I drove through the Harveys drive Thru on Friday July 29th … on Dougall Ave in Windsor Ont ..: the Harveys Across from Walmart …. The girl working the window was very rude huffing and puffing because she didnt ask me what i wanted to drink with my combo … so when i tried to clarify things things she was very rude! Then i had a gift card to pay for my order bit apparently there wasnt anything on it and she thought ot was quite funny and laughing with another employee … I will Never go this Harveys again

The service at the king and park location in oshawa ontario needs better management i waited over 20 minutes before I said something and it took another 30 minutes before someone got to me and at that point I had enough and walked out pissed off and still hungry

Went to the drive-thru in Trenton (283 Dundas St E) on June 26/22 at 7:22pm
Ordered an Original chBcn burger with Onion rings and a Grilled chicken burger with onion rings and asked for one pkg of ketchup on the side, which I never received
when we got our order to the park where we decided to eat, the burgers had so much toppings (ketchup etc) that the meat for both fell out of the bun and onto our clothes, not even napkins to clean it up one of the onions rings was in the bag sideways so taking it out of the bag I had to repack it in the carton, there was zero care put into the order and then to charge 25.50 for such a mess was ridiculous, my husband did eat his burger but as for me the seagulls ate mine I was disgusted over the whole ordeal I lost my appetite

Everytime I got the Harvey's on Woodlawn in Guelph I order the same thing Everytime. Original with bacon and cheese with lots of pickles. Everytime the put 2 pickles on Everytime. I'm tired of you guy not listening. What do I have to say to get the desired amount of pickles.

While using their app, it wasn't till after bringing the order home had I realized an extra item had been added. The extra item was BBQ sauce, which wasn't originally on there.
I figured it had to be a glitch in their system.
When trying to explain to the CSR what occurred to see if I could the least get credit for the meal or least get me reward points credited back to my account, I got nowhere. The CSR said since it the item had showed on the order at time of purchase, then I had no case, but i tried to explain to the CSR that I had not received a confirmation email of the purchase. Least if I had received 1, then at that time I would have been able to correct the problem. I believe the only reason I never received 1 was, so they could have hid their mistake.
So then I tried asking for a credit on the meal or at least a credit for the rewards points I had spent since I left, it was unfair to lose them of their mistake. My only reason for leaving this review is to warn people to double-check all orders so not to lose rewards points & to take screenshots of all orders while using their mobile app, just so if there are any mistakes you'll have the proof needed to demand a refund.

I made a complaint a few month ago, there is a employee preparing food at the restaurant in Lasalle Quebec that has an unacceptable amount of arm hair to be preparing food without some type of sleeve
When I first mad the complaint I notice he was advise to wear a sleeve but the next time I went in he just rolled them up
please look into this, a persons arm hair should not be a topping on a burger

I just went to that restaurant as I do at least 3 or 4 times a month. I must say that I was really badly served, and the restaurant was really dirty, floor has not been swept for quite a while, soft drink counter extremely dirty.
Girl at the serving counter was in a real bad mood, rough, and just didn't want to be there, I even told her, it doesn't look like fun or pleasing to work today, her reply was no it's not at all, tired of serving clients, tired of that incompetent staff working here.
Sorry to say but if I go to a restaurant it is not to hear the staff complaining and definitely not to hear here that working at Harvey's is not pleasant at all.

Angus bacon cheese burge meal
Worst Angus bacon cheese burger ever... Been going there for years but I may have to change to another location. Just picked up four Angus bacon and cheese burger meals.. The bacon tasted like it was fried in a week old burnt pan. Never in my life did I ever think I'd say something bad about bacon, but Harveys at 3400 Danforth did it. Just threw out 50+ bucks but learned a lesson.
I wonder if Harveys ever clean their grill
Follow up: Just got a call from some Harveys manager. First thing is excuses and that the cook was with them for a long time. What a joke, a dirty grill and the excuse is the cook was with them for a long time. The Harveys management/coustomer service is as bad as the old cook using a dirty grill
Very long wait and wanted to cancel:refund
It was taking almost 10 mins for my order of a Jr. burger meal -I asked to cancel my order as I had to get back to my son at the arena and they didn't so I ended up leaving without my order or being reimbursed.

Veggie burger without veggie even after repeating order for 2 times and early closing than standard time
Hi there, I am Bhavik from whitchurch-stouffville, ON, Canada. On 25th July 2021, at around 09:51 PM, I have ordered 1 veggie burger from Harveys located at 15 Sandale road, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON, L4A 8B7. My order was all veggie except banana paper and pickle with ranch, mayo and chipotle sause. However, I had been served burger without any veggie. During order, writer had repeated order for 2 times for proper understanding and avoid errors for employee. However, still I got burger without veggie. This is really disgusting as a customer. This is best example of bad service. Even when I went back to restaurant to exchange burger at around 10:15 PM, it was closed. But, actual closing time is 10:30 PM. This is really bad thing for franchise business. If you provide this type of bad service, there is no different between non-standardized local business and multi-location international franchise. I am not that much frequent customer for harveys, but by this experience, I will never recommend anyone for this restaurant. Because here I have noticed extremely poor listening skills, improper timing, which is expected for multinational franchise food chain and poor quality of food.

Angus burgers
I ordered 2 HAR 04 meal specials with fries upgrades to poutine in the drive thru'.
I asked for each burger to have lots of lettuce, tomato and mayo. The young lady repeated back to me "extra" lettuce, tomato and mayo. When we arrived home to eat our burgers there was almost no mayo, no tomato and no lettuce on either burger. I took photos to prove my point. I also took a picture of the bill, which says light instead of extra. So my guess is that the young lady taking the order hit the wrong button.
However, the staff at Harvey's in Oshawa near Townline and hwy 2 should hear that taking the order correctly means a lot to the customer.
I have been a Harvey's customer since 1968, when I started my studies at Univ. Of Toronto and never went elsewhere.

Sudbury shopping center, I've had similar issues with burnt and cold burgers, and no bottom bun, well not really not it was so flat when l was picking up my burger, l was picking it up by the meat and top of hamburger. And this one got to me when l asked for relish and mustard on the top part of my bun they out right refused, and said we don't do that here, they completely took that fact of Harvey's make a burger your way, it how you advertise it, so why did they refuse to make it my way!
