Graze Product

I've complained on 28th June 2022 and not yet received any reply from your team.

I did Purchase Lively Lemon Flapjack, as I took a bite it had hair in the flap jack image attached. It is very off-putting when consuming food and you find hair in the product.

Item was purchased in Asda store in Slough not very sure on the date it was in June 2022.

Desired outcome: The food preparation area should need looking into staff may need extra training on hygiene levels, for me, it is now hard to purchase Graze products. What does Graze think the outcome should be?

Graze order

I ordered from Graze as a result of a Rewards Zone USA incentive. They did not report the purchase to Reward Zone USA, and when the box arrived, it was tiny amounts of lame food. Stuff you could buy at Walmart for a fraction of the cost. The food was stale and pretty unhealthy too. I would never order from them again! They seem to advertise themselves as a healthy eating company but the food is filled with carbs and sugar. The portions could fit into the palm of my hand. I was kind of shocked but now see why they are part of Rewards Zone USA. They are an equally unethical, scam company which is difficult to cancel. I would request that they actually report my purchase to Reward ZONE USA-I did and they do not believe me.

Graze graze.com

Breeze.com is a scam, and all they do is want to take your money they don't even offer a phone number to call so you can we cancel your account I've been trying to cancel my account also but so far I keep on giving sent the Graze boxes I want them to stop but they don't how do I make those stop billing my credit card and stop sending me the boxes of snacks I really don't care for them their tiny little amounts that just doesn't seem to fill my children up so I would like my money back and have my credit card stop being built somebody please help me

Graze termination of services

Followed instructions listed to terminate services, and there are no links. Only suspension of services if I go on vacation. There is no customer service number to call so I have no back up tech support for this service either. I want to terminate services before another box goes out and im billed for snacks I didnt even like. They mailed out all the snacks I checked i least liked.

Graze received my graze box empty!

Hello, My name is Shauna Roylance, I received my Graze box a few days ago and there was absolutely nothing in it! It was totally empty.
It didn't appear to be tampered with or any damage to the box. There did not seem to be any papers torn off of the openings. It actually looked like it may have accidentally been sent empty!
The postal service in my area sent a note with delivery which said
"Received without contents." Signed 4/4/18 Moses Lake Wa. PO
So I was requesting possible replacement since I am on a once a month order schedule. If that's not possible could I please be reimbursed for my Graze order for the month of April?
I enjoy the snacks occasionally and appreciate what you do. Please let me know if I can look forward to a replacement or not.

Graze subscription

So I cancelled my subscription to you guys and I saw that you took out 13.99 and I can afford that I'm trying to get a parenting plan at the moment so I need my 13.99 back and I would like it if you guys don't charge me for something I cancelled because that's not fair to me at all that you took money from me, I still have my account you guys but my card isn't on there anymore and you still charged me.

Graze superfoods bites cocoa & orange.

Superfood squares perchased fro Sainbury's Silksworth Sunderland.
Best before date 03/04/18

Unfortunately I have not got the box the Superfood square came in.
I opened packet containing a Superfood bite to find that the square had a large piece missing probable about a quarter, I think this is a quality control issue as the square should not have been packaged with a piece missing. I was disappointed as the squares are delicious.

Graze snack box

I was pretty sure that I had cancelled my services with your company a couple months ago, but I just got charged for one of your snack boxes which I have not recieved since I no longer live at that old address. I would either like a refund of my money and have the account shut down, or find some other way to resolve this situation. I am very upset because I needed the money that your company took from my account and had to deal with the embarrassment of not having the money yesterday

Graze complete scam

They may say anything to make you buy from them and order their free box. Which is not free. I've seen their answers regarding this issue (taking money for "free" boxes), they ignore this issue and say the same: it's for free, don't worry, but to send you the box we have to know your credit card information. Oh yeah? I want to know your CEO's credit card information. Ya know, just in case. Only scammers require information about CC.
Fraud fraud fraud. Customers should be very careful!

Graze graze boxes

They come much too fast. I don't like what is being selected. I didn't know my account was set to receive a weekly box. I can't afford that. 6/21/17 I got 2 in one week. I want to return the one I didn't open, but don't know if I'll get a refund. The boxes aren't worth $20 each. It's a very small amount of food for the price. They didn't follow my preferences.

I didn't realize my subscription was set as weekly, and that I could have changed that setting to less often. I didn't notice that when I got my subscription confirmation. Also the box is only $13.99. The customer service did respond within 24 hours and did my cancellation. The customer service was good. While you can't return a box, they removed the charge for the last box. I should have read my confirmation email from them more completely. I thought all such boxes are monthly but that's not the case. I also should have given them enough time to respond before I complained in another site. The problem is settled. I want to make sure I understand the terms of subscriptions in the future, and know the frequency and whether that is adjustable.

You are a company scamming people. Well you found the wrong person . This is your choice. Send me 4 free boxes to 2585 Hartman ave. Omaha ne 68111. I have been hired from a independent agency. I have been given this opportunity to make changes to your company if you choose not to do as you say . # [protected]. You will not be happy with the next steps that me and my company will take when you choose once again to scam someone. This will be your last scam . This agency that I work for works hard to work with the average person. That's the people your taking advantage of.

Graze Nothing arrived!

I signed up for this service thinking Graze was trustworthy enough. I was supposed to get my first Graze box in July but did not receive it. I contacted customer service and they seemed friendly and nice. They asked me to wait few more weeks. I waited two extra weeks and then they said they'll ship me another box. Noting arrived! When I contacted them for the third time they were not so kind as they used to be, they said they sent me two boxes and it was absolutely impossible that I haven't received any of them. But I was telling the truth! They literally called me a liar and refused to help me with my issue.

Graze I want to cancel my account!

I used this website in the past and was very disappointed with Graze service, so I decided to cancel my account! So, for over five months I have been trying to cancel! And it is absolutely impossible, because their customer service never replied to my messages and there is no phone number to call! Few times they even charged my credit card for who knows what! So these people owe me money! I'm absolutely disgusted with this scam company! I want to cancel my account, please, I need help!

I have been trying to cancel my graze account, I don't like the product you make it so hard to cancel and I think you do this so we can't cancel. I am so disappointed in your company that you don't have a phone number so I can call and cancel my account. My name is Felicia Howard, and I no longer want to receive graze product. I sent you an email to stop you from sending me your product and you still sent this box to me and took my money and I am so disappointed in you. Please cancel my subscription PLEASE!

Graze I'm very disappointed.

I used Graze for a couple of years and was pretty satisfied with their service. However, a month ago I ordered a regular box and one special box for $30. One box was delivered, but the special one went to the wrong address and I never received it. I contacted them and asked for either a refund or a new box. But they told that it was my fault. They said they will not give me anything. I ordered two boxes, I was their client for a long time, but they so rudely denied my issue! It was absolutely ridiculous and unfair! It wasn’t me who made a mistake, it was their fault! I never expected something like this from Graze. Well, I will never buy from them again. I’m very disappointed.

Graze I got box with samples, which I dislike

I ordered box of samples from www.graze.com. I got the first box of 4 samples and it was great, so I subscribed for more boxes, which were shipped every 2 weeks and the samples were 8. But they didn’t tell me that they would add new samples. I got the box, and I hate all samples. I emailed them and asked if I could return the whole box and get refund. I haven’t even opened these samples. I knew these samples and didn’t want them. But the company refused to return money.

Graze Awful customer services and their advertisement is a lie

The advertisement of graze.com stated that they provide healthy, delicious food via mail. I ordered from them some products and was shocked, when I received products, which date of consumption ended at the day I made the order. Other products were horrible and stank. I sent emails to the seller, but received no response. Awful customer services and their advertisement is a lie. The seller doesn’t communicate with customers, and you can’t return money back.

I eat your GRAZE barbecue crunch at least 3 times a week. Tonight I had one that was really stale. It tasted really il. Everything was chewy instead of crunchy. I'd like a refund please or some free Smokey Barbecue Crunch
