I order 2 mushroom & swiss combo after I received it was 2 big hardee.So i called customer service which is pilipino guys i spoke and he tell to wait as their manager will call me.Ive waited almost an hour but nobody call me so decided to call again and same reason after 5 minutes they will call but still until now no one call me.Is this how your management to deal in your customers?what kind of customer service you have?
inappropriate food delivered
I ordered food from Hardee's Last night in Kuwait which was on 29th August 2019.My order was 2 meals and 2 sandwiches.First of all they took around 2 hours to deliver my food and after when I receive my food, there was a missing sandwich in it.They only delivered 2 meals and 1 sandwich and which was also cold.I called the customer service to complain about the same and each time I called them they said that they will look into this matter and get the sandwich delivered.I called around 4 times and each of their customer care representative gave the same answer, as if they just wanted to get rid of my call.This is completely unprofessional and pathetic service they are providing.I will Never ever opt for Hardee's and will make sure that all my contacts know about this.

We eat at Hardees ALL the time but cant understand why when you ask for a dark brown sausage and dark brown bacon biscuit we never get it! All you have to do is put it back in the oven a little bit longer.I went this morning 8-24-1at 9 5:15am so they werent busy at all and no reason they couldnt brown my biscuits and when she give me the bag of what i ordered i even ask again these biscuits are dark brown right and she said yes but when i get home they werent! Tired of this please inform your people of this problem.

I am a over night health care professional working at my local hospital so naturally I pick up breakfast on my way home most mornings. I am also pregnant at this time so I normally pick up from the drive thru wherever i stop. I also normally eat at the restaurant closest to my job but I had been craving Hardee's so I decided to go. I stopped at about 730 on Sunday 8/11/2019 to pick up breakfast for me and my family and the customer service I received was terrible. I was asked to pull my car up and wait for my order to be prepared and brought to my car and when I received it several items were missing from my bag such as the hash rounds I ordered, no butter on my butter biscuit and no condiments, utensils to eat with or napkins. It was an inconvenience to have to wait for my order and an even bigger inconvenience to have to park and come inside for the rest of it, but I did. So I was thinking maybe they were having an off day so I returned the next morning with a smaller order hoping to get better service in a timely manner but still had issues at the window. My order was still missing items. I asked for grape jelly and she gave me strawberry. My daughter loves strawberry jelly but I am allergic to strawberries so I asked for more jelly and she informed me that she could only give me 2 jellies and if I wanted a different kind I needed to give her the jelly she gave me back to exchange it for more. I was so irritated by this point I handed her the jelly back and got prepared to drive off when i noticed my hash rounds were missing. I address that as well and handed her the bag back which contained someone else's receipt. So that became another issue in itself. By the time I got my food I was so frustrated I just wanted a refund. I love Hardee's breakfast but I don't think I will be going back anytime soon because of the terrible service.

I have been living in Gastonia, North Carolina all my life. I have a job and have stopped at the Hardees location on South 321 Highway for several years. I like to pick up breakfast on my way to work occasionally. I have stopped going to this particular Hardees because of poor food and also incorrect orders. Multiple times I have received incorrect orders or very stale breakfast biscuit sandwiches too many mornings. Sausage cooked to nothing but a charred chip of nothingness. Please help get something done. If it happens to me I know it happens to others.

After purchasing burger I went back to refill my cold drink, I was shocked the man Mr Javed shift manager asked us to pay 250 Rs for refill. I think refill in Hadrees is free which was honoured to other customer as well. I requested him but he staright away refused for refilling. I felt insult in front of other customer because he treated me like I am begging. Superb stupid customer services I have ever seen. Goodbye Hardees I will never back on your restaurants in future.

3 pc chicken tenders combo meal
I went to Hardee's on Monday an ordered the 3pc chicken combo meals. When I got home and saw how they just threw my food in the box I was upset and the fries were greasy. And the cookie was burnt also. I went back to the restaurant and I asked for a refund the manager asked me what was the problem and I told him I did not like the way my food was thrown together in the box and plus the tenders were soft had no crunch whatsoever. He offered to fix me another order so I agree to that. When I got home it wasn't any different from the first order and the tenders were to soft the meat did not look like it was cooked all the way. The next morning which was yesterday July the 16th I woke up with a bad headache and was throwing up. Hardee's was the only food I eat . The Guest survey offer on the receipt from my previous visit says 'Buy one at regular price, and gt 1 free Breakfast Sandwich, Burger or other sandwich', but when i went there, the service woman said that only Big burgers qualify for that offer. This isn't mentioned anywhere. I called their customer Service and they couldn't verify it, saying only store can tell.
So either the survey policy is misleading or the store woman is lying.
Please look into it, if possible.

store # 2158/2373 dothan alabama at 12;44 my dauhgter and i went to this restaurant i never order anything else but the hot ham and cheese so yet again thats what i got i took one bite of this and spit it out immediatley the ham was rancid tasting ive been in food service for a number of years and never had this happen ive also worked in a hardees and seen enough to have concerns so after i spit it out looking at the ham it was not even really pink i was driving so i wasnt paying attention at all it smelt as well i immediatley called the store they offered to remake it i told them i wanted nothing from that store just pull it before someone gets really hurt there is no call for this at all im so disappointed but do know im definetly an ex customer of hardees
#1 when I worked for hardees it wasn't even in this state I quit for many reasons one of which was im state certified and conditions we worked in at times was not what it should have been ive eaten at this hardees in Dothan a few times before never had a problem so I returned its obvious you either work there now or have as far as being sued I wish they would I have pictures of the sandwich and the contents of it as well I have no reason to lie I do hope they pulled that out of date meat but if not maybe one of you will get it so ENJOY and as far as spelling goes and grammer im suppose im just trying to put it as simple as I can for you both so you can understand it...….. if this is how hardees resolves their customer complaints we are all in a lot of trouble... have a wonderful day …..

on 7/2/19 at 2:00pm; cheese combo with a sprite to drink. I did receive this which I opened to find the top of the bread on the sandwich was completely pulled apart, and could not be eaten, ( well without wondering why it was like this), I ask for qurley fries, they were so dried they could not be eaten either, but I did drink the sprite. I was hungry and really thirsty, so I did quench my thirst but not my hunger. I trashed the food and went home and ate a bake potatoe.

Today I called Hardee's to make an order. They said the order will come in half an hour. I waited 2 hours and the order hasn't yet come. So I called them to ask where the order is, the first time they told me the order is on the way. The third time I called them they told me the order won't be able to come due to the system not working and they weren't even apologizing and talking in the most abrupt manner. I wouldn't even have known the order won't come if I didn't call them. Their attitude to this situation lacks professionalism.

I'm writing about the poor service I'm receiving from Hardee's Customer Service. I had a complaint about the Hardee's located in Troy, MO. My poor service at the restaurant was back on April 6, 2019. To date, the problem has not been resolved. After all this, I was advised to contact the local manager. The problem is that the restaurant is not in the same town that I live. Consequently the District Manager said the only way to resolve the problem was to talk to the Manger at the restaurant in person. The District Manager told me that he worked 60-80 hrs per week and he would always be there. Guess what? I went there today and he is off. I understand everyone needs a day off, but I drove 15 miles out of my way and no allowance is given to me, the lowly customer, that supports this multi million dollar corporation. THATS RIGHT NO REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER THAT BEEN INITIALLY WRONGED! What would happen if you were traveling? Would you drive back to the restuarant say 200 mi back? I think not, but I assure you Hardee's would keep your money, because unless you did drive back...they would pocket the profit and FORGET ABOUT YOU.

I come to this location occasionally. I work down the street. Every time I come here the service is soooo slow. I always have the chicken nuggets. They are soo stringy I can't eat time. Today I got her ordered the usual. It took them over 15 mins. To get my food. There is noooo one in the store. While I was waiting a gentleman came in upset that he waited for over 5 minutes for a hamburger and when he got it it was ice cold. Really. The manager is not friendly at all. The staff are friendly. You need to grow up and be more patient. IF you cannot then have mommy make your food. Hopefully you are injured. Your body slows down and some jerk like yourself gives you a hard time for it. i doubt that this will happen because more people are more tolerant than you.
