Homechoice Disappointing Experience with HomeChoice: Long Wait and Poor Customer Service

! I've been waiting for my order for almost a month now and still nothing. I don't know what's happening with HomeChoice but they need to get their act together. I've tried calling their customer service but no one seems to be able to help me. It's frustrating and disappointing. I regret signing up with them.

I was excited to try out HomeChoice because of their affordable prices and wide range of products. But now I'm just disappointed. I don't think I'll be using their services again. It's not worth the hassle and stress.

I hope they improve their services soon because I know a lot of people who have had similar experiences with HomeChoice. It's not just me. They need to work on their delivery times and customer service. It's unacceptable to keep customers waiting for so long without any updates or explanations.

Overall, I would not recommend HomeChoice to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for other options. There are plenty of other online stores that offer better services and products. Don't waste your time and money on HomeChoice.

Homechoice HomeChoice Review: Amazing Kitchenware and Easy Ordering Process

So, I was scrolling through the internet and came across HomeChoice's website (homechoice.co.za). Let me tell you, I was blown away by the amazing kitchen ware they have on offer. I mean, who wouldn't want to have a kitchen that looks like it's straight out of a magazine?

I couldn't resist the temptation and ended up ordering a dinner set that was on sale. I am so excited to receive my order and can't wait to show off my new dinnerware to my friends and family.

The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was a breeze. I also appreciated the fact that they have a wide range of products to choose from, including bedding, curtains, and even electronics.

Overall, I am very impressed with HomeChoice and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to spruce up their home. The only downside is that I wish they had more physical stores so I could see the products in person before making a purchase.

Homechoice HomeChoice Review: Good Quality Products, But Poor Customer Service and Delivery Process

So, I decided to give HomeChoice a try and ordered some bedding sets. The process was pretty easy, I got a call from them to confirm my order and I approved the debit order. However, things started to go downhill when I asked them to change the delivery address to my work address instead of my home address.

I mean, come on, how can they expect me to pay for something and not even send it to the right address? It's like they don't even care about their customers. I had to call them multiple times to get this sorted out and it was such a hassle.

But, I have to say, once the bedding sets finally arrived, they were pretty good quality. So, I guess it was worth the trouble in the end. But, I really hope HomeChoice can improve their customer service and delivery process in the future. It's just not acceptable to have such a simple request cause so much trouble.

Homechoice Disappointing Customer Service Experience with HomeChoice: No Response Since February 2021

I've been trying to get in touch with HomeChoice since February 2021, but it seems like nobody is there to help me out. I've already paid off my account and even sent a letter to the contact center to update my credit bureau information, but nothing seems to be happening. I've been calling every day just to speak to the manager, but I keep getting told that they'll call me back. The agents I've spoken to have been quite rude, and the overall customer service experience has been very poor.

It's really frustrating because I've been a loyal customer of HomeChoice for a while now, but it seems like they don't care about their customers at all. I just want my account to be updated and for someone to help me out, but it seems like that's too much to ask for. I hope that HomeChoice can improve their customer service in the future, because right now it's just not good enough.

Homechoice Fraudulent Account and No Action Taken: My Terrible Experience with Homechoice

So, I had a real bad experience with Homechoice. Someone used my details to open an account with them, and I only found out when I got a bill in the mail. I was so mad, I called them up and told them what happened. They said they would look into it and get back to me.

Well, they did get back to me, but it took them a whole month! And when they did, they said that it was definitely fraud and that they would close the account and notify the credit bureau. That was back in October of last year.

But here we are, 11 months later, and they still haven't done anything! I keep calling them and emailing them, but they just keep saying that they're working on it. I don't believe them anymore.

I've never even had any dealings with Homechoice before this, and now I'm stuck with this fraudulent account on my credit report. It's not fair, and it's not right. I wouldn't recommend Homechoice to anyone. They're a bunch of frauds, the whole company.

Homechoice Unreliable Account Closure Confirmation from HomeChoice: Frustrating Customer Experience

So, I paid off my account with HomeChoice and they told me it would take a day or two to get a letter confirming that my account was closed. But it's been more than two days and I still haven't gotten anything. I've talked to a bunch of different people and they all tell me different things about when I'll get my letter. And get this - I can't even talk to a supervisor or manager! How crazy is that? They promised me that a supervisor would call me back, but it's been 15 hours and I haven't heard anything. It's just really frustrating because I want to make sure everything is taken care of and I can't even get a straight answer.

Homechoice HomeChoice's Negligence with Personal Information: A Warning to Potential Customers

So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with HomeChoice. I mean, I don't even have an account with them, but somehow they keep sending me messages and calling me about some lady named Miss Letlala. I mean, what the heck? I don't know this lady, and I don't want her personal information. But do they listen when I tell them this? No way, Jose. They just keep on sending me her ID and all her details.

Now, I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but this is seriously messed up. I mean, think about it. What if I was some kind of criminal mastermind? I could easily use her ID for all sorts of illegal activities. But do HomeChoice care about that? Nope, they just keep on giving me her info. It's like they don't even care about their customers' safety.

So, if you're thinking about signing up with HomeChoice, I'd seriously think twice. I mean, if they can't even keep their customers' personal information safe, what else are they messing up? It's just not worth the risk, in my opinion.

Homechoice Disappointing Communication and Delivery Experience with HomeChoice

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with HomeChoice. Seems like they got some serious communication issues going on. I mean, they tell you one thing when you're making your purchase, but then when it comes time for delivery, it's a whole different story. And don't even get me started on the delivery process itself.

So, here's the deal. I ordered some appliances from HomeChoice, and when they showed up, they just left them in my yard. Like, what the heck? They got a dolly and everything, but they wouldn't use it because of "liability" or some nonsense. But what about my liability if I get hurt trying to move this stuff myself? And then, when the delivery guy came back a second time, he tried to argue with me about what he had said before. Like, dude, I know what you told me. Don't try to gaslight me.

And it's not just the appliances, either. I've ordered furniture from HomeChoice before, and they did the same thing. Just left it in my yard hours before it was supposed to be delivered. The only reason I got it inside was because someone else came back and brought it to my door.

Honestly, I should have learned my lesson the first time. But I thought maybe things had changed. Nope. Same old HomeChoice. They can keep their junk. I'll be going with someone else from now on.

Oh, and by the way, I don't have any pictures to prove what I'm saying. But that's because I told the delivery guy to take the stuff back. What am I supposed to do with a washer in my backyard?

Homechoice Terrible Experience with HomeChoice: Incorrect Order and Endless Delays

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with HomeChoice. I tried to warn others about them, but it seems like I wasn't the only one who had issues with them. I ordered something and paid for it, but when the package arrived, it wasn't what I ordered at all. I had to wait 14 days for the courier to come and collect it, and then I was told I had to wait another 14 days. And then, after that, they said it could take up to 30 days for me to get what I actually paid for.

I mean, come on, are they telling me that the courier is just riding around with my package for almost 2 months? It was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift, and now it's June and they're still saying it could take another 30 days. It seems like they don't even know where my package is at this point.

And it's not just me, either. I've seen other reviews where people have had similar issues. It's like they don't even check the packages before they send them out. And then they make you wait forever to fix their mistake. It's just ridiculous.

I really wouldn't recommend using HomeChoice. I'm still waiting to get my correct package, and who knows when that will actually happen. It's just not worth the hassle.

Homechoice A very poorly manufactured sleeper couch

Good Day

The above picture was from the first day we received the sleeper couch. All the other products we bought we are extremely happy with however I'm very disappointed and disgruntled as we do not even have the sleeper couch for a month but the pictures below will show the poor quality of the support (leg) provided.

And because it is a sleeper couch I would assume it would have had better supporting structures. The poor quality of the product is shown in the pictures below and what is even more shocking is that we dont even have it for a full month.

Please advise what is the way forward as I will soon be starting my payments on this product and I am very unhappy with the quality of this product.

Can this product be exchanged or can you collect it and give me another choice of sleeper couches that I can choose from.

Claimed loss: I have made payment I have called several times to add your call center agents is extremely rude and has no telephone etiquette .I would like them to collect the sleeper couch and credit my accountn

Desired outcome: Nobody even acknowledged receipt of my previous emails.You keep asking my details and if you look on other emails from me my details are on there.When will they be picking up the couch to credit my account.

Homechoice Hisense 223L Combi Fridge Freezer (H310BI))

My Grandma bought the Fridge around December 2021, at the show shop here in Bloemfontein and she was told to pay R381.51 for installments then in the middle of 2022 they kept sending messages that she is paying the amount she should be paying.

Sometimes they say she hasn't paid and she never missed a payment, she pays on time every month, we kept all the receipts.

Homechoice Bad service and delivery

I have placed a order end of August 2023 it was packed the 2nd September

I have still not received the order. I have emailed a team leader who intern has still not responded to me. I have call many times only to be told they cant assist. I need to wait on the courier who has my order to call me. Its now middle October and I am now been billed for something i havent received. Yet in the middle of the month they call me for my payment for month end, but cant advise me what is happening to my order I have never received. There is no other way of communication. I have tried to Google the CEO. Surely he needs to know how this business is been conducted. Very unhappy

Desired outcome: Is for them to conduct business in the correct manner. and to have sales agent that can assist. also a delivery service that actual delivers your items on time

Good day

I draft this letter to request a prescription letter from HOMECHOICE as the debt they sold to BRIDGE DEBT had already prescribed . HOMECHOICE is in contravention of what the NCR states about prescription,secondary debt that arouse from debt that has already prescribed should not be on any of my credit reports as i have not paid or acknowledged this debt in the last 3 consecutive years

Homechoice Account to be corrected

I paid my account 370 rand on the 3rd of August now I have no credit i ordered plates the plates came brocken I took it in and told the lady i don't want it and she said that she will credit it on my account... I told her to change my payment to the 10th of every month she did not do anything at all... I find this customer service so so bad i have been waiting for them to contact me for 3 days now... Nobody is taking no notice of me... Why must I pay twice in one month they just messed up my account... I want answer's those plates had to be credited... I'm not paying again the end of August i went into the store to pay... I told her to make the pay day for the 10th of every month but she did not take no notice of me

Dear HomeChoice Customer Service Team,

I am writing this to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the level of service I have received from HomeChoice. As a loyal customer who has made significant purchases in the past, my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling.

I have been bombarded with calls and messages from your company indicating that I qualify for a credit of R6780, which led me to make a purchase of blankets using credit. The application for the purchase was approved, and a delivery was scheduled. Unfortunately, I was not at home during the delivery attempt, so I took the initiative to call and arrange for a collection at a more convenient time, as I am not available during weekdays.

This is where my ordeal began. I have since made numerous calls seeking assistance, only to be greeted with inconsistent and contradictory information. It is evident that the individuals handling these calls lack proper training in customer service, as the explanations given were perplexing and, at times, nonsensical.

One representative informed me that my order had been cancelled due to affordability issues, which is perplexing since I have previously made purchases totalling R15000 without any problems. I was left puzzled as to why I would suddenly encounter such an issue when attempting to make a purchase using credit. However, I finally had a glimmer of hope when a helpful lady named Celeste explained the correct process, which involved returning the initial delivery, crediting the amount, and then placing a new order for collection. She guided me through this process over the phone, and I was informed that the new order was approved and finalized.

My relief was short-lived when I checked my order status this morning, only to discover that the new order had also been cancelled. Upon calling customer service once again, I was told by a representative named Siyasanga that the cancellation was due to my credit score. This is a blatant contradiction to the previous information I had received, and the lack of clarity provided by Siyasanga further compounds my frustration.

It is deeply disheartening to see such a drastic disparity in the treatment I have received when attempting to make a purchase using credit, especially after being consistently approached by HomeChoice to utilize this option. The level of service I have encountered is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling utterly disillusioned as a customer.

I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution. I demand transparency, accurate information, and a timely response. As a loyal customer, I believe I am entitled to better treatment and a higher standard of service.

I await your prompt and comprehensive response to this matter. My patience has worn thin, and I sincerely hope that HomeChoice takes the necessary steps to restore my faith in your company or I am going to expose you guys by taking this matter further and take to SOCIAL MEDIA and HELLO PETER.

During February 2023, My mother purchased a Xavier 15-piece Queen set for R2549.00. Regular payments has been made on this account but still your consultants is harassing by claiming that her account is in arrears. Please investigate and rectify otherwise I will ask the Goods Ombudsman to intervene. A lady phoned this morning with the number [protected] and [protected] and when I explained to her that I am the person who is paying the account, she was rude and not very helpful. It is every time the same lady that phones and when my mother asks for a person who speaks Afrikaans, they are not assisting her. It is strange that when your consultants contacts the customer to purchase then anyone can speak to them but when they are harassing the people suddenly the third party clause comes in effect. Please stop with this harassment your consultants is scamming the old people and I will therefore take this to the media if this does not stop.

Homechoice Order not delivered

I placed my order on the 20th of June 2023 order [protected] , such pathetic service it's now the 27 of July 2023 I haven't received any call or any sms to explain the delay of my order. Homechoice Mary 4-piece queen white 4-piece duvet inner set - order pfs [protected]

Please note that on the 19th of June 2023 I made an online order for the Mary 4-piece Queen White 4-piece Duvet Inner Set, which was delivered at my house on the 23rd of June 2023. On the 24th of June I realized that the Inner was short delivered and (I only received 2 sets instead of 4 sets as per the order). I immediately contacted the customer service which advised me to do an affidavit confirming that my order was short delivered. I then went and did the affidavit and emailed it to their [protected]@homechoice.c.za email address and when I didn’t receive any follow up from them, I contacted them and was told that they did not receive my email. I spent a lengthy time on the phone call re-emailing the affidavit to the agent (to which she still confirmed no receipt), After a couple of back and forth she advised that I go to the nearest branch and request them to email the affidavit on my behalf (I went to the Pretoria branch on the 8th of July 2023 and was assisted by Fezile who confirmed that she emailed it to their customer service which will be in contact with me. To this day no one has been in contact with me but instead I received a monthly statement which charged me full price even though I did not receive my order in full.

Please kindly arrange for the wrong order to be collected from my house and get my account to be credited as soon as it is possible as this is unfair practice.

Homechoice My order did not arrive and it's over 14 days now

I have been sending emails after emails to homechoice? I got a sms that it was packed on the 28th and is with the courier?... I got a email to say it left the warehouse already.. I'm tracking my order from the 28th of June it's the 11th of July and nobody and I mean nobody can give me a proper answer... This is the worst services

I'm not happy at all and today I received my account number and it must be paid on the 31st... I never had a problem with none of my orders from my other accounts delivery was on time and I am very happy with the way they work with customers... I want my order to be delivered asap please I email after email I want answer's please

I think homechoice has very very bad customer service.. I'm waiting on my order from the 28th of June and nobody has called me to say where it is.. My mailbox is full of all the emails that I have received the same thing over and over again..

I'm very very disappointed and nothing is getting done at all I'm very very upset as well because the courier company service is very very bad...

Homechoice My order had to be here already [protected] and [protected] customer service is very very bad

I placed a order on the 27th of last month the 28th I received a message to say that it was packed.. Nobody phoned me i received a email to say that it left the warehouse.. It's over 10 days now I received nothing.

I have had so much problems with homechoice customer service i cannot believe how i am getting treated... I have sent all my information over and over again.. I was told to go to the police station for a avidavid? How do you think i feel?.. I have been tracking my order over and over again nothing came to my door.. I have ordered online already and had no problems with a delivery..

I'm so upset and overwhelmed.. It's the worst experience i ever got from homechoice

Desired outcome: Nothing is being done? Did not get my goods... I'm very unhappy..Poor customer service

Homechoice Home Choice Accounts

Last year 3 March 2022 I paid up an account, which amount was due to Home Choice neglect. Regardless of me complaining and sending the proof of payment to everybody nothing gets done

I'm tired of attorneys calling me daily with me explaining my side only to have to phone put don in my ear. The proof of payment has been forwarded over and over to everybody involved but notinh gets done. Complaints department actually sent an email saying I must rate their service - for what, not helping or answering.

I don't owe a cent and will not pay a cent either

I will never ever buy anything from Home Choice ever again

Homechoice I'm am very very unhappy about this service

I have a pre agreement already with homechoice... My order number is [protected] and [protected].. I received a sms to say that my goods are packed and ready to go... I have a policy as well.. I am getting so much problems with the service I'm getting i think that homechoice customer service is the worst services i came across..

I was sent a sms to say it's packed? When i track it down it's not even on its way yet?. I gave all my information to them but I keep getting emails over and over again i feel like they treating me like a fraud and I'm so unhappy.. I want answer's and I want this sorted out i have a pre agreement already they opened up a flexi account for me.. I want my order I'm talking this further it's been going on for 3 to 4 days now I'm so disappointed

I have been waiting and waiting for my order for a couple of days now? I have a pre agreement a flexi account and my order [protected] was said that it's packed.. I'm getting emails after emails from this company that is misleading me.. I think the customer service is horrible and I am so upset that not one person phoned me.. My track number [protected] /[protected] I'm having trouble with... I really am so upset at this moment that I want to speak to a higher level manager. I received sms to say that my order is packed and ready to go but when I track it down they say packed.. I want my goods I'm not leaving this like it is..

Homechoice I would like to be assisted that Homechoice stick to the first offer that they gave me of R197.89 X 24 months.

On the 01 March 2023, I have ordered a set of pots at Homechoice at an amount of R3707.22. installment of R197.88 X 24 months. After I made 2 payments, they are saying my account is on arears because I should R258.97 instead of R197.88. I trouble to understand because I took the pots because I cab afford to pay the intially installments. The situation is stressing and affecting my credit scores. Homechoice is taking advantage of me and I have been a they are customer for years. I even went to the Homechoice store at Struben Street, here in Pretoria to lounge the query but I was not assisted. The manager is saying the account was changed due to interest rate and the explanation did not make sense to me.

I have attached to proof of statements and proof of payments.

I hope that you will able to entervene on this matter.

Homechoice They have been withholding my money for over a month

I bought items from homechoice in May. I never took delivery of the items, they were delivered to the wrong address and subsequently returned to the seller the same week. I requested a refund as it was a cash purchase. Since May, they have been giving me the run around and now they are just ignoring my emails and calls and I still do not have my money. It is theft and I have contacted my lawyers to issue a letter of demand as this is unacceptable.

Homechoice Dinette set and sectional

Sore No. 3052, I Purchased a Dinette set and sectional from Homechoice Furniture on 5/20/2023 with it arrived on 05/27/023 with the dinette set one of the chairs had a crack in the leg of the chair, I did not accept that chair contacting Dave a Homechoice location in Roseville MN stated that he would have another sent with the delivery of My sectional I purchased the same day as the dinette set they arrived on 06/03/2023 to deliver the sectional It was the same issue a crack in the led of the chair I did not accept the chair also the section had a major thread dysfunction that I didn't notice until the next day and the guy that drilled that legs on the sectional drilled the legs in a dysfunction manner not lining up with the corners of the sectional. I have yet to here from Dave in regards to when I with get the forth chair to the dinette set I also let Dave know that he did not have to build that chair that he can just bring it and I will have it built myself because of the last chair, I would like for these issues to be addressed and resolved with in 14 days of I will not fill the need to be responsible to pay for their mishaps.

Homechoice No payment received

I bought comforter set in December 2022 I received it in time it was buy and pay later I did pay it in February 2023 and kept paying until April 27 2023 but I keep on receiving the disturbing messages saying since I last paid in March I emailed HomeChoice the bank statement saying I paid and call them my last payment was in 27th April 2023 using the Capitec bank App into HomeChoice Absa account I'm still waiting for them to come back to me don't know what to do I won't pay double
