Frustrated with google's services: possible nsa involvement and technological regression
Google.com has been causing a lot of frustration for me lately, and I can't help but wonder if they've been infiltrated by the NSA or if they've always been a CIA "proprietary" company. I've had trouble accessing my emails in the past, and some have even mysteriously disappeared without my doing so. This caused me to seek an alternate email service with mail.com.
On top of that, I've noticed that Google's services are generally getting worse. Their satellite maps images now become blurrier the closer you scan them to ground level despite the fact that satellite imaging technology should be improving. It's concerning to see Google's technology regressing instead of progressing.
Recently, they changed their Youtube format, which now makes videos smaller and they can no longer be expanded to fullscreen mode. Additionally, the editing function of commenting has been deleted, which is frustrating for users who want to express their opinions thoroughly. All in all, Google's changes have not been to the benefit of the users.
Perhaps the last straw for me was when I found out that they have deleted the Google Forums section, just like Yahoo did. The Forums format was so much better than the replacement version, Google Groups. With Google Forums, one could see many different post topics at the same time, but now with Google Groups, you have no idea how many and what kind of groups there are. You have to be looking for a certain kind by typing it in, and even then, you won't have the access to post unless you are "admitted" into the group. The situation is frustrating because unlike in the old Forum format, where anybody could post to anybody else, one must now be "admitted" to a group first. This makes it difficult to engage in discussions with other users.
To conclude, I hope that Google will make some changes soon to improve its services. For now, I am not willing to pay for their services, and I will not consider purchasing a home computer system from them. The internet seems to be undergoing significant changes, with a shift towards the "Neural World Order." It's important to remain vigilant and aware of these changes as they unfold.
The unfair advantage of google's pagerank algorithm: a start-up founder's perspective
Google's PageRank is one of the most influential algorithms on the internet, but it seems to disadvantage new and small websites unfairly. As a start-up founder who is yet to launch my website, I am concerned about the negative impact that the PageRank algorithm may have on my website's visibility.
It is frustrating to know that, regardless of the quality of my site, it will not be ranked as high as older and more established websites until I invest a significant amount of time, money, and effort on link building and marketing. Even if I provide a unique and valuable service, I may still be buried under the superior PageRank of a larger, more established website that decides to copy me.
Moreover, the PageRank algorithm is based more on popularity than quality, which is not only unfair but also harms small and new websites. It creates a monopoly on the way information is disseminated on the internet, and it does not necessarily encourage innovation and creativity.
On the bright side, the low costs of doing business on the internet allow small websites to compete with larger ones. With patience, hard work, and a better understanding of SEO, we might succeed in the end. However, I believe the internet needs a more level playing field, where the mechanism for finding good websites is based more on quality than popularity.
I hope that someday, a new algorithm that takes into account the quality, relevance, and usability of a website will emerge. It should favor small websites that offer unique and valuable services, and it should encourage innovation, competition, and fair play. Until then, we have to rely on search engines, social media, word-of-mouth, and other means to promote our websites and reach our audiences.
Beware false advertising and sinister practices of major corporations like google
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Google when it came to their employment practices. I had applied for a job that was advertised as being based in Hamburg, Germany. The job description was very clear about this, and I was excited about the opportunity. However, after a few days, I received a call from a recruiter based in Ireland. They asked me if I would be interested in relocating to Dublin, which surprised me because I had applied for a job in Hamburg. It turned out that the job was actually based in Dublin, despite what the ads had said.
This kind of false advertising is not only disappointing, but it is also illegal. It is especially frustrating when you consider that Google is a specialist in creating false job ads. They post hundreds of these ads every month, even for jobs that don't actually exist. This just seems like a way for them to justify the existence of their HR services and to collect profiles and data.
Unfortunately, Google has also lost many trials in relation to other matters, such as repeated privacy violations, repeated copyright violations, and tax evasion schemes that are currently under scrutiny. It seems that Google has become a marketing agency that has gained a quasi-monopoly in many parts of the internet. Their main source of profit comes from tracking, gathering, reselling, and distributing your private data and information that you have given up for free. It's alarming to think about the civil rights and freedom that have been given up by people for the sake of convenience and the illusion of comfort.
All in all, it's a brave new world out there, and it's essential to be aware of the potentially sinister practices of major corporations like Google.
Google's removal of negative reviews undermines the voice of the customer
Living in a society where fraudulent businesses are allowed to operate under the guise of legitimacy is a frustrating reality. As consumers, we have come to rely on the services and products of local businesses to meet our needs. However, it seems that many of these businesses are run incompetently, or even worse, intentionally make mistakes. The days of trusting Mom and Pop Shops are undoubtedly a thing of the past, as most people would prefer to invest their hard-earned money into businesses that can actually deliver on their promises, with expertise and efficiency.
Enter Walmart - a commercial behemoth that has effectively dominated the market by doing things better than their competition. Naturally, people avoided shady businesses and sought out those that could provide top-notch service and products. This phenomena occurred within the community, where the customers served as the judges, weeding out the bad businesses and elevating the good ones. The community has the power to make or break a business, and Walmart's success is a testament to that.
However, Google does not seem to understand the relationship between people and businesses. In the event that a customer leaves a negative review of a local business, Google will remove the review if the company complains about it. This is a blatant form of favoritism that undermines the voice of the customer. It pits the community against the company, and increasingly contributes to a culture where the interests of businesses override those of their clientele. Google has a responsibility to support the community by allowing honest, bad reviews to remain on their platform. Instead, they opt to remove competent, articulate, and truthful reviews, while allowing insufficient, two-faced, and unhelpful ones to persist.
What's even worse, is that Google's actions are forcing customers to leave disingenuous reviews that fail to capture the true essence of their experiences. People are being compelled to leave praise in order to avoid having their bad reviews taken down. Customers now must operate in a shady way, and are unable to provide genuine feedback and criticisms for businesses to improve over time. This practice of removing customer complaints is particularly problematic since the interests of businesses are being prioritized over the needs of the community.
It is time for Google to take a long and hard look at their policies and how they impact the community. They need to prioritize the interests of their users and act as a platform that enables honest feedback and valuable insights. By taking down negative reviews, they are doing a disservice to both customers and legitimate businesses. It is time for Google to step up and be the platform that the community actually needs. We deserve better.
Google's convenience vs. Privacy: a review of the pros and cons
Google is a household name that has revolutionized the way we use the internet. Its services are ubiquitous and are used by millions worldwide. However, despite its widespread use and convenience, Google still raises concerns about privacy and data protection.
As much as Gmail is an excellent email service, it's crucial to note that any information entered is not private and can be stored indefinitely. The lack of human interaction when issues arise is also a concern. Google does not have customer service that can be reached via phone or email.
If you're an early user of Gmail, you will undoubtedly understand the frustration of needing to recover your account, especially if, like me, it's been over 18 years. Unfortunately, all efforts to reach Google or recover my account have been met with automated responses. The notification that Google thinks someone has logged onto your account from an unknown device can be daunting, but finding an avenue for resolving this issue can lead to what seems like an endless maze of links and pages to no avail.
Having a Gmail account for years isn't enough as Google raises security questions that seem almost impossible to answer. This realization is a reminder that Google can snatch a lifetime's worth of communication, content, and even legal records at any time if they so wish.
Despite these concerns, Google's products and services remain popular and effective, which offers an excellent user experience. However, many people are now looking for a private, secure alternative to store sensitive information. It's essential to trust no one when it comes to maintaining privacy online, and the search for a suitable email server that is both private and safe continues.

Unwanted charges! I do not want whatever this is. It must have been a hidden link that I was unaware of. Please refund all charges through my Paypal acct.
All the pertinent information about the transactions are contained in the attached screenshots. I am sure you are very aware of this vendor, as it appears to be an in-house contractor to Google.
I expect better professionalism from Google! I have been using your browser for over a decade, but you are not the only Browser on the internet!
thanks for your attention,

Desired outcome: Reverse all charges from this vendor and stop all future payments.
Customers' reviews
I sometimes posted reviews in negative and positive, and I have never used any offensive languages in the reviews. Any positive ones they are there and the negative ones will be disappeared in a few days. What's wrong here? Why does google removes the negative reviews? Can you just locked them up and not to allow them to be removed?
I believe the reviews are all about the good and the bad about a business. This is the ways google should offer what the customers think about a business they visited. Therefore, it will improve the way they make businesses when they get a negative review.
Thank you very much,
Google ca mountain view google youtube
On my statement each month I receive a charge for $10.81 for Ca Mountain View .I have not purchased anything from Google YouTube. This charge has been on at least three if not more months of my bank statement. It is a small
amount but has added to over 30.00 in the last three statements. No one in my house has made these charges. I request a stop to these charges now. Darlene Currie 1144 An county rd. 415 Palestine Texas 75803
Desired outcome: Stop billing me $10.81 every month for purchases not authorized. My daughters email address is [protected]@gmail.com
Unauthorised charges.
I have been getting unauthorised charges from google play they seem to be for 700 TikTok points each time and I don't use TikTok at all. I spoke to my bank and they cancelled them and then today there are more charges this time through Pay Pal I don't know how they got into that account. The Fraud team at my bank have cancelled my card but the Pay Pal charges of 8x £9.99 I can't seem to get back.
Desired outcome: I would like my money returned to me.
You have a scammer got into your accounts. Somehow your personal information has been hacked by one of them. Make sure your computer is secured and you have VPN while you are online!
Business profile
Google is not making the changes to my profile that I am attempting to make. They just aren't changing them and it is costing me money with fewer calls. I am a carpet cleaning and restoration business originally using carpet cleaning as the main service offering. I changed it a few months ago to water damage restoration as the primary service, to see if I would get more business. I got a lot more views but I got almost no calls for carpet cleaning. Now I am not getting any calls at all. I have tried to change it back dozens of times and it has been rejected every time. I am just trying to go back to carpet cleaning as the primary service because I got a good amount of calls that way. They have refused. Now they are telling me in an email that they have to do a few more checks, whatever that means. They said 24 -48 hours. That was three days ago. This has been an ongoing thing now for several months. I am sure there is at least one tort being violated here. I am seeking an attorney to file against them for intentionally harming my business. I am fairly knowledgable in regards to civil law procedure so I will file myself if necessary. Anyone want to join in a class action?
Desired outcome: Return my listing to it's original state having carpet cleaning as my primary service offering. Make any future changes to my site in a timely manner in the future.
Gmail fraud
I received a fraudulent email on 3/9/[protected]@5:55am by no-reply [protected]@gmail.com with computer geek bill attachment claiming my computer subscription bill is renewed charging my account appropriately $400. I didn’t want it renewed, then they offered service for free due to my age of 64. After that my computer was downloaded with viruses as well as my iPhone. Then further scammed with Apple Gift cards. All my personal information is compromised and lost $3,000.
Desired outcome: Information on fraudulent email perpetrator’s email identity for refund and law enforcement.
Gmail
I am find that when replying to emails from our customers who have email accounts, especially those who have asked us to quote a price for our products, that they don't receive our reply.
It bounces.
We have been in business for over 45 years, supplying books and props to magicians and storytellers all over the world; this problem only started a few months ago but seems to be getting worse.
Is because I'm quoting a price?
I realise your're relatively new to the business world, and may not be entirely familiar with the way a real bricks-and-mortar buiness has to work. But may I suggest you need to take a serious look at whatever 'bouncing' algorithm you use if you are to continue to annoy and incovenience your customers.
I look forward to a speedy reply and a satisfactory outcome.
Desired outcome: I would like to reply to my customers' requests without interruption.
Perhaps I didn't make it clear: this only happens with gmail accounts!

Hello
I would like to have a phone call to discuss the review done by the same person using a different account. I don't know who this person is and did not do any work or design for him (Rock & Moon Star)
See below for the reviews that the same person wrote
Rock5 reviews 2 months agoThere is no option so I can give them no star. I hired muhannad attili for my patio cover. I paid him 3800$ he took 6 months to fix my design. He was told me design can ready in under 1 month. First he was so nice. When i give them half payment then he is totally different person. Never answer my call. Reply my email and text massages after 2-3 days. When he get ready my design i ask him for hard copy he said 250 extra for hard. Or u can print ur self. What kinda engineer he his didn't get my design on paper and give it to me.
Moon star3 reviews 2 months agoWhen I contacted with him to make a shed 10×12 design. Muhannad act like he is nice but when i give him money(1800$) His behavior change like who you are? He didn't answer calls and emails. Didn't even he give me shed design and not my money back. Never Ever believe this liar he try to smart and steal you hardwork money. Please stay away from this man.
I have included my reasons below for you to look over.
1. I checked all my records and accounts to see if I had done any job he was referring to. I have never done these jobs that he is referring to, such as Patio caver and 10x12 shed
2. I have yet to receive or pay the amount he indicated for each Job (3800$) and (1800$) during the period he refers to between now and six months ago.
3. More importantly, he lies about the estimate.
4. If you look at his or their reviews for other businesses they both made the same review for wallmart at the same time and date also the distance to the place is the same. More importantly, he complained about Susan on both accounts (Rock & Moon Star) See below reviews Example: He indicates I charged him (3800$) for a covered patio and (1800$) for a 10x12 shed. Strangely, he indicates that I am charging (3800$) for a simple job that takes less time to design. I charged (1800$) for a 10x12 shed that requires more work and design time. He is lying. He is making things up. I do not have any contracts or jobs for which I have been paid or proposals for these amounts of jobs.
Why did he never call or email me to refund his money if I still needed to finish the Job?
I do not have any email or message indicating that I have done a covered patio or 10x12 shed. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter as soon as possible, and I would like to remove these reviews due to the harassment and bullying. Thank you very much.
I appreciate your help. If you need any additional information, don't hesitate to get in touch with me at [protected]@attiliengineering.com
Rock 10 months ago Susan have a bad attitude and don't know how to treat people. She is just a pharmacist, but she's thinking she is a big doctor and run her own hospital.I was been there for my prescription. The lady on the front desk doesn't know how to run insurance in there system and she ask for help Susan and 3 another lady was there but they are telling her do this an that from far away.
When it's been 40min then I just laughed and said to my wife I don't think we gonna get my shot today. Then Susan jump to counter and scream u want ur prescription or not. I asked her to low down ur voice and what happened what I did wrong . She said saw u laughing then I said what I need permission from u for laughed. My wife is witness. She deny my service for no reason. I have to mad at them coz they taking so long but she get mad at on my laugh. All she talk to me with yelling. I told her to low down her voice for 15 times but she didn't. And send my prescription to another pharmacy without telling me.She said do what u can do I don't care.
Moon star 10 months agopharmacy tech Susan she's very rude she didn't know how to talk with patient & she denied my service and transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy without asking me & she said she denied anyone who ever she wants & I'm waiting there 45 minutes to pick my medicine. She thinks she own the pharmacy & I told her I gonna complaint her and she said do what you wanna do.
Desired outcome: I am requesting the removal of both reviews due to the harassment, bullying and fake engagement. 1. Content that is not based on a real experience and does not accurately represent the location or product in question.
Google account
I had my phone stolen and all my passwords were on my phone and Google account. Who ever stolen my phone. Changed my Google password and shut down Amazon account. I I'm unable to verify a PIN number sent to my number because I changed and number. I didn't have a second backup to recover my password. I have done everything to recover my account. I even put in an old password I remembered and Google still wouldn't let me log in. It said the password is 39 days old and not able to use it. It said something like that but it was 39 days. I haven't even solved this issue with Google and I'm not going to start a new Google account because everything I have on Google is my whole life I have an important documents in my email and documents saved. I feel that my identity has been stripped away from Google and that they can recover it if they want to. They choose not to. I am so had it with Google that I feel they took my identity of who I am. I can't even recover documents because there was no backup.
Desired outcome: What I would like is my password and to recover my Google account because I did not change the password. Who ever stolen my phone changed the password. All I want is my Google account
New nokia g21 mobile phone
Google has once again inserted itself into my life without my consent.
I bought a new phone and Google is part of the software.
It's holding me to ransom FORCING me to accept their apps, their setting and not allowing me to cancel or delete them!
There's a new big widget on the FRONT screen called At a Glance and I just CAN'T remove it.
Yes, they gave me the directions to remove it BUT it doesn't work.
It should not be allowed.
I know they're rich and powerful but when are we going to stop them taking over our lives?
George Orwell got it wrong, it's not 1984 but 2024 when we lose all our privacy.
Desired outcome: Google should be stopped from forcing us to use their choices just because they get paid but we may not want the apps.
YouTube 022123
I received my tax return this morning and within 2mins a charge for $64.99 appeared from “GOOGLE *YOUTUBE 022123”. I tried googling the transaction code, but nothing. I have USAA and TD Bank and both of them flagged my cards to fraud. In the same day within hours of each other.
Then on Valentines Day I had to cancel my credit card and have a new one sent out due to charges from EXPEDIA and it was about the same amount $64 and some change. The fraud rep told me that the transaction occurred in Washington state and I live clear across the country.
What should I do?
Obviously it sounds like someone had my card info.
This is how the pending charge appeared
Nest hub max
I recently installed Lutron Caseta light switches in my house to integrate with my google home so I can control lighting in my house through google voice commands. It worked great for a few weeks then it quit working. Google would say, can't connect or something went wrong. All my lights show offline on the Home app. I called Lutron first to see if their bridge was the problem but everything on their end worked as it should. After researching this issue it looks like multiple people have had this same issue with no fix from Google. The customer service rep from Google was having me call my internet provider ,XFinity, to have them change router settings, DNS, and to disable IPv6. Xfinity did not want to do any of this and said it didn't make any sense. So after going around and around on this issue for several weeks, I got upset last night with the Google tech and told him I was removing all of my Google products completely from my home. This is what comes up on your website when I google it:
The Google Nest Hub and Lutron Caseta Smart Lighting Switch for All Bulb Types and Fans can communicate with each other using a bridge. This bridge is necessary because there is no shared connection between the two devices.
I have this Lutron bridge. Everything on Lutron's side of things works as advertised.
Thanks.
Desired outcome: I just want my lights to work as you advertise. I am sick of spending time on this and being played between Google and XFinity. Why am I having to do all this work for something that should be plug and play?
