Go Program Way2Go Card Fraud alert 🚨

My funds are not on my new card and it’s was told on EPIC that the cards will go out at the end on Oct but the recipient can’t utilize them until Dec11th this has to be a scam.

How can they withhold lower property recipient income for almost a month in a half just because they are switching cards.

A lady name Ms Rose 🌹 on customer service wouldn’t provide the reference number for the call nor the city and state she was located.

How can someone that works as customer service gather the client’s personal information without identifying their rights to track the call if you state that they’re maybe fraudulent activity?

Please notify the FBI to investigate this issue I have spoken to multiple people with this same experience.

Recommendation: Contact FBI there is some type of fraudulent activity on the customers service pertaining to the EPIC department

Go Program Way2Go Card Thief and lies

Market in the squares ATM decided to take over 40 withdrawn charges out of my card! Put the card into a negative! Then having to call them to start a fraud case, on hold for over an hour, they keep hanging up on me! Call 7 times in a row, start at 8am-12 noon and still can't talk with anyone! Such [censored]! Way2Go is a scam and I'm now talking to a lawyer! Thanks NY Way2Go! SCAMMERS!

Recommendation: Do direct deposit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go Program Way2Go Card Angry 😡

This card is a piece of crap… it’s used for child support in Michigan. You can’t use the card hardly anywhere online it just doesn’t work and when you call in to get answers they don’t even know how to help you! All they say is maybe the company doesn’t take prepare cards which is crazy because all of my other prepaid cards work just fine at the same company’s. I wish they would use a diff company for child support payments because this a big inconvenience!

Go Program Way2Go Card Never refunded my money

This is the second time that large amount of money have been taken out of my account and they don't want reverse. The purchases haven't were not made by me. They supposedly reverse the money, but took it out again. One time it $10,000 and it was never credit back. This for my child support owed for my kids. This company if very fraudulent. If I could give them --0 stars I could.

Go Program Way2Go Card Customer Service “Jerry” repeatedly called me a liar

Been trying to get this deposited in my account for over a month. Had an issues with forgery on my old account so I had to set up a new account and hadn’t gotten child support in so long I had just forgotten about it. Wasn’t able to resolve anything over the phone with out the card that I had no clue where it was since everything had been direct deposited for so long. Ordered a new card and had them expedite shipping (daughter was leaving the country for college and I wanted her to be able to have it when she left) after receiving the card I activated it and entered all my bank info to have it direct deposited in my account. Never was deposited. Get online and it’s telling me the cvv is wrong. Call customer service and “jerry” repeatedly talks over me. I tell him the last 4 of the card I got and he said “ no, that card was sent to you in march of 2022. Where is the card we shipped you in august” I said, this is the card I was shipped in august…. And he said no it isn’t……so we go back and forth while he calls me a lair. I finally said “ will you stop talking over me and listen to what I am saying please. This is the card that came in the expedited package in august” he just said, no it isn’t. We don’t make mistakes like that. I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping and he said no. I asked to speak with a manager like a damn karen and he said no! He asked if I wanted to cancel the card and order a new one and I said “ will it be expedited shipping for free since you already charged me for sending the wrong card? And he said no. I had to hang up I was so mad at this point. So I called in to try and do the bank transfer over the phone…. Told me my account was locked for putting in the wrong cvv code too many times. So I told them the card was stolen and to send me a new one. It takes a lot to make me mad. I don’t yell at people, I usually just brush it off. I don’t think i’ve ever left a bad review for anyone, i’ve just tried to leave good reviews if I like food or service but this….. He called me a liar! Excuse me sir but if this is the card I was sent in march of 2022 then why is there no address or postal markings on the envelope? Because it was sent in an expedited ups package in august! Just unbelievable.

Recommendation: I’m sure it was used by the state of Oklahoma because they are cheap. Good luck trying to get them to use someone competent if it’s more expensive for them.

Go Program Way2Go Card No access

This is crazy. When I had eppicard, I could access my account online easily and use the automated service to order a replacement card. Now, I am not able to access my online account. I have to call for a work order and if you can't answer at the time that they call, that's it. You have to call again to set up a work order. A work order if just them calling you at a specific time range. I work nights so it never worked out for me. Last time, they never even called.

As for replacing my card, you have to speak to an actual person (I was waiting for 20 minutes) just for them to ask the same questions the automated system did when it was eppicard. It's been an inconvenience since I got switched over to them.

Recommendation: I don't even know because they were forced on us.. stay away if you can

Go Program Way2Go Card Ridiculous

Way2go is by far the worst bank in the world. Every other month it’s a problem releasing my funds I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog. Absolutely can’t wait to be done with them. I’ve spoken with 6 different individuals which 2 were supervisors and and each person told me something different regarding my account I feel like way2go just hire anybody and no one knows what there doing I’m so frustrated please do bank with them if you want your money on time or at all

Go Program Way2Go Card Horrendous company to "work with"

The app is not user friendly, no matter how many times you hit "save my info" it will not, and it may tell you the correct password is wrong multiple times before it allows you in. If your funds aren't enough for a purchase, rather than decline the purchase (like every other financial company) it charges you 75 cents, for each failed transaction. If you move, make sure they know the address before you do or if a replacement card was sent out because you're expiring it will get sent back and then they will charge you for a new one. Their customer service is very rude/will talk down to you like a child, they do nothing to try and assist you with issues, they find stealing money from you is a minor inconvenience and think you should lay down and take what ever they dish out. I hope I can switch how I am receiving my sons child support because this company has been nothing less than a nightmare.

Recommendation: If you can do direct deposit for child support rather than use their services do that.

Go Program Way2Go Card constant fraudulent purchases & no help from the “help” desk!

This card was a godsend since I’ve been out of work due to the pandemic. Originally, I could transfer money from this card directly into my bank account, but after a few weeks, this feature went away. I was perplexed by this, but it wasn’t that bad since I could still use money directly from the card. Within the last few weeks, however, I started to notice large amounts being taken from the account that I had not authorized. Literally thousands of dollars are being taken out at a time and then smaller amounts as well. My brother has the same card, but he’s not having this issue. I have tried to call the help desk/customer service but I am left on hold for long amounts of time. I understand that lots of people have this card and they’re dealing with lots of customers with similar issues, but there needs to be a quicker, more efficient way to help people with this card. I hope and expect that all of the money that has been fraudulently stolen out of my account will be restored.

Yes, I was forced to use this card as now child support payments will be loaded onto a card instead of sending checks..

I wasn’t given a choice nor did I know that this was going to be the case and I never received my card nor did I even know that I had an ID# attached to that and I needed that number in order to even get through the phone prompts to talk to customer service. Then after sitting on hold for over an hour and half, I then had to hang up a them and get that ID number from child support services then sit on hold w THEM in order to get that ID# and call this place and sit on hold for another hour plus in order to get them to send me a card so I can receive my much needed back child support payments that I did not receive for months because they never reached out to me to let me know that I can only get my money via a card now that I never received.

This took the WHOLE DAY on mostly hold and a very less than helpful person on the other end that REALLY does NOT care at all what you’re going through.

I hope they are able to straighten out the fraudulent charges on your card.

Go Program Way2Go Card Extremely Fishy

I have never written a review about an app before, but this one is dealing with people’s money so I feel like it’s important to warn people to STAY AWAY.

I was forced to use this app to receive my unemployment money even after I tried to setup a direct deposit

I cannot transfer money to my bank account, I cannot use 3rd party apps like Venmo, I cannot even use it in most stores.

The only way to get your money out from my experience is to use ATMs, despite everything the brochures they give you might say. So the only way to get money out of your account is to pay more money? I just want to access my unemployment money!

Don’t even bother calling the number. If the voice machine decides to accept your card number after the 100th try, you have just entered into a loop of misery. There is no way to contact an actual human being who can solve problems, there is only the machine who will tell you your balance.

Don’t use this app, they just hold your money hostage and profit off of ATM fees.

I don’t know how I can receive my back child support payments now cause child support services will now only load what’s owed to you on this horrible card run by some company that does not care and is impossible to get thru to and I never received my card OR the ID number that goes with it!

Go Program Way2Go Card Impossible

It’s almost impossible to get help if you need access to your account after a lost username or password. When you try to change your password and log back on it won’t accept the new password. Sometimes it won’t even allow you to change the password even though you’re following the password requirement rules. Security image is never correct (one of the reasons I called CS). The only option is to call customer service and open up a ticket for each issue. You are told that IT will call you back within 5-10 days with no specific window to look out for. So for 10 days I guess I’ll have to be glued to my phone. Oh, but wait, there’s work, doctors appointments, meetings etc. where I won’t be available, so I more than likely will be missing their call. It’s looking like I may never gain access to my account. Also, when you call customer service you are asked for your FULL social, username, password, full name, address, and birthdate just to open up a ticket which really makes me uncomfortable. Beyond frustrating.

Go Program Way2Go Card Only one problem

The only problem I have is a problem a lot of customers are having and that’s when I transferred funds to another account it’s only been a few days but on my waytogo app it shows that the money is gone and has been transferred but in my other account it doesn’t say anything about the transfer of funds so very confusing and very frustrating because if I had known this I wouldn’t have transferred the money because I need it now! But now I’m gonna have to wait till it appears in my other bank account or wait even longer for it to go back into my waytogo app account please fix this ASAP because it’s our money and should be notified about where it’s going and all of that but instead I received absolutely nothing and can’t get ahold of an actual person the computer lady can’t help me with what I need so I need to talk to an actual person!
Thanks and god bless I should’ve read the last review stating the same problems and I wouldn’t have made the mistake of transferring it! Very frustrating because I still haven’t received anything!

Go Program Way2Go Card Bad customer service issue

I have been waiting on my initial card for way longer than the 7-10 calendar days also just in case anyone has anything to say about the timing it also has been well over 10 business days as well anyway there is absolutely NO way to contact anyone even tho you have a “contact is” segment on your website and when I call the multiple different numbers given for issues it always takes me to the same place (no need for 5 different numbers for the same recording) where nobody answers the phone you get an error message saying they can’t connect you to anyone but your website says customer service reps available 24 hrs a day for OUR convenience I just want to talk to someone about where is my card and if you can’t seem to send it to me why can’t I enroll in the direct deposit program? Oh yea it requires u to have a card number to login (a card number that doesn’t exist due to o card) I wish that I didn’t have to write. A bad review but there is absolutely no way of getting a hold of anyone and I’ve been patiently waiting for a card that hasn’t showed

Go Program Way2Go Card BOTH MOBILE APP & WEBSITE GIVES ERROR MESSAGES

I have had nothing but problems trying to transfer my available balance into my bank account. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no luck transferring my funds into my bank acct. Both mobile app & website says “There is an Exception “ and no customer service rep can tell me what it means and cannot help me resolve it. I’m still waiting for tech support to call me to help me. 1st tech ticket request, the guy did nothing to troubleshoot & fix my problem. After confirming I could log in ( never said I couldn’t log in ) , says my issue is another department and transferred me. Then I got hung up on, then a new lady said her records show my issue was resolved without letting me speak. If my issue was resolved, I would never want to call in again! I also asked how to set up Direct Deposit because there is a link on the log-in page. A customer service rep says they don’t offer that option & I must contact Unemployment to set that up! The Nevada Unemployment tells me I need to contact Way2Go! I’m so frustrated! I just want to set up Direct Deposit so I never have to call ANYONE! Bank of America ( previous carrier ) was more helpful! Very disappointed :(

Go Program Way2Go Card Slow slow slow

Tried to set up my account and their system doesn’t like any password you put in despite following their requirements. They require that you read this PDF document and enter a “keyword” from that document and enter it into the space for the “keyword”. But it only downloads a partial document. What the heck am I looking for? Is it s trick question? Do I need to guess what this arbitrary keyword is? That’s so juvenile to put in some keyword in a document to make sure you read it. Doesn’t matter because I never saw the entire document. Wasn’t able to finish the set up. I called to request some help, well that will take two days for someone to call you. When’s a good time for someone to call you? Well I don’t have a job so anytime. So I wait around for two days for someone to call me from an unknown number to ask me personal sensitive questions that you are not suppose to provide to ANYONE! What a slow dumb system. I doubt I’ll ever get my account set up if that is how they roll. Because I am not going to provide personal information to some random person from an unknown number. I guess they aren’t familiar with identity theft, or hackers and scammers. Because if they were they wouldn’t set up a system like this that makes a person feel vulnerable. Ugh….what a waste!

Go Program Way2Go Card Great Banking App but Hard to Transfer Funds Elsewhere

This app is very helpful and easy to use. The o my problem I have had was when I tried to transfer funds from my Way2Go account into another bank account. It took 6 days and I received no confirmation or message that said it would be successfully transferred or even how long it would take. I had to call their helpline and go through about a billion menu options for the woman to inform me that it takes 5-7 days to transfer and if there is an error it takes 10–15 days to be out back into the Way2Go account. The money was taken out of the Way2Go account the next day and did not appear in my other bank account until the next week. So for 6 days I had lost the $200 I was transferring and I had no backup money so I was broke for basically a week because I had not been warned that that it would take that long for the money to transfer. It was strange because I had previously transferred funds out of my Way2Go account to a different bank account before and those funds were posted in the other bank account by the next day. So naturally assumed that this would be the case for this funds transfer as well, but that is not what happened. Just a warning for anyone who would like to transfer funds in the future. Other than that mishap, there is nothing wrong with this app. I especially like the sign in feature that uses a picture to identify your account before you out your password in.

Go Program Way2Go Card WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

So a month ago, I had made a fraud claim but never ended up getting my money back or my card. To begin with, they took FOREVER to answer the phone and sounded fishy when asking for my information. The person on the phone sounded like she didn’t know what she was doing... time goes by and nothing. Today I got on the phone again and after waiting over half an hour, the lady hung up on me bc she pretended not to hear me. I asked her why they had removed $99.52 for a “credit adjustment” and she said that it was actually money they had put back into my account. 1. That was only a QUARTER of the money they took. 2. The balance of the transaction on my account showed a negative # and when I asked the customer service agent she that was money ADDED to my account.. but then I said my balance was $0.00. Idk why any adjustment would show a negative sign.. first time I see that. She was also rude and unclear when asking about when I had seen the negative amount balance on my account. These people need to train their staff better and get it together. It shouldn’t take over a month to receive a card, much less to get my money back when it was obvious that fraud was committed on my account. Unfortunately I have to deal with this because I lost my job and I guess I was “fortunate” enough to receive money from our oh-so-generous government. Hopefully I never have to deal with this again. It’s been a NIGHTMARE!

Go Program Way2Go Card Doesn’t recognize my information

I received a new card back in October, a card which I’ve been unable to activate. I call the number on the card, input my card number, it’s not recognized. Call and use input my DOB social security number, information not recognized.
Have been trying to sign into way2go online as it’s virtually impossible to get a person on the phone to help rectify this situation, same problem. Well, with the exception that I get locked out after three incorrect try’s.

Year’s ago I used the Way2go app regularly, it was very helpful to not have to call to see how much money I had available. Then my login stopped working after my us back online banking was hacked and various charge’s would appear and drain my accounts. US Bank ultimately locked me out of online banking, which made everything so much more difficult for several years. Until somewhat recently… a US Bank agent at the 800 number unlocked my account and directed me to change the original email I originally used to create my online banking account. This was so easy, and solved almost every problem I was having with my online banking. Everything except I’m still unable to sign into the go program app.

So if there’s someone that reviews these reviews…. Please make it possible for people in this position to have a way to contact and speak with an actual live person. Without having to verify their identity, as your system doesn’t recognize my information at all. Or, call me, you guy’s have my information… that’s how child support works

Go Program Way2Go Card Love the Actual App, no so much on the customer service side of things

I’ve had an Eppicard for over 10 years and have loved it! It is so easy to check my balance without have to go to a computer, logging in and it taking me 10minutes to check my balance instead of 15seconds thanks to this app. I haven’t had to call customer service but to report lost cards and to get a new one sent out. However, there are 3 things I do have to say negatively about this app and that is... If you need to order a new card due to it being misplaced/lost or stolen and you have money on the card that you REALLY need to support or feed your children, they charge you $20 dollars to ship it to you within 3 business days instead of the normal 7-10 business days, honestly makes you feel like your being taken advantage of! My 2nd issue is that when your card expires, they are “supposed” to send out a new one before it expired and they don’t! If you’re like me and don’t pay attention to that date and get your money onto your card and then be denied using it because it’s expired is very frustrating and when I called to order it I asked the gentlemen and he said “We’ll we ARE supposed to just send a new one out, don’t know why we didn’t, OOOPS, Our bad!” ‍♀️. Lastly, it is very hard to communicate since they almost NEVER speak very good English AT ALL! Which is very frustrating On it’s own. But the actual App itself has been wonderful and I just found out you can have a text sent to your phone when they have deposited the money which is awesome as I never know what day I will get child support from month to month.

Go Program Way2Go Card This Company is Useless!

I tried to set-up direct deposit via their automated phone system. It said it couldn’t set it up and to contact my bank. I went to the bank. They said all they could do is to give me a direct deposit form to fill out and mail to them. It has all the banking info I already provided to GoProgram/Way2Go. I tried to set it up on their website. I couldn’t even create an account, much less set-up direct deposit. There was an error message about not being able to find the user. So, I called and waited on hold for 3 hours (spoke to 2 different people) to only be told to try again on their website. I asked if they could stay on the phone with me while I did. They said no, it wasn’t fair to the others waiting on hold. It’s not fair to me to have to call back and wait another 3 hours if it doesn’t work. I tried again. Sure enough. I got the same error. As a last resort I tried the app and got an error message “server error please try again“. I give up. This company has a ton of technical problems. It’s no wonder their hold times are so long. A ton of people are probably calling because everything is broken. I’ve heard lots of horror stories from others on unemployment- money missing off their card and too much money being deducted off their card when using it for a purchase. They don’t seem to have good security protocols in place. Their customer service and IT staff are atrocious! Now I have to waste my time making a weekly trip to the bank to transfer funds and hope my money doesn’t go missing. I’d give this app and company negative stars if I could.

Go Program Way2Go Card Unemployment debit card

Enrolled in automatic transfer to checking account option and worked perfectly for 4 months. Most recent deposit was sent and then returned. Not sure why because still enrolled in automatic transfer. Account shows funds there as merchant credit. Unable to speak o live agent (what a joke) and no menu options for my situation. Would like to speak to agent to understand what has occurred with my account and what I need to do to fix it.

Go Program Way2Go Card Way to Go Card

Way to Go took my card information, my checking account number, and routing number through a AI recording. I received a email confirmation the next day. 3 or 4 days later, I received a email that the bank accounting information could not be found. When I call WTG @[protected], the card balance is current, the checking account has the last 4 digits intact, but the information cannot be found, changed or accessed. I hope you can give me some solution so I can utilize my unemployment funds. Thank You, John White

Go Program Way2Go Card Way2Go card for for Ohio

This is the second card I have received and I can’t activate the card. I keep getting the same response we can’t identify you. Whether I use my own social security number, or my great granddaughter info who I receive benefits for on the way 2 go card.

And you can’t get a live person on the line. I explained when I finally did get a live person just what I’m saying now . Whose information mine or the child I have custody of and they told me to enter my social and birthday, and it’ still says the same things . Before I complain to the attorney general’s office I am reaching out again .

Desired outcome: Find out why neither mine or my granddaughter Informdtion is working. Now they have locked the card because too may attempts made

Go Program Way2Go Card Customer Service Representative

I spoke with a man who handled my claim dispute on 10/22/[protected]@8:30p. The representative was rude, unprofessional, was unable to acknowledge my questions even after he was done with my dispute. Then customer rep became personal in his comments towards me that were unnecessary- he told me he needed to get through a script when i asked him for my balance.. But he didn't get through the script, but rather hung up on me... Because, maybe that was his new script? The man was a bit unhinged and really shld not be in a position to speak with anyone. Go Program Way2Go Card Customer Service Call

I filed a dispute and was calling to check on the status. The representative wouldn’t let me speak , was over talking me , yelling and being absolutely disgusting. This wouldn’t be the first time I’ve had this type of interaction. The reps are not trained , inexperienced, rude , nasty and uneducated in their work field . I try my best to absolutely never call them if I don’t have to . I’ve never had a good interaction. They need to be closed down.

Go Program Way2Go Card Services to retrieve funds

The Way2Go Program is absolutely horrible. They website always gives error messages when your trying to access information. The transfer funds portion lives your money in limbo when customers actually really need their money to support themselves and their families. The customer representatives really should be trained properly because they are unsure when answering questions and can't provide customers with guidance on how to troubleshoot on the Way2Go Program. When families are relying on funds to feed their families it shouldn't be so difficult and misleading. I would like to know where my money is while it's being transferred from the Way2Go card to my bank account, if it never reaches my account?

Go Program Way2Go Card Unauthorized charges/filing dispute

I filed a dispute on 8/9/23for unauthorized charges. Was given a claim number [protected]) and told to go to ([protected]@conduent.com to fill out for within 10 days or claim would be canceled. Can't find anywhere to do what I was told to do. Doesn't make sense and I've been wasting my time and racking my brain online trying to find where to go and what to do! Call my card and they hang up call consent they can't help ! Beyond frustrated and my anxiety is thru the roof .

Go Program Way2Go Card I have an unauthorized ATM transaction on my Way2Go account $183.00 was deducted on 7/08/2023 in Fredericksburg Virginia.

When I noticed the unauthorized transaction I immediately called the Way2Go customer service number on the back of the card on 7/27/2023 I talked to an agent and explained in detail about the unauthorized transaction she said she noticed it on my account so she stated she was going to cancel my previous card and a new one should come 7-10 business days. Then she stated she would send me a form that I needed to fill out and send it back immediately, but I have yet to receive the form or my replacement card. I just want my refund because I didn’t authorize nor make this ATM withdrawal because I do not live in Fredericksburg Va. I tried to call back concerning the status of my complaint and now I can’t get in contact with no one the customer service number just gives me information stating my replacement card will arrive in 7-10 business days. Please help I just want my refund for this unauthorized ATM withdrawal from Fredericksburg Virginia.

I think they are the ones taking the money, who else has access but the people on the other end of the phone we should all come together and file a class action lawsuit. It’s frustrating and I think the fact that you receive these benefits makes people think you poor , dumb and stupid and they can treat you any kind of way.

Go Program Way2Go Card Service

You are charged every time you call even for a balance. You can not log in more than two times with out getting locked out. The customer service is hard to get a hold of when there is a problem. You have to remember your long participant id in order to even get through to do anything with this card. The system gocard.com is a scam. It is way to hard to recover your forgotten password. This card needs to be deleted and replaced. To many complications to even get your money off!

Desired outcome: New card program or let consumers chose their way of payment!

Basically, customer service is a joke. I work for a company that distributes money to this company so I’ll be making a complaint and a motion to use another company.

Trying to sign up on the app. Having issues so I called customer service. They are a joke and can’t help with anything. Had to put into the computer for someone to call me that can help. According to them I can’t make an appointment for someone to call. Instead, I have to put my life on hold waiting the next 2 days for them to call me. Guess this company doesn’t think people have lives.

Sad deal.

I see a lot of people are having same issues. It’s sad that nothing is getting done. Almost makes me question weither or not writing a negative review will do any good.

Prove me wrong.

Go Program Way2Go Card Undisclosed fee

I was charged a $2 fee to transfer money to another account in the app, even though this is NOT listed in the SC fee schedule. (A fee for using the phone system to make a transfer IS listed, but that fee is less than I was charged for doing so online).

It has been impossible for me to reach a customer service rep. I called and once I finally found an option to speak to one (by choosing the dispute transaction option) I was disconnected. Several times. Then I was charged a fee for calling the line too many times.

I mailed a letter asking for a refund of the fees. It has been over a month and no response. I have also emailed over a week ago, with no response. I will be complaining to the FDIC and other agencies now since Way2Go will not acknowledge my communication.

Set up app, entered my information, app told me my security question’s answer was wrong 3x, locked my card, sent me an email to contact customer service, took finally contacting the fraud (7) selection to get someone who tried to tell me that I tried to change my pin 3x (incorrect 3x on your app answering my security question, 3x on automated system to get to a live person due to the email stating customer service would reverse immediately (lie, kept email as proof)...all to be told that wasn’t true (as well as being told my automated and app actions were not as I was stating) I’m a college educated person so I’m pretty sure I can listen and follow directions. Rude customer service. Not a happy person. Only selected one star bc 0 wasn’t an option. Way2Go needs to remedy this issue!

Go Program Way2Go Card This people lives

I received an alert to my phone when a transaction was taken out of my account. I immediately call but I couldn’t get threw until a couple of days later. I remind you that I stayed holding on for hoursssss. The scammers cleared my card with 3 transactions from Dollar General in Detroit.
I couldn’t even go online an dispute the transaction and I still can’t. I finally was able to talk to someone and they canceled my card and supposedly send me some fraud papers to fill out. I still to this day have not received any papers and my money is gone because they let it cleared, instead of canceling it before it went threw. I am so disappointed with this process and how they handle business. Child support needs to change companies. I’m going to write the news about this as well with this company.

I can not believe that child support services has done this! SHAME ON THEM! I absolutely had no idea why my child support payments weren’t coming to my home only to find out that back in May, ‘23 they decide to deposit your money for your children into a scam company like this!

I never received my card so I can not get my child support since May! It’s now August!

They say that I only have $90 on that card but this is wrong! I believe it’s a way of taking money from children cause this is run by a very shady bank.

I’m reporting this to FDIC.

Also, in order to find out what happened to the card I never received, I’m supposed to have an ID number that is attached to it… but after waiting on hold for CS for over an hour and half I find out they can’t help me since I didn’t have that number… WELL YEAH… BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED THE CARD IN ORCER TO GET THAT NUMBER!

So this is just a scam

It’s a way for this bank to use your money forever, even TAKE your money and never return it! Plus to add insult to injury they make it IMPOSSIBLE to resolve it!

I only receive $125 per month for back child support and they’re taking that away from my children!

Unbelievable!

Shame on Child Support Services for choosing this sham of a company!

Go Program Way2Go Card If I could give zero I would

This doesn’t even deserve a star but fair warning you should just take the money right off the card and put it in your bank account because it doesn’t allow money transfers nor direct deposits even though this wasn’t the case like a month ago. Also I have to keep changing my password literally every time I try to log in, to the point where it locks my account just for it to tell me that I can’t use the same password! They literally have zero customer service so if you have a problem you will get a robot that has limited capabilities and if you’re on unemployment they will tell you to call the number on the card cause they don’t deal with the card service. Your money is not safe here so just take it out at the atm and put it somewhere else. They need to work on the development of this app cause Chile.

I’m super confused why the app won’t allow me to use it because it’s telling me that an app is required. I check the App Store and there is no update. Go Program Way2Go Card Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Encountered

I have been trying to figure out where my card was for 2 weeks. I spoke to someone on Thursday who informed me that it would be another 21 days or I could pay $15 for 2 day shipping and I would have it on Monday. Well Saturday I got the card in the mail that was 21 days away and couldn’t activate it because it was already deactivated. Here we are on Monday and I called to get the tracking number for my card and it’s saying it won’t be here until tomorrow, and to top it off when I questioned the person about why I had to pay for expedited shipping when I already got the first card and the new card is having a delay, he hung up on me. I’m $98 negative and that will go up another $35 due to late fees tomorrow. Sure I should have managed money a little better but due to the pandemic I have been out of work this entire month.
