What a nightmare this entire process has been. The only reason I used this company for rushmypassport was because they advertised they were affiliated with AAA. To begin with, I had AAA take my pictures and submitted that along with my application. I received notification that my application was rejected and one of the reasons was because they did not like my pictures. I went to another AAA office and had another set of pictures done. I sent those pictures out, at my expense, and waited. Once again I received a notification that my photos were rejected. I asked the two different AAA offices if they had ever had problems with photo rejections and they both said, never. Once again I had pictures taken and this time I sent two separate sets, at my expense, and ship them off again. I didn't hear anything for a while and I followed up with a phone call. The person I spoke to said there was a freeze put on my account and that I would have to call back. I called again and no one seemed to know why there was a freeze on my account and that they would have a manager take a look at it and release the freeze. I never heard anything back until I received an email which stated that they had forwarded on my documents to the government. To date I still have no passport. I would not be surprised if my passport was sold on the dark web. I'm out over $500 between the government and the brush my passport company. If I had done this on my own through the mail I would have not only received my passport by now but it would have cost me a lot less money. I would never ever use this company and until I receive my passport I will keep posting negative posts. I can't imagine anyone would ever support a company like this.
Desired outcome: Refund and my passport back
