-orientation, which is a necessary quality for success for any service-provider like Global Connect as an organisation. I am happy to have taken up the membership.

I had visited Global connect holiday & club pvt.ltd. vashi office to collect the gift voucher and attend a 45 minutes session, In that session they explained us an offer costing 1, 20, 000 for 5 years which was represented by Mr.Ganesh and Pravin.

The offer was pretty attractive but it was very difficult to decide for this amount but then I went for 24 EMI. but when I went home I read lot of negative reviews here and then next day again questioned Pravin about it.He said that people only put negative reviews but I was not satisfied by his answer, In order to satisfy me he planned a tour for Rajasthan in Jodhpur and the stay there was amazing and more than what I expected, it was a four star property Ranbanka Palace Hotel on top of it.I also attended the 31st Dec event which was held in Country Inn Suites by Carlson on MIDC road in Mahape.The event was very good as they had made arrangement for children entertainment separately and the drinks and food arrangement was made separately.

This review is just for Mr Pravin to change his mindset that people only put negative reviews, but Pravin thanks a lot for making my holiday experience the best ever and hope it continues in the same manner.

Dear All Victims of global Connect fraud. They cannot get away by providing below quality service and I am suffering in similar way . They have refused to pay the refund in writing. I have come to know that some Nikhil Pardeshi is their Director and have written a mail to him that understandably have gone without any response. I will be filing a case with the consumer court shortly and woud like all to join hands so that we can show them their right place in the market. They cannot take unsuspecting customers for a ride.

Dont waste your 90min there...they are fraud..I got a from Global connect and asked me to come to collect the free prizes and holiday trip from them. Assuring me that there is nothing like membership or something and asked not to bring a single penny. They were calling me again and again which made me suspect over them and I decided not to go there. They called me from 022-[protected]/9 many times.

All promises made are false. All.
I really want my money back. How do i get my money back. I am tired of calling them and emailing them for the holiday package, they dont even reply. They dont care at all.

Please help me get my money back.

It has been a wonderful experience for us during our first holiday to Mahabaleshwar through Global Connect. In a short time the staff of your Vashi office especially Mr. Pravin Kamble and Mr. Rafique, was able to arrange our two day accommodation at Mahabeleswar in a reasonably good hotel there. We were in Mahabaleshwar for 2 days at Fountain Village Hotel which was a reasonably good hotel and at a happening location in Mahabaleshwar.

I look forward to many more such holiday experience with Global Connect.

Satisfied with service of global connect holidays .

I have been a Member with them since March 2015 and have taken a few vacations with them.

Well to be honest, at 1st I did not think it will be possible for them to provide good hotels at the bargain they have offered to me.

I have mostly stayed 4 / 5 stars on my own & they have lived up to the expectation.

Fortune Park JP Celestial is the best property they have provided me till date, others given were also good ones.

More support staff to do bookings. pravin alone, cannot manage so many members.

you guys have been very supporting & helpful. But you need to Up your Game to satisfy the increasing number of Members every day.

So far we have not taken any concrete steps against the organization Global Connect. They cannot deny a refund as their service level is highy below the promised level and implied requirements of customer delivery. I am checking with all who wants to unite to take this fight to the next level for a refund. We will seek leagl opinion and file police case if required. There are multiple Holiday booking companies who promises more and deliver less as 5* Hotel is technically not possible to provide at the rate 3500/day they offer considering 5 year term of 101000. WHAT CONSUMERS NEED TO understand is
1) You Do NOT go by what is written on white paper - Promises provided in Presentation.
2) Ask them to show you contract from past member - check the clause if all the things promised are mentioned
3) Get the clauses added (If they agree) - When I asked them they showed me two contracts where members get clauses added
4) Get clear wording for their new REFUND clause. "If first party fail to book holidays as promised in 10 to 45 days... at second instance ENTIRE remaining prorated amount for unused holidays (including deferred weeks...) will be refunded legally within next 30 Days..." This they promise so ask them to modify their standard contract clause like above.
5) Generally Holiday company write loose contracts. For refund or other action you will need all proofs and your contract is what will save you not the white paper explanation. I asked them to call and confirm club services explained like free summer camps, hall booking in 4/5* three times a year - they said their is some issue currently but if you take membership today we can do it in 2 days - Do not fall for such verbal commitments.
6) I think we ourselves can buy hotels at 2-2.5 k/day 3* and 4* at 3.5 k to 4 k which is their cost also. How can they give 5* hotel always. May be once in a while they may give in off season when you do not want to travel. So think of this
Walk out with Silent rejection if not convinced... Else Enjoy with RIGHT contract and RIGHT expectations.

We are very Happy with Global Connect and Team. Specially MR Pravin Kamble and MR Rafique. as per our requirement we get as it is. We were there 3 night 4 days in 4 STAR HOTEL closed to our Destiny. Breakfast was very good My children they are really enjoy.

I had visited Global connect holiday & club pvt.ltd. vashi office to collect the gift voucher and attend a 50 minutes session, In that session they explained us an offer costing 1, 20, 000 for 5 years which was represented by Mr.Ganesh and Pravin.

I was not beliveing in Global Connect.and Already I had Priority Holiday Membership. but Ganesh explain me and attract as. I and my wife impress, on that we took final decestion to go head with Gobal

I along with my family wife+ 5 yr old daughter had been to global connect and bandal venture resort. We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Room was maintained cleanly and also next day when we went out and came back to the room and it was found cleaned.

We were provided with micro-oven . Even we cooked and had our food. There is restaurant available in the resort, but it was costly . However, we even dinned out there too by settling for package rate.

I am a member of global connect holidays and bandal venture vashi branch. Like any other holiday club which I had attended already and am a member of more two holiday clubs already, similarly I received a call from GCH stating that I have to attend a 45 min presentation, I knew what was going to happen in the aforesaid presentation but still I was convinced by the telecaller that it would be something different, so just out of curiosity I went to their office in vashi.

the offers were pretty convincing, as there was no subject to availability and no seasonal holidays, but due too my previous membership blunders, it was very difficult to believe these people. but what attracted me more, was their' rent out' policy in which they were going to use the week from my previous membership and return me the rent of these weeks. so I thought that I should try it.

I was very sure that whatever was committed out of that only 50% was to be fulfilled.

But, to my surprise, when I booked a holiday for Kerala from GCH it was a wonder because they told me that if I have to book for India, I have to intimate before 1 month. I intimated 20 days in advance they provided all the committed services like a accommodation, breakfast and pick drop.

I would like to mention the location which I wanted to go for it was in a village kind of location so GCH wasn't able to provide the pick up and drop but hey requested me to do it on my own and they will done as per commitment.

the hotel provided to me was'fragrant nature' in kovlam Kerala.

I must say, GCH is providing already commitments without any frequent follow ups. that was I accepted and it was fulfilled and I should say that am pretty satisfied with the services.

I agree this is very I have myself taken 3 yr membership fee and now they do not honour any of the commitment. I had visited their office they only give fake promises.

Global Connect team is cheaters, they committed many complementary vouchers if i take the membership but nothing received

For all those who have posted so many negative comments: I have been a GCH member since past 2 years - probably one of the first few members. I have personally met their directors - Prashant Bandal and Nikhil Pardeshi. They are good people, very down to earth. Due to my age they always call me Kaka (Uncle). They are young people trying to manage their ventures in the best possible way with their limitations of experience.

I availed two holidays so far with them. Compared to all other Time Share Holiday companies in the market, this company stands out with the offer of 3/4/5 star hotels instead of company's own resorts. I have read many bad comments about the bigger and more stable players too and have had a horrible experience with Club Mahindra myself (which had resulted in my cancellation of Club Mahindra membership). So please do not get carried away with all the negative comments you read.

My first holiday at The Park, Hyderabad for 3 nights/ 4 days was an amazing one because not only the hotel was very good, the booking was done with complete care. This was the complementary holiday promised during the membership presentation.

My recent holiday from 26th May to 1st June in Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty (for 6 nights/ 7 days) was also a very good one. The hotels in Bangalore and Mysore were fantastic Ramada Encore (4 star) and Fortune JP Palace (5 star). The Ooty hotels were not so great (Surya Village Resort and The Monarch), but that is probably because we travelled in the peak season and hotels in Ooty were full due to a flower Show. The Airport Pickup and Drop was also arranged. At all the hotels two double rooms with one extra bed accommodating 5 adults were booked with a fee of merely Rs. 8000 for the AMC.

They have also provided me the membership for Solaris and Endurance Health Clubs as per their commitment for 2 persons. It gets autmoatically renewed.

Although so far I have not received the invite for the annual events, I am not much concerned about that. The freebies they had promised at the time of taking membership were also delivered.

They had promised me the 24 EMIs but when I paid using Credit Card in one shot, they reimbursed me the Bank charges for converting the payment into EMIs.

One small negative comment I would make is that the response from the Customer Care while booking the holidays is a bit slow and they need to be continuously followed up for getting what you want. Also, they do not arrange expensive 5 star hotels, but that is understandable given the financial constrains of the membership fees they have taken which is probably one fourth of Club Mahindra.

On the whole I will say the intentions of the company cannot be doubted, they are definitely not fraud and cheaters. I think the issues are a result of the inexperienced team. I think all the persons working there are less than 40 years age including Prashant Bandal himself.

I think is anyone is planning to take the membership please go ahead. You will not be let down. You will have to be a bit patient with them however.

Yes I agree this Company is a fraud. This a Bandal venture so you can see Naam mai bhi ghafla hai. I would never want anyone to pass through the hardship that I had. Eventually I got my money back after bringing a political connection. Initially their representative had offered me movie tickets every month, marriage hall booking and a one year holiday package for 5 days. After I made the payment suddenly they told me that movie tickets are not included in 1 year package. I felt cheated and told them to return my money. The Manager just rudely told me to go to court and if I go to court I won't get even the holidays. I came across many post on complaint board and mouthshut and then realized there are many people who have fallen into the trap. I should have checked on Internet before going to their office for a free gift. The free gift they gave is also waste a glass bowl maybe costcosting 30-40 rs and a holiday voucher which is subject to availability. Try the gift vouchers and I am sure there won't be any availability for 12 months of a year. I waited for 2 months and then decided to rope in a political connection I had. Finally I got my money back.

So not even twenty four hours ago my parents became members at global connect ok so this might be a little too early to review or judge their services as I haven’t experienced anything. Yes the scam started after my mom was approached by one of their outsourced employee at big bazaar (kothrud) which according to me is a very well planned address to target the middle class Indian. So my mom shared her contact details with the guy who asked her to fill a coupon. The next day my parents get a call from the travel agency (global connect bhavdan) stating that they have won a prize. So my parents being ignorant (like most of you guys who were also scammed) excitedly went to collect their prize and when they reached they had a complete set up of a sales ready to take their money by promising them great deals on various offers. So how the scam works they have a decently sized room with six to eight tables which is mostly occupied by their employees who are acting to sell their packages to their employees with a couple of customers like you and I, so the whole thing looks legit. Less do we all know what a ride they are going to take us for, so the employees name akshay shinde who very nicely and sweetly was ready to work his magic on my parents, and viola it worked after just one hour my parents were convinced, he has promised them some amazing deals so we just need to wait and watch if and how these deals come through which I doubt will happen after reading most of your reviews. So yes they swiped their credit card for 1, 00, 000 rupees. And reached home excited to tell us how they had just gotten amazing deals. So after doing a Google search on global connect in less then 10 minutes I was convinced that this was nothing but a scam, so I asked my parents to read the reviews and even they were convinced that they had just been conned. So hoping to resolve this matter we call the credit card company to see if there was any ways to cancel the transaction but were informed that the transaction had already gone through and the only way we can recover the payment is by filing a dispute. Or by asking the company in this case being (global connect bhavdan) to write a letter stating that they would cancel the transaction. So the next morning first thing my parents went to their office in trident bhavdan to see if they could cancel their membership and guess what to no surprise this is where all your reviews started becoming a reality. Yes my parents were mistreated like most of you guys, one of the guys Vikrant who claimed to be the CEO or owner (wearing his fake Louis Vuitton belt which I found hilarious to which I even smiled to myself in my mind) bluntly refused to cancel the membership and was rude to my parents. So couple of hours after my parents not reaching home I called to check if they were alright. And from their tone made out that they were disappointed and were getting nowhere. So I reached their office at bhavdan and created a ruckus when I reached there using abusive language and calling them out on their scam to their faces to which thing got a little out of hand but no fight, I was not angry at my parents losing their hard earned but disappointed at how they were being treated. so any ways wish I had taped the whole scenario so that I could post it online and send it to my friends in the media, especially when my mom’s gangsta side came out when she poured a glass of water over their contracts and told all of them to keep the money as she knew there was no cause arguing with the employees and that she has lost her money. On our way out vikrant who was very polite now came down with us and said that he would give us half our money back (50, 000 Rs) and half we had to use as membership which I thought would have been fair had they offered it to my parents in the first place before all the chaos and mistreatment, So I get home and make a few calls too my journalist friends who I know since im a chef and work with them when they come to review my restaurants trying to share my story and also get some advice on how I should deal with this situation. So the first thing everyone tells me is to file a complaint with the local police. Which my father goes ahead and does, but after reaching out to the cops obviously there is nothing the cops can do as there are no details of us using their service since it’s not even been twenty four hours and so the cops refuse to lodge an FIR or case. (Something seems fishy here if anyone has any legal advice please share I’m going leave my contact at the end) any ways my dad is also getting in touch in our lawyers. Ok so if any of you people who are reading this review and are going through the same fraud I request you guys to please get in touch so that we together can expose this scam. I think us as responsible consumers and Indians should be able to fight for our rights in this day and age through the use of social media and media and get to the bottom of this scam, and try and help people from being cheated.
