Just like the others, I have been waiting for my order for too long.
I ordered it two months ago and it was never delivered. At first, I believed their excuses, I thought that I shouldn't panic. One month passed and I called them again, asked about my order status. Again, they said that everything was fine and the order was on its way. It's was a huge lie. Because it turned out that the items were never shipped out!
What's the point of this circus and playing childish games?

HappySmileUK is not a real company!
Beware of HappySmileUK, this company is fake! They are stealing money and don't deliver anything. I bought HappySmileUK products two months ago and received nothing yet and they don't reply when I try to reach them.
I saw the reviews and everyone is saying one and the same thing that money was taken but order never came.
I will not give up and will get my money back. Since they are not replying I decided to hire a lawyer and I also reported HappySmileUK to the police. Action must be taken! That's unfair that such fraudulent business is allowed to operate. Avoid this site and don't even think of giving them your card details! Beware and stay away!
Still waiting for my product
I can't contact HappySmileUK and have no information about my order status. Shipping takes too long and I'm quite worried about my order and want to know the delivery date, but they do not reply. Ordered my teeth whitening products in early April and it is already May and still nothing. When I saw all the reviews online I was terrified! So many people were scammed! I don't know what to expect.
Avoid HappySmileUK.com. This very much looks like a site run by FRAUDSTERS who take your money and order but don't deliver. Avoid them at all costs and spread the word.
I ordered in 2017 and the products had taken 5 days to arrive. The products sent to me were the exactly same ones as my dentists had supplied and i paid ten times more money. The company is very good and would highly tell anyone to shop with them. Kelly xx
Hi I wonder if you can answer a question I have about happy smile? I ordered my products 2 weeks ago and nothing has arrived and I have had no response to my emails! It now states on the website only registered dentists can order, this wasn't made clean when they took £85 of my money! Thanks

All the reviews I have read are excellent...You should see them on Twitter they are very popular. Your order might be lost in the post. You do sound like a drama queen if you ask me. You sound like you need to see a doctor as your review makes you sound like a paranoid schizophrenic. They do say 1 in 4 people in the UK has mental health issues. After reading your review it sounds like you are a crazy person. Have you not checked with your local sorting office? My order was delivered the same week I ordered...Your review is very creepy...errr you were terrified like a big axe man was running around with a chainsaw...get a grip woman you sound like a crazy person from broadmoor.

They scam and haven't delivered the orders
I found the website www.happysmileuk.com and ordered some dental products. The delivery was for free and the seller provided the approximate date of the delivery. I haven’t received the order on time, but the seller told me that they have some technical problems and excused. But 2 weeks passed and again I heard only promises. Avoid these guys and don’t buy any items from these people.
I ordered in 2017 and the service was very good. The delivery could of been faster as it took 5 days. The products were much cheaper than paying my dentist and I did save a fortune. I think the site needs a better design but the products were good from them and I agree it does take upto 3 weeks for shipping goods to the usa. The company is very good and products were delivered quickly Good prices too.
I ordered in 2016 and my order was sent in 2 days. The person who posted comments about happy smiles has a location in the usa and as far as I know it can take 3 weeks from the UK to USA when I posted mail to that country. I am in England and my order was placed on Monday and arroved Wednesday. I only from companies that I have checked out and I found the company really good. Products were top and far better than the gels my dentist supplied. I used a gel called happy smiles 35% and it was very good so much so that people thought I had veneers. The brand is very popular and have seen so many good reviews. The only reason I order happy smiles online is because dentists sell it for £35 a tube and get it direct. A very good company and was impressed. The only thing negative is the shop they have is rubbish. The products are tested and safe so would much rather order from these guys then anywhere else. The guy who posted the negative review that lives in America should order in the USA if he wanted fatser delivery. Hope this helps anyone ordering as I was very happy indeed. Would use again .

The rep is unpleasant guy, who doesn't deliver orders on time

After some time I contacted the seller, but he was rude with me and all his responses were awful. The seller turned to be really bad, unprofessional, rude and unpleasant guy. The products are very good and prices very affordable. A very professional dental company and the brand seems to be very popular. This Company is supplying Pola products illicitly. The manufacturing Company of Pola is SDI Ltd which does not and will not supply its products to happysmileuk.com nor its associate operation polanight.co.uk.
The website polanight.co.uk presents itself as if it is SDI Ltd, which is deceitful as IT IS NOT.
Only buy Pola products from your dentist who is qualified and authorised to prescribe Pola.
Ordered these products on 12th march and paid for them straight away on my credit card, I've sent numerous emails but no reply, absolutely disgusted at the non customer service, as want to know when I'm going to receive my products.

The company seems to make it very clear they are not SDI but are Happy Smile UK...I disagree with this comment...Happy Smiles is a very ethical company and have very fair low prices. They save customers a fortune. I have saved so much money buying my tooth whitening gels from happy smiles. However, I only use the happy smile brand as it does not cause sensitivity unlike polanight. My dentist told me to use happy smiles gel. I have seen happy smile uk on twitter and they have thousands of dentist followers and are very popular.
