unauthorized charges on my credit card
I ordered a cd which was 0.98 in US currency back in april 2009, which when at the time converted to Canadian came close to $1.98 including taxes and postage. Around mid may I received a call from Google Treasure Chest that I was interested in opening an online business. I said no, I did order the cd to find more information on online business, but I am not subscribing to them.
Well guess what the next thing I find on my May -June visa statement : On May 22 they billed me the amount of $72.21 usd -google chest (ph # [protected]). Three days later on May 25th another billing for the same amount billed by A1 member, ph # ([protected]). I called my bank to find out what was going on and that these were fraud charges that I am not aware of. The bank told me to call Google Treasure Chest to resolve the issue and also that Google Chest should give me a cancellation and credit confirmation #, which I should write down for my reference. I have the names of people I spoke with and the days I spoke to them and was told that I should see a credit within 7-10 business days. It is July now and to date I have not seen any credit on my visa bill. Even after calling them and cancelling this unauthorized billing they billed me again on June 24th under the name of Searchchest, ph# [protected]. Do not order any cd's from this Company online they are frauds, keeps billing you on your visa without your knowledge and approval.
I don't have a business and haven't even had the time to view this cd either.
Google Treasure Chest is Fraud Fraud Fraud... The Feds should be checking this Company out.

fraud
My bank statement dated June 23, with a telp. # [protected] CY a total of $72.21 has been deducted not under my name.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
On 1/12/09 I ordered a home business package from the company through an online promotion, this was supposed to be a charge of $3.88 for shipping of the business package (which I never received). On 1/20/09 an additions charge of $72.21 was debited from my account. I at no point in time authorized this charge. The address for Customer Service is located in Sandy, Utah. I am currently filing a complaint with the State of Utah Attorney General, the Attorney Generals Office in my home state of Ohio, as well as with the FTC. I would urge anyone that has been scammed by these people to do the same.
What i did. Called the [protected] and cancled my account. They will charge me for the month of Febuary So I'm on the hook for $220.51 They are connected with a company fron N.V. called Internetiniative. The $72.21 charge is at the bottom of the contract I signed so not to much I can do but to warn all.
My husband ordered an on line a program to learn how to make money on line. The price was only $3.88. We thought that was the only charge. Then we got the surprise. $72.21 was charged from our bank account instead of the three dollars the web site claimed. I called and was received with much hostility. I was told that if I had read the "terms and conditions", I would have known about the monthly charge. I canceled and still ended up paying half the price because we didn't cancel within the one week free trial period. Absolutely Ridiculous! This is a lesson to all, always read the " Terms and Conditions ".
I called google treasure chest--which is not even affiliated with google at all, to register with them to hopefully make some money on the internet which is what they purport. I did my due deligence in calling all the numbers they provide on the site. The problem is they told me they were registered with the BBB. I called the BBB and the company does not exist. I checked the Telephone number although the # works, the # works it is not registered either. I called and spoke with about 4 different reps all of whom refused to disclose the name of thier company, the company address, or the direct # to google treasure chest. They also refused me the right to talk to thier supposed supervisor to collect additional data. The only thing you have is a #, not a company name or anything else. If you give them your credit card # and something goes wrong you are in a big mess without a trace. I dont think they are registered because you need a business name to register a business. Any legitimate business has a telephone number, a business name, a manager or an owner or a supervisor. None of these exist with this company. They probably take your credit card information and sell it to others for profit. They hide thier identity so as to avoid any accountability to any agencies. Anyone wanting to join them must do thier due deligence (READ THE LINES AT THE BOTTOM OFTHE PAGE). THEY HAVE ALL THE ATTRIBUTES OF FRUAD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD WRITTEN ALL OVER THEM.
This link will take you directly to Google's official logo page. If only ... *sigh*

Another lesson learned, the very fine print you don't see unless you scroll down to the bottom of the page. Coincidentally, all of the requested information is positioned to where you don't SEE this unless you scroll down. I copied and pasted this directly from the scam treasure chest site:

This is such crap. I have been charged numerous times from this company that claims to help you make money. They help you go broke!
Some attorney needs to gather all these names and file one massive claim. In this economy and our world wide tough times we should HELP one another not RIP OFF one another. This company claims to be an AMERICAN COMPANY, you should ALL HANG YOUR HEAD DOWN IN SHAME
Google Treasure Chest withdrew 72.21 from my account without authorization. I called to question the reason for the withdraw and to try and get my money back and was told that I was automatically signed up to have 72.21 taken from my account each month. I asked whom I was speaking with and I was only given a first name(Laura). I asked her last name for which she refused to answer. I then asked to speak with someone in charge and was denied a manager. I was given an address of 2375 East Tropicana Ave. Suite 8 Las Vegas Nevada 89119 where i can write them a complaint letter. I plan on writing this letter immediately and expect this unauthorized charge of 72.21 put back into my account.
I called on the 6th of April to have services canceled and was told my money would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. I called back on the 13th and was told there was no refund ever processed and that they would do it right away and it would take 24 to 48 hours. I called back on May 1st and was told that the refund had been posted on the 28th and if it wasn't showing up by the 4th (another 72 hours) I should call them back. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or someone higher with authority, I was informed t hat they don't take phone calls. They took my money out of my account within 30 minutes, but it took them a month to replace it. After all this conversation, I was told that they are not affiliated with Google, they just share their name.
I too was scammed with the charge of $72.21. When I called to complain I was told by Travis that on the website it states that "if you do not cancel you will charged a monthly membership fee." I told him that was a bunch of bull, because I'm reading hundreds of complaints from consumers about the same unauthorized charge. And obviously none of you guys read anything about a membership charge. This is how these guys are making there money off the $1.95 CD that is a also a bunch of nonsense. When I tried to call back and blast them some more they put on the after hours recording.
unauthorized charges
I authorized ONLY a $2.17 shipping charge for a free "Make money with Google" CD. Nowhere did the offer say "free trial." It was supposed to be totally free. This was a week ago. I never received the CD, and when a $49.95 pending debit showed on my checking account, I e-mailed the program to cancel immediately. The e-mail bounced back as undeliverable, and the debit went through. Now I will have to go to my bank to file a form to dispute the debit, and get a new debit card so these weasels can't take my money again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Can not cancel. Can only cancel thru email but all the emails I send come back as refused or un deliverable. Meanwhile, they keep billing my credit card.
offered cd information for 2.17 cent then charged my account for 49.95
I have been trying to CANCEL this program for a few days and can not. What web site do I go to. I want to drop this mess.
This company's website is no longer accessible!
I have experienced the same problems, with this company!
They are non-responsive to the numerous faxes and telephone calls.
They are another of the internet companies which should be added to the list of fraudulent firms.
i would like to cancel any recurring charges to my credit card. I no longer am interested in this for an occupation. Although it seems to be on my bank statements
unauthorized withdrawal from my credit card
I cancelled this google treasure as soon as i received the disc and a representative told me all is cancelled and i will never be charge with anything because i never open any account from any company. A1 member charges me with 24.87 $ and E-Tax hotline charges me with 19.95$ on my credit cards how can this company do this to a mother who is unemployed and would just like to make extra money from home to raise kids.i NEVER USES THE DISC AND WHY CAN THIS COMPANY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

cd scam
You people who are complaining about getting charged $72 or so after paying only $1-2 for the Google CD...you clicked on that ad didn't you? The one where that woman is holding up a check, saying that she lives in your area? You were promised to make thousands of dollars a month for little work, or something like "$173 an hour"? This is a scam, but not a scam by Google. If you read the fine print at the bottom, it says you are AGREEING to sign up for additional services that will cost money once your "trial" period is done. If you do not cancel by that time, money will be taken out of your account. Don't fall for scams like these. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
google pays me 173 is a fake.they will take your money
you have the saddest self righteous attitude I have seen in a long time, and I received your private email in which you basically called me dumb, and unaware of the most basic scams around, . but, yet I have not received a response from you regarding all the questions surrounding your assumptions about what you thought I did and did not due, regarding the acai scams. you are a know it all who doesn't know anything, and I bet unlike people who have been scammed and they are aware they are scammed, you get scammed everyday and are unaware that you are. obviously someone scammed you, in making you believe you know everything, and you are the most intelligent person about everyone on this board, your funny!
> The one where that woman is holding up a check, saying that she lives in your area? You were promised to make thousands of dollars a month for little work, or something like "$173 an hour"? Of course it is not by Google. However, you are wrong about everything else. See, these ads come in many forms as I have seen since my experience with this. They use many tricks to lie. They advertise on a news site, say CNN, and then they say, "As seen on CNN" as though a news item has been produced about them.
What I was promised was a CD of information. Period. I never got that. Furthermore, the normal and ubiquitous technique of selling with a catch that you must cancel gives you something like 30 days to cancel and there's a phone number to call as well. This one doesn't tell you until after you pay that it's 7 days and in writing only. In effect that allows NO trial period, as you would have to mail it basically the same day you signed up in order for them to get the mail by 7 days. They say there is a number to call for any problems, so you infer that you can call that to cancel the service, but since they have one company collecting the money and another supplying the "service" (if any) that latter number has nothing to do with subscriptions and payments. In short, they use multiple lies to ensure they get to charge people once for substantially more than $2 or $3. If I ignored every come-on that had unbelievable claims, I'd be eating plain oatmeal for the rest of my life as many food products even claim stuff that's too good to be true. That is the nature of advertising. Starts with lies.
google riches scam... phone number that may help
I am not sure if this will help anyone, but I found a phone number to call and was able to speak with someone who promised me that my memberships to these programs will be cancelled and the charges will be refunded. The number is [protected]. He then provided me with another number for a program that he said was Network Agenda which someone I automatically became a member to when signing up to receive the disks for a few dollars to check into this. Will still cancel my bank acct and open a new one, but now I have to wait to see if the charges are reimbursed. I had to call one other time for a different program and cancelled and was reimbursed immediately.
THIS IS A SCAM! I didn't read the fine print, but anything like these charges shouldnt be in the fine print! I hope this helps anyone having this same problem. Hopefully then you can move onto better things than making these ridiculous phone calls and worrying about what you are going to be charged for next from a company that you have never even heard of.

Check your credit/bank account statements carefully! Charges ranged from.06 cents to $73.83

I had enrolled in the Goobiz and given the ok for transaction of $ 5. Then I saw that I was being charged $ 39.95 by Submit Solution. I have never even heard of this company nor did I ask for being enrolled to it. I never received an email for the same. I have been ripped off twice in the month of August . I tried calling them but no one picks up the phone. Google should do something about it too. As this was possible when I joined Goobiz. I trusted Google and was ripped off . Even Google is to be held responsible.

harassing phone calls
I was sent an email from this company and it looked interesting so I clicked for more information.
I did not enter any personal info like my name-addressess or phone numbers. For the past month I have been getting phone calls from them on my cell phone. It starts as a recording and if you hold on long enough a person will eventually come on the line. I have asked them each time to remove my phone number from their data base. They say they will and yet I keep getting the annoying calls.
I have already reported them to the "Do Not Call Registry.

In the first paragraph of "Terms of Service" it states: 3)it is necessary to enforce or apply the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service and/or other applicable agreements". Those 'other applicable agreements' is exactly where they get you.
They do not list the 'other applicable agreements' therefore you are basically at their mercy. They can charge you whatever they feel is appropriate for any service (or no service) they may provide.
Unfortunately, you did not call them BEFORE you entered your credit card info. If you had you could have requested a copy of the Terms of Service in writing. Sometimes scammers won't send that information to you because you can identify the fraud.
However, there should be a way to get your # off of their calling list. Try calling the Better Business Bureau in your area and ask for the 800# No Call List to add your number. If you are called by these people after your number is added you can threaten them with legal action if they continue to call.
another name they go by is moneysearchtoday.com, at least that's who billed me the $73.83 usd.
one of the many scam outfits google revolution shared my visa info with was social tool kit, who outright refuses to refund my money. after writing a lengthy explanation to my visa provider, they finally agreed to initiate a charge back. apparently the process takes several weeks to complete.
interestingly, if you look at the privacy policies of google revolution and moneyseachtoday, they are exactly identical. and i'm sure there are several other online companies with the exact same policy.
their privacy policy clearly states the following:
Protecting personally identifiable information about our partners and clients is an essential cornerstone of our business. We share and disclose such information only as described below. 1) when we need to share your information with third parties, such as banks and credit card processors, to provide the product or service you have requested; 2) it is appropriate to comply with law; 3) it is necessary to enforce or apply the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service and/or other applicable agreements; or 4) it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, or others, which may include the exchange of information with other organizations for fraud protection and/or risk reduction. In the event that our company is acquired, customer account information may be one of the transferred assets.
moreover, moneysearchtoday's terms and conditions state this:
Certain products or Services may be offered for sale on the Sites. In the event you wish to purchase or to subscribe for any of these products or Services, you will be asked by Money Search Today to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You agree to provide Money Search Today with the foregoing information as well as any other mandatory information that is accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement that you may enter into governing your purchases. You shall be responsible for all charges incurred through your account as well as for paying any applicable taxes.
If you open a subscription account on any of the Sites, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. Money Search Today reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon notice to Members.
obviously, one does not have to open any other subscriptions; these ###ers gladly do it for you, without your consent or knowledge.
googlerevolution's terms and conditions fail to even address any future purchases/subscriptions, however they willing breach their own privacy policy by passing on your banking information to these other scam artists.
btw, i, too have received many phone calls, some late into the evening, even though i requested my # be removed from their calling list. how does one report this to the no call registry, when their # comes up blocked?
google adsense treatment not fair!
I surf in the internet and see many "big" sites (mean lots of traffic and high rank). they put advertisement nearly the content of the websites. They still get the money from adsense. I fell for the "google" trademark and advertisement "likeness". after authorizing the $1.97 initial charge for a cd-rom on how to make money at home, the small print caught my eye. since I authorized the initial purchase of $1.97, it signed me up for free trial's to several different companies; etax, a1member, grant springs, dr grant masters. when my bank finally notified me that I was overdrawn in my checking account it was too late!
Huntington bank must be in on these scams also! the bank refused to refund over $150.00 in late fee's and non_sufficient_funds charges! I was treated like an idiot by the people at grant springs, they refunded 1 charge of 24.87 but refused to refund the 2nd charge of $24.87 plus a forgein transaction fee of $.75. they charged my account under 2 different entities, have at least 5 different phone numbers for the same place. I am still trying to recover money from my bank. I live on a fixed income that is a direct deposit to the bank so, I had no choice. the bank took the funds even though this was clearly a scam!

Here is a number to get your money back for the Google Scam! [protected] hope it helps good luck
I ordered the google start up kit and i didn't receive anything so I ordered it again. Both times the $1.97 was taken out of my account. Now there is a charge of $69.90 from Salt Lake City, Utah on my card. And worst of all is was deducted from my little girls SSI payments. I have cancelled my card and shanged my pin. WERE IS MYMONEY! NO MY DAUGHTERS MONEY! Its a scam NOBODY do this. How was supposed to know? It's Google for petes sake. How are they getting away with this? Why are they stopped? We need to do something. I'm calling Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. They have to be stopped!
Thanks for the advice
Thank you. All I am trying to do is help. They should not be able to keep getting away with this. I will get my money back and they will pay for this
Thanks again Misty
I am not a scammer u dope. Google called me to confirm my order and they gave me there customer service center. When I called the number it said the office was closed in observance of Independece day. So I am going to call back Monday. Maybe they gave me a bogess number. I WAS SCAMMED! I am trying to help others that were too. I am in financial need just like every one else.

A couple of months ago I order what appeared to be a Google Start Up Kit (work from home) for $2.95. Within one week they had charged my c.c. $78.00. When called to complain--got a person who spoke 2 words of English--put me on hold for 45 minutes (my phone has a timer)--finally said the supervisor was unable to speak to me but would call back. yeah right! Figured that money was gone. But over the next 2 months I also had charges to companies called ClickSellGo (never heard of them), and Webstores--to the tune of over $130.00. What did I get for these charges? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I also never recieved any type of Start up Kit from Google or anyone else for that matter. These charges are in "dispute" through my bank where the credit card was issued. When I called these companies I was given the run around and told to visit their website.
www.secure2.proftitcenterlearning.com
When you go there it is merely a link to other work at home sites. There is no accountability, no real person, and NO PRODUCT!
I'm surprised that Google continues to allow this scam to continue---especially since they're using the Google name to rack up $$$. Theft is the true word here. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid other companies from doing the same thing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST--THEY'RE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS.
Im mother with 6 kids and one one the way. I have no job and no income. I was taken advantage of by this web pop up for a online job for $1.97, I was desperate for some type of home income. I paid the fee and instead of job oppertunity I was given 7 phone numbers to call to cancel services that would charge me 30 40 dollars each a month if i didnt cancel. When I call to cancel I was given more phone numbers to call.
Help?
The Google Start Up Kit is claimed to be the way you can make money, when it actually isn't backed by Google at all. Google's program, for people to place links on their site, is AdSense and details can be found within Googles sites. Ms. Murphy is based over in Spain and has an array of testimonials. These testimonials, when read closely, appear more like hired guns who provide positive feedback for her product. Attempts to open the pictures that show checks people receive only re-direct me to the site:
http://www.safetrialoffers.com/googlefortune/ld5/?affID=116&subaffID=1
A small picture of this site is attached. The site asks you to provide personal information to request the get-rich quick kit.
The site promoting this scam was established in late September, 2009. Someone in Spain needs to file a complaint against her and shut her down, along with others promoting this.
Again, research on Google's site directly - about Adsense - to learn how you can legitimately earn $$$. Don't get ripped off!
i would like to know how to cancel my google start up kit so i am not charged for it.
Anyone who was scammed by this company needs to email me with your name and email address alone with your phone number.
I will forward your information to my attorney.
Send the above information to : sunshine_consumer@bigstring.com
Thanks

Terms and Conditions are clearly listed in the website. If YOU don't read them before YOU put in YOUR credit card number, YOU are the only one YOU can be mad at when your money is missing. I laugh at all of you on a daily basis. Maybe you will learn you lesson or you will continue to blame your stupidity on others
I just called my bank today to cancel my card. Apparently, this goggle profit company charge me $99.oo on 8/24 and just recently charged me $47.50. I filed a fraudulent charge against this company. Lucky thing that my bank is with Wells Fargo and they are crediting my account back for the $99 and the $47.50 that these ### should be stopped! Good people are hurting during this troubled economic times, people who are trying to do an honest living. I hate to admit that I was scammed by these idiots but I will not stop telling people to be careful of this ###! The people who work for this organization will have a real worst karma effect in their lives.
I did sign up before checking for further information, I was immediately charged the 1.97 but nothing else, yet.
I then checked for backup information, Good or Bad, all that was out there was bad.
I called the bank immediately, cancelled my card all I was out was 1.97 The person at the bank said I could dispute the 1.97, but it was probably the least costly lesson, but most teaching lesson I have ever learned.
Maybe I will see the package, maybe not. But that is all they are getting from me. I will let you know what comes in the mail, Good or Bad.
And my spelling stinks, that should have said: " With the state our COUNTRY is in..."
I unfortunately didn't cancel within a day. I did not get the CD for 2 weeks, so I did not know UNTIL I was billed $81.32. After telling them I wanted to cancel ( Them being Gary "Customer Support Representative") he refunded $49.85 saying that was the best he could do. He said that would keep my account open until 8-6-2009, so I needed to make this work otherwise my account would cancel out. It didn't.
Today 8-7-2009 I saw they charged me $49.85... again!. I called up again, now they tell me, I was supposed to cancel by the 6th. I told them No, I wanted it canceled last month. I asked if they recorded the calls " Yes sir we do" I told them to check the recording. I did not want this to go on. 55seconds later he (Some Supervisor) said I checked the tape and talked with Gary. HOW DO YOU CHECK THE TAPE OF A 10 MINUTE CONVERSATION IN 55 SECONDS?!?!?!? And how do you talk to the other rep. in that time?
Long story short. They cancelled my account and kept my money. THIEVES! I just got done filling out a complaint to the Better Business Bureau @ bbb.org and the Federal Trade Commision @ ftc.gov
With the state our contry is in now, financially, the last thing we need is more American companies lying and stealing from us. Why are there no more honorable companies out there?
For refunds - get your bank to do a chargeback:

The terms are acutally on the page where you give your credit card info. I was looking into this product myself as well as Google to Riches and thought what the heck I could order both for less than a $6.00 investment, if it didn't turn out oh well it was only $6.00. I was all set to give them my card info when I accidentally scrolled to the bottom of the page, where I notice the smallest print I had ever seen, it's even made to blend into the screen back ground to where you hardly notice it. but it states
" I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy / Terms and Conditions. By submitting this form, I am ordering the Google Profit™ CD trial for $1.97 shipping and handling, after the 30 day trial I will be charged $99 for the program. I also agree to the 14 day trial to Google Profit Resource membership for 47.50 per month there after should i choose do not cancel. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "GoogCD866-995-9812".
For questions, call [protected] M-F, 6am-7pm, PST. "
Luckily I did not order, the one for Google to Riches was just as bad... Lots of hidden charges... I looked on-line to see what people were saying and a large # of people have had to have their cards cancelled to stop the charges. I also found these two numbers, hope they help...
How do you cancel?
For Google To Riches, the number is [protected]
For Google Profits, the number is [protected]
unauthorized charges
I went online to order a CD to get started with google posting ads. They were supposed to send me a CD to get me started and then give me a call to go over the rest. I never received the CD, but started getting deductions on my debit card account from Blazingwords.com in the amount of $72.21, and another company out of the county for $39.53 and I have another one pending now for $36.77. I have to close that one and open a new account because of this. However, the bank can take legal action from these companies if they do not refund you. I have got my refunds on the first two and am waiting on the third one. The phone numbers that are associated with the companies are incorrect, so you cannot contact them and the support emails keep coming back to me as delayed and finally come back as undeliverable.

I never authorized Google to charge me $1.00 or $11.95 to my credit card and I need my money back
This company Google Success Kit, they charged my card $1 this was authorized, however they then charged my card $11.95 this was unauthorized. I did call this number [protected] and they did issue a refund. This should not happen in the first place! Beware!
I was charged twice for Google success kit@ 11.95 each without my authorization. I want the charges credited immediately.
I have also received unauthorized charges on my account and i called [protected] and told them that I received charges I didn't authorize and they will try to fast talk you by stating that you didnt cancell your free trial before it expired, but demand your money back and it should be there in five to ten business days!
I have an Unauthorized Credit Card Charge on my checking accountDated 02/22/2009 . I want it removed immediately.

invalid click/robot scam
Problems with customer service: filled out a app;ication form for google fast cash online, but did not hit submit icon, instead I read over terms and agreements and learned of the excess charge. I went back to page with app and erased billing info and all. Closed down page by clicking on the x. Two weeks later I learned I was billed double on the day and a week later charged double again for total of $164.62.
I was billed under a different name: internet profit gene. I called only to learn that customer service was down for the day. Suspicion set in. I stopped credit card at my bank but soon after another charge came through. Customer service today stated they couldn't tell me what program they were with, I was put on hold secretly-like. Bobby Huebert told me that I submitted the app' and I disagreed.I remembered exactly what I did. Bobby Huebert said there was no mistake. I said I didn't get any email cause I didn't submit the app and got charged double. I never knew what I was supposed to have gotten. I feel cheated and angry. I called back to talk with Bobby Huebert and service rep said I called the wrong number, there was no one there by that name. So I checked the number and dialed the same number again. Then I talked to another person who knew of Bobby but would not connect me with him. This guy was being coached by someone whispering questions and giving answers that were again telling me basically that I was wrong and I should have called to cancel something I thought I had erased by backspacing my info off the application. I got no response from Google stating I had purchased anything. I feel this is a scam. I want my full refund back. I did not accept terms/agreements. I feel there was a robot taking my info. The click was invalid but the robot took my info anyway and charged me. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? The customer is always right. I didn't use any service and received nothing other than Internet Profit Gene double charging my account on two separate occasions. I was hung up on by the last representative. My bank said they learned that the site www.cashsecretclub.com was also affiliated with this Internet Profit Gene and it all comes back to Google. I want satisfaction Google agents.

I payed for postage and handeling for informative brochure to provide insight on the product, but what occured was plain nasty. The same web page not only deducted the 3.00 for S/H, but went and deducted payment from my daughters child support card $ 84.50 I phoned the company and informed me that by clicking onto certain areas of the webpage you automatically accept the terms and conditions which make you responsible for their services. What a crock - I am so furious that Goole would do this to people - I thought they were the bomb before this. Tell all your friends about this scam please, so that they will not fall prey and lose child support money.
Received a "guaranteed offer" to make money with Google. There's a 6 day trial period and after that, they're going to charge my debit card almost $90. Trying to access support is impossible.
I could never access the site that they sent me to. I tried over and over again. No luck. This is crazy! T take advantage of people like that is really low-down and trifling! I want a refund!
GIoogle Fast SCAM is more like it! I got nothing more than a fast track to scamville. costing me $84.50. Luckily I was able to catch it in my checking before it escaladed toj even more.
THIS IS A JOKE, SCAM, IT'S TOTAL BS. DO NOT BUY WITH A CREDIT CARD THE KIT! YOU'LL CLAIM T O BE WORTH SO MUCH MONEY A MONTH. BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD, BEFORE I EVEN RECIEVED ANYTHING THEY ALREADY DEDUCTED $80.00 BUCKS FROM MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS BS, I WILL HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN THE MAKING! THANKS FOR NOT BEING FAITHFUL TO YOUR PEOPLE.
I ordered the kit over a week ago, and never received it, and there was no email confirmation, and my credit card was charged
It's not Google. Why were you using your child support money anyway?
If you read the terms of service on their mother site (profitstudiolearning.com) you'll see that they are in no way affiliated with Google. It's sad that people like this can get away with throwing around reputable company names in order to scam people. People with common sense would actually investigate the legitimacy or companies before throwing credit card numbers all over the internet. You wanna know how those people are making thousands of dollars a month - by gullable people giving them their hard earned cash..yeah if 1, 000 people pay 80 some dollars, then yeah they are making good money.
All of the information you need is in the terms and conditions link at the bottom of the web page : makegooglefastcash.com or you can call in to customer support [protected] for questions.

Read the fine print ffs. It states QUITE CLEARLY they're NOT affliated with google at all. You also have to cancel their "Additional Services" such as 'Fraud Protection' and Identity Protect. Because if you don't they will be sipphoning 6.95 here and there.
Seriously - did you not read the fine print before handing over money to an annoymous stranger website? *rolls eyes*

I was online and saw the add about the google money masters. I clicked on it. I went through the first process, and it said that I was eligible. So, it took me to the next step. That was when I had to enter financial information. I figured google, it had to be legit, and at a $1.88 or $1.87, I was looking for a way to earn extra money. My credit card...

This scam is circulating under several different names but they ALL trace back to the same company, blazingkeywords.com ! They all contain a reference to Google in some form or another and usually report the individuals as living close to your location having made a bunch of money with this program/method. I'd suggest all report them to here, the "Internet Crime Complaint Center" as I did. I authorized $1.87 for their kit, on 6-15-09, still hasn't arrived. Multiple phone conversations soliciting more money. On 6-19-09, $75.30 was deducted from my account without authorization. The discovery was made with the aid of on-line banking. I requested that the $75.30 and the $1.87 be returned to my account, only to be reassured that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Rachel refered me to goolerevolution.com. . the phone number [protected] has been playing music to me for over 24 minutes. I felt the need to cancel the card that was used for the $1.87 transaction to prevent further deductions. The date today is 6-22-09.
I can not sign in, I paid for Google membership, then when I tried to go into the 3 business websites that has a free trial, it wouldn't let me go into any of them. I tried phoning in US to cancel, but was held on the line, as I'm phoning from UK couldn't hang on for too long. I spoke to my bank, they said they couldn't cancel payments, I would have to get company to cancel, so as I can't get in touch with them, they will be free to take money out of my account. I sign up for this home internet business from an advert on Facebook.
THIS IS A HORRIBLE SCAM! I signed up for Google Money Master's (also known as Google Revolution) 7 day free trial. In order to sign up for the trial I had to give them my credit/debit card information. The program was not anything like what was advertised. After only 4 days I checked my bank account for a different reason and realized that the company had taken out over $70. That is their monthly fee if you continue with the program. I was not planning on continuing. I called and complained for them to refund the money. I had to wait 7-10 business days. Then 4 days later Click Sell Go took $37.63 out of my account. I never signed up for anything for with them. They are a subsidiary of Google Revolution. I had to call them and demand a refund. No upstanding company uses a customers bank account without permission!
I READ THE ARTICLE ABOUT EASY GOOGLE PROFIT. i WENT TO THE WEBSITE LISTED IN THE ARTICLE...ENTERED MY NAME, PHONE AND EMAIL. NEXT SCREEN CAME UP FOR $1.87 ELECTRONIC SHIPPING. I ENTERED MY CREDIT CARD INFO. AND SCREEN CAME UP SAYING I AM NOT ELIGILBLE. WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT? I WON'T TRUST THAT THIS IS NOT A SCAM AND I DO HOPE THAT MY CREDIT INFO DOES NOT GO ANY FURTHER...NOR WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THIS MATERIAL I AM NOT "ELIGIBLE" FOR. GOOGLE IS SUCH A LARGE AND WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A REPUTIBLE COMPANY, I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD NOT WANT THIS TYPE OF LIABILITY FOR MISREPRESENTATION.
I was suppose to have a 10 day free trail with gooogle money master it said wait 2 to 3 days for shipping. I never received nothing and the next thing I know 69.90 dollars is taken out of my account. I want my money back or I'm going to the BBB and the Federal Trades Commission and report the decpetive advertising of google
Paid $1.87 for 7 day trial; cannot access web site; further reading indicates that my account will be charged monthly after the 7 day trial; cannot get company on the toll free phone # provided; have written the customer support email to discontinue immediately.
I order Goole money master kit on 5-30-09 said i had a fourteen dat trial before charging my account on june they charged my credit card for 69.90 now i want it back and cancel my order.

The same question. I could get in touch with this thief company.
Also being sold as Recession Proof 360 same scam and they even pre-select the agreed to terms and conditions so an errant keystroke or (in my case a dropped mouse) brings you right to the congratulations page. For $1.97 what did I care EXCEPT the terms and conditions indicate if you don't cancel within 5 days (not 24 hour days) just 5 days from subscription you will be charged $87.11 every 30days.
There customer support phone line is an answering machine, if you leave your name and number they will call you back (48 hours and still waiting), their email support is a canned response. Their online cancel is a form that requires that you will not ask for a refund of any money already charged. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Vermont Department of Public Service, will contact someone in the FCC, have already contacted VISA and my bank.
I am incensed at them for being so slimy and at me for being so naive. I thought I was buying a taste of the merchandise, but without due diligence I fell victim to their sleazy practices. I guess an $87.11 lesson is better then a more expensive lesson...It still pisses me off that I can't give anyone a piece of my mind on this topic except an answering machine and a automated emailer.
thank u for the info i was looking everywhere to find out how to cancel. I just ordered the stupid program but after reading all these complaints there is no way i can afford that or even want to try now. Your information was very helpful and saved me in the end
