I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. Not only me, wherever HP users are using their service, they are facing inconvenience... That is the future of HP Gas...

I live in beawar (ajmer) Rajasthan. Service of HP is really ridiculous. They ask 21 days gap from previous delivery and supply cylinder after 20 days of booking. Means it takes atleast 41 days to come once you have received the cylinder. I think HP should withdraw its service and get retire. because it has no volume to supply in India. At the other side Indane is supplying gas easily with only one day;s gap. If it will be continued we must work together and to shut the company. I think the license that the person hold is also a subject of mafia. They say their employees to book the cylinder after two three days of the call if someone call loosely and dont ask for its booking no. which is very common in our small town. Even they sale the stuff in [protected] (in black market to several hotels and so)
The agency which supplies gas does not answer the calls made for the booking. the nuber is constantly busy. tey have 2 numbers and one of the number is out of order and the other is busy. i have to personally go and book the gas every month. the attitude of the employees is not pleasant. i request immediate action. pleasee oblige.

The India's worst HP dealer is Valliammal Gas Agency, Pollachi, Coimbatore. They do all kind of illegal trades and they don't care about the legal customers. I am not sure the big bosses of HP know about it or not. To book the gas you have to go in person, because you can’t get their phone line. When I visited the agency the girls in the front office left the mouth piece on the table so when you call you always get the busy tone. They are the monopoly to Pollachi Taluk. The HP has to allow few more new agents or at least cancel Valliammals license and give it to some one else. (Valliammal is the name of a VERY BIG Industrialist’s relative so it is very difficult for HP to touch this agency). Therefore the HP can give an award to the agency. “The worst dealer of HP”. I am sure that no body cares about this posting. If some one cares please send some information on how we can make this agency to work normally and legally.

i m rohit godhwani from katni mp .i have booked lpg hpcl domestic gas home delivery on 2 of feb and then after having several complaints to katni gas service, their superior at jabalpur and their headoffice mumbai till now dated 7 of march i have not received my home delivery. hopefully if my complain mistakely works then, might i get my homedelivery in 2-3 months. anyway every human have 2 eat 2 survive and for this they need cylinder 2 cook however i have 2 manage this by purchasing cylinder in black. this is corruption not from the consumer but from the company itself. hpcl headowners if u r getting this plz contact me at [protected]

REASON BEING : THE DELIVERYMAN "MANOJ" WAS ASKING FOR "MORE MONEY " FOR GIVING CYLINDER AT MY DOOR.
WE ALREADY GIVE THE DELIVERY MAN "SIX RUPEES PER DELIVERY" CONSIDERING THAT OUR FLAT IS ON THE 5TH FLOOR, BUT DAY BY DAY HIS DEMAND IS INCREASING AND IF THIS IS ENTERTAINED THEN THERE WILL BE NO LIMIT ON DELIVERY CHARGES.
WE CONTACTED MHP GAS SERVICES AND THEY TOLD US TO PAY THE DEMAMDED AMOUNT IF WE WANT TO RECEIVE AT OUR DOOR AS THE GAS SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE AUTHORISED TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER AT GROUND FLOOR ONLY.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO INFORM US WHETHER THERE IS ANY SUCH CRITERIA OF EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES FOR OBTAINING THE CYLINDER AT OUR DOORS. PLEASE SEND US THE SCHEDULED CHARGES (IF ANY) TO AVOID SUCH CONFUSION AND RECEIVE GAS WITH NO CHAOS WITH THE DELIVERY MAN.

I am also customer of Darashan gas agency, Kalwa, hindustan petroleum, every time we book the gas, the darshan gas agency staff says, that the delivery will took place after 10-12 days as there is strike of mathadi labours. We hearing this reason from last two months.
We want immediate action should be taken against this.
I am customer of HP gas (Customer no.641219)at narayangaon.HP dealer Shah Brothers Junnar DLR code [protected].The dealer had opened a counter at narayangaon through private agency .The supply of gas is very irregular.Door service is not provided to every customer.They change their system continuously without intimation.For getting one cylinder you have to be visit five-six times.the que is started at early in the morning it is not possible to evertbody to spend much time for such work.It is wastage of
time & money also.

my consumer mo.600372 (S.T. khilare) in satara dist., phaltan tahasil, of maharashtra state. Our cylinder supplier is LATKAR GAS AGENCY. Today I noticed after changing cylinder, the cylinder is not light ln weight & having some liquid in it. The empty one was not empty & not having LPG. So I phoned, called technician.
