This company calls my cell phone number at least twice a day on average, every day, 5 days a week and sometimes on weekends!
This company calls my cell phone number at least twice a day on average, every day, 5 days a week and sometimes on weekends! I have never answered any of their calls and I am on the Do Not Call List. I block every number they call from. and the calls continue. They come from all over the country! (How many freaking phone numbers do they have available to call from?) It is getting really irritating! You would think that ny now, they would realize that I do not wish to talk to them and move on! Very irritating company! No way I would ever do business with a company that operates like this!
I give them no stars, but I couldn't leave a review without one
I give them no stars, but I couldn't leave a review without one. NO STARS! THEY ARE AWFUL! Spam calls. They are relentless. They call me 2 and 3 times a day. I block each call, but then they change the number. Now they have gone a step further in their scam. The name that pops up on caller ID is Carson Oil. If you answer the phone, it isn't Carson Oil, it's Health IQ. Even if this was a good reputable company, I would never in a million years use them because of their relentless calling. And they know they are being block, so they use another number. This company is not healthy for your sanity.
Agent was helpful in comparing my current plan with a better plan.
Very good and exceptional people that I worked with to get a insurance plan that I needed.
Can someone call me I havent heard back and don't know where I'm in process.
Very helpful with all information I needed to make a decision
Received a call on my personal cell phone from a person claiming to be with Health IQ, looking for my father
Received a call on my personal cell phone from a person claiming to be with Health IQ, looking for my father. They wanted to "connect him with a licensed insurance agent" to do "a free plan review". Here's the thing though: they called my phone number, not my father's. Neither I nor my father have any past dealings with Health IQ. So what we have here is a company using *** data to make unsolicited cold calls to private cell phone numbers. My phone number is on the federal do-not-call list, and has been for many years now.
I recommend that nobody do business with a company willing to flagrantly violate the law like this.

I highly recommend health iq . They helped me thank you health iq
I am very happy with the information, knowledge and patience y'all had when I signed up for my 1/1/23 Medicare Advantage with Aetna. Answered every question in a way I could understand and I greatly appreciate it.
constant phone calls from different numbers, I have asked repeatedly not to be called. I left 1 star only but this company deserves no stars.
If I could give zero stars I would. Constant phone calls all from different area codes. Can't block them. Annoying!
A representative of this company called me claiming that I had made a request via website for the contact
A representative of this company called me claiming that I had made a request via website for the contact. They identified themselves as a Medicare insurance broker and requested permission for access to my Medicare information so that I could receive all benefits to which I was entitled. I never made any such request nor did I authorize anyone to do so. I informed the rep that the request was fraudulent. In addition, the company contacted me at a phone number that is on the Federal "Do Not Call List". As I did not request the call and have no prior relationship with the company this constitutes a violation of federal law.
If this is the same Health IQ who live calls me as "800 Service" with the message that "this is a recorded line", then I want them to stop calling me in the 97302 area code. We do not do business with Health IQ and our phone # has been registered on the FTC donotcall site for 10 years.
I reported these scammers to Complaintsboard.com but nothing happened! They keep calling using various numbers to call from and from different locations to get around blocking. Complaintsboard.com doesn't seem to be capable of stopping these crooks either!
I called Assist Diabetics, I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful.
I was very impressed with Janet Hoyo. She found what I was interested in, quickly. She has a good background, so she got me enrolled in the program and answered all the questions I had, quickly. She reassured me that I would be fine, so I feel confident with my choice.
I purchased a term life insurance policy through Health IQ and it was the easiest process I have ever had getting life insurance
I purchased a term life insurance policy through Health IQ and it was the easiest process I have ever had getting life insurance. Right after my inquiry I was called and transferred to an agent. It took 5 minutes to run over my health info and I was presented quotes with 5 different carriers. The best part was the had great rates for people who are active. I am an avid cyclist so I was pleased to see someone was taking this into account. After my medical exam I was approved quickly and activated my policy. I have recommended multiple friends and family members and they all had great experiences. Would absolutely use them again when I am in the market.

Health IQ is not an Insurance Company
Health IQ is not an Insurance Company. They are a broker like for example, a State Farm agent. I filled out the form last night around 7pm and immediately got about 6 calls from various phone numbers with different individuals all claiming to be from Health IQ and asking personal questions. Each phone number was different and none matched the number on their web site. This almost sounds like a fraudulent scheme where they farm out the web request to a number of independent insurance agents who don't even work for Health IQ. When I asked them questions on employment and whether they directly work for the company, they were evasive. I would not recommend any relationship with this company.

I don't want Health IQ Insurance Services, Inc calling me anymore
I don't want Health IQ Insurance Services, Inc calling me anymore. I've told them to stop calling our phone number. My mother has poor hearing and she has memory issues. We don't want to change any of her Medicare Insurance. She doesn't want to change anything. Yet we get at least 10 phone calls a day from Medicare Insurance providers. And one of these telemarketing agents actually changed something with Medicare by asking her questions which she obviously didn't fully understand. Now I'm going to have to spend hours going online and setting up a Medicare dot gov account for her just to monitor her Medicare. What's wrong with this picture? Calling elderly people trying to sell them products in which they do not need is predatory behavior.

never signed up
never signed up. IDK how they got my number- prolly bought it. Answered one call to let them know my number is on the Do Not Call Registry and they are breaking the law. I Stil continually get calls from various numbers identified as Health IQ even after I block them. up to a dozen daily. also, the one time i did answer the call to verbally confirm to them i am on the Do Not Call Registry, before i could get a word in the person on the phone was trying to say this is a svc related to my current insurance. they seemed about to pull a fraud and were trying to get my personal and financial info. When there was an opening for me to speak, i said im on the Do Not Call Registry and hung up. Up to a Dozen calls some days. 100s of different numbers so far
Calling me non stop, daily, from different numbers
Calling me non stop, daily, from different numbers. I never requested their services and have no idea why have they start calling me all of a sudden. Their aggressive calling policy must stop. You can't harass people like this, people who never even requested any of your services. Stop calling people if they have no interest in you.
I can understand advertising calls happening from time to time, but daily 3-4 calls for for straight few months - I can't... My family will never use your services even if we are in need at some point, we will choose someone else, only because you guys are unacceptably aggressive with your phone calls. Pass *** message to your call center manager and their supervision - they definitely doing something wrong out there...

HealthIQ is making multiple, unsolicited calls to me over the past couple of months
HealthIQ is making multiple, unsolicited calls to me over the past couple of months. I am not interested nor ever inquired about anything they claim to offer. The do NOT utilize the Federal "Do Not Call List" which I have been registered with for at least 10 years. HealthIQ should be fined according to Federal law for repeatedly ignoring this list. I know California has stringent privacy laws and since when can a Company rely on their own DNC list? It is obvious from all of these complaints that something isn't right and people, such as myself, are being harassed. I want them to immediately stop this nonsense and stop contacting me. Additionally, I reported HealthIQ to the FTC last week and am still being contacted. Please advise how to stop these calls. Thank you!

Unbelievably helpful and relieving
Unbelievably helpful and relieving. I've been tossed around by Aetna for a month now. They are not good, They asked me the same question a million times of and on during their search for my file. The agents are all incompetent and forget what they just asked me. The young ones are from ethnic groups- they are taught to tell the same thing like a broken record. By all means Aetna should be avoided.
My misfortune started with Cigna and then Aetna and hopefully it ended today with Chase Read who patiently enrolled me. I still will not believe that I am enrolled until I receive my cards. The plan sounds outstanding. It is a company based in NJ. I trusted Chase Read. But as I am writing, I am not sure what Aetna and Cigna will pull to void my enrollment. with Clover PPO.

I requested an insurance quote in 2019
I requested an insurance quote in 2019. We received several followups from their call center and the people were very friendly. However after shopping around we went with another company. We've received weekly phone calls for over a year from numerous call center phone numbers. I have repeatedly told their representatives to "OPT US OUT" from "ALL COMMUNICATIONS" including phone, text, email and mail. Over the past year we've compiled a log of phone calls (numerous phone numbers, blocked them) and cannot get them to stop calling us. I have never seen company so aggressively market to a consumer and completely ignore repeated requests to opt out of solicitations. Please respect DO NOT CALL requests to opt out. Next stop the FTC, consumer affairs and next step CA DEPT of Insurance.

After repeated calls from XXX-XXX-XXXX with no Caller ID I picked up a call and found out it was from Health IQ
After repeated calls from XXX-XXX-XXXX with no Caller ID I picked up a call and found out it was from Health IQ. This is after numerous requests to remove both my home landlines. A "licensed agent" assured me they would remove both my numbers from their call list. I asked to speak to someone from the Mountain View, California head office and of course that was not permitted.
Corporate people like the CEO - among others - are definitely not available for a phone conversation. If there is a direct line to Mountain View I sure would like to know that number. The listed "800" number does not connect to the head office.
When asked, the representative who called me said there were offices/call centers all over the country. I cannot seem to get these people to stop calling me even though I am on the federal Do not Call list.

I usually shop online myself for most insurance, but called Health IQ for life insurance based on a recommendation from my daughter
I usually shop online myself for most insurance, but called Health IQ for life insurance based on a recommendation from my daughter. I was very glad I did. The Health IQ agent was able to help me decide the best way to stack term policies of varying lengths to meet my goals and determine which companies were the best fit for my age, health and insurance needs. He also helped me through each step of the process, making a primary application and a "backup" application in case the first offer was not satisfactory (which turned out to be the case). In the end, I was very happy with the quality and price of the insurance I was able to acquire with Health IQ as my agent. I don't think I would have found as good a deal on my own. Both the agent and the rest of the team seemed to have a genuine interest in me and helping me get the best insurance for my situation.

I'm not sure how this business could possibly have an A+ standing with ComplaintsBoard.com
I'm not sure how this business could possibly have an A+ standing with Complaintsboard.com. I receive 2 to 4 calls a day from different numbers. My Caller ID states "SPAM? and lists an 833 number. I've returned the call using *67 to block my ID and that's how I learned it was from Health IQ Services. I'm set up to block SPAM but these calls keep coming through. I don't usually answer but when I do it's the same speech and I tell them I'm not interested and to remove my number from their call list. It just doesn't happen. If this is all legitimate why does the number come up possible SPAM and not list a name on the Caller ID. It all sounds way too fishy. One funny thing that happened is my daughter's phone number was one of the numbers that came up on Caller ID. Of course I answered the phone and it was not my daughter.. Not sure how they can steal a number of someone I know so I'll answer the phone. I just want my phone number removed from their call list. Pretty simple request.

Called HealthIQ and NYL in November to get life insurance quotes
Called HealthIQ and NYL in November to get life insurance quotes. I'm 59, already have life insurance, but am aware it will expire in a few years and felt I needed a new policy.
NYL responded immediately, performing in-house testing and providing quote within 30 days despite the holiday period. HealthIQ, on the other hand, took 30 days to schedule and perform in-house testing, then another 5 months to get an answer.
Like dealing with the IRS, they demanded EVERYTHING: medical records, flight history (I used to be a private pilot 30 years ago), even a simple fingertip EKG report performed by another life insurance company (apparently they don't perform their own). They "accused" me of having certain "pre-existing" conditions (sleep apnea and gastric bypass *** because someone mistakenly put that in my medical records (I've NEVER had either condition). It appears if you even DISCUSSED a medical condition with your doctor its grounds to deny coverage.
They use an "automated" contact robot that continuously hounds you to apply with them, but when you delete the sales calls you also delete having a real person follow up on your current application - at least that's the reason they gave for not contacting me after the in-home testing visit until mid-February. Then it was always "one more thing" before underwriting could review the entire file and make a decision TO QUOTE coverage. I had nothing but disgust for the "underwriter" who remains nameless but actively tries to deny your application at every turn.
If you're considering getting life insurance, call the insurance company directly - don't deal with these losers. You'll end up frustrated and still without coverage months later.

Health IQ Insurance has refused my multiple verbal requests to remove me from their call list
Health IQ Insurance has refused my multiple verbal requests to remove me from their call list. They have called over 25 times in the past 3 months, each met with a request to be removed from their call list. I have explained each time that the phone number they are calling is associated with a business, and not the client they are trying to reach. This has a considerable effect on my ability to get work done, as they call multiple times per day. Although their rep has told me they would indeed remove my number, I've received at least 5 calls after they had already guaranteed I would not be further contacted. I seriously just want this to stop.

This company has been *** me, by phone, for weeks by calling multiple times everyday. I block the numbers they call from, then they just call from another number. They show no caller ID. I am on the national "Do Not Call" list and have spam blocking on my phone, but I continue to be bombarded by Health IQ's calls.
Business calls 6-15 times a day under both local and 800 service. I have called these numbers and requested to be place on their no call list and only been paid lip service, they just call back with a different number. I have blocked at least 20 of these numbers. These calls constitute the bulk of my daily spam calls. This service is unwanted and unwelcome.
I get at minimum 3-5 calls from this company daily, some as early at 8:15am. I have registered on the national do no call list. I have requested multiple company reps to remove my name and information to cease the calls, and I am still harassed daily. I block each Health IQ number that contacts me, and I have dozens of numbers blocked in my phone at this point. I have never signed up with this insurance agency nor inquired with them to where they would have access to my information or any need to follow-up. The aggressive nature of these calls is causing serious mental anguish and needs to cease immediately.
Health IQ calls numerous times every day, starting at 8 am! I have never requested info from them nor initiated contact. I want them to completely STOP calling me! This is harassment.
Nonstop calls from this company
Nonstop calls from this company. I've reached out to them on 4 different occasions now asking them to remove my numbers from their calling lists, but I just keep receiving them. I received 6 yesterday and 3 already today and it's only 9:50am. It's absurd! I didn't ask to receive anything from this company, I should not have to be asked to be removed from anything. STOP CALLING ME! *** are two of the numbers they are calling me on, at work! I have 17 lines so I'm sure there's more or will be more. I've blocked the numbers that I receive, but they continue to call using new numbers. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALLING LISTS IMMEDIATELY!

As stated by other complainants this company contacts me every day via phone call or text. I have never requested information from them nor ever had any contact with them. I've asked them to stop texting and calling, but they continue to call and text from a different number. Please help stop them from contacting me. This has gone beyond being a waste of everyone's time and is becoming ***.
2 calls yesterday, at least 5-to 6 calls every week, and this morning at *** I got my first call of the day from Health IQ. Every time they ask to talk to "***". I've gotten to the point that I say that is who I am and run with it. Yesterday the caller was so flustered she had to ask a supervisor what to do. It was a hoot, but I've had enough. Go away and leave me alone. Put me on that "do not disturb list. I think you call it the DNC " DO NOT CALL" list. I've had it.
Health IQ constantly calls my phone all day long from different phones . I don't know how they got my number . I have ask them several time to stop calling . I'm registered on the no call list . And yet they keep calling . I want them to stop calling .
I am on the Do Not Call lists for all my phones. Health IQ Insurance calls my cell phone numerous times every day. The company spoofs numbers and changes the numbers every time they call. I have asked to be placed on a DNC list. The company phone number places caller on hold and then disconnects. There is no way to get on a DNC list. They are breaking the law by continuously calling me when I am on the Federal DNC lists and I have asked them to take me off their call lists.
Looking 2 review my Medicare

So I was on Facebook since Monday I have been call at less 10 times each day with different numbers. I call today to ask them to please start but they still are calling me. I call the phone back and the same person answers and she hung up the phone went I ask them to stop. I need for them to stop and I live in Virginia like I told them online. I dont want to deal with someone across the country. I went online to see their ratings and was told I have to deal with LA. So can you please ask them to stop calling me

Health IQ calls me constantly and when I block the number they call from another number over and over from different numbers, different area codes and different cities. This has been going on for weeks and I am fed up with constant barrage of calls! Make it stop! I am on the National Do Not Call List for all the good it does.
HealthIQ agents call my husband's phone several times a day, every day, asking for me by name, and offering to answer my questions on Medicare. They call at different times, from different phone numbers each time. We have never contacted this company, and have no questions. We have asked them to quit calling. Our numbers have been registered with the DNC list, and I have filed complaints with the FTC on some of the calls.
Health IQ calls me multiple times per day. I called and asked to be removed, to which I was hung up on. I called back, made sure the woman took down my number and stated I wouldn't be called. They have called twice in the past hour again today. Make it stop!
I have received as high as 5 calls a day from Health I Q. I have blocked the numbers everytime & then they use a new number. I even spoke to one of the callers about getting so many calls & she said she just wanted to make sure I was getting all available services. I told her I was happy with my health care plan & to please quit calling. Two hours later I got another call. I tried having up, but another call came again. I feel like I am being harassed.

Since July 1 Health IQ has called my phone repeatedly
Since July 1 Health IQ has called my phone repeatedly. Some days they have rang my phone 5-10 times in a single day. I attempted to submit a do not call form from their website but the submission was rejected stating it could not complete because I do not live in California. I am a healthcare practitioner and am constantly on-call. These unwanted calls from Health IQ can potentially cause my phone to be tied up when an emergency arises resulting in me missing a call when precious seconds count resulting in a loss of life. I am beyond frustrated with these people who can't seem to take "no" for an answer. I want, no I NEED the calls to stop immediately before something turns tragic.

Health IQ calls multiple times during the day. I have blocked several of their phone numbers, but they just keep calling. When I answer the call in hopes of asking them to stop calling they hang up. When I call their number to ask them to stop calling me my only options are 1 Medicare and 2 insurance. I am not interested in either of those services and want them to stop calling me. I have been on the do not call list for a number of years.
I receive 6-8 calls a day from Health IQ trying to sell me supplemental health insurance. I tell them I'm not interested but they continue to push their products. I've asked them not to call but the calls persist. They use rolling numbers so the calls can't be blocked. Please help.
Health IQ calls me up 6-8 times a day trying to sell me their services. I tell them that I am not interested. They ignore that and continue to call me at all times of the day. They are calling me on a number that I have registered with the government do not call list. They are clearly breaking the law. This is becoming harassment.
Health IQ relentlessly calls my cell phone often several times a day, while I am at work, always using a different number, so that even though I block them every time, they still are able to ring me. My work requires concentration so I find this very disturbing. I am registered with the Indiana Do Not Call, so what they are doing is not legal. I also plan to file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General Office.
i've been getting calls from HEALTHIQ/INSURANCE HELP LINE for months
i've been getting calls from HEALTHIQ/INSURANCE HELP LINE for months. From robo, good morning and good night calls. Middle of the day check up calls. Even texts. Like an abusive boyfriend. Obsessed. Thing is, their asking by name, might I add, about a dead woman's medicare needs. She's been dead for 5 years. Somehow they connected my name to her. I wish these calls would stop. You can't even block them, they spoof up a new batch of numbers for each call. i don't know which will happen first, the dead being resurrected to respond to their medicare needs or *** calling me. i asked today for them to stop, lady hung up. doesn't look like a good sign. i'm probably already queued up for the spamming tomorrow. I'm sick of it. Insensitive as all get out.

Started receiving calls from this company for Medicare via multiple numbers several times a day
Started receiving calls from this company for Medicare via multiple numbers several times a day. I have answered a few. The first time I answered I told them I did not make any inquiries with them and to take me off their call lists. The second time I told them I was only 37 and take me off their call lists. The lady was shocked and hung up on me. The next time I answered I told them the exact same thing. The last 2 times I have answered I told them I am filing complaints and to take me off their lists. I have blocked so many numbers from them. Either they do not listen to their "call will be recorded for quality purposes" *** or just don't care because they all act surprised when I tell them my age. They need to stop calling me for good. Im going to take this to the courts if necessary.

HealthIQ made multiple unsolicited calls to me over several weeks from multiple different*** numbers
HealthIQ made multiple unsolicited calls to me over several weeks from multiple different*** numbers. They do NOT utilize the federal Do Not Call (DNC) list. I registered for the FTC's DNC over 4 years ago, and just confirmed that registration today (attached). Careful reading of their apologies to the many similar complaints here at Complaintsboard.com reveals that they use their own DNC. When asked about this, their agents and supervisors will simply offer to put your number on their own DNC, and not reference the fact that they do not use the *** information. They will also claim that their call resulted from a request provided for information, which in my case was not true. They do this to steer victims away from reporting the call and subjecting them the FTC scrutiny and possible fines. If you get these calls, file a report with the FTC at their DNC web site, as well as here at Complaintsboard.com.

This business has called multiple times, requesting to know how long I have had Medicare/Medicaid (I don't remember which they said - whichever is geared towards the elderly). I've told them I do not have it nor am I anywhere CLOSE to being eligible for it. They have insisted on trying to help me get my plan set up. I have twice gotten angry with them, telling them I want ZERO part in anything they are doing. They need to stop calling me. I don't need my actual health plan compromised like others have said. Perhaps instead of having their callers read from a script, they should listen to the people they are talking to. I had to tell the person 3 times before she would actually listen to what I said. The first two times - she just repeated herself from her script about how they just want to help me find a plan and to confirm the state I live it. NO. I do NOT want anything to do with Health IQ.

Health IQ calls me every day, several times a day, never leaving a messages
Health IQ calls me every day, several times a day, never leaving a messages. On the few times I have answered, it's been a robot caller. When I call back and speak with a person, asking to be not called anymore, I'm always told "We have put you on our do not call list, and you will receive no more calls". it's a lie, though. On top of that, all my numbers are already listed with the US Federal Government DoNotCall list, since 2005, and I've verified that they are still listed. Thus HealthIQ has always been on notice not to call me. On top of THAT, they also call my cellphone, a fact they already know because it's in the AT&T celllar number list. Calling cellphones is prohibited by the FTC telemarketing rules. According to FTC rules, Consumers are entitled to between $500 and $*** for each call they receive, if the calls violated federal consumer protection laws, which all of HealthIQ laws do.

This. Company
This. Company. Will. Not. Stop. Calling. Me. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off the call list, and at this point, further contact is harassment. This. Company. Will. Not. Stop. Calling. Me. I regret, from the day I expressed interest on a FB post, ever having contacted this company. At first I spoke to a rep, then realized the products and services weren't for me. I got a callback a few months later, presumably for purposes of retention. That doesn't bother me. But now I am getting a call just about every week from these guys. I've asked half a dozen times to be taken off the contact list. I keep getting calls. This last time (this morning), I finally broke down and told the phone rep that if I got ONE MORE CALL from them, I would contact the FTC and my state's Attorney General's office. And I am now in the process of doing that. I am sure their products are very nice for the right people. But honestly, I feel harassed. >:-(

I foolishly responded to a tv add (with *** re medicare extras. When an agent called I asked for info to be sent to me. I was told that is not the way it works. I had to give them info over the phone. I told them I was not interested. They immediately hung up. There have been many warnings about giving info over phone, and the agent did not speak good English. I thought that was the end of it. I have been *** by calls since. All hours. I have blocked all calls. But new numbers call every time. On voicemail I was given a number to call and follow directions to stop calls. Although I have followed that instruction many times, there has been no relief. Now that number has been cancelled. My original call was late April, or early May. I have received multiple calls daily. Some as early as 7am and as late as 10pm. If you have a suggestion on how to stop them I will be forever grateful. Most of the calls have a MS number. Thank you.

I am constantly getting calls from this company and they are looking for someone who is not me
I am constantly getting calls from this company and they are looking for someone who is not me. I have never shown any interest in this company nor will I ever and yet everytime they call me I tell them to put me on the DNC list and they either hang up before I finish talking or they say they will put me on the Do Not Call List. I get these calls all day everyday from early in the morning to late at night. This has been going on for months and months now and I am pissed off about it and tired of waking up to spam calls that aren't even for me. They have no respect and won't stop calling me and they clearly havent put me on the do not call list. They call for someone named Ariel everytime and everytime I tell them I am not that person nor do I know that person and to please stop calling me. Can you please resolve this? I am tired and frustrated that I can't seem to stop this and it is to the point that I get upset everytime I get their calls. Sometimes I get up to 10 calls a day and its from a different number everytime. HELP

I received a phone call today from HealthIQ, the rep was clearly calling from overseas stating he was calling on a recorded line regarding my application for insurance coverage to get additional information before transferring me to an agent. This is a complete falsehood as I have never even heard of HealthIQ. I told the rep I have never applied to HealthIQ for insurance & he said someone else may have sent an application on my behalf yet he couldn't tell me who that would have been, if it was an online application, mailed, etc. I told him I'm not giving personal information if he can't tell me how this so-called application was received. He kept interrupting me saying he needed additional information so he could transfer me to an agent. I insisted on knowing how the application originated & he finally says he doesn't have access to that information but he can transfer me to an agent. I told him to do that & he went right back to saying he needed additional information first so I hung up. What a lousy way to obtain business through dishonesty & tricking people!

This company is faking it's caller ID, and using an automated dialer
This company is faking it's caller ID, and using an automated dialer. These are both violations of "47 U.S.C. § 227" as well as repeated contact even after asking that the number in question be "put on" their "Do not call list". I expect it to stop, and the company to make reparations per the proper US code. How do I know? We use a phone service that tracks caller ID, and uses DTMF tones that should stop automated systems, yet it still leaves a message on our voicemail. It is an obvious recorder since it starts in the middle of the message and runs until either the message ends or our voicemail limit is reached. I have personally asked to be put on their Do not call list. We keep a record of those we ask, by name and number for easy reference. On top of this they are calling a business and not a private number. The entire pitch is towards a private entity and not to a business. I am starting this path with this, informal, complaint. Further contact using the illegal means above will result in formal complaints to the FTC, FCC, and all other relevant agencies. This must stop, and this company must be held accountable for it's illegal activities. If these complaints do not work, I will have to start with civil actions. I am hoping that they will do the right thing and stop, before things have to be escalated.

Life Insurance Agent pushed me to replace policy
Life Insurance Agent pushed me to replace policy. Never instructed me to cancel old policy. I ended up paying for 2 policies for about 2 months. I bought a 20 year life insurance on 7-May-2019. The agent, ***, contacted me on 1-April to discuss an annual evaluation of my Life Insurance policy. I filled out an application and the agent found a policy at the same price but expiring 1 year later. I stated I did not want to replace my policy. The agent strongly lobbied me to purchase the new policy because what if something happens to me in the final year and that it would cost me nothing additional. I reluctantly agreed to replace the policy. The application was approved on 30-June-2020 and the policy was signed and paid for on 24-August-2020. At no point did *** state that the old policy needed to be cancelled by me. Upon reviewing my bank records on 12-October-2020, I discovered that money was being withdrawn for both the old and new policies. I immediately contacted ***, who apologized for not telling me that I needed to cancel the old policy. I initiated the policy cancel on that date and the old policy was finally cancelled on 28-October-2020. I was unnecessarily covered and unnecessarily paying for by both the old and new policy for the period of 24-August-2020 until 28-October-2020. That's 2 months of unnecessary and unwanted premiums on the old policy. I asked *** how Health IQ was going to make good on the error. *** stated that Health IQ would not do anything and that "At the end of the day, you were covered with both companies if anything happened to you during that time." I did not want or need to be covered by both companies for that time period. *** was negligent in his responsibility to inform me that as my agent on both the old and new policies, it was me that needed to cancel the old one.
