Global Connect Holidays is a purely a fraud company. they gambled me like a lucky draw and asked me to pay 47, 000 in EMIs. But they swiped my card for the total amount and now they are not ready to refund my money. ITS BIG BIG FRAUD COMPANY. PLZ boycott it

We have taken the membership in the month of jan 2016 from vashi branch, but after going through the feedback I was worried then I went to there office and I spoke to the customer care team and the manager, they cleared all my doubts and specially the issue of credit card they paid me interest amount along with the processing fee.

then I thought of asking the holiday from Global Connect they provide me holiday at coorg on very short notice and all the booking was taken come by customer care team neha, pravin sir and rafique I can say that was an amazing experience of coorg looking forward for some more holidays through global connect.

People please we aware, this is a cheat company and I am also one of the victim for their fraud.
They will say a lot verbally, but if you look at the contract they have just made it in the way that once you join you will be not having any option to get it out.
so if you do not want to loose your mind in fighting with these peoples to get their so called international services, take a wise decision to stay away with them

I will tell you my experience in details since the day I took the membership on 1st May 2016. I visited Big Bazar near by my home on 30-Apr-16 and asked to fill a coupon by a sales representative where I provided my phone number. On the very next day, I got a call from global connect that I have won 5 prizes as part of the lucky draw. They said you need to visit global connect pune offices and can collect the prizes after listening a presentation. When asked about the presentation details, they replied we will explain you the use of products being gifted as part of the prizes. When we (me and my wife) went there, it was completely a different scenario where sales executives of global connect tried to sell their services related to tour and travel. We had almost spent three hours and finally they convinced us to take their membership. The most attractive point (on the basis of which we agreed to take membership) is that we can ask them to book a hotel of OUR CHOICE. I even gave an example of booking Taj hotel in Mumbai, they said yes we can definitely book a room in Taj Mumbai. Later on, we asked them to book a hotel in Goa and provided the list of hotels of our choices. Got a reply that we can only book hotels as per their choices (The list provided by them are mostly 3* property). Then the conflict started between us and we visited their offices for the refund of money. They said the money is not refundable and we need to try the service first. I asked to book a hotel in Lonavala for a day from their choices of hotels (As they keep on promising that they do have a list of good properties, we should try their service). The hotel booked in Lonavala was a very average property and it was such low from our expectation that we checked out in a couple of hours. Then onward, I don't have faith that they can server better. I am fighting for my money since then. I forgot to mention that in all these days me and my wife has to follow 100 times for every small thing.

Now, I will give you the logic why it's not worthy to purchase their membership.

Cost of Membership - INR 80k to 1 lakh for 5 years period (they might have charged more or less for some of the members). In a year they provide 6N & 7 Days package, so total 30 nights in 5 years.
Also, member has to pay AMC charge of INR 8000 for 6N & 7D which is 8000/6 = 1333 rs for a day. It will cost you 1333 * 30 = 40000 rs for 5 years membership.
AMC charges is supposed to pay while booking.

Let's assume if you have paid 80k for the membership. Then,

Total cost = Membership Charges + AMC = 80, 000 + 40, 000 = 1, 20, 000 Rs

Day level = 1, 20, 000/30 = 4000 rs.

They usually provide 3* property which doesn't cost more than 4k to 5k for a day. They book trips via goibibo, make my trip, yatra and other big players of the market in bulk amounts and generate enough cashback on each booking. Now if you book your holidays on your own via goibibo/MMT/Yatra, you should be able to generate cashback on each booking and can be used for the next booking which is far cheaper than paying them 80k at one short.

Their package is only helpful for us if they really provide booking in nice 5* hotels (Taj, Leela, etc) which are hard to afford for us. But they don't have tie up with nice hotels and they always force you to go with their low budget hotel.

Also, one point to note here their rating on Mouth shut has gone high because they have purchased the mouth shut subscription and I think they probably can hide or change original reviews and somehow has managed to increase their rating. Their rating was very low (less than 2) a couple of months ago.

In summary - Don't fill up the coupons in big bazar, petrol pump, other places. It's a trap.
People who have already paid, fight back for the refund.

Hi, Is the free stay which they initially offer worth taking? I can decide on membership later. But even if free stay is not worth, then no point visiting their office. Please guide.

I have been offered a same deal by Western Holidays in Pune. Invested 47k today. Is this also fake company?

We have recent bought a package of 6n/7d at global connect with a promise from Thom to get us good accommodation the coming week..however the option s they are giving us are pathetic...an now not even picking up our calls..this company is a fraud company and make fake promises...

Global Connect is Total fraud company. I paid for 5 years contract. Not fulfilled any promises maid by company. No response from Customer care now. Pune Bavdhan office is closed and all the contacts are not in service.

My name is Prasad Musale from Wakad, Pune. My mobile no.is [protected]/[protected]. I have taken a package from Global Connect Holidays, Bavadhan Office. Amount of Rs.25000/- paid by credit card on EMI.
1st he told that we will refund your interest amount & also processing fee. But when my bill generate & contact with Vikrant Manhas about EMI & processing fee refund, he just gave me fake commitments. Finally after 1 month he transffered my amount in my bank account.
Know I told him that, I want to discontinue my agreement. So please refund my package amount i.e. Rs.25000/- as per mention in agreement. Clearly he told me that we will not refund the amount to any person/customer. So best way go on tour & recover your amount.
Know Global Connects both Pune & Vashi Offices are closed. He just told that, Our rent agreement is over so we are shifting our office to new place. So I am requesting to you, please be careful.

At the time of 1st meeting with Vikrant Manhas & his team, he explain all his company details & tour packages. They told that, if you will taken a membership & in future you want to discontinue your membership without taking any benefit we will refund your membership amount full or proporationately as per your packag uses. So we have taken membership.
But yesterday i.e.05th Sep 17 talk with Vikrant about membership discontinue & amount refund so he told that this membership amount is non-refundable. So you want to go on tour & take benefits.
But till from membership taken to today, I have not use this service & not require in future. In this case this is compulsion to recover my amount.
So I am requesting to you, please don’t invest your money in this company. Because this is fraud company. His both Pune & Vashi Offices are closed. He just told that, Our rent agreement is over so we are shifting our office to new place.

As I can see that 100's of people are duped by global connect.But my question is what u are gonna do about that.Nothing but to post your reviews.Many may have registered a police complaint also but of no use as they take only criminal cases.The police are not taking action action against them beacause they are managed by these fraudsters by money.And you can't do anything beacause your are working person with family & are weak.I say you people are pathetic because a bunch of people are doing fraud infront of you & u can't do anything about it even if you are in a strength of 100's.They are operating in Thane Dev corporation complex which everyone knows but still are quiet.Shame on you people.Some common people are running these holiday clubs fraud & earning crores, duping 1000's of people with different company names. 1.Leziko Services 2. Someone is misusing global connect pro's name for scam.
I have taken the services from this company ... They solved my problem and after that somebody is misusing the same company name for scam me. I called to global connect pro and they told me whole the scenario .

Global connect pro is a helpful company and it is a trustworthy company .
I am not facing any issue after taken the services from this company .

I have asked Goa booking on 19th June as they asked me to send request on 1 month before, I sent all the details however they asked to share the same details in their format, I have sent on next day, everyday I am sending email for sharing the hotel details, when I tried to reach them by phone, Phone number is not enough amount to take incoming calls, I don't have any other options apart from keep sending emails. I have decided to file a complain in consumer forum to get my money back.

I am also facing all these problems, Unable to get tel and e mails are also bouncing,
