Troubles, problems causing me into anxiety, depression, worries
Instaed of fixing problems with Facebook, they chose their own way for you to log in on their website, So my 12 years playing experience with high 5, now I am back to level1, points down to 0 with their new website log in. They always do things they want to do and never ask for public onions before they do it. There is no egulary daily "under Managment" time set up, they just di whenever they want. And they don't even bother to give you an estimate time for users to wait.
Never a game site can cause so many trouble and problems like this one.
Recommendation: Just say goobye and go find another better game site
They lie and will not pay out
I found Hi-Fi casino back in in February of 2023 so I started playing, I deposited money into my account so I can play to win real money, I found a game that I really liked so I kept playing it this game had a bonus by feature on it, the bonus by feature would go like this if you were playing 40 cents you could buy the bonus by for $40 this one all the way up to $100 bet and buying the bonus buy for $4,000. Needless to say I started getting up on these on this game to the point where I was hitting 10,000 and then I was like oh crap so then I hit 15,000 then I was up to 20 I got all the way up to 74,000 and yes I would draw money off of it I was trying to get that money off of it I was sending it to my squirrels account you can only redeem $100 at a time and wait for it to go into your account and then you can do that as many times as you want to with however much you have in your account. Not 2 weeks later all of a sudden my account is shut down my skrill account is froze all the gift cards that I had redeemed all stopped so they weren't sent to me. When I called them or emailed them nobody could give me a straight answer as to what was going on they thought that I was doing money laundering but I wasn't so they kept my account off where I couldn't get into it I couldn't get any more money out of it so on and so forth then I received an email that says we are sorry to inform you that there was a glitch in the game that you were playing and we respectfully ask that you pay back the money that you withdrew from us no I did what I was supposed to do I put money in there to play with I started winning I went through the money that I won and now you want to ask me to pay you back the money that I won you didn't pay me the money that I had one because you claim there was a glitch in the game needless to say they got to keep the $74,000 and not pay it out to me because they said there was a glitch in the game well that's pretty damn convenient isn't it I don't think they seen anybody win that much money and they just didn't want to pay it out. So I hope nobody wins that much or goes over anything because they're not going to pay you out they're going to figure out a way to get out of it and say there's a glitch in the game.

What do you mean by squirrils account? If you had more than one account and used the promotional money in the extra account or collected bonus on it your account can be banned an terminated as soon as they see the duel ip addresses. your only supposed to have one active account per household...
If what you say they did is true then shame on them. I have had bitcoinpenguin reject a payout but they gave me my deposits back they didnt want to pay the 2 btc jackpot i had won. it sucks to win somthing and have it ripped away from you . its one of the worst feeling in the world

Fraudulent charges
I had my business account hacked and they made 8 ACH payments to High 5 Casino. I had to close the account and reopen under a new account number. The bank has been no help. The web of transactions is ridiculous. Everyone involved claims they cannot help.
It took 2 months to get transaction numbers from Wells Fargo. The phone number they provided was for Cross River Bank in NJ. When I called them they said these transactions were deposited in a Trustly Bank account which is their client. They provided an email address for Trustly. I contacted them and they say they cannot match these transaction numbers. They suggested contacting High 5 Casino. Good luck!

Somone you know possibly children, spouse. co workers, somone you know took your account numbers and used them. Its not so easy to hack into an account for such a petty amount of money. Put two and two together. Your account information was exposed to somone you know and that person used your account to gamble.

The Daily Spin is a wheel with 8 equal sized spaces. You click on the wheel, it spins, and you receive a token amount. I have been playing for years and 5 days out of 7 the wheel will land on 90k tokens, which is the lowest amount. This would equate to 0.04% chance or 4 out of 10,000. Pretty much impossible. I could play the Powerball every day for 800 million years and my chances of hitting the Jackpot would still be better than my chances of hitting 90K 5 out of every 7 spins. The highest spot on the wheel is 18 million tokens. I have never hit that spot on the wheel.

Redemption Request
I submitted 3 redemption requests on Sept 20, 2023 - one $7,000 and two for $2,000 - all are still pending even though their site says a 72 hour turn around. I have emailed daily with only canned responses back and no other action. All of their phone numbers go to a generic message where you can not leave a message. The money was won fair and square and demand payment. If the company is a legit as they state, this should not be an issue.

The end of May 2023 i signed up for an account with High 5 Casino. Upon their Sweeps rules They have Changed them more then 5 times within a 2 Month Period. Each time i've sent requests out, i never revieved them. It seems like they want to throw us off so they don't have to credit us sweepscoins. I’ve been playing on high 5 Casino and I’ve verified myself and even redeemed $1000 through Skrill, I won one day and redeemed $1,000 6 times through Skrill because the max it let you redeemed is $1000 each time. So I made 6 redemptions, they only deposited $4,000 into my Skrill, the other $2,000 was still pending, the next day I won some more I ended up putting $2,000 of the Skrill money back to high 5, and then I started to win it back, this time I redeemed $7,500 and they they still owed me $2,000 in redemption, they deposited $4,500 into my Skrill and now they owe me $5,000, I won more the same day and I redeemed $4,000. I'm going through something similar with them. I redeemed $10,000 after winning a Grand jackpot, but I haven't received any correspondence regarding it. I requested a check by mail. I noticed that my email address was incorrect, so I asked them to update it. The only thing I have received is a confirmation that they received my request, but nothing else. I'm so mad at myself for playing so much money with them and this is how they treat you when it's time to redeem. Where can you see your pending redemptions?
