Extremely rude! She refused to negotiate prices that are way over priced. Shame on you!

Spent over a hour shopping the store and found 15 dresses. All extremely over priced. Some still had tags with lower prices than Goodwills prices. Wow!

Ask to buy each dress for $5 each. Making the sell $75 plus tax. Good sell for free products.

I’ve been shopping Goodwill and negotiating prices for 10+ years. This is the first time I’ve had anyone respond “I don’t do that in MY store. I understand others do but I’m not today!” And walked away! I had to ask the 2 corporate representatives standing there what her name was. Yes there were 2 corporate representatives while she made this decision and blew me off. The altercation lasted maybe 1 min. How embarrassing!

Please refer to ALL the reviews on this management, Donna Topia. I’m blown away as to why she would still have employment at ANY Goodwill outlet. I would never hire such a disgusting, hateful, human to run my store. I’ve heard horror stories about this location and management off Facebook, but I’ve never seen it happen until now.

Unfortunately, this location will not be receiving my hard earned money ever again.
