I started to play in this casino few weeks ago and it seems that at the beginning they allow you to win more in order to make you deposit more but now when I stopped depositing I slowly lose all of my money. I really think that it is done on purpose and this needs to be reported!
I have been reaching out to customer service since 4/19/23 regarding 2 redemptions that my account says completed yet I have still not received these redemptions nor a response back from customer service at all.. I even reached out to higher ups in the company.. I need my money .. I won it after spending a lot of money ..
I without warning am blocked from my account and cannot reach support and for no reason? I’m also supposed to have been received-my winning redemption? My account is verified what the heck?!

I deposited $232 at this casino at 7am on 10/17/23 when i went to play a game there was not any money on it so i figured that it just did not go through so i deposited another $232 and it did not go on my game either. I went over to check my bank account and both charges were taken out.
There was 2 payments of fifty dollars taken out of my account and I didn't authorize them. This was done on October 21,2023
