This company will not acknowledge the fact that I have cancelled my membership with them. They have debited my account $80.75 when I have already cancelled with them. They are saying I need a RMA# to ship product back to warehouse or it will be refused. I have tried calling 2 different #'s & they will not return my call so that I can obtain that # & ship my product back. How can we stop these companies who don't produce what they say they will? If I not satisfied with a product I should be able to return it without having to jump through hoops. Buyer beware~If you see GREEN TEA PURITY pop up on your screen for a risk free trial only $5.95 beware! I ends up costing you a whole lot more.

Thank goodness I found this site. I thought I was missing something. I fell for the free trial scam with Green Tea Purity also. When I ordered I entered my cc number from my head, but didn't know the three digits on the back. I hit submit anyway and was denied. I got an email saying I was denied, but then a week later it said it was approved and my product was on the way. I got the product and immediately realized that it was not to be consumed as there is no information on the bottle as to what was in it, there were spelling errors and no dosage. I immediately wanted to return the product but found there is no way other than email to contact them. Of course they haven't replied to my emails. Their site has a "live chat" that pops up when you try to close the window without ordering, but its not live at all, it just pretends (entertaining if you want to vent a little). Every google search I did for the product speaks the products praises so I was totally confused. I cancelled my card today. I believe I am only out the shipping charge now and they won't be able to charge me. I don't want to send back what I have cuz its a lot to pay to return it to China!

cs I too have been scamed by these people. I thought that I was so stupid it was to late when I realised that I was taken for a ride. Me to had not recieved the pills until after I was billed on my credit card so I had no time to change my mind. I have notified my bank to investigate for me. I don't think I will ever get my money back.I can't even get a email through to them anymore to tell them to stop.

Hi

Oh no I am sorry to hear about your horrible scam stories!

However, you did receive the product ok and did it even work, I was a bit scepitcal but thought at the price I didn't really have too much to loose?

I have just litterally ordered this product.

I am not worried about being overcharged, as I have a prepaid virtual visa, and they wont be able to scam the money, as I only put money into the card when I want to use it (which isn't very often), and it wont allow you to go overdrawn etc.

Thanks eeveryone!

What can I say apart from the fact I have been 'done' as well! I read so many 'positive comments' about them that I fell for iut straight away, I've received the emails from them saying my account is closed, that I can return the goods, that they will offer mme them at a discounted rate or return then via fed-ex blah, blah, blah...and then they seem to have just taken another payment!
I am now out of pocket £103 but my bank says it will look into it. I paid on my credit card and so can't close the account. I have no idea what to do next and would really appreciate some advice! The only thing getting thinner is my bank account!

Hello, I am from Australia. I clicked on the greentea purity and power colon cleanse free trial button. I paid for the postage and handling, thinking that if it did not work, I would not purchase anymore from this supposedly American company. I received the products buy delivery van, but when I read the delivery invoice, it had the product was from China. Immediately, I thought no, I will not accept this product, as I thought I was buying from a Western country. I emailed, stating this. I received an email back stating that they would let me know how to go about sending the product back. Since then, I have had 2 emails stating that they will charge my account nearly $200 for an order I do not want and did not order. My bank has charged me fees also for costs incurred for these transactions. I'm not usually a stupid person, Oparah had
apparently had this product on her show and endorsed it, so I thought, what the heck, I will try it, as it is a free trial. Silly me.
Can anyone let me know the name of the American company who has cheated us honest, hardingworking people out of our money. I cannot remember their name.. When I find out their name, they will know what hell is. S. Queensland, Australia.

Cant beleive I have fallen for this scam. Money taken from my credit card without my authorisation and without having full 14 day trial as they promised. Have emailed today to cancel and asked for a full refund. After reading some of the other complaints, I am not very hopeful though. Im considering cancelling my credit card. Can anything be done about this company? Should I ask my credit card company to perhaps look into this scam?

I too have been duped. I feel so stupid and the time that I am spending trying to get my money back is ridiculous. I ordered both the Green Tea Purity and the Power Cleanse for the 30 days FREE trial, and for some reason paid for the shipping on two separate cards. I did not see the fine print about needing to contact the company to cancel within 14 days after the order was placed. I received an email from the company 12 days after the order was placed saying thanks for your order, it is being processed, you should receive the product within 8-10 business days. The whole process is set up to scam people. I didn't even receive the product (from China) until after the 14 days were up...how in the world could I tell if I liked the product if I hadn't received it yet? Despite the fact that as soon as I was aware that they had charged my card and I asked to cancel the order, I have still been charged for another shipment. I will be cancelling both credit cards to avoid future charges and have considered contacting "60 Minutes" to get this problem out to the general public.

i just need a place to vent without getting judged..im too embarassed to share this with friends or family! i am the most skeptical person but when i saw OPRAH on the website i thought that this product would be great..after not getting my product in the mail, i started to get suspicious so i canceled my account a couple days ago yet this morning received an email saying i had been charged 79.95 or whatever because i hadnt canceled my account and then i found this website which i wish i had found before i ordered the stuff! i got so upset and scared i almost cried..i called my bank right away and canceled my card..as soon as my last few pending charges have cleared, im closing my entire account..unfortunately, i dont think i can file an afidavit with the bank because i "authorized" these charges by accepting their terms and conditions (which im so sorry i didnt even read before i bought!). I just dont get this part though: if they can charge people money because its in there terms and conditions that you agree to, how come they dont have to provide information for you to return the product which they say theyll do in their terms and conditions? It's like everyone else has to follow their own rules except them..so so sooooooooo frustrating but a lesson well learned and i will NEVER do anything like this again..i just hope other people see this site before they even think about ordering this or anything else like this..i hate the feeling of just throwing this money away..i really hope that we can prevent other people from doing the same thing by posting on this website!

I never authorised this purchased i agreed on a sample and to pay for P&h NOT another purchase. They just emailed me to say that i want the unused portion back and that they have billed m for $99! what nerve. As soon as i saw the amount on my statement i contacted the bank asked them to hold payment and investigate i called within mins of googling this tea that it was a scam - i googled the number they gave on the statement! ###s! and i just emailed them to say that they have poor ethics and are scamming people out of money!PS i did cancel my card also within minutes!

I emailed and called to cancel on two separate occasions before and after the 15 day trial and even though I did everything they asked me to do to cancel, (i.e. return the product) they haven't given me a cancellation number yet or any kind of cancellation confirmation whatsoever.

I will try to call them again to get that information

Has anyone received their cancellation number?

That is needed to get your money back if you want your bank or CC company to dispute them about the money.

I live in Dubai and few weeks ago I've placed an order for both Green Tea Purity and Colon Cleanse elite products. As per their terms and conditions, you should receive the product and try it within 15 days free trail (that was not true, after 14 days they billed my credit card the product full amount 80 $ each) and in case you don't want to receive any further products, you should return the empty container so they would not bill your credit crard in the future.

Well, I received the products after 24 days of placing the order, and even though I wrote to them 100 times explaining that they should not bill my credit card until I recieve the products and try it first, they went ahead and billed my credit card anyway again 80 $ Each.

Not only that, but they shipped the products via the worst and cheapest mail service, despite the fact that I paid 30 $ shipping fee for each product. It took me long time to get to the mail office and the containers was in a very bad shape (squeezed).

This is a scam, I had to block my credit card and replace it immediatly. These companies do not have any ethical responsibility.

No one learn for free, my advice is to stay away from these online scams ! It did cost me a lot to know that.

this is the reply i received:

Hi,

Thanks for your email.

The terms and conditions surrounding this sale were displayed on check out and on our site.

http://www.amazingtrial-greentea.com /termsandconditions.php

They do state that when you order the risk-free trial of our product, your card will be charged only $5.95 shipping and handling (or more depending on your country). You will have a full 14 day free trial period from your original order date to decide if our item is right for you.

At the end of your 14 day trial period you will be charged $79.95 for the trial bottle you received.

The amount billed was for the bottle received as the trial period has lapsed.

I hope that clarifies.

Best regards,

Drake Summers

Customer support

Amazingtrial-greentea.com

This is what i wrote:

Firstly

I have not used either at this stage, and I cannot recall requesting a bottle of pills or even authorizing the purchase of a bottle for the said amount.

I have looked into this further and found this to be a scam! And I wasn’t the only one fooled. You had no right to bill me for something I did not request.

If this is how you conduct business you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Have just received my 'free supply' of green tea and power cleanse and my husband asked what the price of £280 meant on the front of the account.
At first I dismissed it, then I saw this web site and thank god I read the terms and conditions ( which I should have done in the first place) I've cancelled my card at the bank and I've emailed the companys to cancel and asked for the address to send the empty containers!

It seems as though this is the biggest scam going (my bank has received a number of complaints previous to mine) and I can't believe I actually fell for it. 51.25 was taken out of my account without me knowing, I believe they also tried to access my telephone banking as the bank advised me it had been suspended due to me inputting password details incorrectly (twice). I know 100% this wasn't me as I rarely use telephone banking and I would of known if i had inputted wrong details. I only wish I had come across this website before purchasing the green tea capsules!

My bank has said I probably won't get back the money that was taken as it was probably somewhere in the small print that they would be taking money. I've had to now cancel my card which has annoyed me and I feel so foolish. Lessoned learnt by me, next time don't look for a quick fix but head to the gym!

I have just been scammed as well. Emailed them to say that I had had an allergic reaction to these pills and not to send me any more - of course they did and debited my account £50+ for pills and £50+ for postage. I emailed 'Iron Man' to complain and the email address is no longer - what a surprise!

I have now cancelled my credit card and they are investigating further. Don't think I will be getting my money back though.

I agree, it is not a free trial it is a partial payment for what ends up costing you over £50 then a month later over £50 again and so on. Even after contacting my credit card company, I have been told I have to contact the company and get them to cancel the ddr agreement. I am disgusted that this useless product has cost me over £100 for basically 60 tablets and 3 teabags.
A complete waste of time and money. It is so sad that these companies can prey on the overweight.
How come there is help on the NHS to help people stop smoking but not to loose weight.
I am now so annoyed and upset that someone can do this and get away with it. There should be a law against it.

Absolutely! Steer clear of these liars and theives! Small print is an understatement. On realising I'd been scammed rang my bank and reported my card as lost. Unfortunately too late for the 2 payments of $79.95. After then telling the robbers I didn't want their product (and why had they debited my card before shipping it) and to refund me immediately. Was told account cancelled and no further orders would be sent. But even though this was cancelled on the 12th June they still shipped the bloddy crap on the 28th June after I specifically said not to. Am having trouble getting money back from bank as they say it's in their Terms and conditions - arguing this as I cancelled before they shipped and therefore shouldn't have debited for something they hadn't yet sent. Have eventually received the dodgy looking [censored]e, which I have immediately returned to their address which is in funnily enough in China (not USA as led to beleive from website). Have had an email tonight saying I will get a refund in next 6-8 days for $40! Have replied saying where the hell do they get this figure from..? I've already paid the shipping of $5.95 for the 'trial' and so can't work out how a 20% restocking fee works out at this..? EVERYONE, STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS - THEY ARE MAKING A FORTUNE FROM OUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I ordered Green tea purity from this Company Capstardiet and was happy to pay the £5.95 cost of packaging and the item for free! But then found that they had taken £49.83 from my account 14 days later. I emailed and asked for refund for so called item which they supposedly sent, but never did. And now I have found out that 14 days later they have taken another £54.85 from my account, and I have no way of contacting them, only by email which I have many times to cancel any connection with them.

I too have been 'done' by this company. They originally took the payment from my credit card trading as Quality Health. When i realised they had taken £51 unauthorised i tried to cancel but reeived no replies. i even phoned America to try to speak with someone but had no joy. They then took another £51 and called themselves Capstardiet. I have taken this up with the credit card company who are keeping an eye on it but they cannot refuse the payment as it is 100% guaranteed on a credit card! They will try to reclaim the charges from the company if they can. I said is it best to close the account and open a new one but they said that the charges will just transfer to the new card, how dumb is that? anyway i have been too worried to take the pills as there are no instructions anywhere, so it has totally been a complete waste of time and money and i still have lost no weight! ha ha maybe worrying about the whole thing will lose a few pounds! Everyone tempted by this whole green tea purity should steer well clear, obviously as we all know, nothing in life is free!

This is SUCH A SCAM I am going to my local news about it because it is not legit. I like everyone else was getting a risk free trial for the shipping price of 5.95 then my account was debited $79.95! I have called six times now and every time I am promised an E-mail with directions on how to return it within 48 hrs. NEVER GET IT! Now my calls are not answered. ###!

I was also scammed. Stupidly I gave my debit card number to these people, momentary lapse of reason. I paid the $5.95 for the trial which equated $7.87 (US$D) on my debit card. Then I received an email to say my debit card had declined (as I dont keep any money in there generally) but they had obviously tried to take out a further amount of $79.95 as according to them that is what I owed for receipt of the goods. I dont think so! I told them they had no authority to do so. They were asking for an alternative visa card. I then found this site and found out about their scammy dealings. I made sure I kept no money in that account but they obviously kept on trying as I kept getting the emails. I told them repeatedly I had paid the amount owing i.e. $5.95. Unfortunately when I did have some money in the account the $79.95 (US$D 99.90) came out. I instantly lodged a dispute with my bank and they reversed the payment and are investigating it further. I have since been to my bank and cancelled both account and debit card. Encourage anyone you speak to who has been ripped off by these losers to notify the authorities and hopefully eventually their little game will be ceased.

If you look at all the E-mail addresses they are all G-mail accounts. Report them to G-mail as being used for scaming. Report them to IC3.gov this is the FBI internet crimes web site. Hi
Please do not order from this company, as it is impossible to cancel orders even to get a return address. A normal company would
have an address on the delivery docket but not this company. All I can see is deductions on my credit card. I thought I was
ordering a free trial and payment for postage not the case. I have cancelled my order and the packets still arrive which I return.
I have kept all emails to help my bank sort out this matter.
Please Please do not order from this website. Scam artists of the highest degree.
