I travelled on 29th July from Islamabad to Cairo via Bahrain. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my baggage at Cairo International Airport. It was a 23 kg bag ISB-CAI, it has a passport number and all my details are mentioned on it. On that day, I reported a complaint at Cairo airport, but they didn't get any response from Gulf airways. I tried to reach them out again but they claim that nobody is responding to them from the Gulf airline office, Bahrain.
I am a student here and my baggage possesses all my essentials that I need on an everyday basis. I'm facing too much difficulty since that day due to the airline's negligence.
It's humbly requested that if you can please take some action for it, and consider my issue.
