12:41 pm at Offerdahl T1, I had to wait for 2 grill staff to finish their heated discussion. They were too busy disco to do any food prep. My order of one bowl of chowder too 4 minutes. When I asked for a spoon, the staff said she was going to give me one, but that I'd walked away She went back to grill. I looked around for a spoon, went to my table and attempted to eat chowder. Another person waiting for food camel to my rescue and gave me a spoon
I regularly fly out of T1 Fll. Will I return to this restaurant? Not in a million years.

I was in Line at the Montreal Airport (YUL), near gates 70-75, just to the right when you walk out of duty free, at the Starbucks getting my morning coffee & breakfast with my dad. Our cashier, Kenjah was very rude and grumpy. My dad said good morning and smiled, she just looked at him with a dead stare and said nothing. She was extremely rude and gave terrible customer service. She also gave us attitude when we asked to put more money (refill) on our Starbucks card. She was rude to every customer I saw her interact with. Kept the lines insanely long and worked at a slow pace. My dad is a very friendly man and her customer service and attitude were atrocious. (AND I EVEN WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE). She was terrible. I'm not sure why management would put someone like her in a representative role of customer service working with customers. Hopefully we will not be back at that Starbucks especially if Kenjah is there.

busy holiday i am sure they were busy and tired, the cashier explained we do not honor the free item giveway on the auntie annes app. the black female behind the counter was rude and nasty and did not need to act that way . if she hates her job that much she should move . i understand food service is hard i am a mgr at bwi airport . but she does not need to act that way or perhaps she should just keep her mouth shut . and do her job . the cashier was more than polite and very proffesional.

I was in line for 15 minutes. There was no reason for that. They only had two registers opened while everyone else was either on their phones or plainly didn't care. I received part of my order quickly because the employees in the kitchen where very efficient, but I had to wait 12 additional minutes to get my milkshake. I have never ever experience that at a Chick-fil-a. Very disappointed.

The last two weeks I have had a bad experience when dealing with the Starbuck in the C concourse. Last week Wednesday I go to get my Blackberry Lemonade Tea and I always ask for it sweetened, the person who took my order ( I do not have that receipt anymore) was not friendly and not personable. That rep then took my order and did not put the sweetened on my ticket which lead to the person doing my order to ask me if I wanted it sweetened after that was what I told the lady when I place my order. Then this week on 8/28/2019 I went to get a Latte with a shot of Carmel my order was taken by the manage Mackenedy who is very rude and not a friendly manager. The manager used (Shanece computer so that is the name on my receipt) However I know his name because I called and complained the week before about his attitude. I do not think it is okay for employees to talk about their customer spending money with them right in front of my face. When he sees me approach the store he always says something to the ladies taking orders so it makes me feel like he is being discriminatory towards me. On 8/28 he charged me for a Latte and shot of Espresso when I simply said shot of Carmel so my order was wrong and he did not want to give me a refund back to my card and offered me the 1.00 from the tip bin. I was so upset I declined because no I want more. I want Starbucks to take ownership for the employees you have hired who don't speak good English, talk about they customers, and are very rude with no personality just dry. I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and still no call back from a manager this is not acceptable. I have gone to social media using twitter and I will blast Starbuck daily until I get a response from someone who wants to address my issues. It is sad I have call 3 times and also reporting it online someone needs to take ownership and fix this. Hi my name is Samantha Warren and I am an employee at Hmshost of seven years. I love my job as Shift Supervisor of Starbucks! Right now I am lacking employees and at times am the only one running the store. I work hard and take my job seriously. There have been times where I have reached out to my managers (Graham Brown, Jordan Gillmore and Liz) for help and they have refused to help me every time. food quality
I spent $13.19 on a Cuban sandwich with fries and additional bowl of enchilada soup $7.99. Worst meal ever.. if 20 cold fries. Soup is as good as a can of soup thrown in the microwave with some stale chips. The worst $22.93 ever in my entire 1p days travel... despite airport food or not. The sandwich might as well been from a grade school cafeteria...

They offer items on the menu that they do not have product for. I changed my order. Then found out their fountain machine wasn't working. So we had to buy bottled beverages. Then they upcharged us for having to buy the bottled beverages that we didn't want in the first place. Although the associates were aware the machine was broke they were not notifying customers as they ordered. I happened to overhear another customer complaining as I was ordering. Very long lines with no noticeable supervisor or anyone assisting. Very poor resturant. We really should have picked another place this particular morning.
overcharge on ordered meal
As you will see from the photo provided, we were charged an extra $5 for our food. The subtotal on the ordered items should be $27.14 but rang up $32.13. I seriously doubt the state of NY charges a $5 surcharge for thruway convenience so what is this? I expect a timely response or I'll be contacting Roy Rogers headquarters, the better business bureau and warning my credit card company.
burger king whopper sandwich
The Whopper hamburger patty was the correct size but it obviously was not flame broiled and it was room temperature. The cheese appeared to have been placed on the patty along with the pickles, onions and tomatoes much earlier as these items had made a soggy indent in it. The bun was not a Whopper sized bun. It looked like the one for the smaller chicken sandwich. Worst sandwich I've ever had at any of your establishments.

I ordered the above at 10:33 am; my complaint is really the lack of healthy choices in terms of food items being offered for sale. It would have made such a difference to the taste of the meal if there was the option of adding vegetables to the pannini (perhaps some tomatoes with a little garnish), esp. for the price charged. I didn't want to have to purchase an entire salad along with the meal to make it healthy as it was already overpriced. The taste of the meal was 'ok' but not worth the sum paid. I had to borrow some veggies from my daughter's oriental dish from another vendor to lighten up my meal and for added flavour.
The server wasn't the most customer-friendly either (very matter of fact...take it or leave it).

I purchased two of the mugs 14 BT MICHIGAN marKed with the price of $12.95. They rang up for $14.90. I brought to Ashley's attention that it is marked $12.95, showed her the price tag clearly saying this. She looked me in the eyes and said "They are $14.90!"

lack of customer service
The evening of August 8th, 2019 (a little after 10), I went to starbucks, only to find nobody there. I waited for 3 minutes until I finally saw a man and a woman who worked across the plaza at Roy Rogers. I walked to the Roy's counter and heard loud music coming from the kitchen. Nobody was at the counter. I said, "Excuse me?" No answer. I repeated myself. No answer. I then yelled, "Hello?!" They were playing [censored] GRAB with each other! Finally the girl came out and asked, "What do you want?" Disgusting and rude!

2 regular sandwiches, a small drink, and 1 meal for almost $35! I could've gone to a decent restaurant for that price. I thought Burger King was supposed to be inexpensive fast food. Only one of the employees was helpful. The rest were lazy and surly. I feel completely ripped off. How about some coupons for something free to make up for the lousy prices and lousy services?

Food was good, but the person behind the counter 405108 Miranda has a bad attitude and lousy customer skills. When I ordered chicken pasta she only said "We are out of chicken" with no explanation or options. When asked if I needed a receipt she printed it and tossed the receipt on the counter and turned away. No thanks for your business or smile. Maybe this isn't her dream job, but she needs more training if she is going to succeed. Good product, but poor customer service.

My family on a relatively long trip stopped at the South Somerset Travel Plaza on the PA Turnpike a little after 2 pm on Sunday, August 4, 2019. I got in line to order from Burger King. The kiosk was not working - no paper, so I got in line. After standing in the line - where one person was taking orders - at 2:30 my order was taken. The young man behind the counter was easily distracted from his duties by things that were going on around him. There appeared to be three people working in the kitchen and one woman delivering orders. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it took another 25 minutes to get the sandwich (the rest of the family decided on the grab and go salads) As a result, our stop for a "quick lunch" which we planned for after the busy lunch hour was over an hour. All of the vendors had long lines, even the convenience store where I went to get a soft drink.

My son and I were flying from Houston to Milwaukee with a layover in Nashville TN. Plane was delayed, very frustrating when flying, so we went into the Gibson Restaurant to get something to eat and drink. It was around 9:15 pm, The airport wasn't busy, neither was the restaurant. There were definitely more employees in the Gibson restaurant than customers and the service was horrible. We had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, the waiter told us the kitchen was already shut down and we could not order any food, Only order drinks. After I mentioned the closing time was 10pm he went back to the kitchen and returned after a short time and said they would serve us food also. I think my main problem with this encounter was all the employees were at the kitchen door, talking amongst themselves, and paid no attention to the few customers there.
I was very disappointed with the service, the food, and the price, for what was offered to us air travelers that already have frustration with the airline delays anyway.
overall moral
I told the manager DERRICK: If you hired people to only buss tables they wouldn't take that job and for the pay. I simply don't understand what I'm suppose to do there. But I have paid my dues of bussing tables and that's all I am allowed to do. I don't like that. Your managers are not trained to be professional and it hurts to be put in an environment that's misleading. I have had blisters on my feet, never in my 36 yrs of living have I ever had that happen. The food they feed the clients are full of gnats, and the kitchen dishwasher barely cleans the dishes. Management told me to bring their badge and said nothing else to me.
