Global Visas visitors visa

Got in touch with Global Visas to help get my partner a visitors visa to come to the UK. They promised to help with this as my partner has been refused twice already but, as soon as my partner paid the full fee, all the emails and contact stopped and he had no feedback or news about the visa, the person he dealt with couldn't even get his spelling right, or even my partners name, seems like it's just one big scam with them playing with peoples lives and emotions, so thanks Global Visas for making out christmas this year totally ruined!

Global Visas visa services to canada

to enquire whether i could get visa nd what type to emigrate to canada i had to give my debit card number. i was promise everything was possible. although i am over aged for skill migrant and that my nursing pin had lapsed. my money(£500) was taken form my account, then i was asked to produce lots of documents, some of which i dont have and could never get, I asked to abort and refund of my money however a month later i was surprised that another £631 was taken out of my account, not receipt were ever given for any of these and whenever i go to the website to demand my money, there is demand for another amount. obviously when i gave my card details the same was kept to be used again.as it happen i had to close my account to stop my money being drained out, furthermore i could never get anyone on the phone as per website. Global Visas global visas - evil made flesh

Global Visas is a criminal organization that practices highway e-robbery.

Me and my wife were interested in visiting the U.K. We called Global Visas to ask them general questions about what we may need in order to go there. They told us to make a deposit of $120, and they would connect me to a experienced case manager the next day, and if we decided we would like them to get the visa for us, they would charge us the full $600, but if we decided against it, they would refund our money. I asked them if they could guarantee our visa and if the amount of money in our bank statement was enough, and he said it was plenty.

The next day, when we talk to the case manager, we ask her the same questions. When we ask her if they can guarantee our visa, she said that they have a high success rate and we'll probably get it assuming we submit the right information, but they wouldn't refund our money if we were declined; she also said that the amount of money in our bank statement was insufficient in contradiction of what we were told the previous day.

Because of this, I told her that I am not interested since they cannot guarantee a visa after they are paid, and since they gave me contradictory information, at which she said, "I'm sorry, but we've finished the consultation and you are now locked into a contract by accepting the information I gave you." I said, "Excuse me? Do you mean to tell me that you're going to charge me $600 when you've done absolutely nothing? All you did was give me inconsistent information which is entirely different than what I was told yesterday!" At which she said, "Sorry, but if you didn't want the information I gave you, you should have stopped me, but I already gave it to you so you've made a contract and we have recordings of you making the contract."

I then told her I would be making a visit to my bank if she charged me, at which point she threatened me again and said there was nothing I could do since I supposedly entered a contract when I asked her how much I would need in my bank account, and by her answering the question, I apparently made a lawful agreement to pay them.

They didn't waste any time charging my card the full $600, which showed up on my online bank statement before the phone call even ended, and I've just returned from the bank to recharge the amount and cancel my card. Please pray that I receive my money back, and if you ever consider Global Visas to do anything for you, just remember that as soon as they get your card information, you're going to be charged a fortune for receiving "exclusive expert information" whether they give you truthful information or not, or even answer your calls afterwards.

If you ever even think about using them for your trip, shoot yourself in the foot instead. They are criminals of the worst kind.

Global Visas they took my deposit and never gave me a response

I want to complain about Global visas. They are scams. I paid a deposit to get a visa to travel in canada for the christmas holiday. I made the deposit 2 months before christmas day, they told me that they will get me an answer about the visa within 1 month max. i would call them to see how it's going... A month went on no answers. So when i called them again they told me they transferred my case to another case worker. I started to call her to see what's going on with my case... I would get to her voicemail, leave a message but rarely get a call back and when i would get a call back she would tell me the same thing that they are processing my case. By the 10th dec. i was getting impatient and i could see that i wouldn't get it on time for the day i was hoping to travel on, so i started sending them E-mails asking them what's taking so long. December went by... Never got an answer. My trip was obviously cancelled so when i called them to tell them that they took too long that i don't need the visa anymore that i just wanted my deposit back they told they couldn't give it to me. Apparently "they had tried to call me but i wasn't answering the phone" which was a lie because i never saw any missed calls and i was the one that was tired of calling them that i started e-mailing them as well... So right now what i would advise anyone who wants to use Global visas.DON'T DO IT! They will take your money and not do the service they supposed to do. They will take long to process your case and won't even give you your deposit back! Till this day i'm still trying to find a way i can take them to court because what they did to me was just wrong! And i'm not the only one they've done it to! I found out that they were some many other complaints about them. If i would've known about them i wouldn't have gone to them. SO YOU WANT MY ADVISE DON'T WORK WITH GLOBAL VISAS!

Global Visas slow disorganised

Some companies make promises but don't fulfill it. Visas Global the credit card company in the UK is one of them. They even dont bother about the problems that a customer faces when they refuse to provide a service for which he/she has paid them money. The same happened to me also. As they promise to deliver quality services I was interested to buy credit card from them. I called their Sales Executive 'Peter' for the same.

Peter is a talkative and a soft spoken guy. He came to my office and explained necessary things to me. I was assured to provide high quality services repeatedly. I thought about it and called peter the following day to collect documents. He came and collected documents and took them to the company office. I also paid the charges as they specified in their policy.

Since the I haven't got anything in return. I called Peter repeatedly but all went in Vain. The situation became unbearable when he stopped recieving my calls. I called to customer care and they said they didn't recieve all necessary documents.

Now, whose fault is this? Absolutely this is not mine. If Peter has done anything wrong why should I suffer. I am sure that he lost the documents some where and I am paying for it now. I this is the situation then he should have called me and I would have given him lost documents again.

I want this guy to be sued immediately. And I mean it seriously. Sales Executive are the ambassadors of the company. They should perform what they commit. Due to him only, I have to say the company is slow and disorganised.

I need an answer from them.

Global Visas scammers

My British husband and I after many months decided to go with Global Visas to help us with our UK marriage visa to for me (American) to settle in the UK. DO NOT TRUST GLOBAL VISAS. Our lawyer Medine Demir was slow at responding to our emails and when she did resond to our very specific questions about the application/documents she would respond with very vague answers and it almost seemed like an automatic email responding.. like it wasn't even her answering.

We paid them about $1200 to do basically nothing for our application. They have a section where you upload documents but they failed to tell us a few other important documents that were not listed on this list. I made it clear to them that we were going to be away on our honeymoon and both my husband and I wanted to have all the paperwork in order before we went. She reassured me that our application was complete when it cleary was missing a lot of documents.

Basically my husband and I have been figuring out what we need on our own. You DONT NEED GLOBAL VISAS to assist you! They don't do anything to help you in anyway. They fill out your online application, which by the way they filled in everything wrong anyway.

My advice for married international couples. Do your research online to find out what documents you need using expat forums. then pay for a visa expediter /agent to expedite your visa application this is only $185 and its worth it. Don't hire GLOBAL VISAS or a lawyer for that matter, they will just take your money and not help you in anyway. It's a waste of money. They will just tell you everything you already know or can't find out. If you have questions call worldbridge services, they are certified and they only cost $12. I found out more answers from them in 15 minutes then anything global visas ever tried to explain to me.

Global Visas terrible service

I was wooed by the helpfulness of the US rep I talked to at global visas. Alas. When I began working with the UK side, it soon became a nightmare. I missed the first call they gave me for the consultation, and couldn't call back because they didn't leave a call back number. Instead they have you log on to their stupid log on system (which I really think they set up just so you don't have access to the completely unhelpful emails that go back and forth once you terminate your service with them). There I responded to the email (definitely their preferred form of communication, so they don't actually have to answer anything) and told them to call me any time the next morning. Nothing. I send several more emails. Nothing. A week later they finally call. Then, when I get my application together, it takes THREE weeks for them to give me any feedback on my application (despite repeated pleas in emails and phone calls from me). Apparently my case manager was on study leave. WTF. Then, when I finally get the review, I'm told that the accountants letter I've submitted is the wrong format (the incorrect format being the one Global Visas originally sent me! They sent me the WRONG letter, even after I explained what kind of business I had). So they give me a different format that's relevant to my business type, only when I take it to my accountant he said it requires statements and other information that an accountant can't provide (which was confirmed by another accountant I asked for verification). I think all I would have needed was a discussion with the client rep (or even a discussion between my client rep and my accountant) to figure out exactly how to create the letter in a way that would work, but I could never EVER get my client rep on the phone, no matter how many pleas through email, or voice mails I left him. He would respond by email, but it was always something completely useless, like taking my question and essentially rewording it to form an unhelpful answer. It's like the people you work with at this company don't really understand the ins and outs of the immigration law. It's like they are working from a form and probably know about as much as you or I do. Do NOT hire this company. A complete waste of money. I finally had to hire an immigration lawyer, (who has been hugely helpful, talks to me on the phone, knows exactly how to explain to an accountant what is needed to prepare the letter, and is just so much more knowledgeable than the staff at global visas). I should have just done that in the first place.

Yup - I'm yet another victim of Global Visas. I'm a K citizen trying to get an employment visa for India. They have made such a mess of this process. So far it's taken 4 weeks and I still don't have a visa. Global visas never check my case, they don't bother to track it and they certainly do not bother to call me - ever.
Just don't get involved. I am so exhausted by this organisation I literally do not have the energy to complain in detail. I'll simply say, they charge alot and they do nothing. They are literally a courier service - and a bad one at that - they have no immigration skills at all.

Read that and eat your heart our liam clifford

Great comments and info also" how people gets money back from GVS" I am also the one who was fraudulently charged by Afghan Khan of GVS for 1310.00 GBP where as I authorised them to charge my credit card for only 100.00 GBP. They have been telling me that they have charged me righly. I went to OISC (office of immegiration Servicess Commission) and loged a complaint and in return they returned my money back.
I am still following my case with OISC to punish GVS for cheating the client and breaching the trust of client. I am very much comitted to get them punished and if things are not going to be resolved by OISC I have further planning to take them to the court for the same alegations.

This is a copy of emails, and my hole store and experience with Global Visa

From: Semenov Vladislav
To: feedback@globalvisas.com
Sent: Mon, 8 November, 2010 23:49:47
Subject: F.A.O Adrian Baxter

Dear: Adrian Baxter

My name is Vladislav Semenovi, my case number was-982603, date of signing the contract 23/09/2009. Manager whom I met in the Global Visa office was the Afghan, the topic of immigration to Canada, he told me that the whole process takes no longer than 8 months, he even joked that I will see you in Canada in 8 months, I said we have to wait and see, anyway he promised that everything would be Super, we agreed on the price of £ 1400 for the entire process, and also agreed that if no visa, the whole amount will be refunded.

Let's start, I'm not pleased with the work of Global Visa.My case never I must point at it again never has been handled properly.

After the interview, 23/09/2009 I was promised that someone would give me a phone call within the next 24 hours for a telephone consultation, but this has not happened not in 72 hours and not even in 1 week time, and as I remember the first time I got a phone call it was somewhere in the middle of November.

My first Case Manager was Charlene, I received notification e-mail about this 28/09/2009 but unfortunately I have never heard from her, I’ve never received e-mail or a phone call, I wrote her several times with the requirements to start my case as quick as possible, but received no answer.
07/10/2009 appointed a new manager Nuran Dutoit. From this date we moved forward a little bit.
I’d like to point that my application forms were sent to CIC office at the end of November, when we could’ve done it during first 2-4 weeks after the interview.

11/12/2009 I got the e-mail saying that I’d receive a phone call from my new case manager, note after almost 3 months, I’d receive a call for the first time!

I had a new case manager again and his name was Sherwin Mamaradlo. I do not exactly remember the date when he was appointed. I think just before sending the documents to the CIC office .I was shocked when I sent him my application forms to Canada, when he replied to me and pointed out the mistakes that I supposedly made when filling out the forms and I should correct them, to be honest I think he didn’t know what he was talking about but when I proved him I had everything right and he was wrong, he said oh sorry my fault. What are you talking about if you don’t even know how to read in English?
Below is a copy of our correspondence, and where he advised me to make a mistake!

we can use that as well. Best regards Vlad ----------------------Reply Separator-------------------------- Subject :Missing info and signatures Date : 18/11/2009 16:53:30 Content :Greetings ! I tried to contact you over the phone but you were not available. There are some information that i need in order to complete your package. I can type these forms again with the information that you will provide me. Unfortunantely, the additional family information form for you and spouse must be mailed to me with all the 3 sections sign .
I’d like you to have look at Additional family informational questionnaire and check what mistakes he made when he was suggesting me to sign those sections, and this is the type of managers I was dealing with.

On 26 of April 2010 I received the letter which stated that I have 120 day to submit my document to the Ankara Visa office.

This is a copy of my last e-mail which I sent to Sherwin on 9.8.2010, I have so-far received no reply.

On Friday this week I’ve received the last document, so I was going to start getting all my document ready to be send to Ankara Visa office, so I was looking throw my personal page at the Global Visas and I find out that my case is closed, but I still have 20 more day to submit my application. What is going on, I didn’t get it, and it’s not really what I have been promised.
Waiting for replay.

In the general dear Global Visa thank you very much for your kind of help, I demand the return of my money I paid in £ 1400 full.

Waiting for your respond Vlad Semenovi

Dear: Adrian Baxter

It’s Vlad Semenovi case number was-982603.

It’s good that my last email has been looked so quick this time. After today’s conversation with Charlen it’s clear to see that you don’t want to pay me back. When she called, her first words were it’s not up to Global Visas it is Canadian Government who closed my file, that why my case was closed earlier, which is totally not true. She was also saying that it was not up to Global Visa to submit my documents to CIC office in Ankara- this is a lie again, I have a prove email from one of the managers from Global Visa saying that it’s up to them to submit all case documents. Please see below the copy of our conversation,

Greetings Vlad,

Here is a copy of the letter which states how much time we have to submit your supporting documents. CIC need to receive it by August 26. Please give me ample time to submit it. Thank you.

Sherwin Mamaradlo
CSIC Member

Then she was trying to sort of understand my case situation or I think she was just trying to find the way not to pay me my money back. I know that Global Visas promises to every single client that in case of not getting the visa they will get full money refund, and that is why I have signed my contract with you. All I’m saying is that the Global visas has not dealt with my case till the end and just closed my file earlier and took my money for incomplete work not mentioning the time I have waisted because of you Global Visa, I want my money back which I paid in full £1400.

Mr Adrian Baxter I hope you can have a close look at my situation and help to resolve it directly.

Regards Vlad

Dear Semenov,

Thank you for your email.

You had until the 26th of August to supply all documents to Global Visas for review, your case being closed on our system by no means indicated that we were unable to submit your application. This is standard procedure while waiting for clients supply their documents. In addition, we received no communication from you during this period.

It was your responsibility to provide all documents in support of your application and as you were fully aware you had 120 days from the 26th of April. It is now November, 6 weeks after your deadline.

As Charlene discussed with you there will be no refund payable on this case as Global Visas has not reneged on its service obligation to you.

I hope the above meets with your approval and can bring resolution to this matter.

As per my previous email your case being closed on our system did not prevent you from submitting your documents. You were still able to compile these and send them to us for review.

I will refer you again to the Client Care Letter you accepted, Global Visas has not reneged on its service obligations and therefore no refund is due on your case.

I am one of the victims of global visa, I authorised them to charge me initial fees of GBP 100.00 for which I sent them authorisation to charge my credit card, they charged me for this amount and after one week I told them that I am not interested to follow my case as I can not complete the total process in near future but they chatged my credit for 1310 GBP more.

I protested on this charge to them but they simply said that we have right to charge you. I searhed and got address of a body to complain about them and that body is "OISC" this comission is very efficient and ative and takes the complaints about immigiration service providers very serious so they did in my case alsoand I got reply from commission that Global visas admitted that they charged me by mistake so they are not going to follow the charge they made to my credit card and I disputed the chrges with my bank and my bank with master card and I got temporary credit on my credit card.

if any one of of you is victim of global visa services please contact "OISC" Office of the immigiration services commissioner" and take my words that you will get justice and these type of people will get their license cancled.

Global Visas complain to the newspapers againts them

To people who dont know where to complain and they I have an idea: why dont you contact the daily mail news paper in the United Kingdom, they can run a story about the scam that Global Visas are running. So why dont you write your complaint to newspaper reporters, they would love a good story to investigate. For all the people who dont know where to send their complaint I have put together the email addresses of Daily Mail reporters, just send your complaints to the following email addresses( you can mention in your complaints that Global Visas has unfair terms in the contracts they offer to their clients, terms trapping their customers into paying full fees but Global Visas having no obligations at all in case of bad advice given – they call it expertise- or in case they would delay your visa or not return calls and emails):
so keep on complaining to:

They are not a registered company with any tax ID number or official Registered employer within the US. Operating illegally, "STEALING PEOPLES MONEY "! I am glad I do not work for this shady, shady company anymore. Horrible! !

Global Visas refunds

I applied for a Federal Skilled Permanent Residence Visa through Global visas - Canada. My appliaction was approved and I was charged £1880.00 for that visa. I paid it through Direct Debit from my bank. When they had taken all the money they told me that I no longer qualify for the Visa due to changes in Immigration laws, and that I was not entitled to a refund since it wasnt their fault that the changes were effected.

I need my money back. Can you help me

I dont think that Global Visas Cape town know what they are doing and they are the South African Branch and strongly urge anyone considering using them to think twice. You are only setting yourself up for lots of frustration and will not get good service at all. And I will make a pint of it to tell whoever I can not to use them at all. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY PLEASE!

I requested immigration to New Zealand in 2013 and was promised the world by then Global Visas, I had so many agents from Global Visas that dealt with my case as they kept leaving and I was given false promises from them from the start. I had to put my case on hold as I lost my dad so I wanted to start again only to find out my case on the system is not accessible, I called them they said they will reassign me a new manager, to date I have not got a call back from them. I followed up again and I told them I want my refund as I am not happy to move further, as I know this is a ********* story. I paid R15000, 00 and they not calling me back and not giving me the truth!

This is not acceptable, you cannot play around with people's lives of a brighter future. I am a single mum and you have ruined my child's future as well. This company is a ***** and their must be some support in getting our money back. Any advise and help would be appreciated as I need this money back. I did not sign any contract ? I am stressed out as this is a lot of money !
Everytime I speak to an agent they give me a different story I need my cash back !

Guys,

I used Global Visas previously to obtain a Tier 2 Licence for the company. I must say that all of the information to do this is there in black and white on the Embassy websites (what documents you need, How to qualify etc) and is really really easy to do (I found the sales people at Global Visas were not really there to help but to make the process appear as complicated as possible) so you feel that using their service is the only way to get it . We paid £4000 as we needed to get this approved but cancelled due to lack of contact. When we decided to do it ourself we could not belive that we were charged £4000 as we put the paperwork together within 1 hour and after 10 weeks we got the approval. Getting the £2000 deposit back was very difficult but you must not give up.

If you want your money back you must go to the London office and refuse to leave until you see a Manager either Brian Palmer or Adrian Baxter - Refuse to see anyone else as they will only fob you off.

The sales people work very close to the reception area and new customers will be sitting there also - waiting for an appointment to see if they want to use this so called service. The last thing Global Visas want is to have somebody openly complaining about being SCAMED in reception (Be polite but speak loudly and be adament) ! They will do and say anything to get rid of you and will agree your refund right away. BUT REMEMBER! People always make the mistake of taking this verbal promise and leaving - ensure to get it in writing with a signature its the only way I have seen someone sucessfully get there money back.

The OSIC is who you need to complain to as without there approval Global Visas cannot operate

Hope this helps ---- Good Luck !

To people who dont know where to complain and they I have an idea: why dont you contact the daily mail news paper in the United Kingdom, they can run a story about the scam that Global Visas are running. So why dont you write your complaint to newspaper reporters, they would love a good story to investigate. For all the people who dont know where to send their complaint I have put together the email addresses of Daily Mail reporters, just send your complaints to the following email addresses( you can mention in your complaints that Global Visas has unfair terms in the contracts they offer to their clients, terms trapping their customers into paying full fees but Global Visas having no obligations at all in case of bad advice given – they call it expertise- or in case they would delay your visa or not return calls and emails):

so keep on complaining to:

s.reid@dailymail.co.uk, s.poulter@dailymail.co.uk, v.allen@dailymail.co.uk, e.andrews@dailymail.co.uk, d.martin@dailymail.co.uk, j.hope@dailymail.co.uk, d.derbyshire@dailymail.co.uk, r.massey@dailymail.co.uk, m.phillips@dailymail.co.uk, peter.mckay@dailymail.co.uk, d.wilkes@dailymail.co.uk, p.revoir@dailymail.co.uk, r.camber@dailymail.co.uk, t.cohen@dailymail.co.uk, f.macrae@dailymail.co.uk

Remember if you dont complain nothing will change so lets get this company investigated properly by the newspapers

Global Visas theft

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GLOBALVISAS. !

CONTACT DETAILS THAT I HAVE FOR THEM BUT YOU MUST BE PERSISTENT -

liam.[protected]@globalvisas.com OR liam.[protected]@globalconnect-group.com -
UK DIRECTOR GLOBALVISAS (Does not have the balls to reply to complaints, he passes them on to his minions)

Karolina Opiola -
Assistant Accountant globalvisas ( Does not have a clue and is arrogant)

The basis of my complaint is the letter of complain outlined below to which they have not responded. I have taken up the complaint with THE IIMIGRATION COMMISIONER and i intend to spread the word worldwide so that as many would be customers will be weary and go elsewhere.

There is always someone (usually globalvisas) who will counter claim my complaint on all the many websites and it is even known for liam clifford to counter instead of confronting direct (no balls).

My name is ********** and until very recently a customer of GlobalVisas. I enlisted the servises of GlobalVisas in October 2008 after a discussion with Robbie Raglass and Nicholas /last name removed/. The chief reasons for choosing GlobalVisas were that it is a large immigration consultancy and it is a UK based company. The latter suited me as I did not want to deal with a South African based company for a work permit as South African based companies are very hard to deal with and not very professional in my experience. Having advised GlobalVisas of my intended SA contract start date (Nov 2010), I parted with the initial fee and was emailed an itinery of further payments on the 20th October 2008. This email also stated that final payment was due on the date of submission to the South African Embassy.

Delays to my application were frequent and did not fill me with confidence. Firstly, my consultant Lindy Nasson left followed by Robbie Raglass taking over from his South African office after a delay.

A change to the above mentioned payment schedule was sent to me, asking for an interim payment so that I may access the online tracking system. I made a payment of £550 by debit card and was emailed a receipt for this transaction. The online tracking system contained no information !

After further disruption and having taken professional advice, I decided to end my dealings with GlobalVisas. I emailed Robbie Raglass with card details as requested so that he could pay (no more than £20) for courier fees for the return of all documents etc. He wished me well.I have received all documents back.

On the 11th May I noticed that GlobalVisas had taken £244 from my debit card. This was supposed to be the fee outstanding to be paid on submission of application to the Embassy. The Application did not get to the submission stage so why was this money taken without authority using the card details from a previous and separate transaction ?

I have emailed Nicholas, Robbie but have not had a clear answer. To resolve this case I require a refund of the £244 taken by GlobalVisas.

Detailed and documented letters have been sent to the OFT, The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner, Natwest Bank fraud dept and other agencies.

I do not wish to lengthen proceedings and would like a quick resolution in the interim, this is the reason for contacting you.

More details are available upon request.

Hi This is Deepak Patel,
I am living in Dubai.I applied for immigration for New Zealand from Delhi branch in India (as The cost of applying from Dubai was high). My case id is Case ID: 1683794. I already applied for work visa for New Zealand before applying from Global visas. But i felt That wiTh The help of proper consultant i would be able to get visa for sure.I went Through google & i found online customer support form on Global visa. Soon There representative avinash Agrahari (email id-Avinash.Ag@globalvisas.com) contacted me & told in 90 day you will get yours visa.I was pretty impressed. He quoted me 1 time fees of 65, 077.00INR(830 GBP). Then after 2 days he introduce to Tony Min (The case manager) who was in Australia.& wiThin next 10 days.I send all The documents asked by Tony including Expression of Interest(which i have applied by myself earlier). I was shocked because after taking 65077 INR rupee global visas were providing support for applying expression of interest which i my self have done. On asking avinash he told Expression of Interest is one of The primary meThod also for applying work visa. So what we(global visas) are processing is different from what you have applied for & also while applying so we will be also be able to provide job offer. On 01.072011 tony applied Expression of Interest online.& he informed That The application will be There for 6 monTh in lot for selection for furTher assessment& also That now he will only inform if There is any development in my case. After That i did not got any furTher feedback from global visas for a monTh, alThough i called 6-8 times to avinash. On 2nd august(02.08.2011) i asked tony to send me The soft copy of application he has applied.he gave me That. After That again no furTher correspondence from global visas. Again after 15days ..i called avinash to inquire what is going on, he told he will ask tony to call.On 13.10.2011 i got frustrated & i put a mail to tony & avinash to refund my money if They cannot handle my case.I called avinash (as till now i was not given tony no. ), he told all fault is from tony. pls put mail directly to tony. I did That also. On 14.10.11 i got call from a customer relationship officer shobhit. He told he will take some action soon.I reiterated to refund my money. Again no feedback for 14 days... Then on 28Th Oct 2011 again put mail for furTher action. On 04.11.11 i called global visas a lady pooja picked up That phone saying That avinash is on leave he will call you on 05.11.11 Saturday. Frustrated of not getting call today. I again call pooja again improper feedback. Then i search tony contact no. on Internet.I got That & when i called him . He told he has left global visa for 6 weeks.I was shocked That global visa did not informed anyThing about That.I Then logged on to my online client logging website of global visas. I found my status as file closed ( cancelled) on a back date of 20.09.2011 (90 day of opening my file). This was furTher shocking. Again i called global visas & Then i called shobhit to know what This "file closed" mean. He told i did not provide sufficient documents in stipulated time of 90 days so The file has been closed.
This show how Freud The company & The persons of global visas are.Pls help me in getting refund from This Freud company

the guy above called Tee J initially registered on the website as Taimur J, which is Taimur Javeed, the manager of Global Visas, then when we discovered he is an employee of Global Visas he changed his screen name to Tee J so he doesnt get recognized.
is hilarious to see employees of Global Visas explaining how they con people on blogs and chatting and defending their company on sites where customers complain abou the company services.
what Taimur doesnt say is that the contract you sign is being mis sold to you as the sales agent puts you under a lot of pressure to sign it quick without you having the time to reda it quickly and he also tells you different things than what is said in the contract, he is basically lying so you dont understand properly what the contract is actually saying
then he pressurizes you to sign it quick, to scam you

They charged us 100 GBP before we had a chance to look in to the contracts. We have never sign them and asked for refund...its been over 6 months, 6months of phonecalls and emails to them and never get any reply.
Please stay away from AFGHAN, he would answer the phone and lie to me that its not him because AFGHAN is home with flu but I knew it was him. And that wasn't only once.Horrible person. I just got email address of Karolina.opiola@globalvisas.com to write and ask for refund but I know now that is not gonna take me anywhere further. They are thieves and liers...Never again...
Going to write email to karolina so fingers crossed...

Global Visas complain about them to office of fair trading, serious fraud office and the police if you are concerned

To all the people who are fuming about global Visas about money the cannot recover from them my advice is to complain to http://www.oft.gov.uk/

that is OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING. you can complain to them about global visas charging unfair fees for work which has not been done, you can complain about them charging you a deposit even before you sign papers and even before a consultation has taken place, you can complain about the fact that their advertised terms of business on the website are not identical with the terms of business offered to clients, you can complain to them if you think Global Visas is a scam, you can complain about the fact that they charge full fees in 30 dAYS regardless of the phase your case is in. Complain about what applies to your case.

Is just that enough people have to complain to the Office of Fair Trading so anything can be done.

so dont stand there fuming, complain to Office of Fair Trading and OISC.CO.UK

I just saw this posting because I am having a feeling that I am now a victim of fraud. There is a Global Visa company whose executive has run away leaving it's clients and employees confused. The news can be read in www.thenational.ae and very recent 9 Nov 2015. I tried to call my agency which is Brighter Visas and received no answer today so I searched the net and found out that Global Visa and Brighter Visa are the same. Phone number and office address the same. There service for PR (Expres Entry) was AED10K which I have already paid. I am very sah and feeling unfortunate to hear all these stories. I can't believe they were able to run business in UAE for long time without being detected by police.

I forgot to mention in last message that, we were told conflicting information by Global, one case worker told us we need not take the IETLS as we had enough points individually to get to Canada, our present case worker said we both had to take the IELTS. Both of us have English as our first language. missy12

Hi we have paid global visa £400, we were told to get together all the documents required. We were not told about IELTS more money to pay. Meanwhile they have hassled us about paying next amount of money £681. Last message threatened us with debt collection. We have not been able to contact our case worker, she is either of on a course or just off for the day we are told. We thought we were the client yet they are treating us very badly, theatening us and not helping or supporting us. We are not happy with the way things are going, can we get our £400 back? We feel that we are getting nowhere with Global Visa. We asked to change our case worker as she is never there and because we could not understand her, because her English is not clear. Dear Valued Clients,

If you feel we let down – We want to hear from you directly.

If we have let you down we apologise. It is never our intention to let down a single client. We have put together this response to address the comments made about us. On this site. Firstly, it is difficult to address specifics of a case as we want to avoid disclosing any private information about any individual which may cause them any embarrassment.

Dealing with any Immigration case can be a stressful time for a person. We know this from over 20 years experience and we also accept we are often in the firing line and have to break bad news to people if they do not qualify for a visa. Our team does offer our clients the best chance of success and we appreciate if you do not meet the required qualifications bad news is never nice to hear. If a person does feel let down by the legal system we aim to do our very best to explain everything as best we can.

We are only human and even though 98.4% of our clients would refer their family to us it is possible we make the odd mistake out of 30, 000 cases per year. We want to learn from such mistakes and improve our service to you. If we have done absolutely everything we can and you still feel let down by the laws or our company, then we want to hear from you directly. We may not be able to change the situation but at least we can explain why not.

We would like you to shared your feelings with us, as we work hard every day to achieve 100% client satisfaction.

If an individual feels disappointed by the Immigration laws or our actions, we want you to know we care. That is why in our Client Care Letter and on our website we list all the governing bodies we are registered with around the world to investigate all complaints if you do not wish to speak with us directly. They will assess the complaint independently, and if we have let a client down these governing bodies will address it and ensure we correct the situation. We are Registered with more governing bodies world wide than ANY OTHER Immigration company.

We receive over 4 million visitors to our website and complete over 30, 000 immigration cases each year. We send EVERY client a feedback form to let us know what they think of our service. These feedback forms are distributed once a month to our entire company. Currently 98.4% of clients say they WOULD use us again or refer us to their friends and family. The comments on those forms are on the Testimonials page of our website.

Due to our clients’ on going support we are the largest and fastest growing Visa company in the world.

We are registered with more quality assurance governing bodies world wide than any other Immigration company.

We win cases other can not.

We are great listeners and really do care about you very much. Take the time to come and see us and we can sit down and listen to everything that is on your mind. We have several quality checks in place and also some of the highest skilled and best qualified Immigration law experts in the world. With over 100 staff world wide we operate a strict refund policy as mentioned in our Client Care Letter.

We obviously cannot respond to any specific issues on this site but we do want to hear from you.

On the issue of payment. We make our fees clear to all clients before we do any work and we explain everything in our client care letter. Offer payment plans for people who can not pay our full fees in one payment and do our best to accommodate our clients but, we can not work for free. Taking our knowledge and expertise and expecting not to pay for our service is unacceptable and we are certain 99.9% of clients would agree. If we allowed a person to take our services without payment all our other clients would suffer as their fees would need to increase to pay for the tiny percentage of people who believe it is right to take without payment.

Thank you in advance for getting in touch if you have anything to say to us. We look forward to receiving your email at talk@globalvisas.com We have put up this special email address to make sure if you have anything to say you can come straight through to us.

If like what we do tell others, but if don’t tell us. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

Thanks,

Customer Services

Has anyone written to OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING about Global Visas...and Moreover, has anything positive happened in this respect?

Has anyone out their managed to get a refund following their badly managed/unprocessed VISA applications from Global Visas?

On a more positive note...How successful are GLOBAL VISAS... are there any success stories? Can anyone offer me a glint of hope?...

I was told that all consultations would be by telephone and that me application would be straight forward. However, after many confusing telephone conversations I have got nowhere - In the meantime 8 months have passed, the goal posts keep changing and in spite of travelling 100 miles to visit their office - (with all the documents they had requested in hand) They are still asking for additional information?! I have great difficulty now getting to speak to my agent in fact after phoning three times today and being passed each time to a voice mail, I finally was told that my Agent is now in Australia setting up a new company/branch, and I have been asked to phone again when he returns as no one else can deal with me!
I find that their EMailing system, with it's 'circular' style letters etc, confusing - It certainly isn't personal and specific to me. Why can't they communicate in a simple fashion.

They had already taken £2, 800 from my credit card by direct debit, which was the full fee they quoted me. This week they have taken another £500 which they say they can't refund until I can get proof of payment from my credit card company!

I feel like crying I am so stressed and frustrated.

Any help or constructive advice would be welcomed.

Global Visas tier 1 visa

DONT FALL IN the TRAP OF Globalvisas Tier 1 (HSMP) application
Global Visas or Globalvisas are fraud, they promise no win no fee but they dont return you money. They keep you card details after the initial payment & then debit your account after 30 days with the balance amount without letting you know. Globalvisas employee turn over is really high, so the people that might be looking on your case might leave the company they day before you application is being filled. Some of the people that I dealt with & who messed my case are David o'dea, Cassy (Qing Kang), Kanchan (She claims to be very senior and she knows nothing)

I am also one of the persons effected by GlobalVisas attitude, they are very unprofessional in the way they handle the case. You are stuck if pay the initial amount, you are then completly stuck if you pay them the complete fees. After the complete payment the communication gap widens and they have I care a hang attitude. Mine was avery simple case which I could have filed on my on. Due to time constraint and other stress I thought of acquiring there services so that I could be rest assured that Professionals taking care of the case. Unfortunately I was wrong, Globalvisas is just a big name, My clear win win case was rejected by the HO & because globalvisas had put in wrong information.

Can you believe this that for tier 1 general (HSMP) I gave Globalvisas quite a few documents to refer & only few crucial and releveant documents had to be attached. With my application they attached the entire bunch of documents that I had given, which did not have to do anything with the case. The initial photocopies that I sent them even those were attached. This shows they didnt work on it, they just filled any thing in the form & sent the entire bunch to HO. No win No Fees is a sham. If any was is planning to sue Globalvisas, please contact me & I would likle to part of the litigation. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

just for everyone to know in the case of GJC they refunded him 244 pounds but they kept the 550 deposit even though they havent done any work in GJC case. I beleive also as a condition for the refund to GJC Liam Clifford asked him to retract all his negative comments from the internet. this sounds like blackmail to me. well done GJC, they bought you with only 244 pounds of your own money to kiss their ### and wipe it on Internet forums.

anyone else out there ready to kiss Liams ### and write anything he asks them just to get their own money back? you can ask GJC, God knows what else he has done to get a refund. maybe Liam also farted in his nose while GJC kissed his ###. hahahah:)

I completely agree Global Visas are scamsters. they told me on the phone i was elligible for a permanent residence by applying for a eu registration certificate v2. i contacted the home office who told me that this certificate does not exist and Ihave been badly advisedl. they took my deposit, gave me a name of a case worker and every time i have tried to contact the case worker the phone rang out or played an annoying screeching sound. i have tried that 7 times and i gave up. the case worker doesnt seem to exist anymore after you gave them the credit card details. They put you under a lot of pressure to give them your credit card details before they even asess your documents to see if you have any chance of getting a visa but after you gave them the credit card details you have problems contacting people in their office and they try to drag time as much as possible.

i have cancelled my card which i have used for the initial payment so they cannot use it again as I believe them to be very dubious by the way they operate.

they want you to pay a deposit before you even signed a contract with tjem and they want you to sign a contract with them even before you have assesed your documents and if after signing the contract they discover you dont have enough documents to support a visa application or you are not elligible for what they told you on the phone you are in order to sign a contract then they refuse to refund you and they want you to pay full fees for them telling you on the phone you are not elligible. beware of the sales agent who would say anything to get you to sign a contract and when it proves that what he told you is wrong and the case worker does not agree with what he told you after that you are supposed to pay full fees for the case worker telling you that the advice by the sales agent was wrong. it is completely unethical.
whoever wants to complain about them should write to oisc.co.uk, regulatory body, office of fair trading , take them to court through www.moneyclaim,gov.uk

Hi,

I am one of the people conned by Global Visas.

Global Visas (28 Great Tower Street, London, UK, EC3R 5AT) undertook the service for providing me the HSMP (Tier 1) visa processing from UK for the sum of £1035 (which the Immigration consultant, Mr Bhuven Sharma said it include fees for Global visas and Home office). He promised me that Global visas will process and post my Tier 1 visa application from UK after I provided him the required documents and that I need not apply from India, also mentioning that they abide by No VISA No Fee policy. He insisted that the home office fees for the Tier-1 application is £720 and for dependents it is only £50 if I initiate a payment with him on the same day and withdrawn £300 from my credit card as an initial payment before sending me the contract letter for signature.

Later I learnt that I should make my Tier 1 visa application from India if I was on student dependent visa according to the home office rules, and I need to pay the home office fees of £675 for my Tier 1 visa and £675 for each dependents which was in contrast to what was initially advised by Initial immigration consultant Mr. Bhuven Sharma.

It was not made clear to me that the entry clearance application for Tier 1 visa should be made from India at any time during my entire conversation with initial immigration consultant of Global visas or before drawing the deposit and signing of the contract letter. If I was informed correctly I will certainly not accept to give my credit card number and sign the contract letter because I cannot travel and apply from India in my 8th month of pregnant state and, also because I could have consulted agencies in India to apply for visa from India and not agencies in UK.

If I was told the truth that the sum of £1035 does not include the home office fees before signing the contract letter, I could have certainly not accepted to pay a deposit of £300 and further £735 (sum of £1035) only for consultation, as I could have filled in the Tier1 visa application form myself and submitted to the home office instead of atrophying £1035 just for telephone consultation).

I called Mr Bhuven Sharma, he accepted his mistake and promised to refund the £300 deposit within 14 days and asked me write a Feedback letter to claim the deposit money back

(Later I understood the reason for asking me to write a feedback letter and wait for 14 days was to keep me unsuspicious about their intention to withdraw further £735 from my credit card. According to the contract letter they can withdraw the rest of the payment from my credit card 30 days from signing of the contract. Fortunately, my credit card was cancelled before they could debit further money).

Fourteen days later, instead of refunding the money as agreed, Global visas Manager (Taimur Jawed) sent me an email to incur a further payment of £735 as their fees. Mentioning that if I do not pay they will send a debt collection team to incur. When trying to communicate with the manager by telephone about my case the reply from the manager was very rude and upsetting.

I have telephone conversation recordings with Global Visas and other proofs to show that the global visas have betrayed me.

I have complained to OISC, Office of Fair trading, but the global visa will take me to court to incur futher payment.

I am happy to provide witness to anyone who needs.

cancel your credit card and get a new credit card imediately so they cant withdraw any further, no one had positive experience, my advice would be to take them to court to get the money back, I am going to court at the moment to get my fees back, if i win i will use my testimony against them for anyone who wants to take them to court, this company doesnt want to help you, they want you to sign a contract, give them your credit card details and after that they dont do anything, they show the credit card company your contract to withdraw money and they do nothing, they ignore your calls and emails, complain to the oisc but they dont do anything, they only draw a report after 6 months but they donttake them to court or take your money back, you have to comaplin to the office of fair trading as they can take them to court .i have 5 witness testimonies for my court case, if you want to give me yours write me at boxergirl202@hotmail.co.uk, i will help anyone with advice

if you think is a scam report it also to office of fair trading( it will take them months to investigate and they want a reasonable number of complaints so keep on complaining)

If you think its a scam and want the OFT to investigate send it to:

I have had a similar experience with these scammers called Global Visas. Although it happened last year, but i am still fuming and can't stop complaining about them. First they take a deposit (about £500) then ask you to sign a paper (make sure you read the small print). After sometime they won't answer your calls, nor will they correspond via email. A month or so after the deposit taken, they will debit your account for the remaining balance regardless the process of your case. If you complain you will be referred to a "manager", then to a "manager of the manager" FOREVER... Get your grips to your cash, choose a proper company. Global Visas are scammers!

Acc. To alexa, global visas has the most traffic, & it is supposedly one of the largest, if not the largest visa immigration services in the world. I researched reviews online, & only found a few negative comments — all from india — & 1 or 2 positive comments. The global visas account manager was friendly & knowledgeable when I called their london office...

Approached this company for a visa on a no visa no fee basis. Told them i did not have documents to back up my case, they said it was no problem and they would take the case anyway. Now, no visa and they refuse to refund me. Avoid at all costs.
