Nothing Received in Years
I have been a MASTER LIFE MEMBER since 2011 and have received nothing from your organization since 2013. What is up with that. Have you turned into a ripoff company?
I am very disgruntled about this situation.
R. Davis
Desired outcome: At least reinstate my membership and start sending my magazine
All lifetime membership entitlements
Been a Life member since November 1997. Never got any tools to test, no give away. and the magazine slowly went from bi monthly to gone. Took forever to find this page and I could not sign in at all for so long and still can not. How about send me my money back and we call it even.
Desired outcome: be professional and do right by the membership

Lifetime Membership
I have been a member since 2006. A lifetime member at that. I just stopped receiving their magazines, books, and all other services that I would be entitled to being a life member. I would really like to know just what happened to them. I would also like to be reinstated as a member.
Desired outcome: Either reinstate me as a life member and continue all services I am entitled to or refund me money.
Lifetime membership, What happened.
I joined handyman club of America sometime back in the late 1990s. I had a good collection of household and handyman tip sheets that I kept stored in the binders that were sent to me whenever I joined. It has been a number of years since I have gotten any kind of correspondence or magazines and I was just wondering what is going on? I really enjoyed the magazines, the articles, the videos. If there is anyone that reads these comments and post's, if you would give me a response to this post, I would really appreciate it.

Desired outcome: Replacement or how much to reoair it and where do i send it to?
Membership/Product testing
I paid for the lifetime membership about August 7, 2003. I bought some tools from them, but never got anything to try and review. Due to the passing of my wife, everything in my life went upside down and I lost track of my membership because of raising kids.
I tried to contact them with the numbers on my paperwork and they aren't even for that company. I tried the web site they now go under (scout.com) and get a sports website.
How can I either get back on the plan or get what I paid for? I'm nearing retirement and have repairs to work on around the home and this is what I purchased my membership for.
Desired outcome: Back on their program at no additional cost or my membership refunded.
Not receiving my "LIFETIME" Magazines
Since paid for a Lifetime Membership, I was suppose to receive their Monthly Magazine FREE, which I have not been receiving.
Membership
I paid for a lifetime membership and they continually sent me invoices for other things.
I never received my lifetime membership items. I believe that it was all a scam. I would like to have my money back that they stole from me.
HCOA lifetime membership
I've been a long time member and haven't received mags or any communication for a LONG time. Is there still a website? How do I get satisfaction about my membership? If necessary, how do I get remuneration or recompense?
Life membership
I not only paid for the life membership I paid for the master life membership and have not received anything in a long time. I either would like my life membership to continue or a full refund for the services I paid for you owe me that much. I have signed on in the past but have not herd anything. a life membership is for life and my life hasn't ended why have you ended my membership

U+I haven't heard from them in a couple of years although I am a lifetime member
I have no contact for a couple of years since Scout took over
Life membership
I subscribed to Handyman Club for 12 years, and then and paid for a lifetime membership. I have been a paid life member since 1997 and a volunteer product tester. The organization had no problem taking my money and promised a lifetime of magazines focused on handy-craft skills, tools, and the like. After a relatively short time all that stopped and I was told my membership was now in Scout. I have no real interest in sports and find no redeeming value with Scout. I requested a refund of my membership fees and I was refused, telling me I have access to Scout. I believe robbed, disregarded, and frankly disrespected by this group. I believe this warrants a class-action lawsuit.

I too was scammed! I paid the lifetime member fee in December 1996, reviewed a tool, received magazines for a few months, then intermittently, then a notice that I was a "Scout" member for which I had no interest.
Is anyone aware of any kind of remedy for this situation?
Carmine, I have to agree. I too am a life member and have been taken for a ride I never ask for. I need a refund ! John Walker mbr. [protected]

Membership services
I signed up as a lifetime member many years ago and for a long time I received the magazine and other material from the club but then all of a sudden it stopped and I have not received anything for a long time. I enjoyed the magazine and purchased items from the club and want to again receive the magazine and be able to purchase items. Since somebody broke into my garage and stole all my tools I need to replace them.
