Never received my order
3/13/2022 - I placed an order for 4 breakfast sandwiches ($22.58) at 6:01am before our flight, at 6:39am our flight was boarding and still no sandwiches, Should not take 30+ minutes for what I ordered and customers after me received theirs. I would like my money back/Starbucks gift card for the amount owed to me for something I never received. I have the receipt as well if needed.

I approached the counter to place an order for breakfast @8:50am on Feb 28 22. Cashier Linda was very rude for no reason , she took my order didn’t listen to what else I wanted and just said insert my card , I then presented to her my Delta employee ID for my 10% discount which she already walked over to the left to greet and service gentleman behind me , I stated I was an employee so she can add the discount which frustrated her and she just kept saying with attitude ma’am just push the red button on the card reader. She then told the cook hurry up and give me a chicken sandwich (breakfast) which I ordered and didn’t even get to order my fruit cup because she walked away. Then she threw my food bag on the counter like I was charity. I asked for a refund and spoke with lashawnda. I was Listening to her talk and complain to the cook the whole time I was there speaking with lashawnsa which then made me more upset. Cameras are there please review . She was very Rude for no reason. Bad look for the reputation chic fil a holds no matter where it’s located. Customers waiting in line witnessed and shook their head a woman behind saw the whole thing and followed me after I left saying she purchased me mini bites which she did because she said she watched and wanted to change my day . Linda needs to treat everyone with respect .
Desired outcome: Refund ans highly disappointed with that service from a chic-fil- a staff.

1 menu to look at and I wouldn't give that stuff for my dog to eat all for $24.38. Despicable. I'll go hungry next time. Quesad had a few kernels of corn on it maybe a piece of chicken. Tacos? where's the meat hardly any lettuce or cheese. Is there supposed to be anything else? taco bell has more for.99 and you took $11.18 for 2.
1 crumbled up menu on the counter to look at how are we supposed to know what you sell. No I don't have a phone to look at. No plastic forks or knives just napkins. You'll never see us again.

Horrible Customer Service
I stopped by Vanilla TB LAX Int'l Airport on Dec10 @ 9:10am. I ordered a Latte and a Croissant. I waited 10 minutes for these two items. I understand the wait if the place was busy but I was the only customer waiting. The issue was that airport workers would come by the counter and the two individuals behind the counter would take care of them first. This happened 3 times while I was waiting for my order. Finally I got annoyed and asked them when they were planning to prepare my order, at that point they started to make my latte. Which by the way it was the worse latte I ever had.
These two ladies should be trained on proper customer service etiquette.

Let me start with Rosie here the cashier who obviously doesn't like her job didn't bother to acknowledge us or start with a hi looks like she is mad at the world and wasn't helping her co workers just texting on the side and when the manager came up 20 min later and started helping the cook people had to cancel orders for the long delay on having to catch their flight. Worst service ever.
Treatment
The check out clerk ID 440966 Lashonda (I don't know if this is accurate because he was a guy) at charlotte airport was extremely rude and threw my receipt at me.

Because of the lack of eateries open at the airport, I had to purchase a $16.95 ham and cheese croissant from here. That is price gouging! How can you get away with charging that? Outrageous. The media will be alerted to this. There is no reason to take advantage of the traveling public.

was flying back to kc mo from las vegas at airport went to bar, this was in am and not sure if liquor could be served at this time of day the lady at the venue stated " if I'm here then wouldn't that mean the bar is open?" I said that I was just wondering if there were any time limits on serving alcohol. she stated, "Maaim if I am standing in front of you as a bartender wouldn't that mean that I can serve alcohol?" I said ok, you don't have to be so sarcastic, it was a simple yes/no question. she then stated, I'm from the east coast, that's how I am and I'm not going to apologize for that." I would have gone back for another beverage, but not from this rude person! I purchased a #3 @ChicFila, which is 8 Ct nugget mean. I received 7, asked for fries no salt, the cook replied. Oh man. The counter person said these don't have salt. I asked for fresh fries. Their attitude was not pleasant plus my nuggets were COLD. I will not purchase from the airport Chick-fil-A ever again in Little Rock Arkansas . Why over cook snd expect customers to be happy with whatever they bag, you're on the go but warm food would be appreciated.
Desired outcome: Employees being more conscientious of what they serving the customers. Without us, there’s no jobs.

The burger king in the orlando airport had some of the most atrocious attitude from a worker I have ever seen. The employee working the front register (spanish long dark brown hair, believe their name was Delories from receipt) was rude to several customers in front of me. She proceeded to get mad that something up front was moved by another employee and slam the receipt machine close. The person in front of us had to repeat their order multiple times because she was not listening to what he said on his specifications with the ingredients of his sandwich. When it came my turn to order instead of explaining that the location only had the meals on the board and not the full menu, the employee proceeded to get an attitude with me flip her hair, roll her eyes, and tell her manager that she can't deal with us with a wave of the hand. The manager was very nice to us and had a lot of patience. The rude employee proceeded to bag orders would look and my boyfriend and I turn around to another co-worker and walk up to them to talk [censored] about my boyfriend and I. The employee proceed to throw our bag down on the fry station and refused to hand us our bag as the coworker had to. As a former manager of a Burger King if one of my employees had half the attitude of her on the front line and towards customers they would have been fired immediately. I'm appalled they put someone with such a poor attitude on the only register to take orders. Additionally, not only was the employees attitude poor but she was moving so slow taking orders that a line had formed out of the area where the BK was located into the sitting area in the middle of the terminal. The only saving grace was that the employees making sandwiches got the sandwiches correct.

I asked the server for a Combo meal as advertised above her head and she said ooh we have something new. ( which was a sandwich a coffee and any side)
Then she continued to charge me individually and after I challenged this with her she just said that she had put the drink through as the side and blamed me as I didn't say anything at the till. When I suggested to her that she works here and should have asked me what side I was after, she was totally disinterested and actually could not be bothered to even attempt to offer a side which I had paid for
Bottom line Despicable Customer Service

Worker ar Starbucks coffee McCarren International Airport
My husband and I had a layover at the McCarren International Airport on October 12, 2021.
I love Starbucks so I stood in line to wait for my favorite coffee. I finally reached the cashier (Henriett) and the first thing she asked was "are you paying by CASH or using a Starbucks gift we don't accept credit cards or debit just "cash". Seriously I thought to myself as I looked at a sign right next to me that said we accept credit cards or debit no cash.
Well needless to say after waiting in line for a great coffee I had to walk away empty handed until I found my husband to get cash from him because I had no cash on me at that time.
Never have I gone to a Starbucks were I was rejected because I didn't have cash. She wouldn't even use my debit. This was sad. Then I saw other people rejected also. Not good for business. Later I saw a man purchase a few coffee mugs and he was able to purchase them using a credit card not a gift card.
This was poor customer service. I waited all day just to get a great cup of coffee only to be rejected.

The varsity atlanta airport
This had to be the worst dining experience ever! The cashier, server, preparer, and manager had the most despicable attitude ever!
My order was 2 cheeseburger meal, add lettuce, tomatoes, xtra heavy pickles.
Cashier - reminded me 5 times it would be.89 extra charge. I had to keep saying fine I still want it!
Food preparation - hamburgers cold af, cheese cold and not melted, fries burnt, lettuce rotten, tomatoes old, no extra pickles! I paid 3.56 for 1 leaf of dead lettuce and tomatoes!
Server - I requested five different time for extra pickles since they were not on my burger could she please put them in a paper and i'll dress it myself. She was rude and kept telling me it was in the bag I kept telling her it was not in the bag or on the sandwich. She had major ah attitude and should have stayed home!
Finally after requesting it from the manager? Who was worse than the server and damn near threw the pickles at me for the cold, dry [censored] burger that neared rotten toppings!
Desired outcome: Full REFUND and REPRIMAND all 4 rude females in writing
Starbucks Vanilla Frappucino
Ordered grande Vanilla Frappe at San Diego airport store I'd SANSTA09 to be made with Oatmilk. I received a vente Vanilla Bean creme which tasted like it had real milk in it. It's also just blended sugar with no caffeine. It's a head scratcher why it's even on the menu in the first place, but it apparently makes it confusing for both customers and baristas to order and prepare the right drink. I'm at the airport before the sun is even up. I need caffeine and now the line for the kiosk is too long to stand in to get the drink fixed.
Desired outcome: I would like a coupon towards a new drink that is actually drinkable
Worst service ever!
I waited 30 minutes in line at Starbucks store I.d.# MCOSTA04, at Orlando International Airport. There was only one cashier and one barista making the orders and one warming up food orders! The service was excruciatingly slow! No sense of urgency by the employees whatsoever!
I paid 80cents extra for half and half in my grande Frappuccino and it definitely did not taste of any half and half. Too much whipped cream and ice and not enough coffee flavor. Waste of $6.39. It was too late to go back and re fo my order as I had to catch a flight.

Absolute chaos. One person on a register. Kiosk order site screwed up. Fast food took more than half an hour to get. Hire more people, please.

Traveling through and had a layover. Decided to stop in Chilis Too and eat. Great waitress (5873 Jadwiga)...TERRIBLE BARTENDER! We ordered an appetizer and received it before our beer. The waitress checked with the bartender at least three times and he yelled at her every time saying he was busy! Everyone could hear him. He had 9 chairs full at the bar nonetheless our waitress was running around as well. His attitude and lack of teamwork was very uncalled for. If you hate your job that bad you need to find your happiness elsewhere! Nobody wants to deal with a grouchy bartender! (or really anyone with that type of attitude) That poor woman needs some real teamwork!
When traveling back through if I see him we will pass on by. That is not something I want to witness again!

Very poor service
Se stopped in the clara barton service area for lunch august 14th at 1:00pm. It was advertised that burger king and nathans had been open. Upon arriving burger king was only operating. In order to save time I placed my lunch order at the kiosk, this was at 1:01. I waited for 40 minutes and then was told that the item that I ordered was not available at that location (spicy chicken meal). I was not very happy after waiting 40 minutes to be told that and I asked the attendant why did they not notify me sooner? Especially at the kiosk? Her answer was "we tried to contact you but you did not answer". That was not true as I stood there from 1:01pm till 1:45 pm waiting for my meal she had a very bad attitude and to further add to the problem I had to wait an additional five minutes to get a meal. The attitudes of the other employees were equally as bad. I witnessed this, as they interacted with other customers while waiting 40 minutes for my meal. When I finally got my meal it was the wrong one. The management of that location needs to take a refresher course in customer service.

I went to buy something and the cashier her name is maggie was extremely rude and had a horrible tone simply because I along with two other customers didn't see a sign she had put up. She even went as far as saying "you need to learn how to read". I paid for my items and left only to find out she had overcharged me.she charged 2 sandwiches when in only took one. I didn't return to complain because when I found out I was already on my flight.

Service at Cadillac Bar in Houston airport
Stood at host station for about 20minutes without being acknowledged. Finally a server saw the crowd that was growing and said "You guys can sit at any table that has been cleaned." Walked around, only clean places were at the bar. So I went back to the host stand, because I don't mind waiting for a clean table. After another 20 minutes, the same waitress saw me standing and said just sit at any table and someone will come by to clean it. I sit at the dirty table, again don't mind because it's busy. But when my server finally comes to the table, she dust the crumbs off with a dry napkin and tells me to order through my phone, then disappears for the rest of the night. So I get my disinfectant wipes to probably clean the food that was stuck on the table and I order my drink and food. The food came from the runner, I still don't see my server. I had to go the the bar to ask for utensils. About halfway through my meal I still don't have my drink. I go to the bar again and ask for my drink. At this point the bartender seems a little annoyed and tells me that unless I ordered from the bar, then my server will bring my drink. I go back to my table and my server reappears to ask about my meal, I tell her I don't have my drink. By this time my meal is basically done. I write to say that I know things get busy and service may be slow, but there is no excuse for non-existent service. Even a smile or just checking in to say she was backed up would have been nice. I learned through my receipt that her name was Jasmin M. Horrible service! Food however was very good.
