Nuisance telemarketing
I'm sick and tired of the endless calls from homechoice. I'm at a point where I just want to close the account. I don't know if they think we are switchboard operators or what. We also have jobs and it's really getting in line with our jobs that we constantly have to be on our phones answering the same thing over and over. Just today my phone rang 3 times in a meeting and my boss even asked if I need to be excused, is it an emergency or what! It is really frustrating. You in the toilet, church, funeral, crossing oceans or being chased by dogs etc... home choice will call you. I feel harassed! Can y'all stop please!

Home choice has been harassing me - constantly - They calling me everyday asking me if I'm not interested in buying anything. They call me everyday, how possible can it be that yesterday I say no I'm not intending on buying anything but the following day they call again. Ive been asking them to stop calling me but they REFUSE to stop. I've been telling them that if I need anything I will go online and buy.

Hi, my husband received a package from homechoice, it was a comforter set and mink blanket in seeing that I always liked homechoice stuff he assumed I ordered it, so he opened it and got rid of the boxers that came with it, so I when I reached home that evening he discovered that I didn't order it either, so we had Never used it, so we called homechoice many times to tell them we didn't order this or anything from them. We tried returning it but the post office refused to take it because it doesn't have its original box. So the set has been lying in my house for quite some time. Only recently my husband learnt that his in debt for owing homechoice. I simply can not understand why must we pay for sumthing we didn't order and did want.

Nuisance phone calls
Homechoice has been obsessively calling me non-stop and I have never bought anything from them! I keep blocking their numbers but each time they call with a different number. They call during the day, at night and on weekends. I am sick and tired of being harassed.
Please stop calling me! I want nothing from Homechoice. This has certainly changed my mind about ever buying anything from them. I don't know where you got my number, please remove me from your database and stop calling me!
Bad service
I need to know how long does it take to send a reference number to return the products! How hard is it to send a customer a reference number? Do u have to wait until 14 dayss has passed so that you'll say I cannot return anymore whereas it's it's a company's fault to send me damaged goods?
There is an agegent who phoned me this morning trying to sell me something but I told him that I can't order anything until I've been sent a reference number, he then said said he will transfer my call to customer service department but after few seconds he hang up the phone

Delivery of the washing machine
My Id number is [protected] I ordered an18 kg washing machine two weeks back whereby I was promised to be delivered in Bloemfontein then I will collect it there, so I have made arrangements for transport to collect it as it was stated that the company cannot deliver it at my home address reasons known by them, making those arrangements from my home which is in Ladybrand to Bloemfontein I have found out that the machine has not being delivered to Bloemfontein until now, which call for concern so as now I cannot afford to make other arrangements for collection of the machine known by the company as when it will be in Bloemfontein I have decided to cancel the order or should it be delivered at my home address. Constant calling from homechoice
I am getting phone calls every single day of my life from Homechoice to sell something to me. I had an account with them and it was paid off more than a year ago and I'm am still being harassed by the company. I have blocked every single number that was calling me on their behalf. Now I am being called at work.
I have told them a million times to take me off their marketing list but that is not happening. I am sick of receiving phone calls from them!

Bought a laptop lenovo ideapad. August 2019. Have it almost two weeks now. Loaded up files. Used once. Switched off black screen. I am not very happy. Service and product charge but not delivered
i have been charged 2 pearlett duvet set, but i was given 1 pearlett duvet set and a 3/4 duvet set that i did not order, was not charged for but was given.there were 2 sku barcode on the 3/4 duvet set, the bottom one was the product and on top of it was the pearlett duver set sku barcode.
i had to return the oder, on the return form i indicated the error they have made. to my suprice no one called to make follow up after recieving the returned order but all they did is credited only 1 pearlett duvet set and i am now expected to pay for the other 1 pearlett duvet set that i never recieved.
i have been communicating with the rude and unprofessional customer care consultant day in and out with help. i was told to fill in a dispute form which i did. i send them pictures of what i recieved, ive indicated on the return sheet their error but still they expect me to pay...after all this im told to go to the police station to right an avidavit. that is not okay at all, making me run arround for the mistake and error homechoice made.
on my recent email dated 19/8/2019 i am dealing with MARK WAGENAAR (Customer Success Specialist) who just told me that because i dont want to provide affidavit they will continue billing my account and im expected to make payment for something i did not receive, regardless all the eveidence i have attached on the email.i have asked them to fix this issue several times now because i have an oustanding order for 3 comforters hanging, but after this i asked them to cancel everything and give me a settlement letter for the 1 set tara blanket i recieved, i want them to remove me from their data base and stop offering me anything.it is not worth it beeing a customer at homechoice.and im told il still be billed for something i did not recieve.
i am taking up this matter with my attorney, homechoice is used to bullying and abusing customers.

Foam mattresses
This is the [censored] that I have to look at every day I make my child's bed. I complained about these mattresses before, the small one was replaced with a bed base and not a mattress. My 8 year old child can't even sleep on this rubbish. I had to buy another bed for him. The double bed mattress is sinking and doesn't have a shape anymore. I cannot believe that i'm paying for this nonsense. I promise you if this problem is not resolved I will do whatewhatever it takes to expose homechoice. Delivery address change
I ordered the 3 seater couch protectors last week and I forgot my delivery address is wrong. I tried calling the courier company to change my address while I tried to change it on your system, but they said I had to go through the supplier. I called about 3-4 times to change my address. Each time I was told I need to send a utility bill with my address on it. I explained that the new address is my work address and I don't have access to those kinds of details. My payslip also doesn't show my address either. I sent my companies letter head to the contact e-mail and again I was told.

In the past I was always a loyal customer and always paid my account on time.
If no one can help me with my order then I will need to cancel it and close my account.

My mother is Lilian Nomathemba Nhele she orderd an LG system we did not receive the speakers we told her instead of solving the problem she kept on arguing with us that its impossible that the speaker are not there, as if we stole the speakers we ask her to talk to the manager to sort this out instead she kept arguing and we ask her to call us back she said no she can't cause they are busy on the line in everything that came out of her was dismissive and discriminative, she was not forthcoming, helping or welcoming, please homechoice come and fetch your stuff my mother is been your long time customer thats totally unacceptable

I have a Serious poblem with homechoice people have attitudes if they call they dont even have someone to talk your choice of language they also have this tendancy to cut calls without any reason homechoice is really unproffesional in this regard my mother have a problem with them she is a pensioner she can only speak afrikaans but theres always someone calling in english and when she reqeust for someone to speak afrikaans they cut the calls without any reason and if they call back tits the same trend she reqeusted for someone to solf a problem they said they will go and listen to recording they came back yo her and just said she must bring back product without explaining what they found in this recording they will hear from my laywer aswell as the onbudsman you as homechoice must accomidate all people wether is afrikaans zullu english you must have people to interact with customers with a language of thier choice

Good evening, I honestly don't understand how homechoice works, I've ordered last year August, the order come but it was not something that I ordered and the prices where not the same and I have returned the order with the driver, I don't have it in my house but I've been harassed by home choice, they calling me daily saying that I owe them, I see Dat they blacklisting me for something that I don't even know, and I keep telling them the same story every day, and is different people calling, I want to know if they are not keeping records of our communication, am on sick leave for heaven sake how will I recover if am not resting?
