In February , I entered into a payment agreement with Radius Global to pay off my Amex card
In February , I entered into a payment agreement with Radius Global to pay off my Amex card. The final payment was made in March . Then, in May , I received an invoice. Radius says the deal included 5.99% APR, which was not included in my monthly payment amount. I asked to review our phone call where they explained this to me and they could not comply. This is total fraud. They could not prove this was explained to me, nor did they send me an invoice/statement in April showing a past due amount. These additional fees were extorted 2 months after the final payment was made. This is ridiculous!

My name is LUIS ***, and I am writing because on January 11, I paid the Balance of my account with RADIUS and since then I've been waiting for the settlement letter. I have called many times, almost twice a week, I have asked them to send it to me immediately to any of my E-mails or to the one registered in your system, but unfortunately I have not received it. Your customer service representatives have attended to me, they have taken note of my request, but it seems that it has not been processed. I appreciate your immediate attention to this case and your prompt response. PLEASE CONTACT ME
I talked to a lady on 10/15 and gave her my card information to pay off my debt. She said it was all good and that I would receive and email confirmation. Well, that never happened and I started getting calls again from these *** saying I have a debt. I was like wait I thought I paid it off. They said it didn't go through, well if that was the case shouldn't the lady I talked to on 10/15 had told me. I hung up and decided to pay on their web site. Well, I am able to login into my account on their web site. But they won't allow me to pay under any method. So, what's the point? My debt is owned by Pendrick Capital Partners, but they get these fools to do the collecting.
I keep receiving debt collection letters addressed to my nephew. i have written to them telling them that my nephew died 5 years ago. They continue to send letters. how do I get them to stop.
I have received several letters stating that I have an outstanding debt with ATT. I call the company today to get a copy of the recent bill and they explain to me that they no longer have the debt, that it has been sent back to ATT. I ask them when they will contact the credit reporting agency and explain to the agency, they no longer hold the debt. They explain this is not something they can provide any information on and I ask to speak to someone that can provide me with this information. I am transferred to a "supervisor." The supervisor is talking over me, not answering my question; I explain it to him several times and ask to speak to someone else. He states, he is not being rude and that he is the supervisor handling this situation. I inquire if he has a supervisor and the finally agrees to get someone else for me to speak to and leave me on hold for 10 minutes trying to find someone that can answer a very basic question of, if your company no longer has the debt when will the company contact the credit agencies to let them know you no longer hold the debt. I finally got the "supervisors" "manager" on the line and he explained 30-35 days. Overall, horrible training and customer service. Worst.
Radiis Global Solutions, LLC is claims to be a legitimate debt collection agency, but my experience indicates they are no better than a third-party organization that harasses individuals that companies want to pay non legitimate debts.
I've contacted this agency 7 times over the last 45 days requesting a letter with my balance owed so I can submit to an attorney to have paid
I've contacted this agency 7 times over the last 45 days requesting a letter with my balance owed so I can submit to an attorney to have paid and this was a time sensitive matter . I even spoke to a supervisor named adam who said he was mailing me a copy out and I never recieved it from 2 weeks ago now. It's unfair I let them know I'm trying to repair my credit and they are not allowing me too. This is my last repair I needed and I needed to submit it to an attorney for it to be paid at a house closing. This is the most unprofessional Buisness ever. Its extremely disgusting that they want people to not succeed in life when they are trying to better themselves.
Different representatives from this company called me 15 times in two days asking for someone else. I tried to block the calls but they kept calling from different numbers. I am on the do not call registry and told them to list my number as do not call. Finally I said I would file a report.
I keep getting calls from this company saying I owe a debt. I can hardly understand the person who's calling and I have ask for some type of PAPER BILL in the mail but nothing has come. They have a bad attitude when I tell them I am NOT paying anything over the phone!
Thud company called looking for someone else. He said it was a recorded line. I told him that I'm not the gal they were looking for. I've had this number for about. 4yrs. He repeated that we were on a recorded line. I told him good. I don't know this gal I don't have a number for her, nor do I have an address for her. Stop calling me! I had to hang up on him because he just kept repeating, recorded line.
They sent a letter to my 87 year old father stating he owed money to Citibank card (Costco membership visa card). He cancelled that card a year ago and kept all his payment receipts showing no balance. I checked my father's credit report and shows no delinquency but did noticed Radius Global ran a credit report on him a month ago. We tried to call with me on the line to let them know this was sent as an error. They were rude and refused to talk to my dad while I'm on the phone stating "can't speak about personal matter with me on the phone" even though my father kept telling them he's giving authorization. It's fraud! However, I'm concerned that they were able to take my father's information and ran report for a fraudulent claim.

If I could give them anything less than 1 star, I would. Called my husband's phone and left a message looking for our daughter. The message said the company was Rose and Duncan Associates with a call back number. My daughter called them back and was told that they weren't looking for her but for me (my daughter and I do NOT have the same name). When I called the guy, he was an absolute jerk. Claimed he worked for Radius Global Solutions and said he was a debt collector. I told him that I don't have any bills in collection, which I don't. I asked how he worked for Radius Global Solutions and Rose and Duncan Associates at the same time. He told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. He got hostile with me and demanded to know my mailing address and date of birth. I told him no. He then informed me that he was going to tell his manager about my attitude. I hung up!
I called to pay my debt on 10/15. Gave them my card number and was told it went through. Then I started to get calls from them. Finally answered and they said I owed a debt. I was like wait a minute, I paid this. They said the card was declined. Why? I had the funds. I hung up cause I was pissed. So I tried their web site and it is a piece of [censored]. Won't let you select the pay button after you put in your card information.
A scammer with Radius Global Solutions as their caller ID was robocalling auto warranty scam.
Received a letter from this co. today, 11/16. States they're trying to collect for Discover Bank. I have never had an account with Discover Bank in my life. I will write then a letter and see where it goes.

I don't know how this is a legit business because they are a fraudulent company and need to be shut down
I don't know how this is a legit business because they are a fraudulent company and need to be shut down. My Lexus was a total loss and was paid off through gap insurance. They keep sending me letters saying I owe $2,400.51. I have letters from Toyota saying my car was paid off in full. I called them and the man over the phone acted as if I had a certain person assigned to this random case they made up. He put me on hold to pretend to get her and then said she was out of the office and that he could help me instead. When I started asking him more deeper questions he said I would have to call back and speak with her the next day. You're not getting my social or my credit card information. They sent my mother the same letter and that's how I already knew about the fake act he threw over the phone.

I Paid a Debt with this company over a month ago and I've been fighting with them for the last three weeks to get them to send me an email stating that this debt has been paid and they keep telling me why it wasn't requested and then they said oh well it was requested on Friday and it takes up to 72 business hours and I said I have the phone logs saying that I called on a Tuesday. Which they respond with the supervisor requested it on Friday and I said well I called before Friday. Well it still going to take 72 hours and I said that's absolutely unacceptable I want an email it should have already been sent out I'll bring it up with a supervisor but it takes 72 hours I said it's been two weeks they refused to resolve the issue I still have not received an email and it has been about three weeks total at this point I've had to call them at least once a week and I still haven't got an email saying that I have paid my debts to them.
This company contacted me regarding a medical bill for my minor child
This company contacted me regarding a medical bill for my minor child. I spoke to 3 different representatives, each time I explained that the person they are asking for is a minor child and I'm her mother, each time they replied by telling me it's a personal business matter for my child or asked if I'm the party they're looking for, as if I had not just explained that the person they're looking for is my minor child. They ended up disclosing the debt amount and offered a settlement but refused to give me the name of the creditor so I could have them bill my valid insurance. Then they refused to let let my minor child to give permission to speak with me with the reasoning that they weren't sure a minor child could give permission. They were willing to accept a payment but not give me the information I needed to have my insurance processed, very unethical. There are good collection agencies with customer service skills that can get payments without doing people dirty like this. Don't hire this agency to represent your business!
I was contacted by Radius to pay a Macy's debt
I was contacted by Radius to pay a Macy's debt. we've agreed on terms of repayment. As I had a last payment to make in March , I've missed it. I contacted them 18 days after the due date to make that last payment and they've decided not to accept my payment and change the terms of our repayment agreement by increasing the debt owed by 50%. In time of Covid19 and economy crisis, now is not the time to enrich yourself on people trying to pay off their debts. I asked to speak to a supervisor which was not helpful and very amused by my situation. I asked to make that last payment that was owed and asked the supervisor not to change the terms of the agreement we had and she declined. A few days after our conversation, I received a letter stating that Global Solution was not the proper party to delete information under the California Act and they've referred to a number. The number on the correspondence I've received was erroneous. The erroneous number leaded to questionable and confusing agency providing some sort of credit repair service and surveys for gift cards but not affiliated with the creditor whatsoever.

I don't care for this company at all
I don't care for this company at all. Last year I set up a payment plan for an account once my husband and I got back on our feet again. I paid radius Global 225 and paid 240 to American Express each month. For some reason they wanted me to pay both which was fine I was paying it. But every few weeks the same man would call pushing for more money on the account. What was the point of setting up the payment plan if they are still going to call. I didnt' miss any of my payments. Then my husband got a job in a diffrent time zone with covid and I told the agent that I was now 6 hours behind Eastern Standard Time and to please call accordingly. The individual didn't, I recieved many 4 am phone call. And if I didnt' answer there would be several phone calls from diffrent states withing a 10 min period. I have answered them before and it would hang up and the Radius Global Solutions would be on the next call not 2 seconds later. So I know if I don't pick up the phone with Radius then my phone will be bombarded with out of state call all day long. The other day talked to Radius told them not to call till late afternoon hence time change yet at 4 am the phone kept ringing. Then the out of state phone calls started bombarded my phone. I answered the New york one cause I was angry and lo and behold it was the Radius Global Agent who suprisingly responded when I said hello and didnt' hang up but he did tell me he was going to call me back on the regular number. So now they have a new way of harassing they will call on what I would consider a burner phone with diffrent states phone numbers and then when you answer they will hang up and start on the regular number. So all their phone calls they make to harass you are not documented. I finally told the guy I was just going to pay the original creditor the balance and to quit calling my phone number because I am irate about setting up a payment plan , not missing payments and being harassed. Personally I feel I should contact a lawyer for all the other calls and the tricks and may look into it.
This company is the WORST!
This company is the WORST! The website is almost impossible to access, they have so much clutter on the homepage, and no clear way to log in. I attempted to pay online, after receiving a “resolution" letter. The website, only gave me the option to pay the full amount. Even when clicking on the button to “accept resolution offer" the full balance remained. I called the company with the phone number provided. I had a hard time understanding the operator, but she informed me that I had to click the option for a one time payment, and enter the exact amount agreed on in the letter. So I did, after several loading screens (which you have to tap, or else they just continue to show a loading image). So I manually typed in the amount, submitted my information, and card information and hit sent. I received a “thank you for your payment screen." It did not have a confirmation number, or a receipt that I could've printed or had emailed to me. So I took a screenshot of it. The message with the “thank you" states that payment is being processed. Your online account will not show a change in balance total until processing has been completed. So, I waited several hours, and attempted to log back in to check the status of my account. After logging in, I'm denied access with a message saying “account not accessible at the moment." Figured it was updating. So I emailed the company, because the online chat does not work. I asked them how long the processing usually takes and why couldn't I access my account. The next day (today) I attempted to check back, and still receiving the same message. I have yet to have a response to my email, and still have no idea if my payment was successful. They ask you to provide an email or phone number and choose your preference as to notifications. This company just literally leaves you hanging. But when it comes to trying to collect they incessantly call you. Borderline harass you with multiple calls from different numbers each time. No message, and the different numbers don't necessarily scream trust worthy, or even worth calling back. This company needs to be under review, and straightened out. For all I know, I was scammed. Website is a mess, online chat doesn't work, burner phone like numbers, no response from company, no receipts, or printable confirmations, unable to log back in to account after submitting payment info. My advise, if you do have a debt with this company, try to just pay the original creditor. Or, use a prepaid loadable visa/MasterCard or get a money order. Take screen shots every step of the way, and refuse to give any information that doesn't seem necessary.

This company contacted me stating that I owe a pass due hospital bill and told me I can settle the amount out with them , I paid the amount we settled out for the company assured me that they would email me a letter stating my debt was settled in 48 hours , I kept checking my email for the letter but I never received it I called the company back I spoke to a manager he assured me he was on top of the situation and he would get the letter to me ASAP today I checked my credit report the debts back on my report and they only deducted the amount we settled for and put the remainder on my report. I do not have any sort of contract with this company and am not liable for the collection of this debt.
I have been contacted Multiple Times by Radius Global solutions in an attempt to collect a debt for $195 for acct# ***6164. A fraudulently opened account. I was a victim of identity theft in 2018 where multiple accounts were opened online using my identity. I had recently sent out a Debt Validation Dispute letter, and also previously disputed the account with the original creditor, who decided I was responsible for the charged off account because payments were made from a bank account that was also opened fraudulently that is no longer an active bank account. I also have stressed to Radius Global Solutions that I have no knowledge of ever opening the account. No verifications such as Drivers License, Social Security Card, or Signatures were verified during the opening of his account online. I never figured out who was doing identity theft on me, But I was informed that it whoever it was they're related to me and have personal information on me, and these things have been very difficult disputing because it can be seemingly accurate. Please Help, Thankyou.
THIS COMPANY HAS RE-AGED COLLECTION DATA AND HAS PLACEDACCOUNT TO 2 BUREAUS THIS COMPANY HAS RE-AGED COLLECTION DATA ON A MEDICAL PROCEDURE STATING WAS OPENED ON 11/10 AND WAS LAST LATE ON 01/20. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MEDICAL SERVICES PERFORMED IN OVER 1 YEAR . Re-aging debt is when a debt's status changes on credit reports to make it appear as a newer debt. It is illegal for debt collectors to re-age credit accounts.Re-aging debt is when a debt's status changes on credit reports to make it appear as a newer debt. It is illegal for debt collectors to re-age credit accounts. Both the original creditor or a debt collector cannot re-age a negative account. No matter how many times a delinquent account is transferred or sold from one debt collector to another, the date of first delinquency should not change. The DOFD (date of first delinquency) determines how long a negative account can remain on your credit reports. The "DOFD" is the date an account became 30 days late and no other payments were made. Section 623(5)(A) says: "In general. A person who furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency regarding a delinquent account being placed for collection, charged to profit or loss, or subjected to any similar action shall, not later than 90 days after furnishing the information, notify the agency of the date of delinquency on the account, which shall be the month and year of the commencement of the delinquency on the account that immediately preceded the action."
I had a past due account that Radius was assigned to settle under my maiden name. I told them I was hesitant because of all the reviews online but they assured me it would be settled & I would have proof emailed within 3 days & a physical copy mailed within 7-10 days. On 01/03 I paid them $286.86. I never got an email by 01/08 so I called them to confirm they had the correct email. I called several times after that to see where the proof was but I never received an assistance. Finally after no proof & the account still reflecting negatively on my credit report I disputed the charge with my bank. My bank suggested I try to work with them which I have been trying for over 2 months. The dispute is still open but they won't even cooperate with the bank. They suggested I try to ask for a refund but they REFUSE. They said I'm not eligible for a refund because the charge was reversed, when its only been disputed & we're waiting on them to refund it. They flat out called me a liar & said I had to send them copies of my banking transactions from the date of the charge back as well as where the charge cleared initially. I asked for the supervisors email so I could make sure they received it since I was uneasy sending my bank info. They said I couldn't sent it directly to an employee, they have a unit that processes emails for them. I sent it & of course they didn't get it so when I called back all of a sudden I was allowed to email it directly, so I did & they did receive it & I was supposed to hear back from someone because "we both have proof of opposite things". During all this, I've spoken to 5 different supervisors, gotten about 30 different stories about whats going on but the one thing that has been consistent is that I can't get a real answer. I'll admit I'm becoming less pleasant to deal with with each passing phone call but I am beyond fed up. I emailed them proof of all my banking transactions but they won't send me what proof they supposedly have
I had a old collections with this company and when they called, I wanted to finally take care of the bill/collections, so the agent I worked
I had a old collections with this company and when they called, I wanted to finally take care of the bill/collections, so the agent I worked with was Walter Moore, who had me set-up Automated payments and he mentioned that they would get the last payment and send out my receipt to show that my balance would be zero. After I made that last payment, I have not only didn't get the receipt but I can not get in touch with this agent at all. I've called there trying to get a manager on the phone, so they told me it would be a manager named Mark Trick, that was going to reach out and help resolved any issues. This is the only Manager that is never at his desk, I've even called back during the week, at different times of the day and this Mark Trick, still has not reach out. ALL I WANT IS MY RECEIPT.
I have received notices in the mail for collections for a credit card account I never had. When I tried to contact Radius on four different phone calls I was first placed on hold for over 15 minute - hung up on when I refused to give my SSN - and then disconnected. When I was then connected to a supervisor named Tiffany I was told this was for a 20 year old account and I would have to prove I didn't own it. As I believe this is a scam I think this company is acting in a fraudulent and harassing manner and trying to scare me into paying them money I do not owe.
The collectors said they were calling from Jamaica. First one lady called & reduced my total amount due. She set up a payment cutting it to almost 50% off. Arrangements were made to take the amount on Feb 28, 20. She wanted a post dated check but a red alert went off in my head. I wasn't OK with this but she kept insisting. The next week a woman called about my account after talking to her I found out she was a different lady than I spoke to before. She quoted different amounts to me. I set up some arrangements with her. Then the original lady called back & after speaking with her she said it was two separate accounts. I told her I wouldn't have enough funds to have 3 amounts of money taken from my account. She called me again Tuesday the 18th of Feb. & ask for my birth date. She already had month & date. I refused but was asked for the same info again. I said you already have enough info. She laughed a little. Tried to get off the phone but she was so persistant & I was on my way to visit my brother who had just had a heart attack 2 days before but she was so persistent I had trouble getting her off the phone. Now i'm afraid all my money ( which isn't a lot SSI) will disappear. Any suggestions?
Radius global solutions made several hard inquiries on my credit file, without my permission and not validating any bills. They made approximately 20 hard inquiries on my credit report starting on 2/18 ending on 2/12. Per FDCA, the creditor MUST validate any bills, before making any hard inquiries on a consumer's credit report. This is outrageous how many inquiries they made on my report, without sending ANY BILLS, whatsoever.
I received an alert on my credit score for a derogatory mark from radius global with ZERO prior contact and without knowing anything about what this claim is about. This needs to be reconciled immediately, this debt has been disputed through all avenues and has yet to be rectified. Radius Solutions should not report it to the credit reporting agencies. I am requesting the removal of this error and to update and contact the credit reporting agencies. Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate, or failing to report information correctly, violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
This company is so unhelpful and doesnt know what they are doing
This company is so unhelpful and doesnt know what they are doing. Apparently I had medical bills that went to collections. Turns out they didnt have the correct address. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get the correct address so that I can keep a paper trail in my files. NO ONE knew how to correct that. Also the balance that went to collections NEVER changed on the website which seems a little like fraud to me. Again I called and tried to get someone to reflect the correct balance...and again NO ONE knew how to do that! NOT EVEN THE SUPERVISOR! So i just paid the balance that was on my credit report not even knowing if they take a look at that to get it taken off. Also once you do make a payment you have to print your receipt or that confirmation is gone forever. No confirmation email and no way to look up payment history on the site. Theres a reason when you google this company the first few that pull are asking if its a scam.
This company asserts that it made a proper attempt to contact me about an outstanding debt before reporting the debt to the credit agency. They assert, verbally, that they sent a letter and gave me a phonecall on the telephone. However, no letter was received and no phone call was received. The report to the credit agency has a negative effect on my ability to qualify for a loan, and I believe their debt collection practice to be illegal, as they invoked a specific remedy for an alleged debt without providing notice to me of said debt, nor an opportunity for me to respond within 30 days of such notice.

Radius global solutions made several hard inquiries on my credit file, without my permission and not validating any bills
I have received notices in the mail for collections for a credit card account I never had
I received an alert on my credit score for a derogatory mark from radius global with ZERO prior contact and without knowing anything about what
I received an alert on my credit score for a derogatory mark from radius global with ZERO prior contact and without knowing anything about what this claim is about.
This company asserts that it made a proper attempt to contact me about an outstanding debt before reporting the debt to the credit agency
The collectors said they were calling from Jamaica

I had a past due account that Radius was assigned to settle under my maiden name

Your customer service representatives have attended to me, they have taken note of my request, but it seems that it has not been processed I appreciate your immediate attention to this case and your prompt response. Crappy service. I paid my accounts and it was their company policy not to offer a goodwill deletion of the account from my credit report. Stay away from them and don't work with them. Cannot understand word from the 3 different people I was transferred to since no one could handle my account. Anyway they can screw you they will.
I'm thinking of suing this place. They call my phone every 1/2 hour and don't even say anything. They call my work after i told them it is a recorded line and I am not allowed to get calls at work. They are putting my job in jeopardy and so I am looking into hiring a lawyer to get them to stop.
