Golden Auto Group Frank D*** didn't even take me seriously when I wanted to buy a car from them

Frank D didn't even take me seriously when I wanted to buy a car from them. I mean, come on, I had a big pre-approval amount and everything! But no, they just brushed me off. And to make matters worse, the car I ended up financing was supposed to be around 14k, but this sneaky dealer added a whopping 11k to my total. Can you believe it? I didn't even find out about this until I got my first bill in the mail. Talk about terrible customer service and shady practices. Now I'm stuck with a 2012 Audi A6 with over 100k miles on it, and I have to pay over $25,000 for it. It's absolutely insane!

I bought a car 3 months ago and still ain't got the dang license plates. Been getting the runaround from the dealership for the past three weeks, and they keep playing these stupid games. Ain't worth the hassle, man. Going back in time, I'd never waste my precious time with these clowns. We were even thinking of getting another car for our kid, but this place ain't getting another dime from me. Wish I had read them reviews beforehand, would've saved me a major headache. I don't get why they gotta mess with people when we just wanna give 'em our money. But hey, karma's a [censored], right? I even contacted the ComplaintsBoard.com and CA DMV 'cause these fools don't take nothin' seriously. And don't even get me started on Chris, the manager. Dude never calls back and always acts like he's too busy for us regular folks.

Golden Auto Group This car place is sketchy and sneaky

This car place is sketchy and sneaky. I bought a 2012 vw jetta from them 2 weeks ago, and I already had to spend another 2000 bucks to fix my "good car". While driving home, the coolant light came on, so I thought it was serviced but just not burped right. When I got home and topped it off with pink coolant, the car's coolant was gray and dirty. I also checked the oil and it was a quart short. So I flushed it. Two days later, I had to add coolant again, strange. I took it to a shop, and they had to replace some coolant lines, the water pump, and the timing belt (apparently that's needed every 100k miles on German cars) and get it serviced (all the fluids). This was just annoying. I bought the car at night because of daylight savings time, and now it gets dark at 5, there were pollen stains on the inside window stains, and the outside of the car was filthy. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. 10/10, stay away!

I bought a car from Golden Auto about a year ago, sadly, I haven't had a month without a major problem or finding a problem that happened before I owned the vehicle. This car has been in a big accident. I was told it had a clean title with no accidents, but the whole car is messed up. It's so bad that I go through a set of tires in just 4 months. I've had 2 sets of new tires in the time I've owned the vehicle, and now I need a third set. I've had the alignment done both times, and the mechanic told me that the car had been in a major accident and there's nothing more they can do. I bought the car and shortly after, I noticed that the paint had been patched up all over the car within the first month. The front bumper, rear bumper, right and left quarter panels, and right and left side skirts are having major paint issues. The clear coat has come off in large sections. Also, the AC compressor exploded after 4 months of owning it. I paid $1650 to replace the entire AC system. The mechanic said that metal shot through the whole system and it all needed to be replaced. Lastly, the worst problem is that the turbo went out around the same time as the AC. I've had it in the shop twice and paid $700 so far with no results. I'm at the point of giving up on this car, but I still owe $12,000 on it. I'm very bummed that the turbo went out and no mechanic can find the problem. It has been a disappointing money pit, and I'm absolutely stuck with it. I can't even sell the car because it won't pass smog without the turbo working. The check engine light has been on the whole time I've owned the car.

Golden Auto Group I went to check out a car at Golden Auto Group, Inc

I went to check out a car at Golden Auto Group, Inc. I filled out a credit application, but I wanted to wait until we agreed on the price of the vehicle. Unfortunately, they gave us wrong information. As a result, we decided to cancel the deal since we couldn't come to an agreement. We clearly told the business that we were not interested and left. However, to our surprise, they still pulled our credit without authorization on that day and the following day.

Golden Auto Group I bought a car from this dealer and it had electrical problems that they didn't tell me about

I bought a car from this dealer and it had electrical problems that they didn't tell me about. I got a warranty from BMW, but they couldn't fix the issue. They tried three times to find the problem, but the car still loses its charge and leaves me stuck. I tried calling the owner, but they told me it's better to go to court because they don't want to work with me directly.

Golden Auto Group I bought a car from Golden Auto Group on 3/8

I bought a car from Golden Auto Group on 3/8. On 3/11, the battery died and when I replaced it, the monitor screen in the car stopped working. I took it to a Lexus dealer and they said fixing it would cost $3100.00. I called 2 different dealers to inquire about the warranty, and they both said that the warranty was voided because the car had a salvage title. Golden Auto never told me about that. I've been trying to resolve this with them and return the car, but they claim they did nothing wrong because the report they obtained showed no issues. I checked the car fax and it showed two accidents but no salvage. However, Lexus identifies it as salvaged. I want to return the car to Golden Auto, but they won't cooperate. If I had known the car was salvaged, I would have never purchased it.

I bought a car from this place and they sold me an unsafe car with 2 cracked rims. They never told me or asked me or my wife about the AMS THEFT PATROL service, which they charged us $1,050.00 for, and $30.00 for DEALER-TRACK. I asked them to fix the rims or I was willing to pay half, $600. I also confronted them about the AMS-THEFT PATROL and they lied and said they told me and my wife! I wonder how many people they charge for this service without letting them know or, in my case, refusing to help. All they said was that I have to bring the car, but at this point, I don't trust my car with shady business like this. I took back the rims to show them and they were just rude, saying that I must have wrecked the car so they wouldn't have to pay half. Thanks for the help.

I bought a car on [protected] from Golden Auto Group and gave them a down payment of $5,000. But guess what? I couldn't even drive off the lot on the same day because the power steering holes were ripped! They fixed it a whole week later, but then, just two weeks after that, the car started leaking oil and the engine was overheating. Can you believe it? The crank pulley was loose and the gaskets didn't work either. I tried texting and calling them, but they never bothered to get back to me about all these problems. So, I took matters into my own hands and drove all the way back to the dealership from LA to tell them face-to-face what was happening. I left the car there, hoping they would give me a loaner since I had dropped off my vehicle. But nope, they didn't even offer one. Can you imagine? I had to file a complaint with the financial bank that approved my loan just to get a loaner car. They told me my car would be ready by the second week of April, but then they extended it to the second week of May. And now, here we are in June, and I still haven't gotten my car back. They promised it would be ready on June 21, but who knows when I'll actually get it.

I bought a car on 3/27 for 26,999 bucks. Before the deal went down, I did what any careful buyer would do and asked questions and checked out the car as best I could. The salesman told me there were absolutely no issues. But guess what? Less than 15 minutes on the road, the cover under the car came off, showing the underside. Not only was this dangerous for me, but the cover fell off right into the traffic behind me. And that's when I saw oil leaking and damage underneath. I immediately got in touch with Augustine, the salesman who handled the transaction, but he didn't offer any solution. I've been trying to contact the dealership and Augustine for 2 weeks now, but they haven't responded and they're ignoring my calls and texts. I know this because when my dad called from a different phone, they answered right away. They haven't provided any help or resolution. I even sent them the invoice for the repairs.
