Dalam grab info, untk 6 seater boleh 4 orang tapi driver tadi berkata hanya 2 orang sahaja walaupun kereta beliau adalah 6 seat.
System error and impolite assistance help center.
I have experience in the system change my address without noticing me and delivery man went to the wrong place and he asked for RM 2 for the extra petrol fees personally.
I am innocent in this case since i do not change any of the address and i am not suppose to be responsible in this case.
I did made a report to the help center but the worker chat to me rudely. The problem did not solve and make my day an unhappy day.
Desired outcome: Solved this problem and give me a reasonable reward.

In the morning, my boyfriend came to cancel grad's car .The staff of the company said that the owner must come before the car can be cancelled need the owner's IC and signature .Ask them if video call is OK or not ?!She
said cannot.My boyfriend came back from KL to rawang to pick me up at grad company. In the end, they said the owner didn't need to come just the driver also checked that there is no e-hailing in this car. My boyfriend also specially inspected the Puspakom car .Then we're losing money! But there's ehaillng in JPJ's check, asking us to come back here and ask you to cancel the letter. Is it your system problem or are you not working hard answer questions perfunctorily .There is no shirking responsibility It doesn't completely determine the customer's problem .Finally, email us and ask us to check back .What are you doing here! MCO time has to come here Do you think we're all free?! bad service! If your company goes bankrupt, it's all your staff's problem!
unethical behavior towards other road user
On Jan 06, 2021 car registration plate No VDA 124 is being rude and stubborn to not give way to other road user as the road is a a single/Bi road while carrying a customer and even speed up to get in front of me(my car). In the scuffle he threw bad words and refuse to respect me for it is my CORRECT road to travel, such behavior is not tolerable and even discourage as he was fetching a customer. Please take action immediately towards this unlawful driver. thanks

An irresponsible grab driver crashed into my car
Dear sir /madam,
Refer the above matter.
An irresponsible grab driver crashed into my car, I found car road tax expired and he denied to report & agreed to fix my car. After a week deadline he refused to fix my car or compensation. Then I went to lodge a police report.
Firstly, I doubt that grab company allowed an expired road tax car ride on road, how can secure passengers have a safe ride? Due he emphasized is grab a driver still need to pick up passenger daily. Thus, the sergeant incharged of this case encouraged to report grab company as well since he was represented grab service with such behavior. Kindly investigate and take action for your company's good future.

Suspension
Dear Sir/Mdm,
My grabcar account been suspended today 17 September and yet it happen after I had top-up the value RM200 yesterday 16 September. I am a regular grabcar passenger and not knowing what is the reason behind this suspension. By the way, my appeal need 5 working days to resolve, that is too long. Kindly refund the balance if you think I am not qualify to enjoy your grabcar services.

Pemandu Grab VDX 8034. Memandu secara bahaya
Pemandu Grab, BEZZA VDX8034, LELAKI, CINA.
Pemandu grab ini telah memberhentikan kenderaannya sesuka hati di tempat yang tidak sepatutnya berhenti iaitu di tengah jalan untuk menurunkan penumpang.
Dan cara pemandu ini memberhentikan kenderaan juga adalah secara mengejut, merbahaya dan biadap.
Keadaan ini amat membahayakan pengguna jalan raya yang lain.
Harap pihak GRAB MALAYSIA ambil tindakan untuk selesaikan kes pemandu grab yg biadap/tidak ikut peraturan jalan raya seperti ini.
Juga boleh membahayakan penumpang yg turun dari kenderaan grab tersebut.
Tindakan pemandu grab ini telah menyebabkan berlakunya kemalangan.
wrong location selection in app
the app used to be good but today it selected wrong pick up addresss despite inputing it correctly. consequently, I have been charged cancellation fee on top of my struggle to personally call the grab driver to tell them I had to cancel my bookings since the app was selecting wrong address + rushing to make subsequent bookings to go to my destination urgently. plus, I couldn't file in a support/complaint tix via the app to seek my refund for the cancellation fee that was already imposed on me.
grab seems not to be in touch with the consumers as it grows bigger.

I was travelling via Grab car to work.
In the space of my trip from my home in Desa Damansara Condo to Pavilion Bukit Bintang entrance. In the space of this short ride there where over five mosquitos in the car. I took pictures of the number of bugs flying around the vehicle. One landed on me which i squashed (not wanting to be bitten) and it was filled with blood. This was not mine as I had only just got in the car. The blood went all over my brand new pants which I have not been able to remove the blood marks.
I also killed several other bugs which where also filled with blood. I have tried contacting GRAB many times through their online portal, phone and live chat. No one has got back to me and they are saying it is still being investigated. It has now been 16 days since the incident. I have images with time and date stamps to prove all the details.
I am seeking that GRAB reimburse me for the value of my pants as they are now ruined. I am happy to provide them a copy of the receipt as they are brand new.
charges twice for grab car
On 10 November 2019, I booked a grabcar to KLIA2. Upon arrival I paid cash to the driver. To my surprise my credit card company also charged me RM75.
I have been wrongly charged twice. From my apps the booking ID was ADR [protected], vehicle no: W1612L and driver Zulkifli
On the grab car app there was no indication as to how the payment should be made whether in cash or credit card or e wallet. If you check with my history of payments in using grabcar, I have always paid in cash.
Please correct the error and refund me the money of RM75.

On 10January @1015pm made booking from OBD Gargen Tower, Taman Desa to Berjaya Time Square. Mobile shown that driver arrived. i text him that come to Lobby, but he never turn up or call me.
No choice i have to re book again immediately and next driver collect extra RM3 for cancellation fee.
Kindly refund me the cancellation fee RM3 soonest convenience...

driving like a madman

Please check this registered car, pink Axia, WC5950Q, is he a grab driver.

He was driving like a madman, almost got me hit the divider. He drove and ran very quickly when i want to take a photo of him (Looks like a chinese boy, wearing spec)
If he is your grab driver, I think ur company need to provide some basic training, how to drive safely on the road, follow the law, and not causing harm to others.

This afternoon, your driver turned up at Langkawi Airport " Departures" instead of "Arrivals" ... Totally the wrong place, and a huge distance apart.
After much searching, I eventually found her vehicle KV9459D, and she then refused to transport me saying that she had cancelled the booking and accepted another fare.
How can you possibly justify charging me a penalty fare in these circumstances?

22/dec I was updated my insurance cover note in grab apps after got instruction from grab help center. They said, it will clear 1 to 5 working day . I called everyday until until 31/dec why my grab driver apps still cannot be used.
31/dec i called again person name Khairul. He said that my insurance still not updated. He said that, i was wrong updated in the apps. So he guided me from beginning until the end updated the insurance cover note. So i have to wait another 5 days to go online.
My comment here.
1. The staff grab help center some of them unprofesional handling the issue.
2. Lack of knowledge staff grab help center.
3. The admin staff took so long handling the issue.
4. The admin staff did not updated me via phone call or email that I wrong updated.
5. I have to wait for a long time 15 days .
6. Grab staff never think about the grab profit / income for the drivers and the profit of the grab company as well..
7. Grab top management pls look into this matter.

grab driver 's attitude
Hi,
I don't normally lodge a complaint unless I found it really serious and necessary.
The incident was on 18th Dec2019, around 8am local time about a driver with the name of Lee, Car Plate Number VK9029.
One of my foreign lady worker refused to go to my house for cleaning because she said the previous driver was treating her so rude and didn't even drop her to my doorstep and leaving her at The GuardHouse for her to walk to my house. Meanwhile, he was kept complaining about the pick up point at PizzaHut Jalam Imbi while we have been arranging Grab to pick her up for more than 6months and this is the first time such a rude driver was complaining about this.
I believe Grab Team should really take note on this driver as it is a very bad experience for all passengers.

This is in regard to a Grab driver called Ravindran a/l Raghavan. His car is a white Myvi (car plate number should be VT 1182 if I did not remember wrongly). I would've rated him directly in the Grab app but he cancelled my booking after I've waited for 20 minutes or more.
I booked for a grabcar driver on 21 December 2019 at about 10pm from KLIA. I've put my location as KLIA arrival hall Door 5&6, Level 3. I initially waited for about 10-15 minutes for him to come as he was stuck in traffic, which I was fine as I know KLIA's traffic is always bad. When I saw that he was about to arrive, I went out to wait for him (at Door 5&6, Level 3). After waiting for some time, I saw his car driving past me without even stopping. I called and called him but he did not pick up. While calling I was chasing him from behind with my huge luggage and a handcarry but couldn't catch him. I then texted him and he said he'll come back. He then made a big round back but did not go to Level 3. He went to Level 1 instead. He called me back and seemed to be confused with my initial location. I was very frustrated as I had a very early morning event the next day and had to wake up at 4am. I wanted to get home as early as possible. I told him I will go down to Level 1 myself so he didn't need to jam all the way back to Level 3. When I went down to Level 1, his car was not there. When I checked the app, he had cancelled my booking without even informing me, all these after I've wasted about 30 minutes of my time.
I am very disappointed with such quality of Grab. I've been a frequent user of Grab and have used for quite some time and am utterly frustrated with such driver's attitude. I hope Grab will take this matter seriously and provide some demerit or warning to this driver so he does not repeat again. Please contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com for any further details. My wife ordered a Grab (vehicle no: VCD 8345) at 3.00pm on 18 Dec 2019 for a trip from Tawakal Hospital, Jalan Pahang to my home at Taman Setapak Indah. When the vehicle reached Taman Setapak Indah he complained that he had every right to drop my wife at the boundary of the housing area since no exact address was given.
If he is so unhappy he should not have accepted the call.
