Hankook Tire tyre bursts

Hello we purchased Verna car from kosmo hyundai on 9 th September 2018. And our car tyre burst on 20th October 2018. We go to agency they will not help us. Even they are not attending their customers not their problems. This is our bad experience with brand. Your company should look into the matter and atleast talk to your customers. Selling car is not only the responsibility of company but looking the problems is also.

Hankook Tire I am complaining about my tire which got burst

Dear sir,

We have received a vehicle having vin no MALC841DLJM065743 having sale date 26/06/2018 and ran 20064kms is having problem in one of the tires. the tire got burst while running and its the third tire which got burst in their vehicle. The photographs of the same are attached herewith. Please help us in this matter.

Hankook Tire recent order

I recently ordered a set of your tires (invoices attached) from my local Discount Tire. I originally ordered them in the store on a Friday and was told they will be in the following Monday . When I went in to check they said your distributor lost the order and had to redo the order and they would be expedited to be there on Wednesday. Went in on Wednesday and was told they had never been shipped. Now they are to be expedited for Friday by 3pm with tracking number. Friday, sorry there not coming and we don't have the cash to refund your original payment. Sat there 2 hours trying to resolve this. Finally they offered another set that are supposed to be comparable. To be honest I saved all summer to buy my first set af hankooks for my 2004 gto and am truly just very disappointed about the whole situation. Most likely will never know how they would perform on my car because of this experience and will never go back to my local discount tire that I have done business with for several years.

Hankook Tire complaint about the bad quality of tyre.

To whom it may be concern,
I write before to register a complaint at your end for the bad quality of tyre. I bought a new hyundai verna car in feb 2018 (registration no.- pb02- dl-4404) from novelty hyundai, amritsar, punjab, india, which was equipped with hankook kinergy ex tyres. On 01/11/2018 while I was on my way to office on national highway the tyre burst suddenly. Luckily the speed of my car was not too high (80 km/hr) otherwise it would have got me in worse circumstances. I had driven my car only 6947 km till now and here is the condition of the tyre. I am soo sorry to say that if this is the quality of tyre that a reputed company like yours are providing to me, its better to buy some local made tyre instead of it. I had registered a complaint at hyundai dealership near me (godavari hyundai, ludhiana, punjab, india) and shown them the condition of the tyre. The also agree to my concern and forwarded it to the person concerned. I hereby ask you to take the matter seriously as it is the matter of person's security and this kind of breach can risk a person's life. I write before you to raise my concern and ask you to provide me the replacement of tyre as soon as possible as it is causing me hinderance in traveling, otherwise I will not hesitate to take the matter to court. Hankook Tire rebate 2018

The rebate was to be for 60 dollars. I got the prepaid card and when I activated it the card is only for 50 dollars. So who pocketed the other 10 bucks?
This might not sound like a big deal. Yes I did get a rebate. But I made the purchase of Hankook tires, in part, for the ADVERTISED rebate. I feel deceived and I want to make sure others are aware and act accordingly.

Hankook Tire new cars tyre is busted

hello,
this is irfan shaikh from nashik. i purchase new verna EX 2018 model MH15GF1713 from ujjawal hyundai nashik 422010 on date 25/01/2018. last week on date 24/07/2018 my cars front lest tyre of hankook kinergy ex is busted on road . i claim for warranty but not accepted from you. now i purchase same tyre from other showroom, but i expected from you to me my money refund . and i also fear that it might be possible other tyres may occures same issue s please change my all tyres .(please see attached photos)

Hankook Tire tire vibration on first 3 miles on ventuss1noble2 size 255/50r20

We have a 2018 Ford explorer with tire size 255/50R20 ventusS1noble2 with 2000 miles on tires and vehicle we have a issue with vibration of the vehicle for the first 3 miles every time after the vehicle has sit for a longer period of time. We have had the vehicle into the Ford dealership 2 times on this issue. The first time they replaced the front tires due to this issue. The 2nd time they could feel the issue but saying that the tires are the issue. Which as we investigate this issue we find there is a issue with flat spotting of the tires after it sits for a long period of time also there is wear out issue with tires also. This flat spotting of the tires and the wearing prematurely is due to the construction of the tires. For more info on this vehicle please contact Rob (service manager at Galesburg Ford @ [protected]). The resolution to this issue we have the tires replaced with new tires on the vehicle with a different brand at Hankook tires cost. The issue is we paid $40, 000 plus dollars for this vehicle and the vibration should not take place on this vehicle waiting for the tire to warm up. My request is stand behind you product you make and the customer should not have to deal with well when the tires warm up it will be all ok. Please respond with in 1 day of today 7/26/18 to [protected]@aol.com. or by phone which I left 2 messages on and have not received any follow up on as of the time of this complaint. Hankook Tire 205/50 r17 93v xl bsw hankook winter icept @320

I am emailing this to Hankook tires to complain about the winter snow and ice tires I purchased through Discount Tires Direct on November 21, 2016. When the tires arrived I arranged to have them mounted and balanced by Discount Tires and did so. Along with the tires I purchased 4 certificates from Discount Tires for refund or replacement. I had the tires go through 1 season of winter driving in the Denver Metro area of Colorado and I am having to replace the two front tires worn down to 3/32" of an inch left thread. T purchased these tires at the cost of $97.75 per tire from Discount Tires Direct. I am very dissatisfied with the quality, durability, wear, performance of these tires. I would think I could get more than 1 season of of winter driving from these tires which I purchased. Discount Tires will not honor any percentage of replacement on these tires. The tires were properly aired and rotated regularly. I have all the paperwork to prove this. I am asking Hankook to reimburse me for the tires which failed to provide to the standard and quality I was told I would have from these winter tires. I will be having to replace the rear tires shortly as I could only afford two tires at this time and I purchased an entirely different brand and make of tire. I am a Disabled Veteran, I believe that your company should provide excellence in the tire manufacturing process without any manufacturer defects or wear problems. I cannot recommend your tires to anyone at this time from this experience. The Discount Tire Direct invoice # is 6845410 and the order # is 9169664.

Hankook Tire unethical behavior

On March 18, 2018 at approximately 15:00 hours/3:00 PM, I called ahead of my arriving to the facility. I purchased two (2) HANK - 1009127 Hkook Optimo H418 5MAXNWH3416 2 tires . My technician # [protected] . The tires priced at $78.99 per tire.

They placed the tires on my vehicle and they shined the tires with a tire shine. I thought that I was getting a special treatment. But what I really got was two undesirable tires. The tire shine wore off and I noticed that the tires was discolored and ugly. They look dry rotted to me. I went back to the NTB that I thought installed the tires. I was informed by the tech that I did not purchase that set of tires from them. But before we established that we were discussing the tires and one comment the tech made was he would not have sold those tires in that condition.
I returned to the NTB where I purchased these tires from. I did not purchase the second pair of tires from this location because even though I was told that they would hold two tires for me, they failed to do that. When I was ready to buy they did not have any in stock. I spoke with Mr. Aaron Butler who after listening to my complaint told me that the discolor in the tire is nothing more than dirt. My thinking was how does dirt form the same pattern on both tires? I asked Mr. Aaron if he would change the tires and give me tires that I can shine and they will hold the shine like the two that I received from the other location? His response was we don't change tires for cosmetic reasons. My response was now I know why the tires had tire shine on them when I bought them.
I think that I was misled in that they got over on me with the deception of them shining the tires so that I couldn't see the undesirable look of the tires.
I scrubbed the tires because Mr. Aaron Butler said it was dirt. I am making this complaint because it was not dirt the discolor is in the tires. I don't want to go back to talk to Mr. Aaron Butler because they have made me feel like a fool twice now and my patience will not withstand another chance for them to make me feel bad again. I work hard for my money just like the next guy. I'm trying to make my vehicle look presentable and they have threw a monkey wrench in my efforts.
Sirs/Madam I would like to have a decent looking pair of tires.

Hankook Tire cuts in tyres

I recently owned new Verna where I got inbuilt hankook tyres of size 195/55/16r .As I going to Aurangabad From beed my hometown, as I reach 300m from my home the Tyre got flat down and when I saw it dere was a cut in Tyre from the side of the Tyre, the Tyre was rear right side and when I shown to hyundai agency dey said dat the Tyre would not be in warranty but how is it possible the running of a car is Jst 2000 km and I got dat problem u should Solve my problem...

Hankook Tire swelled sides of tires.

Report from hankook representatives in Riyadh copy follows. Not true and the one who checked is not professional. I am sure there is a manufacturer ‘s defect. Car has been driven normally under same existing circumstances and conditions.
Of my cars 7 has Hankook tiers with no problem; but in this case the width of tiers might be the source of the problem .

Hankook Tire hankook r225/55r17 kinergy gt 95

I own and bought new a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with the above tires and I have been told that I need new tires and they are worn out and I can feel the tire is worn out and I have had a close call on the highway in the rain that the car was hydroplaneing and fish tailing and I've had a rough ride in vehicle since about 10000 miles and now the tires have 26000 miles on them and I need new tires and I hope that hankook will be responsible and replace them with new ones for I rotated my tires every oil change 4000 miles and I should not need new tires yet

Hankook Tire the rebate, where is my money?

Bought the tires from Walmart on line and sent receipt. the rebate center want the receipt from Walmart that put them on, sent a copy of that. did everything before 6/30/17. did what they want now I want my 60 dollars. Jimmy Eller [protected]

Hankook Tire 235/45r18 94v ventus s1 noble2 tire

I purchased a brand new 2015 Sonata t2 After 32000 kilometres I had a recall for something minor. I decided to get it done before my wife was to take the car on a 6 hour trip. What the Hyundai dealer found was that we could not take the car back unless we signed a waiver. All four tires were worn on the inside. The two on the front were right down to the wire coming out. The tires would have certainly blown on that trip. Thank god that someone was looking after us.
I had to purchase 4 new tires had the alignment checked and the Dealer seen no indication why these tires would have worn out so quickly. They were puzzled. I know that you had a recall on the 245 series. I need an answer to this as I am not sure if other drivers are aware of this.
This is a safety issue. I have all photos and documents to help with this Incident This happened July 27 2017 I still have the tires

Hankook Tire Rebate forms missing/lost

Purchased four tires from TireRack.com on Oct 27th, 2014.
Completed Rebate form on November 5th, 2014 sent out next day with original receipt.
After six weeks Checked status on MyrebateOnline, no information found.
Called the rebate # [protected], CSR said that information wasn't recieved.
CSR said to contact HANKOOK by going to hankooktireusa.com.
I made records of everything. Still denying my rebate. Too much wasted effort getting $40 back. Will never buy from Hankook or Tirerack again.

Hankook Tire Lousy company, Lousy tires, Lousy service

Don't ever buy tires from Town Fair - they are the worst. Let's say you buy the lousiest tires made from them Hankook - WHICH B Y THE WAY ARE CHEAP, LOUSY KOREAN MADE TIRES SO DON'T BUY KOREAN - they will wear out before their time and then - let's say your steering was out of alignment by a miniscule, negligible amount - they will use that as an excuse to NOT HONOR THE MILEAGE WARRANTY. I must say Town Fair is the absolute WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AND HANKOOK TIRES ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD.

JUST DON'T DO IT- JUST DON'T BUY HANKOOK AND JUST DON'T DEAL WITH TOWN FARE TIRE. IF YOU DO - DON'T SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!
