Why hasn't any authority looked into this thieving company with all its name changes. Lifetime member means nothing when they change names and scam a whole new conglomerate of members, taking their money.
With as many complaints as there are, why does the State of Minnesota give them license after license after license to steal from everyday Americans.
I had, at one time, wanted to drive to Minnesota and walk up to the physical address and demand my money back. However, the trip would have cost me more than my refund was worth. Millionaire's by now.
Desired outcome: Jail the person or persons of this small company for fraud scamming the public and have Minnesota answer to why they allow this in their STATE
I haven't received my handyman magazine for a long time.
March 17th 2000 I signed up for "Handyman club of America". This was all well and I received my Handymen jacket (for my birthday) and received the magazine for years. Then for a while back I haven gotten the magazine, years back I asked the mailman why and "no luck", then called the magazines 800 # to find out why I'm not getting my life time promise on the magazine... I've been very busy for years and found that it was happening to others too. they told me to let you know about the problem. Since I was signed up for the Handyman Club of America Life Time subscription, that you could start my Handyman magazines back again...
My name and contact info is:
Michael Sandborn (Phone # [protected])
(E-MAIL [protected]@yahoo.com)
Desired outcome: I would really like to get the Handyman magazines back again at no cost as promised. Thank you very muchMichael Sandborn ( Phone # [protected] )(E-MAIL [protected]@yahoo.com)

Desired outcome: I would like to get all of the back membership items and website or I would like to have my life membership money I paid to become a Life member. Below is a photo of my membership Certificate.
Life Membership
I signed up for a life membership in the late 1990s. I paid $325.00 to purchase what was supposed to be the premium membership at the time. I was supposed to get a tool 3 or 4 times a year to try out, at a minimum. I received some monthly magazines over 3 or 4 years...then nothing. I had tried contacting them any way that I could, but all methods of contact had changed or was disconnected. I have no idea who to contact to resolve this as I have tried several times over many years. I want my refund, as this is theft, pure and simple. Does anyone have their contact info?
Desired outcome: Refund plus interest, an explanation, and an apology.

Handyman club of America
I have been a member of Handyman club of America since March of 2008.
At first it was great, I got three different tools to review. I finished the reviews on their website the same month I received the tool.
Then I wasn't getting any tools to review. I called to find out why. I was told the membership had grown in such a way that it would be a while for my name to come back up.
A little while later the magazine stopped coming. So I called again. This time no answer.
My question is are the handyman club of America still operating? If so is the reviews starting back up?
Desired outcome: I would like to start getting the magazine and to continue to review the tools.
