I had registered for the PSV exam on last week. The date is 27/11/2019@9am.
Unfortunately, I had been waited for more than 2hours and 30mintues to sit for the exam. The exam started around 11.45am.

Been told that person in charge from JPJ have not arrived yet.

What a ridiculous reason?
How you arrange things with JPJ?

Your time is time, our time got no value? 3hours can do a lot of things.
