Goldbely Poor delivery/packaging. Not safe for consumption

September 6, 2023. I ordered Cuban sandwiches from Versalles in Miami. The food was received as scheduled. However the cooler and freezer bag were totally thawed, making the food not safe for consumption. Terrible customer service which only offers a credit, so they are basically offering you to re order from a company that you are not happy with.

Desired outcome: Total refund

Goldbely Poor customer service

I have shopped for years on Goldbelly, but, no more. I received a $15 goodwill adjustment from a customer service rep with a short expiration date. So I went to their website and selected a "free" delivery item to purchase.
But when I went to their shipping calendar, all their December shipping dates had a $15 surcharge; in effect, making my credit worthless. The rep must have been aware of this, but I doubt anyone at Goldbelly actually cares. This used to be a good company, but the errors are piling up and I'm done with them.

Goldbely Big bob gibson bar b q, decatur, alabama

My food delivery from Big Bob Gibson bar b q in Alabama, a birthday gift to me from my sister in Corvallis, Oregon arrived here in New Jersey in very poor condition. I filed a complaint a week ago, and no response from the company to either the sender or me, the recipient. The order # is [protected], and it was a FedEx delivery Everything inside the box was totally defrosted and soft, and not wise to eat in that condition. Founder & CEO JOE ARIEL should be aware of this, and be ashamed.

Desired outcome: REFUND TO SENDER. OR NEW SAFE DELIVERY

Goldbely Ruined Food, No Customer Service

I placed an order for Valentine day and for my friend's birthday weeks ago, hoping to make the days special. I just received notice that the packages will not arrive until Monday/Tuesday now even though they have been shipped. So now I am basically shipping rancid food for 100$ + each package. Goldbelly customer service essentially said I'm SOL. Why do they not have to have a disclaimer at all about their shipping being awful and unreliable? At least let me know that Goldbelly does not stand by anything they sell so I can take my business elsewhere. Could not be more disappointed in the service. Beware!

Goldbely Worst customer service experience, ever

Their site says they give "no returns, refunds or cancellations" - if the item has shipped, but you never got it through no fault of your own, tough. You are out of luck.

It took me hours of dealing with customer service to learn that. Had to file a Visa dispute to get my money back.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GOLDBELLY.

Goldbely I want a refund

It happened to me for the second time and I will never use this service again.
I got the wrong order, maybe it was someone else's, who knows. If I reached their customer service when I needed them, I would find it out.
I obviously paid more than I had to because I ordered a big pizza from a definite place and they brought me a hamburger from a different restaurant.
It's unbelievable. I don't want to listen to their excuses and apologies. I want my money back and I hope one day I will get it

Goldbely Don't ever use this site

Stay away and bever deal with them. Too frustrating. They take money for service they don't provide. Well, I'm judging only by my own experience, but you can also look through other reviews. Same or similar stories.
I paid extra for a fast delivery but received nothing. I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Whether it's possible to receive my package or not. Or whether I need to ask for a refund or not... I don't know. I have been trying to reach them for several weeks to find answers to my questions, but they don't reply and I was left alone with my problems. They don't care.

Goldbely horrible service

If you don't want to risk your money, stay away from this website that has no customer service whatsoever. I have been on the phone sinсe the early morning trying to reach them and still there's nothing. I ordered an item with an express delivery and never received it. Your products are so overpriced, hire someone who could answer the phone and talk to angry customers

Goldbely Worst service ever!

My order did not arrive and Goldbely gave me nothing but headache. I have ordered from them and later they contacted me and said that they were not able to deliver my order. When I asked for some explanation they were not able to tell anything, but they said that I can pick something else. I made another order and the same thing happened. I called their customer service phone number and their rep said they'll check on my issue and said they'll call me back later and that was just another lie. I will not use them again!

Goldbely Very expensive delivery fee

I wanted to order a cake for my wife and they also charged me $10 for the delivery! No where on the site it was said that shipping was not free! $10 shipping fee is just too much. I contacted Goldbely customer service and asked them to cancel my order and first rep was not so nice, he did not want to help. But the second one was a real help and he cancelled my order with no problem.

I ordered a cake from Goldbelly and they charged me $50 for shipping. The cake is a $33 cake. When I complained, I was told that. UPS and FedEx delivery prices are high. I’ll bake my own cakes.

Goldbely No customer service

Ordering something from this site is a big mistake. I needed a gift card for Christmas and the only place I could get one delivered was through Goldbely. I ordered my gift card on December 5. The site told me it would be delivered within two weeks and I will have it by December 20. It’s December 23 now and still nothing! I sent them messages twice. And as they never pick up the phone I left them 5 voice mails. But I haven't received a single response yet. I’m not complaining, I just want to know where my gift card is. Apparently customer service means nothing to this company. It’s impossible to get in contact with them. How can a company just completely ignore a paid customer!

Goldbely They don't know what they have in stock

I ordered 6 carrot cakes from the company www.goldbely.com. I placed the order 20 days in advance of my birthday and they have plenty of time in order to process my order and provide precise info. But these guys took money from me and told me that everything was in stock. After 10 days I got the email from them. The seller cancelled my order, because it was out of stock. Irresponsible company and better don’t reply on them.

Goldbely They cancelled everything and no one told us why

We ordered a special gift for our friend from the company www.goldbely.com. We have chosen the date and the rep told us that it was available. We paid for the surprise and got the confirmation info, but the rep contacted us one day before our selected day and cancelled everything. He hasn’t even explained why. It was inapt and we tried to get more info from them, but it was impossible. We won’t advise this place.

Goldbely Bad services and impossible to reach this company

I ordered food from the website www.goldbely.com. I was disappointed, ‘coz I got room temperature food and after couple of minutes it was already cold. Also these scammers offered me the coupon for the next delivery, but they haven’t provided it. I tried to reach them, but of course they didn’t reply to my emails and phone calls. Total scam, so stay away from them and post comments.

I received a pie from my sister in Boston for thanksgiving. I'm vegan and it's very hard to find any Vegan desserts where I live. It arrived completely destroyed! I attached a pictures. I feel so bad because she sent it so special. She has stage 4 cancer and I would never tell her it wasn't perfect:(
