Google review: Internet services

This Complaint is against the Google LLC. I am a Google Play Console Developer. They have removed my account and Apps from Play Store, because they are using the AI bots everywhere. I contacted Play Console support many times, but they did not guide me properly. I submitted my Legal documents for identity verifcation many times, on one side they send me verification mails, and on other side they do not accept them, and rejected by saying that my name is not matching on my submitted documents and on my account. Fact in that my name is same on documents and my account (you can see the screenshot). I was confused that what is going with such a giant and advanced company Google that they are making illoigoical claims. Fortunately they accepted my passport instead of my Government issued ID card for name verification. But the question is that what about those who do not have passport, because everyone have ID card but not passport. anyways, after that they claimed that my name is not same... (worth $5000) to help people freely related to their education. I submit an appeal, but again bots rejected my appeal by saying that they can not help me, they did not address my issue properly. I contact support team but the response is same, like everything is automated and no human is in google offices to help other humans. Fact is that any mentally fit and literate person can see that my submitted documents are legal and showing my identity clearly. If they are not accepting these documents than I do not think that there is any other way to verify developers besides visiting their hosues physically. I am trying my best to recover my profile and apps, but my heart is broken into pieces, because console's false policies runied my dream of educate the society. I will raise my voice against them at every platform. Because We want Justice, Justice and Justice... I am ready to submit my documetns to prove my claim.
