Hasslefree Miniatures appear to be a scam
I have ordered thousands of minis from many different companies from around the globe for years. I have never had issues which I considered serious from any of them, until I ordered from Hasslefree Miniatures. Ironically, they are the only company which has been a hassle for me, and it was a major hassle. I ordered some minis in mid August 2023 from them. Expensive minis, which would have been a good chunk of income for them for very little effort. I got an automatic reply from them verifying the order and telling me it was being processed. A month later, I has heard nothing, so I sent them an email (sent as a reply to the email they sent me, as well as adding the email which they publicly list as well as another email I found on their web page, so all 3 emails addresses of theirs I could find) asking what was happening with the order. I got no response. Then I looked them up online and found out that since 2018 they have been filling orders (very slowly) for their old regular customers, but for newer customers they don’t reply to emails, delete Facebook questions about orders, and orders go for years without being filled or refunded, using the excuse that they have health issues (their health issues don’t seem to affect their ability to have sales on their website when they are deeply backlogged on shipping out orders from years earlier- it only affects their ability to ship out merchandise). I found on some of the review sites that people had put reviews that said their merchandise hadn’t been sent out, which were 3 years old before Hasslefree bothered to reply to them, saying they will help them get their minis if they contact them. 3 years old before a response was sent! So I sent them another email 2 weeks after the first one, asking them again (to all 3 of their email addresses) what was going on with the minis. Again, no reply. So I followed the advice of people online who had waited too long to get a refund from their credit card company, and filed for a chargeback. While I was waiting for that to go through, I was also watching their Facebook page, which was hiding the comments of people who were asking what was happening with the minis they had ordered more than a year ago. They had time to hide comments but not to ship out minis. Then they had a sale on their minis. Then they had another sale on their minis. Meanwhile, it’s now 2024 and I never got a reply from them (even though months ago they wrote in their newsletter that they had responded to everyone waiting for minis and are all caught up, despite new Facebook messages showing up and being hidden as quickly as they can catch them) and I have now received a refund from the credit card company, because they never replied to their emails either. In addition, I was interested in a handful of minis which were out of stock, but were “Due in 3 weeks” way back in August, so I bookmarked them. Now, in 2024, they are still all “Due in 3 weeks”. I suppose if they don’t ever send out minis which you have paid for that are in stock, then it doesn’t matter if they take your money for minis that they have no intention of ever restocking either- it comes to the same thing. This company is a massive scam. Stay away from them, whatever you do.
Recommendation: Don't go near them- they are an excellent way to lose your money and have been since at least 2018
Straw that broke the camel's back
Once more I've encountered ridiculous delay in shipping and absolutely no communication response to any of their published email addresses.
I had previously been a fan and strong supporter of Hasslefree, despite having previously needed to cancel an order and request refund through Paypal after no delivery and no communication.
I thought the problems were resolved and ordered again but, after two months and with no response to any email sent to any of their three published email addresses (and the 'Contact Us' form on the website), I have once more had to request a refund and cancellation through Paypal.
I've seen all the usual excuses in the past (illness, busy/backlog, plague of locusts, dog ate the homework) but a reputable company that wants to continue in business should sort out communication at the least. Businesses do not survive if they cannot sell goods and do not communicate with their customers, not matter how nice those toys are.
So, no more orders from me and I shall be removing the advert/link that I put up on my website over ten years ago. This last incident was the final straw for me - goodbye Hasslefree.

I gotta say, Hasslefree Miniatures is not the best when it comes to customer service. I've been waiting for my order for a whole month now and it's still nowhere to be found. I tried reaching out to them through their website but they just ignored me like I was invisible. It wasn't until I went to their Facebook page and shared my experience that they finally replied to me.
But their response wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they blamed me for not subscribing to their newsletter. Like, seriously? That's not a valid excuse for not delivering my order on time.

I recently made an online order from Hasslefree Miniatures and unfortunately, it was not a smooth experience. I waited for 4 weeks without any communication from them, despite sending 6 emails and making 3 phone calls. It was only after I threatened to ask for a refund that they finally responded. I received a lot of excuses from them, but in the end, I had to raise a credit card dispute to get my money back. It's a real shame because I really like their sculpts, but their bad management has resulted in a total loss of business from me, amounting to ?160.
I had even tried to contact them before to pick up another order, but once again, there was no communication from their end. It's really disappointing because I would have loved to support their business, but their lack of communication and poor management has made it impossible for me to do so.
If you're thinking of purchasing from Hasslefree Miniatures, I would advise you to do so at a show where you can be certain of getting what you paid for. I ended up purchasing proxy figures elsewhere, which was a hassle in itself.
To add insult to injury, they offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Ha Ha! What a joke! What's 20% of nothing? Ha Ha Ha! I wish them luck with their business plan, but until they improve their communication and management, I won't be purchasing from them again.

Hasslefree Miniatures is a company that I would not recommend. To start with, they make you choose the most expensive shipping option if you live in Italy, Spain, Greece, or Mexico, claiming that these countries are more likely to have lost shipments. This seems unfair and racist to me, as not everyone in these countries is dishonest.
Moreover, they do not respond to your queries through their website. They ask you to keep trying because sometimes messages do not get through. I sent two messages and never received a response. They also do not provide any information about the shipment that is not automatically generated. So, you get the confirmation of your order, but you do not know if the order has been dispatched, and you do not know the tracking code. This is frustrating and unprofessional.
I tried to contact them through Facebook after a week, and politely asked for news about my order. Luckily, they answered this time, but an unnamed representative told me that the order was likely already in a mail bag, that they were a bit busy, and that I would probably receive confirmation in the next 24 hours. However, 24 hours passed, and I did not receive any confirmation or any other kind of information. Moreover, the representative used words like "likely," "busy," and "probably," which is not how a customer service representative should communicate with customers. When I asked again for news, they read the message but did not bother to reply.
I am extremely annoyed with the way these people do business, and they have lost not one but two customers since the order I made was also on behalf of a friend of mine. Lastly, their online catalogue is managed poorly, with miniatures going out of stock and back in stock in a few hours, making it impossible to get everything you need in one go.
Update: After having a not-so-pleasant discussion with the same unnamed representative, I discovered that their email contacts do not work, and they did not have time to fix them. They put a news item about this problem, but you have to look for it to read it, which is not customer-friendly. Also, after 12 days, they have not dispatched the order yet. I have never seen a worse service than this one, and they ask for a hefty price for shipping to my country.
In conclusion, I would advise staying away from Hasslefree Miniatures.
