I made arragements to reduce my payments due to a pesonal reasons. I spoke to a agent . As i fell nehinde Made new arrangements and changed the debit order so o can start paying again . Since that happend i get called none stop again. I work shifts an cant take calls . What must i do speak to every agend twice a day a make the same arangements 24 /7 Please let them stop calling

Homechoice Defy toploader washing machine

I bought the washing machine on the 23-03-2020 my monthly payment was R387 for 16 months period. Every month I'm paying nothing less then R400 . Homechoice are phoning everyday saying I'm behind with my payments which I don't understand. According to homechoice I should be paying for 24 months period which is not what we agreed on even my statement that came with the washing machine state that my overall amount due is R7535.03. You know you wrong but I'm the one who have use my airtime over and over again about the samething. For the last time do the right thing . This is the statement that came with the washing machine, stop telling me about your system.

Homechoice Worst service ever

Its been 2 years ive had the worst service ever but this time it takes the cake, . So i begged my husband to do one more transaction with them, even though we know about our passed horrible experiences, we still did it and regret it.

I placed an order and their system glitched, it took my money r3000 but no order was taken, never received an order nr nothing. Now everyone i contact at the centre has got some excuse. No manager gets back to me. They are extremely rude.
Such nice product but what a horrible company and the worst staff ever

Homechoice Bedding

I place a order in May online, homechoice did not contact me when the deliver the product, i put on my work address, they said the deliver after 17hoo i am closing at 17h00 i never receive anything from them now i see a have a statement for staff i never sign and the contact number they have is not mine. i try to lock in only again in May to see if i can trace the order they system was offline, when i do get in they did now my email or cellphone number i even try to change my password still i cant go in, ask them to call they never call so i asume i did not qualify for they product, So please help i cant pay for something i never receive or sign for,

Desired outcome: Find the person who sign for the product because i never sign for anything

One of the sales consultants called me in February telling me I qualify for 2 blankets and get 1 free I made an application and and it was approved, my order was supposed to arrive month end of February and start paying in March and I didn't receive my parcel... Later in May I got a call again they tried to sell me blankets and I told them I don't want anything from u guys coz since Ive been waiting for my blankets even now... Little did I know on the 4th of June they dectued R537 from my account and also on my credit status Home choice is reflecting😕😕😕😕I saw hate this company and pls remove my name from my credit status I don't have anything from you guys and stop calling me telling me when will I pay my outstanding balance plsss

Homechoice Wrong order and false advertisements

Blankets delivered are all 1ply not what I ordered nor advertise on tv. Please be careful on how you attract customers and dont give false advertisements. I'm so disappointed as I'm your 1st time buyer and was really looking forward since I needed them in this season.im very disappointed. Imagine waiting for what u most needed and u recieve such disappointment. If I knew that I'll get these blankets I should have went to China town and get exactly the same blanket for only R340, I have the same blanket with a different colour. It's even heavier than this. Please serve your customers right as they are your rise or fall step.
I'm really really disappointed with your service as a big company as you are.

Homechoice Volcano headphones

Good Afternoon,

In November 2020, I purchased a pair of Volcano Headphones. After 2 months, it did not want to charge anymore, so I booked a complaint, and the helped me. The people were very kind, and helpful. Siphelele Mlungwana ([protected]@homechoice.co.za) contacted me and arranged with Homechoice's courier and they cam and collected the earphones.

Now I get 3 calls a day, and 3 sms'e a day stating that homechoice is going to sue me for outstanding amount. When I enquired as to where my earphones are, no one has a clue.

What must I do? im not gonna pay for a product that is missing.

Homechoice Plum roman textured ankle boots

Bought pair of boots from homechoice in October 2020, Plum Roman Textured Ankle Boots size 5.

When i received them i fitted one shoe and thought they are both fine, i only realize now that the other one is size 3. I never wear them since it was summer, i tried to wear them today 02 June 2021, only to find out that the other one is small.
I contacted homechoice telephonically and they said that i was supposed to check them and returned them within 14 days and as a result they Cannot help me.

Desired outcome: To be given the correct size

Homechoice Product not delivered and no refund received

Ordered winter bedding sheets, order number [protected]. Upon delivery, noticed that the double sheet winter set was not included: Fay Sheet Set, product code: 167663 (R 649).

I contacted Homechoice and completed the necessary form and emailed it to them in July 2020. Made follow ups and was told the process would take 90 days.

After 90 days, I called and emailed numerous times. Received contradicting updates from Consultants (case was resolved and requested refund to be paid into account towards cell phone I purchased from them and in another instance, been told case is not resolved). I continued to call and send emails, with no response from Homechoice. I tried calling their Frauds department as well (number provided by Consultant) and no one answers.
Please help because I don't know where to go for resolution?

Homechoice Bad service

I ordered bedding sets last year during lock down, and my order was never delivered, I called homechoice more than once complaining about about this issue since they are busy sending sms about me owing them and that I must pay even though I told them my order was never delivered till today, im concern about this cause they are messing up with my credit score, I can't pay for something I never received, for them them to say that they will now take a harsh measures while they are the once that on the wrong its unexceptable, I want this matter to be resolved cause it's as harassment to me for something that was never delivered and their carelessness.

Homechoice Fraud

Hi, I have a fraudulent account which was open under my name and homechoice has been harassing me about this account which I know nothing about Ref. number [protected]. They asked me to send my ID document and an affidavit from the police which I have done in December 2017 and again in March 2021 still nothing has been done.
Just by reading comments about this company (Homechoice), it seems like this opening of fraudulent accounts is a common theme. This is absolutely unacceptable c. Does this company even have ethics?!

Homechoice Sealy sapphire bed

I have purchased a bed at homechoice in 2019 I was told the bed has a 5 year guarantee on it... I had sent an email to homechoice on the 03/01/2021 regarding the bed being unbearable to sleep on as it is sinking in and the springs are now making a noise as well as the bed has changed colour for a r8000 bed which I purchased on higher purchase and paid interest on its really unfair I have not received an email from homechoice or a call back I've called them every week since January and no team leader had called me back and everytime u call them it's a different story they give me eventually I had put an ad up on hello Peter so an agent had called me back regarding my "microwave" that's how unprofessional they are I had to now explain them it's a bed which she said they would tell sealy products to make a priority sealy had called me 3 times and still sent the wrong size mattress to me when I called them they said they did not authorize to be given a new bed and is still working on it right up until today no one from either homechoice ot seally posture beds has gotten back to me and when I called them they said due to covid they cannot transfer my call to a te leader it's rather frustrating to be left in the dark like this especially if my account has been paid up In full...

Homechoice Rude consultants

Everyday there's a person calling asking, when are you going to pay next month, not that the account is in arrears. This is very annoying. I have 28 blocked calls of homechoice but they still have new numbers to call with.

up until today she still gets [censored]en harassed over overdue payment and this after we spoken to so many idiots representing Home Choice
From our home town, Mamre to Wynberg is more than 100km. Melanie went there especially to have this issue resolved as quick as possible.
Now, almost a year later she still receive sms' of demand. This after we have spoken to numerous of Home Choice's consultants

Homechoice Credit enquiry

One of your company representative did a credit inquiry on my profile without my consent. I would like to know who is it and why She/He did it and please remove my details on your database my contact number and my whole information please delete it. I'm getting calls every day from the call centre agent and it's annoying. I never bought anything in credit from your store it was always cash why are you scoring me for credit which I did not ask for who gave you a permission?

Homechoice Item ordered and no supervisors to answer why parcel is still not delivered

In Feb 2021 I ordered a XBox for my son.

After numerous calls to the call centre and it now being almost 22 days since (according to Kolo at the call centre) it was despatched for delivery from Cape Town to JHB, nothing has been delivered and no one can inform me of where the parcel is... Surely there is a tracking number on my parcel, Not rocket science...

No manager available to assist customers and Call Centre staff are believently not allowed to give you the customer there surnames.

Your excuses are now becoming irrational and I for one am tired of having to fight for something I ordered and I need to explain to my son who's gift this is that it has not yet arrived,

Catch a wake up and awaiting your urgent response in this matter.

Homechoice Goods which were not delivered

I ordered duvet set in January. I received an SMS to nofy that the goods were still in the ware how, after that I never received ant SMS for dispatched products. When I called home choice I was told that the items were received and signed for. Homechoice Account was settled, homechoice failed to update my itc

My ITC still indicates that I am in default with my Homechoice account, you also have no contacted DMC to remove the default of my Homechoice account that I requested numerous times for you to do. All my other creditors have updated my ITC accordingly except you. It has been 2 months since I have settled my account. This has a major affect on my ITC score. Please update my ITC and request that DMC remove your account from my ITC asap.

Homechoice No product received, stop debiting my bank account

Good day, every month without fail my bank account is being debited for an order which I placed last year during the month of May if not mistaken and I never received any of the items I needed... This is now having a bad effect on my credit profile, please advise what I have to do to get this cleared off from my name... I refuse to pay for something I'm not getting any benefit from, if I can track the consultant who assistant me with the order I would as she needs to be held liable and accountable for this fraudulent sale...the consultant was not even helpful on the call I had to ask her everything I wanted to know in terms of the monthly installment and terms of purchase...

Homechoice Service

My name is Ayanda Zondo ID no [protected]. I purchased a 3 bedroom sets with curtains last year (I think August) and made a 3 payment arrangement, you guys debited the 1st month and didn't the second month I called customer care to let you know that you didn't debit and the consultant told me about an error that occurred, apparently it was recorded that I didn't receive my order, I then told the consultant that I received my order and she assured me that you'll debit but didn't still. This year (February) I received a call from your consultant asking me when I will pay the money that I owed I explained what happened and made an arrangement for 26 February 2021, few days later I received a call from your lawyers telling me that my account has been handed over, even though I knew I didn't do anything wrong I compiled and made a payment arrangement but I also told them that I've made a payment arrangement with homechoice already and your lawyer assured me that they are the only ones who are going to debit not homechoice. To my surprise when I woke up this morning I found that you guys debited and your lawyers debited too. I'm not happy at all because I called earlier on and I've been getting run around I'm also thinking of involving my lawyers because this is not my fault to begin with, I'm paying for your mistakes & incompetence and I've been patient for too long now.
