Unauthorized charges
I was using Winstars Social Casino which is a virtual based on points and not real money. I only played 2 eGames, The Ugly Duckling and Smashing Sevens, both showed GreenTube when loading. I am pretty certain it was on the Smashing Sevens that I got charged on three different occasions because I remember seeing flash across the screen saying I did not have enough to make bet or something like that. It did not stay there long. I wasn't too concerned because I showed I had more than enough coins and this is not played with real money anyway.
On July 9, 2023 approx. 8:00 am I was playing this eGame while waiting on a shower. I had tried to use my Venmo credit card later that day and it was declined. I then looked at transactions and saw that there were 3 charges by High 5 Games, $100, $100 and $50. They basically left me broke and I was traveling from Riverside CA to Phoenix, AZ. I had to call and borrow money for gas.
I called Winstar Social Casino and they told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I tried to do that but the card company said I have to cancel that card and a new one would be mailed to me. I cannot cancel this card until I get back to Texas, I have to use it while on the road working and won't be back home until July 17, 2023 and will at that time. I complained about them making my card information they have on file available to other companies such as High 5. I plan on calling the gaming commission about this kind of practise.
The charges were in pending status but are know complete and show the three charges, $100, $100 and $50 for July 10, 2023 11:08 PM. and the money needs to be returned to me. I see this company already has pending litigation but don't want to contact them, just want my money back.
Desired outcome: Please refund my money, total charges of $250.
Receiving PAYOUT
I was promised a payout of 100.00 which is the minimum amount for a payout. I emailed back and forth with someone from high 5 casino and they told me it would be 72 hours for my payout. It has been that long and more and now they are completely ignoring me. I have screenshots. This has been going on since June 17th 2023. It is currently June 19th 2023. I really need the money, I’m currently unemployed and in desperate need of money!
Desired outcome: I just want my 100.00. I need that money to feed my family, I’m 100% serious!
I’m seeing that zero out of forty seven cases have been resolved. I might as well take this review down because that’s all it’s going to be.
Redeeming rewards
I made numerous in app purchases for sweepstake coins, because they advertise that you can use your sweepstake coin winnings as cash or gift cards. Between 05/24/23-05/27/2023 I spent a total of $670 in sweepstake coins, and had winnings on 05/27/23 over $1200. I made numerous attempts to redeem my earnings as both cash as well as gift cards. I have been unable to do either. After emailing, calling, and messaging through their app to resolve the issue, I have been unable to reach anyone. Although, they claim to have customer support available 7 days a week I still recieved no response either.

Payment not received
Earlier today, I redeemed $200 in sweep coins. It canceled, but then it took it out again and said that it was a success but also it took out an additional $35 that I was still playing with. I didn’t approve of the additional $35 to be taken out. I also want to know how long it will take for the process to go through, and also where it’s being cashed to because I didn’t fill out my address or my bank account information. when i first started playing on this site it was awesome. the first few redemptions i received almost instantly to my skrill and now it seems like they asre intentionally ignoring me. i cashed out $100 seven or eight days ago and still havent received it. they completely ignore the messages and emails i send them. theyve replied to one of them and the response didnt help me at all and pretty much told me they didnt care.

I was playing on sirens cove at 11:30 a.m. 2/18/2022 and won a rapid reward for 100.00 they said my account would be credited with in 24 hr and that the casino would be notified right away. Needless to say i ayed the run around with the casino because not one customer service rep even knew what i was talking about . They had no knowledge of an outside promotion going on in the casino they work for. Very frustrating

Rapid rewards program at betmgm
Hello on the night of 01/23/2022 through the early morning hours of 01/24/2022 I was playing online casino at BetMGM in Michigan. A promotion going on right now is during play of certain High 5 games you can be awarded instant rewards. I’m not sure all the rewards you can win. I know you can win an instant $1,000 also an instant $100 and I believe there a $50 reward also. Also you can win free spins or you be awarded spins with 3 times the oay during them. I was playing a game titled “Betti the Yetti”, which is a High 5 Game that offers the rapid rewards. During play between 11pm and 11:50pm twice I had a banner come across the top of my screen. The banner stated I won rapid rewards 3 times the spin. Both times this happened I never had the opportunity to go into that mode. The banner came up then disappeared and that was it. On a different site called Golden Nugget also an online casino in Michigan once you win the award it will engage on next launch of the game. So at 11:50 I noticed I had a good amount of funds in my account so I exit Betti the Yetti and go to the cashier and make 2 withdrawals. When finished at 11:52 I returned to Betti the Yetti and start to play. I had hoped my award would load but neither of them did. Between 11:52 and 12am I was told I was awarded another reward. This time it was the instant reward of $100. I closely watched my account to see if the money added to my account. The $100 did not enter my balance. I played for a while longer. I expected for this when I exit the game of log out of BetMGM the log back in my $10” would be in my account. It wasn’t, so I go to the live chat option. After telling them my issue they told me My request had to be forwarded to the Technical department. So once again probably for the 4th time during this chat I had to give the whole situation again which was asking for the 2 times I was given 3 times pay and my instant $100. I gave them all the details. I was told I’d here something back in 24-48 hours. What I heard back was an email asking me the exact questions again. What game was I playing what time did it happen, the exact sequence it happened and how much I was betting. This time I actually went through my play log trying to find it. My play log is very long. This too over 5 hours just to reach the time and date this happened. After looking through all of the game plays it didn’t state at all in there I won the rewards nor was it credited. So I gave all the information and stated that part and returned the email. The next day I received again the same email asking the same questions. Now they k ow the exact game I was playing and at most a ten minute window to find the transaction. They again want me to look through all the play logs again. I did do that this time and told them how long it takes. Yet I did again tell them the $100 award was won between 1150pm and midnight. The next day again they sent the same email asking the same questions. This was just tonight. My complaint is how can they not be aware of what awards are given to a customer and why is it my job to have to find and battle for the award. I already one it. I feel at this point I’ve put in so much time I worked for it not won it. And I still haven’t had it credit to my account. I’m trying to find a way to contact High 5 Games themselves because this is ridiculous and frustrating. I spun probably over $5000 on that game that night and spend so much money at Bet MGM I can’t believe they are treating me this way.

I am having a similar experience with BetMGM. I have gotten the 3x pay thing twice before for 25 spins. Never actually won more than a dollar or two each time. Thursday night I was playing Quadruple Da Vinci Diamonds and had been losing quite a bit when I had the rapid rewards thing pop up so I hit the claim button and my prize said $1000. Excited at that point I didn't take a screen shot. There was some message or something about it being verified and checked for fraud and that the prize should be in my casino wallet with 48 hrs. Here it is Saturday and still not in my account. Of course I played more money than I should have thinking its ok I have 1000 on the way. Only one problem, it never showed up. Idk if this is an MGM thing not paying out or what but support is no help whatsoever.

I have the app on both my iPad and iPhone. On my pad with your latest update it cannot find my internet. This problem happened a couple of years ago and I had to delete and reinstall. As I have all the games open I have no wish to do that again. On my phone it comes up and then cuts out almost immediately. Really annoying. It would be very nice to be able to relax and play again. I am having trouble playing any of the High 5 Casino games, because I keep getting a message telling me I am not connected to WiFi. And yet, I can play the games from High 5 casino on my laptop & old IPad. Both of these are older and very slow.
For many years, and a very high score on each individual game, I just don't know why I cannot play any of these. My WiFi in our home and our service provider is working on every other application, and that is why I don't know why one day I'm playing just fine, and the next day I continually receive the note... Sorry you need a internet connection.
Please help me with this, as I do not want to have to delete my games and start over.

I bought a package deal for 20 dollars (can't remember the name, but it was something like 13 days of Spooks). My bank statement says the 19th of this month but I am almost sure it was the 18th.
