Firstly let me state that Google is not the only IT company with terrible customer service all of your competitors are equally as terrible.

Why is this you ask. Well because your systems are designed by Americans.

I am a British citizen working overseas in China. does that mean that I speak read or write Chinese NO butyour system assumes that because I am in China I must be Chinese so insantly switches everything into Chinese. Does it give me an option to use English or any other language? NO it does not. So when I attempt to download google translate to my tablet it all switches to Chinese and demands that I log into an account so when I attempt to do this it doesnt recognise email log in or password and freezes everything for 48 hours. The incompetence of Google and microsoft is only exceeded by their ignorance so instea of having pingpong tables and sleep areas and slides in your head office I suggest that you get rid of that garbage and learn how to do your jobs competently. AND YET EVEN HERE ONCE AGAIN YOU DISPLAY YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT GOT ANYWHERE FOR ME TO ENTER MY EMAIL SO THAT YOU CAN REPLY TO ME. [protected]@yahoo.com

i have 7 charges from google from april to july totaling $88.54 the only thing i ordered was in my microsoft store xbox gold $9.99 and a solitaire game $1.99 and those are monthly charges i never ordered anything else

Staring on June 26th and everyday to June 30th from this company Google Invoice Mountain View, CA . I want to talk to someone, to refund my money because this has cause my account to go in the negtive .. I do Not know this company at all. Google is blocking or deleting our business reviews. We have several reviews left by customers and partners we do business with, which never show up or are deleted in short order. All our reviews are legit, and Google is directly damaging our business and ratings. Below is just one example which shows up in our console, but appears as not found when clicked:

Iv been charged twice in two days from this company and I don't even know who the hell they are plus I never authorized the charges so something needs to be done cuz im gonna get really angry if I have to get another New card I never really noticed it but I just looked back on my account n I been being charged from that place alot so I'm gonna figure out the amount

The working conditions were horrible. The place was nasty. The management was very unprofessional. If you came in with professsional standards you were ridculed and harrased. You were invited to put your mouth on supervisors penis, to being shouted at and almost have to come to blows. Needless to say. I am no longer there. I feel sorry for the customers. I have been charge twice for 2 transactions. Initially theses 2 transactions were charged to a card I dont have anymore. When I tried to remove the card from my account, they request I move the charges to my working credit card on my account? I've already paid for these charges on this card. I usually prepay my hotels except for this time. my $100 deposit is gone claiming the smoke alarm went off and i do nort even smoke. I honestly strongly advice avoiding this hotel.

It appears that someone is sending out emails that are connected to my email but they have put file extension other than gmail.com…ex: AndreaGarner81 is my header and that is what is kept but then some long file extension is added. I ordered the movie "Hunt for the Wilderfolk"from Google Play. My VISA card was charged but the movie was not properly delivered. When I tried to open it from the My Movies screen, the error came up "This video requires payment to play". I asked for a refund and I made other arrangements to watch the movie.

I have since been refused a refund for a product that Google has never delivered and I no longer need. This seems very wrong to me and I will not accept this without complaint.

Please do use a VPN and search for word 'rajgopal527' in google search as google search displays different results for different countries .

However I never dated anyone or created any account in any of the dating websites which google search is displaying in its search results . I also use duckduckgo, yahoo and bing web search and none of them are including this pornographic dating websites when I search for 'rajgopal527' . Google search is acting too smart and spreading rumours to spoil my life . Google search should immediately delete all the search results . Stop playing with peoples life & don't spoil my reputation . I am single and looking to get married soon .

On July 24th 2021 I visited cyber crime branch LB nagar police station Hyderabad India and explained my entire problem to more than 5 officers and also forwarded my email conversation with google support to tspolice (cp-cybercrimes-rck@tspolice.gov.in) . But today morning I received an email from gmail that "Your message wasn't delivered to cp-cybercrimes-rck@tspolice.gov.in because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. " Unfortunately the police department in India was also using gmail for communication purpose .

I want to ban Google search and all its related products from India for having this bitter experience in life .Not only me, the entire world is having big problems with google search and its related products .

7/24/21 for Rita Neman charge of 425.09 on my Bank of America credit card. The card is still in my possession . Credit card bank notified me and we were able to label it as fraud. I am not sure what cued the bank to flag it as a suspicious charge, except maybe because it was in the middle of the night? Was it the bank or Google that caught the anomaly?

I got charged with these. Is this fraud? Please check attachment. This is the first time i got this and i have never subscribed to any service.

I have several unauthorized charges from you people and I want all my money back...

I had a fraudulent charge of $0.99 on 07/13/21 and $399.99 on 7/16/2021. The charge says from Google Rita Neman/ Mountain View CAUS. I know for 100% certainty I did not make this purchase/authorize this transaction. After further research it appears I am not the only person this exact thing has happened to! I'm working with my bank to get my funds returned.

I have two charges on my account by Google, these charges were NOT authorized by me. These two charges to Google *RI Rita Neman Mountain View CA $.99 and $399.99 are unauthorized charges. The $.99 was done on 7/13 and the $399.99 was done on 7/16. This is an illegal practice. I did not authorize either of these charges. I want the money posted back to my account and the thief arrested.

i am been charged for 3.69 GB every month between 16th to 17th dates. this is an unrecognized charge. 5 - 6 month now, Actually the app which i purchase, i have paid it affront for a year. but the google is charging me monthly also for the same app. please help to cancell and refund me all the money which was charged me month pls . I put up the request which was not approved. i am very disappointed with google.
