McGraph Harley in Davenport, Iowa, in one word worthless, from their G. M, Anthony Ronzani, to their 3rd rate service dept. After u sign ur life away for a trike they don't want to see or hear from u again. Bike spent 2 weeks in their shop with I felt was a front wheel problem, finally the ace mechanic said he took it for a ride and nothing was wrong with it. Next contacted them about a new front tire, been almost 2 weeks and not a damn word from them. Proves their 2,895, non transferrable non cancelling, freedom package aint worth the paper its. Ended up at another dealer, Reimans in Kewanee, IL bad a big mistake even buying from McGraph. Talked to my atty about suing for breach of contract, want a total refund in not for the bike at least the freedom package, or transfer it to Reimans.
Desired outcome: Complete refund of the freedom package so i can deal with another dealer

Spending two weeks in the shop without any resolution to your front wheel issue and then not hearing back about a new front tire is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to feel ignored after making such a significant purchase, especially when you've invested in their "freedom package" that seems to be more trouble than it's worth.
It's good that you found another dealer, Reiman’s in Kewanee, IL, who might be able to provide better service. Still, it’s a shame you had to go through this in the first place. It sounds like McGrath Harley needs to seriously step up their customer service game.
Considering talking to your attorney about pursuing a refund for the freedom package or transferring it to Reiman’s is a smart move. You deserve to get what you paid for and to have your concerns taken seriously.
