charged without booking/taking trip
I was charged RM 65 to HSBC credit card GRAB ECOM SSL-EC on 16/12/19 and I did not make or take any trip with grab on the date.
I look for grab at lobby of National Institute Health Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia to KLIA1 but did not book or take any trip.
I did not realize that i have my credit card number in payment grab section

Hi I booked a grabcar with a very rude grab driver. I needed to go to the dentist appointment today and it was raining heavily. As the grabcar arrived, I asked for help to stop by the nearest ATM to cash out since it was raining and I barely have an umbrella with me. The grab driver was giving me an attitude when I asked for help. ATM was only a walking distance of 0.05km. Reaching the ATM, the grab driver chased me off and cursed a very bad word at me in Malay language "lancau". When I take a look at the app, it stated the grab driver as 5 stars. However it was very opposite from my experience. What do you think if you are the passenger, got cursed and chased off the car by a grab driver just because you asked for help ? Please train your driver to be respectful or you will loose your customer. Grabcar Plate no: WC2652R. Driver don't deserve to be star rated.

Kindly resolve this problem, I wished not to face this experience anymore. I booked grab because it has been such a good service. We are not tourist people, we put out money to get a good service. There was my mother in the car as well during that time. I am still unsatisfied and in range of such service that was provided to me as a customer. Grabcar company should train their employees well, no customer should deserve to be treated such way. This is a warning from my end, if there were to be such rude experience as this again I will file a complaint to the police as an abused & threat. Kindly refer to the screenshot I have attached.

Dear Grab, i would like to raise a complaint about specific grab driver as per below:
This Grab Name:Jony Cim, Plat Number: VDX719 driving a Perodua Bezza (Silver) is extremely rude. The customer already waves to flag him to stop but he fails to stop. Instead, he angrily remark to customer was "I am not going to fetch you and rudely away".
Hope you can do something about this driver. I used grab a lot. This is by far the worst grab driver iv ever encountered. Thank you

My driver reached at 12.15pm, while i'm reaching the car at roadside, he took off. Called him 3 times but he cut off my lines. I messaged him whether he is still coming back to fetch me but all i got is my booking got cancelled.
From the time he took off, to i called him 3 times then messaged him, knew that my booking got cancelled, it's only 12.18pm. This means he didn't wait me for more than 2 minutes (to be fair). (Driver : AKR 5986)

I was driving along Jalan Ampang to Ampang Point almost hit the driver I saw he had phone at dash board.

My first ever complaint about Grab car service ever since Grab started. It was so bad that the driver told me to leave the car due to I wanted to select my route. I am paying for the service but why can't the driver fulfilled the customer needs. I've been using my selective route for the past years and do you think a passenger wanted to waste their time by using another route. Sometimes GPS is not as accurate as what you see.
He refused to start the journey until I said I would not rate anything to your service. Honestly, I am not satisfied with the service.

i'm complaining about grab driver
Hi,
Today I have booked grab for my parent. When they went near and wanted to open the car door, the driver take off the car which lead them to fall on the road. Luckily they never hold the car door. If not they might got injured. Please take action on this driver to avoid happen again. I never expected that grab driver will have such a poor attitude.. Thanks. Car Num (SW6743)
driver showing the middle finger - vbj 8471
On Saturday (30th Nov 2019) at about 8.20am, from OUG to Jalan Klang Lama and on the way to Petaling Jaya, one of your E-Hailing driver, a dark grey Honda City - VBJ 8471 behaved like an animal by showing the middle finger out from the car's window in front of the Puchong police station.
He is angry at someone and hence, he showed his middle finger that way, which is very unprofessional and gives Grab Malaysia a very bad impression.
Please take serious action against this driver to give safety to other road users.

driver's irresponsibility
By 30 november 2019 around 7pm, i have booked a grab car from Danau Kota Suites Apartment to Silver Cut Hair Studio with the driver's car plate number TBT 9458, and the driver's name is Zulhadi. I have waited for around 30 minutes, and he are still remain the same stop, without replying my message or don't even pick up my phone call. It's been 30 minutes, and the driver have no any response to us, and he even cancelled our ride without any notice to us or any apologies. I strongly believe that he was waiting me to cancel his ride thus he don't have to cancel us with affecting his rate. As a platinum member of grabcar, i am totally disappointed with this kind of services, where the fares was keep raising some more.

psv exam
I had registered for the PSV exam on last week. The date is 27/11/2019@9am. Unfortunately, I had been waited for more than 2hours and 30mintues to sit for the exam. The exam started around 11.45am. Been told that person in charge from JPJ have not arrived yet. What a ridiculous reason????? How you arrange things with JPJ??? Your time is time, our time got no value??? 3hours can do a lot of things.

1) I was at Senai Airport at around 9:20pm(25/11/19)
2) Booking Grab car from Senai Airport to Jalan Cempaka 36/10 Indahpura Kulai.
3) Grab car appeared number plate ALB169
4) After around 1min the driver cancelled my request
5) Make second attempt, ALB169 appeared again
6) The driver cancelled my request after around 20 seconds
7) 9:23pm, Make third attempt another number plate HJA4436. The driver cancelled my booking after a few minutes of waiting.
8) Make forth attempt, HJA4436 again and he cancelled my booking again after a few seconds.
9) At around 9:33pm, I saw the number plate ALB169 appeared at the pick up point in front of me and taking a passenger. See the two photos attached.
10) Thanks to AMK1596 who is kind and friendly driver who sent me home finally.

rude grab driver
On 24th Nov 2019, I booked a ride from Stesen Bas Seksyen 17 Shah Alam and few seconds later a driver accepted my request. The driver car details is Nissan Almera (Bronze) with registration number VL8004. Had 5 stars rating so i was expecting a pleasant experience. Previously, I booked a couple of rides from the same exact location and I encountered no problem at all. Something went wrong on that night, my GPS detected a location which is 0.09km away from my point (I realized this afterwards).
When the indicator showed that the driver has arrived, I started searching for his car. Nowhere to be found, I called him to ask his whereabout. I told him my location then unexpectedly, he started yelling and got mad saying i gave him the wrong pickup location.
I apologized to him, I was also tired from the 9 hour journey and wanted to get over it in easiest way possible but he's being difficult. I asked him how can we settle this. I was willing to make another booking and pay for the 2 trips.
however, he proceed to keep mocking and yelling and mentioning about my education level and calling me stupid, no thinking ability and all.
I was speechless and he hang up.
Regardless of my mistake, I owned up to it but i really did not expect and think that i deserve the rude treatment. I am really disappointed and embarrassed.

Grab,
Axis centre open only one counter for ticketing the driver to solve about account trouble. Every day lines up for at least 4 to 5 hours each person to meet the staff counter.
Why you not open up more than counter to fastest up drivers line up for better improvement and faster solution.
I line up with my 1yrs baby almost 1 hours plus and ended up with frustration because of your poor customer service at axis centre.
Do you know if we contacting your kiosk staff, nobody answer call or reply WhatsApp. If we went to kiosk location nobody is there.
We drive for you, risk our life, car damaged for earn a bit money but when come your centre to solve problems line up for 5 hrs and open one counter only.
Please respect the drivers and some driver is old but waiting for meet your staff almost 4 to 5hours.
You know, sent email with attachments for verification and solve return to grab link but ended up with asking again about our details and not solve login issue.
Please sorted out this issue for your better customer improvement.

16 November 2019 evening, i was from AEON Tebrau City to Hospital Sultan Ismail.
That driver didn't pick me at the pick up point and yet shouting me to came at other pick up point that not a grab pick up point. When i wanna enter the car, the lady shouting at me again why came late but she the one that asking to come at other pick up point.
Inside the car, the lady mock & shouting me with unreasonable thing. That thing happen until get off the car.
That lady also didn't drop me at the drop point.Still mocking while im getting out of the car.
This shouldn't happen & that lady isn't equalvalent as GrabCar protocol.
Please make a feedback to me about this case.
inability to resolve login problem for more than 1 week and counting
I could not log in to my Grab app on the phone after I changed from an iphone 6S+ to iphone 11. When I keyed in my phone number, they sent me a 6 digit code, and when i keyed in the code, the message is "your account cannot be verified, pls go to help centre". I've lodged numerous reports and made equally numerous calls to GRAB passsenger service but the problem remained unsolved. Everytime they promised me that the problem would be resolved shortly, and asked me to power off my phone and try again, or to reply to their helpcentre email, these "solutions" have been repeated numerous times and of course they did not work. I do not know what else I can do since GRAB management access online is very opaque. So I am writing on this board to highlight my problem. I have to say that GRAB is utterly disappointing in it's customer support as well as technical capability. It is mind boggling that a simple login problem cannot be resolved even after 1 week (and still counting).
extremely rude and unprofessional grab driver
Hello there, firstly I would like to say thank you to Grab for being an amazing service for people, of ease to travel from one destination to another.
Next, I have already made a complaint but it seem like I have not yet received a reply nor any return mails regarding the awful incident that I had encountered.
So I would gladly share the unimaginable experience so that no one else would go through what I had to go through.
The moment I gotten this Grab Driver, I greeted my driver as I always do with all my drivers. My partner was with me in the car. Then, about 15-20 minutes, we arrived at our destination.
I had forgotten to reload my Grab Pay so I proceed to pay by cash. My ride was only RM9, and I only had RM 20 at my hands.
As I gave the driver my RM20 bill, he bluntly and rudely said ‘ I dont have small change, can you go and change inside the shop'.
Now usually, I dont mind if I had to change to smaller bills, but in all my experience, all the grab drivers would always apologise if they don't have smaller notes, and politely asking if I did not mind to change it in stores, I would gladly do it.
Though, this particular driver, was very rude, along with his actions asking us to go to the store to change. And no apology, only demanding us to do it like we were salves HAHA.
Then, I find it very unprofessional how he does not even have smaller bills to return to their riders. Plus, you should have seen how rude he was.
And so my partner went inside the store, changing the RM 20 bill. As I waited in the car, and I could never stand rude people, so I wanted to get out of the car but before I do, he raised his voice one more time and said ‘ Can you shut the other door, your friend didn't close properly'.
HE SAID THIS WITH SUCH RUDENESS AND AS IF HE WAS PISSED. Nevertheless I re open and close the other door properly, at this point, I did not tolerate with his behaviour.
Then I went out from his car, and close his door. Not before I walked away, I can hear his voice shouting and calling me out, ALL OF A SUDDEN.
As I waited at the other side of the road, my partner went and pay for the ride, and when my partner returned, my partner told me how the Grab Driver told him that I ‘slammed his door'.
THE AUDACITY OF THAT GRAB DRIVER.
After being rude to us, then demanded us to do his work, proceed to raised his voice at me, then shouted at me. He accused me of slamming his door.
I have never met any Grab Driver so rude, impatient, unprofessional and an accuser to their riders.
I got so shocked after of what my partner said, and that Grab Driver definitely ruined our day.
Let me mentioned how rude he was again.
I come to think that maybe he was pissed and impatient because we did not have smaller notes, and we did not even do anything that break the etiquettes of Grab Passengers. I always respect my Grab Drivers, their vehicles and the way on how to behave in their car.
So he made the accusations that I slammed his car door because he was very pissed or impatient or maybe he was just having a bad day, I have no idea.
Next, I received a message saying from Grab that my Grab Driver had complained and it mentioned how I SLAMMED HIS CAR DOOR? Accusations AGAIN?
I am really speechless. Therefore I really hope Grab, do something about this kind of attitude, behaviour. I definitely do not want anyone to experience this horrible experience as I had. It was truly awful.
Congratulations as that Grab Driver had ruined our day.
One more time, I had never experience a Grab Driver as rude, impatient, unprofessional and ACCUSER like him.
Thank you for your service Grab, I believe this kind of situation if able be handle professionally regardless through penalties or he isn't allowed to drive Grab for a couple of months.

rude grab driver
Driver (HBA9433) called me up beforehand to ask whether I have arrived. I told him that i had already arrived but just got down from the train. The average time taken to walk down all the way from exiting the mrt (Semantan) to the entrance of gate A, would take about 1-2 minutes for me. And that is exactly how long it took me to reach the grab, 2 minutes. When I got in driver asked if I requested the grab before I reach the station and I said no. He proceeded to ask me why I took so long to come down. Not only did I NOT take too long to come down, it isn't his business to ask me what I was doing before I came down.
I told him that I got the notification that he had arrived at 8.02 and I got in the car at 8.04. He then went on a whole lecture about how he loses money if he waits at least 5 mins for a passenger and implied that "some passenger will take their time to come down, make use of the 5 mins grace period, request while in train", which all had NOTHING to do with me. I don't appreciate getting lectured about what other passengers did to him in the past and me being a scapegoat for him to complain to. He also hinted that he gets more respect from passengers when he was a taxi driver as compared to being a grab driver.
It was an uncomfortable journey overall and i hope grab takes some action on drivers like these. Not to sound petty but my whole journey with him consisted of him ranting/complaining and it was VERY uncomfortable especially to start of my morning with. Please do take action on this driver.
dangerous driving
On the 5/11/2019 around 340pm at Bukit Jalil Highway, I was at the left lane which is turning into Bukit Jalil B entrance. There's a Perodua Bezza(red) car plate number: VBS 7836 with a GRAB sticker on the right door. It came out of the sudden without giving signal into my lane and almost cause me bang into his/her car. I was shocked then blasted the horn to the driver yet he/she speed up his/her car immediately !I was driving alone that time, that's why didn't manage to take photos or even video.
I wish you can take it serious and solve those problem ASAP because I saw that you have 600 mails yet solve in your record.

Yesterday 3 oct 2019.This grab driver disturb passenger especially girl. He try to force passenger seat in front beside the driver seat. Then trying to help girl passenger wear the safety seat belt. How come a grab driver can touch girl? Did i need report police? Then he try asking passenger go to somewhere drinking. Did this guy over as a grab car services? Then he mention he is a malay guy and asking passenger like "malay guy"? The passenger book a grab to MRT. When passenger oready in grab car.The grab driver decide want send passenger go home and asking passenger home address. The grab driver keep saying "he is good guy". This make passenger feel unsafety that time.😠
