Poor overall service and not upholding the promises made per the companies website regarding Platinum lawn care services. Unexpected expenses multiple times per companies technicians and management. Left my lawn in poor shape and gave up on keeping the promises noted in their description of services. See complaint filed for full details. Compensate for portion of services/materials required for correcting my lawn that was left in poor condition.

Paying for services not rendered. I have been a customer for years, paying on time however I am now 86 years old and no longer as active and don't go to my backyard until recently that I noticed it's full of weed and no grass! My front yard is pristine though. I have a sprinkler system with timer. Heron blamed it on lack of watering even thought they're aware it has been raining 2-3 times per week. I had the company inspect my sprinkler system and said it works perfectly. Heron refuses to take blame that their tech was not treating my backyard however charging me for services.

I called the company to come out and treat the lawn because I noticed I was having problems with my lawn. A technician by the name of "RJ" comes out and over fertilizes the lawn. We went from mowing the lawn twice a week to mowing the lawn once every two weeks. I have bare spots in my lawn where thick green grass use to be. We've always made sure to take care of our lawn as per our HOA guidelines and we put a lot of time and money into it. To see it in the state that it is now is disheartening. I did speak with a field manager and he did say they would rectify the problem however no one has come out yet to begin the process. I'm now picking weeds out of the bare areas and watching the continuous decline of my once beautiful lawn. In all the years I've lived in my home the yard has never looked this terrible. The problem with my lawn needs to be rectified ASAP. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company, save yourself the headache. Your grass will be here today gone tomorrow.

Poor quality results For the past several months I've tried to trust having my services with Heron. Unfortunately this day has come to an end. Every service I've seen on the notes are just an excuse to just get the job done correctly. If I'm paying for a large price I expect quality results. The reason for my writing is because in the past I've had their services before and the team was able to provide with great quality results, however this time around its a 180 degree change for the worst. My lawn looks the same if not worse than before.on this past service they sprayed for crabgrass, ok fine now it's dead and there's no grass to fill the area which will only lead to more types of weeds. I'm not the expert, and I sure heck shouldn't be the one having to do anything but to cut my own grass and water it. I've had management come out one time, Never came back to check the property for the previous results. What's going on ? Are the chemicals not strong enough? Are they not focused on the quality results anymore? Maybe their slogan " true brown" wasn't so bad after all. Something needs to give and they need to fix the patches now that doesn't have sod now. I have before and after pictures so there's no excuse, just poor results on their end .

My grass is dying or has died in numerous spots! Herron lawn and pest services has serviced my yard since June. This is when I got my certificate of occupancy. New fresh yard! Over the almost year I have addressed issues with Herron and escalated my concerns up to a field manager, Kay! My yard has areas that have and are dying. It took 10 months for Herron to do a soil test and determine I have a high PH issue! Since the results were determined Kay Scheduled the yard to be treated and counteract the high ph. The service field representative who comes out and spray the yard Has been here twice since the results were determined and was supposed to treat my yard to CounterThe high ph. I spoke with him Friday and he said that he had yet to bring out the sodium so they could bring the ph down. I ask him when that was going to happen and he said that Kay would have to reschedule it. My yard is dying and it seems that Herron does not care! There laxadizial attitude towards service to take care of my issues and yard are simply unacceptable! Also their communication skills are just as unacceptable! Kay fails to call me back at times or respond to my text messages and she fails to schedule the technician at times! I have also asked Anthony, her manager, to return my calls twice and at present he has not done so! I have pictures to provide but I think Kay is aware of the yard issues thus don't think they are necessary at this time!

This is regarding Heron's Home and Outdoor lawn treatment services located at *** I have been using their service for the past year. October 1, l started having an inground pool installed that has taken up the entire backyard. The grassy part on the left side of the home is all din because of the equipment used to dig the hole for the pool so in essence, the only part of the yard the'. Heron's has been responsible for since October 1st is the front and right-side yard. I paid for a full year of service and I received a bill for the next year's services with an installment amount that would be the same as what I paid in 2020 even though the last treatment for was for less than half of the lawn they were previously servicing. The technician said he would call his office and report the difference. I never heard anything from the company, so I called the office on 1/4 and was told the Manager would call me back regarding the issue. I did not receive a return call, so I called again and the person I spoke with did not seem to care so I cancelled my plan with them. l know it was only $72.00 for the rst installment however, I believe it's about the principle of being taken advantage of and Heron's not caring at all about their customer. Yes, I did send them the payment of $72.00. I was just hoping to lodge this complaint and maybe you could help with this as they just totally ignored my concerns.

Service was provided Nov they didn't come December but came January. On 1/31 I called to end the contract and was told I had a balance the technician came out already on the 1/27 . I stated to the person my contract does not state this I have until the end of this month the person stated I'm sorry our technician have came out already. Through email and mail I was billed for service on 1/27 for 85.00 no one ever knocked on the door or called me. When me and my husband left our home that day there is a Heron sign on our lawn (without our permission). I paid Heron Home & Outdoors for the month of March and April in the form of a check and a money order and mailed a check today 5/9; which leaves a balance of 25.00 for June. Today in the mail I receive a letter from a collection company for an amount of 58.50. I notified Heron & Home today about the letter and was advised she would give my information over to their billing department (no call yet). I called this company twice (4/22 & 2/21) regarding this issue notifying them I have paid and the bill is incorrect. Each time I was notified someone will take care of it. I will try to condense this. At our invitation a Heron service rep, Brian, came out and diagnosed our irrigation system. (3/24) He wrote up a work order. We agreed to pay $644 with our *** card. A service technician, Eric O, came out (4/14). One of the things he was to do was replace some faulty valves. He said he couldn't find 3 of the 5 that were buried. We gave him a schematic plainly showing the location of the valves. Then he said it would be $150 to find them and $100 an hour labor. Over and above the $644. Our reaction was confusion and angst. At this point we wanted to get Brian or someone in supervision out here. We called Brian told him the problem and he spoke to Eric. Exasperated, we asked Eric to at least replace 4 of the sprinklers mentioned on the work order. This he did. The controller box had been working OK, but now he was telling us it was the problem not the valves. He said the work so far came to $144 and we had $500 credit. For $325 he would put on a new controller. We kept insisting we wanted someone to come out and resolve this. It was becoming difficult to deal with him. We asked him to run the system so we could see that the new sprinkler heads worked and then we wanted the work to stop so we could get a supervisor out here to discuss this. The water pressure on station No. 1 was weak. He said, that's because 1 and 2 stations were running together. ? There had been no previous problem with the controller. Eric had been making adjustments in the controller box throughout his visit. The next thing we knew it wasn't working at all. We said stop! He left. Starting 4 -15. we tried many phone calls talking to salesman Brian, receptionists (') April and Kara who told us they would have the manager, Eddie M, call us. No phone call has been received. We were billed for the full amount $644! Tech Eric wrote, "Customer was unavailable for signature! We were here! Job not completed control box not working, but being charged full amount. My lawn is now filled with about 20% weeds and crab grass, with the rest being St. Augustine, and the company could care less. So not sure what has happened to Heron within their team, but the quality of work has certainly decreased! To make a long story short, my lawn has been taken over by crabgrass and some other weed, approximately 20%. I've killed small patches in the past, but this is now a pretty large problem. I called them on the 9/11 to complain, and they apologized, let me know that my lawn was guaranteed or they would fix, and that my lawn person was already scheduled for a visit on 9/14 and he would take care of it. I said awesome. When the tech came out we spoke, he informed me that he has noticed the crab grass and the weeds, but didn't think I would want any small dead spots. He also mentioned that last time he was out my home 8 weeks prior, he added liquid Nitrogen to lawn, which Helps excel the growth of grass, but also the weeds. He asked me if I wanted the crab grass and turf weeds killed I said yes, and asked if he was also going to replace the sod since it's all over the front and back yard. I told him I was told the lawn was guaranteed. He said that was a management call. He said he would call them and get back to me. A few minutes later, the rep. came back to my home and said he spoke with his manager and his manager said "i should know how it works with weeds if I've been a customer of theirs for so long" and "no they wouldn't replace the grass". Wow, that's quite the slap in the face! Blaming me for not taking care of a lawn that I've been paying you to do? The rep asked if he should move forward and I told him no and asked him to have his manager call me. Needless to say I never received that phone call from the manager, which I always love when managers put their issues on the reps to deal with. Shows me how much they really don't care. When I spoke to the call center I asked about the warranty and She said that's only for bugs Not crabgrass and turf weeds. Needless to say I've cancelled my service. I understand the issues with getting weeds in your lawn, but at no point should it have gotten this bad! I've printed up my past invoices and nowhere does it mention this problem. The time,money and effort I will need to spend to fix this Is ridiculous. Why am I paying Heron to ruin my lawn? I can do that on my own and save myself $120 for every visit. Heron needs to be professional, admit the mistake and fix it! 24hrs later and still no call! Blaming the customer is the worst thing you can do, but they did.
