My experience at the Hardee's was terrible, I ordered food from the drive thru window just to receive cold food, "5pc tender and fries". When I went inside Hardee's to complain about my food being cold the manager Adel was very rude and told me it would be a 6 minute wait time, so I agreed to wait, 6 minutes turned into 15 minutes. The burger patties are burned and crunchy, they dont have what you order on them.
I went by today 8/1/22 at 945 am and ordered breakfast my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 omelet biscuits 2 sausage and egg and 4 sausage buscuits. I received 4 plain biscuits 1 sausage and egg biscuits. I am done eating here. I am treated rudely I get what someone else thinks I want. So if customers are no more important to you than that I am done.

Hello. I just tried to place an order with the Drive Thru at the Hardee’s in Laurel, Ms on 16th Avenue. I pulled up to place my order and I started my order. I first told them I had 2 separate orders and the employee said “What”.
I told her again what I needed and began to place my order. I ordered a plain cheese burger combo with just meat cheese and bread. When it came on the screen it was wrong so I told her again what I needed. When it came on the screen the second time it looked right but I asked her to make sure it had cheese on the burger. I started hearing talking over the speaker so I repeated my question again and the employee yelled at me and said “ONE MINUTE MAM” very rudely. I had three other orders I still needed to place and after she yelled at me I drove off. I had to children with me and even they couldn’t believe how she talked to me. I know it is hard to find employees this day in time but she didn’t have to be rude and talk to me that way. They couldn’t even take a simple burger order. I have eaten at this Hardee’s for years and this was very disappointing! I would have been fired from any of my employers if I spoke to a customer in that way.
Desired outcome: Teach employees how to be more professional when speaking to customers. Even though it’s a Fast Food restaurant, people want to leave what ever is going on in their life at that time and just enjoy their meal.
Hardee’s in Jackson Alabama has always had very good sausage biscuits . The sausage that they are using a the present time is absolutely horrible . I know this is not their fault , but an upper management decision . It doesn’t taste anything like sausage. I know this is probably a cost decision , but it is definitely a poor or inept one . Someone in management should stop by one morning and decide for yourself .

I have visited a location in Grundy, VA, several times in the last few months. I have observed one woman who works there to always be on her phone, talking and messaging. This one in particular is cooking each time I have seen her and to be on her phone cooking and wearing gloves and sometimes not wearing gloves, either way she was carrying germs by touching her phone. It is disgusting and the manager/s on duty never say anything to her and me as a customer standing there watching my food being prepared in such a way. The woman I’m not sure of her name but she has long black hair and maybe goes by the name Mary as I’ve heard the person taking my order call her, she has no name tag displayed on her uniform for me to know her name. But some respect would be appreciated as I and along with others are paying customers.
Desired outcome: For her to do her job and prepare food without having to be on her phone! Terminate this employee and hire someone to make food that has morals in making and preparing food for someone else.

I watch this women keep her tongue out the whole time she grab my food and I asked her and she got mad.. Like no keepnyou tongue in you mouth.. Yet u didn't say anything til she already had my food why.. Bc I didn't want her or anyone else do something to my food.. This is in leland nc 28451.. I usually love the frisco burger but last 2 times bread isn't toasted or tomatoes on it. I'm a regular customer usually once a week but I'm going to completely stop going to hardee's . I was there today at 11 a.m. it's just like eating burger with mayonnaise cheese on white bread. Very disappointed.

Cold and not full order!
Ordered Meals for wife and I at 5:00PM and received at 6:10PM. Ordered Star Burger W/Cheese and Onion Rings and Swiss Mushroom Burger w/Pepper Poppers. Received cold and did not received the Star Burger.
That is the second time in less than a year this has happened. Please teach the staff how to prep orders and check them prior to sending them out.

At the Hardee's I go to, in Waterloo, iA their food is always just warm, never ever hot. I like their food and eat there about 16 times a month. I repeatedly ask them for hot food and never get it. I asked a worker how I get them to serve me hot food and she said to order it fresh. I did that and still got just warm food. I want to eat there. But I guess I'll opt out and go somewhere else unless someone can help me get hot food. What makes Hardee's think anyone wants to eat food that is just sitting there being warmed.

Friday January 28, 9:00 am. This manager was and is so rude to customers. There is no greeting upon walking up to the counter to order. One of the managers rolls her eyes when she sees people come in. She doesn't say "be with you in a moment" but screams at the cashier to cover the front line. Once again she appears to roll her eyes at patrons.
Desired outcome: I'd like the food I paid for reimbursed to me for this particular visit.
Stopping serving breakfast at 10:15am
Went thru to order breakfast and apparently they stopped serving breakfast before 1030am when there website says they serve till 1030. I go there everyday and order the same thing and couldn't today because they stopped serving when I went there at 1015.

On 17th of november 2021, i have ordered a meal from hardees at 1.15 am and waited more than 1 hour till 2.41 am and then the delivery called and said he is the same street name but in cairo and i have made the order in alexandria . So i have called the department who must solve this issue, there is no care at all and issue is not resolved and they are careless about their customer satisfaction and about their customer's time and he put me on the hold for few minutes and getting back again with no solution
