I ain't got no debt and I keep gettin' loads of hang up calls from this company
I ain't got no debt and I keep gettin' loads of hang up calls from this company. It's just plain ridiculous how they keep botherin' folks.
They didn't do nothin' like they said they would, not even answerin' my questions
They didn't do nothin' like they said they would, not even answerin' my questions. They just went ahead and took the money from my bank account, and even though they didn't do squat, when I canceled with 'em, they only gave me back half. I done called 'em to ask why, but ain't nobody givin' me no answer. Maybe I'm off base, but I feel like they done swindled me.
As a collection agency, you guys are so far off the mark I don't think you should be in business at all
As a collection agency, you guys are so far off the mark I don't think you should be in business at all. So, after 6 years and 6 months, I get a call from them. Seriously? 6 and a half years and they are just now contacting me? Not like I haven't lived in the same house for the last 22 years. Then they can't tell you exactly what the heck it was from, just the date of service. Seriously messed up.
I just called this company
I just called this company. When talking to the lady, I asked questions and she wouldn't give a straight answer, she just made a noise. (I also mentioned that I was recording the conversation, 'cause their recording told me to do so). I wanted to discuss the letter regarding a debt they're trying to collect from 10 years ago. I already resolved this issue back then. But the lady refused to discuss it. You know, it seemed like a scam. This company should be reported.
I dunno 'bout this company, never heard of 'em and I ain't got no bills to pay
I dunno 'bout this company, never heard of 'em and I ain't got no bills to pay. But today I'm checkin' my credit report and I see these guys done checked it. I didn't give 'em permission for that. They ain't got no right to be checkin' my credit unless they got somethin' to do with me. Here's what it says on my report: HEARTLAND RESOLUTION GRO Inquired on 08/10/2022 *** They shouldn't be allowed to pull this kinda stunt.
I got a call from this company today
I got a call from this company today. When I told the agent to send me stuff in writing instead of calling, she quickly hung up. I called back and got the same person who hung up when I asked to be put on the do not call list. This company just wants to get as much info as they can over the phone. I wouldn't give them any info because they should already have what they're trying to collect. I never heard of this company before and don't know who their client is. I don't give out personal info or verify stuff for debt collectors. I still don't know why they're contacting me and if I don't get it in writing, oh well.

Stolen Identity, I never authorized or been to this place. My identity was compromised, and fraud was committed.
Heartland Resolution Group sent me a collection notice for someone with my last name, but I don't know their first name
Heartland Resolution Group sent me a collection notice for someone with my last name, but I don't know their first name. It was about *** for services from *** in ***, , back in 2015. Nobody living here has ever used Sparkling Sea's services, and we've never even been to ***. This makes me think that this claim is fake and a scam.
Heartland Resolution Group, LLC contacted me and informed me that I had an outstanding debt, which I must confess was true
Heartland Resolution Group, LLC contacted me and informed me that I had an outstanding debt, which I must confess was true. They provided me with the settlement amount, so I promptly paid the entire sum. They assured me that they would send a letter confirming a zero balance, which I could use to improve my credit. However, despite my attempts to reach out, I have called them three times, but they have not sent me a letter either by mail or email. It is disappointing and frustrating that they have not fulfilled their promise. I strongly advise against making any payments to them.

Got this letter on March 18, 2022 from Heartland Resolution Group, LLC
Got this letter on March 18, 2022 from Heartland Resolution Group, LLC. They say they're a debt collector and want to collect a debt of $*** that I owe to *** LLC. The account number they gave is *** and the current creditor is *** LLC. The original creditor was EMP of ***, LLC and the original account number is ***. The service was done on 9/18 and the amount owed is $1,323.00. They mentioned that I paid or got credited $1,279.70. So now, the total debt amount is $***.
I just got our paid letter from Heartland Resolution Group, LLC (https://heartland-rg.com/) on 9/16/22
I just got our paid letter from Heartland Resolution Group, LLC (https://heartland-rg.com/) on 9/16/22. But guess what? It's got this "Null and Void" stuff in it. We're trying to buy a house, and we need a "Paid in Full" letter ASAP, but these guys won't give it to us. And now, we're on the verge of losing our home loan. This is a big problem that needs to be fixed right away. I paid the full amount we agreed on to Heartland, and they promised me a "paid in full" letter. We need that letter right now.
This company keeps calling me over and over again, sometimes even multiple times in a single day
This company keeps calling me over and over again, sometimes even multiple times in a single day. I've actually picked up their call twice and explicitly asked them not to contact me by phone, but to send any information they have to my address. However, they just hang up and still persist in calling. It's frustrating because I've blocked their number, but they just call from a different one. I'm exhausted from constantly blocking numbers because they never stop harassing me and always find a way to call from a different number. The only thing they've actually sent me so far is a statement stating the amount I owe and how to make the payment. That's all.
I keep getting calls from Heartland Resolution Group, LLC all day long, but when I pick up, there's no response
I keep getting calls from Heartland Resolution Group, LLC all day long, but when I pick up, there's no response. I've tried calling them back, but all I get is a voicemail. On top of that, they've also left me numerous missed calls. It's getting really annoying and I have no idea what they want from me. If it's about a debt I owe, I need to know because I'm trying to buy a house. Yesterday, when I answered their call, the woman on the other end was so rude and threatened to keep calling my phone. She didn't even bother explaining why she was calling, just mentioned something about a debt. I need more information than that. This constant calling is becoming harassment and I'm really fed up with it.
On 8/8/2022, I talked to *** about a debt I owed to *** Emergency Physicians
On 8/8/2022, I talked to *** about a debt I owed to *** Emergency Physicians. They said they could lower my debt from $1,271.00 to $375.50, so I made the payment on 08/08/2022. But I still haven't gotten an email or letter confirming the agreement we made today. The employee said I would receive an email yesterday, but I haven't received any settlement letter that shows my debt reduction. The confirmation number they gave me was ***. I paid using my debit card and they successfully processed the payment. The transaction details on my *** Fargo bank statement are as follows: 08/09/22 PURCHASE HEARTLAND RE *** CARD2068 $375.50.
I been gettin' hang *** from the 614 area code
I been gettin' hang *** from the 614 area code. I got one this mornin' and called back. The caller was Heartland Resolution Group who refused to tell me what the call was 'bout until I gave 'em my social security number. I refused and asked to speak to a manager. He verified me by address. He told me this was 'bout a $700 debt from 2014 and they were the 6th debt agency to handle this. I have no idea what they talkin' 'bout. I requested they send me the info. They may find it funny to harass folks by callin' and hangin' up on 'em. I just had surgery and do not find it funny to have hand up calls. I am on the do not call list and still get harassin' calls. I need to answer my phone due to medical professionals callin' me. I am not hard to get ahold of and for somethin' to happen in 2014 and me not know 'bout it is ridiculous. I need them to send the info and stop harassin' me.
Heartland Resolution Group is asking for money that is false
Heartland Resolution Group is asking for money that is false. I have already written several complaints to every creditor about this Dockyard Emergency place, and every single time it's resolved because they are trying to rob me for more money. It says 12/16 I paid my original debt to them, and several years later made up a random charge when I came into money, and have disputed it 3 times and it was removed. Now they magically have another charge on me? Weird because it says they are located somewhere I haven't lived in a decade, and they told me everything was resolved and done. Now I magically needed medical assistance again after this when I no longer live there? I refuse. I will consistently dispute and fight both you and Dockyard as I have had to do and win every time because they know and you know you're thieves and trying to get more. These charges started magically popping up after I won a settlement. Trust me, I have a retained family lawyer that will get right on it. I'm a single parent and will not tolerate being robbed by your bologna charges.
Bout six months ago, this lady called me up, said her name and the company she worked for, and then she started askin' me questions to confirm
Bout six months ago, this lady called me up, said her name and the company she worked for, and then she started askin' me questions to confirm my identity. I said no way 'cause I didn't know 'bout that company and I didn't think I owed any money. But I did tell her that if she really believed I owed somethin', she better send me a bill first before demandin' payment over the phone. So after all this time, I finally got a *** in the mail today, and I recognized the name of the company that lady was talkin' 'bout. It was an invoice for $29 for some medical services I supposedly got back in 2013. But I knew right away that I couldn't have no debt like that 'cause I always pay what I owe and I ain't gonna mess up my credit for just $29. So I did some research 'bout this company and my rights, tryin' to figure out why a big collection agency is comin' after me for somethin' that happened almost ten years ago. Turns out, the statute of limitations for this supposed debt has expired, and they even admit it on the invoice. So I don't get why they still want me to pay, and I ain't gonna call 'em up and give 'em my info 'cause I don't trust 'em one bit. Somethin' fishy's goin' on here with this whole debt collection mess.
