HomeEssentialsDepot Review: Don't Waste Your Money - Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with HomeEssentialsDepot. I put in an order like 4 months ago and still ain't got my stuff. They took my money though, you can bet on that. I've tried to get in touch with them a bunch of times, but most of the time they don't even bother to get back to me. And when they do, they just keep saying that my shipment might take 4-8 weeks because of COVID-19. But come on, it's been MONTHS now!
I finally got fed up and decided to re-order the same thing from Wal-mart. And you know what? I got it in less than a week! So if you're thinking about ordering from HomeEssentialsDepot, I'd say don't bother. They're just gonna take your money and leave you hanging.
Disappointing Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot: No Communication or Updates on Purchase
I recently had an experience with HomeEssentialsDepot (homeessentialsdepot.com) and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order on August 23rd, 2020 and as of August 29th, 2020, I have not received any information about my purchase. I was sent one email at the time of purchase that stated I would receive a notification for the shipping date. However, I have yet to receive any email about the shipping of my product.
I decided to reach out to the company via email, but unfortunately, I have not received a response from them. I then attempted to call the number listed on their website for contact, which is ?***786?, but I was met with a message stating "The google subscriber you have called is not available, leave a message."
I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HomeEssentialsDepot. It is frustrating to have spent my hard-earned money on a product and not receive any updates or communication about it. I would advise others to keep their money and stay away from this company. It is disheartening to see that there are businesses out there that are willing to take advantage of people and steal their money.
In conclusion, I would not recommend HomeEssentialsDepot to anyone. It is important for companies to prioritize their customers and provide them with the necessary information and updates about their purchases. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my experience with this company.
Warning: HomeEssentialsDepot is a Scam - Don't Waste Your Money!
I ordered a pore cleanser from HomeEssentialsDepot over a month ago. They charged my card right away, but I still haven't received my order or any email with shipment tracking information. I've emailed them like three times asking for information, but still NO response. I even tried calling their number, but it's not even in service. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They clearly don't care about their customers and just want to scam people out of their hard-earned money during these extremely hard times. I will never do business with them again, and if I were you, I'd run before you get scammed for hundreds of dollars. It's really disappointing that companies like this exist, taking advantage of people who are just trying to buy something online. I hope others will read this review and avoid HomeEssentialsDepot at all costs. It's just not worth the risk.
Disappointing Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot: Incorrect Product and Poor Customer Service
I was in a real pickle when my instant hot water heater broke down. I searched high and low for a replacement, but the new model was too big for the space I had. That's when I stumbled upon HomeEssentialsDepot. They advertised the exact model I needed, even though it was out of production. I was willing to pay a higher price than Amazon because I thought they were charging more due to the rarity of the product.
However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find that they had sent me the replacement model instead. I was frustrated because I specifically needed the older model. I contacted HomeEssentialsDepot to authorize a return, but it took them way too long to respond. When they finally did, they refused to reimburse me for the cost of returning the incorrect unit they sent me. I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.
Overall, I would not recommend HomeEssentialsDepot. They did not deliver what they advertised, and their customer service was lacking. It was a frustrating experience, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same thing.
Disappointing Customer Service and Refusal to Replace Damaged Goods: My Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot
I recently had an experience with HomeEssentialsDepot and I have to say, it was not a positive one. I ordered a toilet with a washlet for $1165.00 and unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially considering the price of the item.
I immediately reached out to HomeEssentialsDepot to request a replacement, but unfortunately, I was met with terrible customer service. I called them multiple times, but I was only able to leave voicemails. I never received a call back or any kind of response.
After doing some research, I learned that HomeEssentialsDepot is a 3rd party seller from a big online website. I was advised that distributors like HomeEssentialsDepot are given product allowances by the big toilet company, which they can use to replace damaged goods. However, HomeEssentialsDepot completely ignored my claim and refused to replace the damaged toilet.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from HomeEssentialsDepot. My renovation project has been held back due to this issue and it has caused me a lot of stress and frustration.
Despite the poor experience with HomeEssentialsDepot, I have to say that the toilet company has been extremely helpful. They have agreed to contact HomeEssentialsDepot to remind them of the agreement to use allowances for damaged goods.
Overall, I would not recommend HomeEssentialsDepot based on my experience. The lack of customer service and refusal to replace damaged goods is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive item. I hope that my complaint will be escalated and resolved soon so that I can move forward with my renovation project.
HomeEssentialsDepot Review: Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money!
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with HomeEssentialsDepot. I mean, I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the option. I learned a hard lesson with this company - always do your research before ordering from them. They straight up took my money and never even sent me my item. Can you believe that?
I tried to contact them multiple times, but all they kept saying was "7-10 business days." After months of waiting, I finally asked for a refund. But guess what? They said no! They claimed that my item was already on its way and that they couldn't refund it. What a load of baloney.
And then, things got even weirder. They stopped responding to my messages altogether. And when I tried to contact them again, my messages were undeliverable. What the heck is going on here? So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted the shipping company they supposedly used. And guess what? They had no record of my item being shipped. Surprise, surprise.
But here's the kicker - all of my emails from HomeEssentialsDepot just disappeared. I didn't even erase them. That's when I knew something fishy was going on. So, I reported them to the BBB and I suggest that nobody ever orders from them. And if you've been a victim like me, report them too!
Home Essentials Depot Review: False Product Description and Expensive Return Policy
I recently made a purchase from Home Essentials Depot, or HED for short, for a lawn mower 2-pack wheel kit. I was happy to see that they offered free 30 day returns, which made me feel more secure about my purchase. However, when I received my shipment, I was disappointed to find that it only contained one wheel. I immediately called the shipping company, Marr Bros., but they informed me that the order was correct and that I needed to contact HED directly.
When I reached out to HED, they informed me that I needed to order two of the 2 Pack kits in order to receive two wheels. I was frustrated because the product was falsely described by the HED representatives. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that their return policy required me to pay for all shipping costs, as well as a 20% restocking fee. This means that I will likely have to pay around $20 or more just to return an item that I initially paid $33.81 for. I feel like I have been completely ripped off by HED.
To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach their customer service team. It seems like this whole situation is a scam, as HED makes it seem like you are purchasing a pair of wheels, but then makes it too expensive for you to return the product for a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with HED and would not recommend them to anyone looking to make a purchase.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot - Beware of Return Policy
I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with the customer service over at HomeEssentialsDepot. I ordered a sink right before Christmas for a customer's bathroom that was being renovated. Unfortunately, when we finally got around to opening the box after the holidays, we found that the sink was cracked in half. Bummer, right? So we immediately ordered another sink because we couldn't afford to wait for the return process. But when we tried to return the damaged sink, they told us we were past the deadline. Now, I know they say on the packing slip that you only have 48 hours to return an item, but come on! We didn't even open the box for a week!
At first, they approved my claim, but then they changed their minds and said we were past the deadline. And let me tell you, it was a real pain in the butt dealing with them for almost two weeks while they requested photos and order info. And in the end, they still wouldn't refund us for the damaged sink. So now I'm stuck with a broken sink that I paid full price for, and I have to pay to dispose of it too. What a terrible experience. I should have taken my business elsewhere. I'll never order from them again.
Terrible Customer Service and False Promises: My Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot
This company is not good at all. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, especially if it's on sale. I had a problem with my fridge last Sunday, so I decided to buy a new one from HomeEssentialsDepot. They promised me that it would be delivered in 5 days. However, 2 days later, the status of my order hadn't changed, so I contacted them. They told me that the fridge was out of stock. I was so confused. Why were they still selling it if it was out of stock? They told me that new stock was coming that day and that it would be dispatched the same day. So, I had to wait another 3-5 days for delivery.
Thursday came, and the status of my order still hadn't changed. I contacted them again, and they told me that the delivery day was today. I checked the status today, and it still hadn't changed at all. I contacted them again, and they told me that it was out of stock. I was so angry because the customer service was lying to me. They kept telling me that it was being dispatched when it wasn't even in stock. It was so disrespectful!
I asked them to cancel my order, and now I'm waiting to see how long it will take for them to refund me. I paid $578 for the fridge, and I'm so disappointed with their service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot on Amazon: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with HomeEssentialsDepot that left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated. I purchased a Baldwin Deadbolt lock from their website, and based on the limited description provided, I believed that the lock had keys on both sides. However, when the lock arrived, I quickly realized that this was not the case. The packing slip stated that this was a special order item and not returnable, which was not mentioned on the website. I contacted Amazon to try to resolve the issue, and while the seller eventually agreed to accept the return, they informed me that I would have to pay for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. This was not made clear to me when I made the purchase, and I felt that it was very unfair.
After several emails back and forth with both Amazon and the seller, I decided to return the lock and pay the shipping cost. However, a week later, I received an email from Amazon stating that the 20% restocking fee had been deducted from my refund, even though I had been given the impression that it would be waived. I was very upset by this, as it meant that I had essentially paid half the cost of the lock just to return it.
I tried to dispute this with Amazon, but they were not very helpful and simply told me that I could submit an A-to-Z Guarantee claim. I was shocked and appalled by their lack of support, as I had always trusted and relied on Amazon to stand behind their customers in case of any disputes with sellers. This experience has left me feeling very discouraged, and I am hesitant to make any future purchases from HomeEssentialsDepot or any other sellers on Amazon.
Overall, I would not recommend HomeEssentialsDepot to anyone looking to make a purchase on Amazon. Their website is not very clear or transparent about their return policies, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you do decide to make a purchase from them, be prepared to potentially pay a lot of money in return shipping and restocking fees, and don't expect much help from Amazon if you run into any issues.

Disappointing Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot: Beware of Purchasing Used Items
I recently had an experience with HomeEssentialsDepot that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I had purchased a used Samsung refrigerator motherboard from them, but unfortunately it didn't work properly when I received it. I decided to return it, but when I did, they claimed that it had been damaged during shipping and therefore could not be resold.
I was pretty skeptical of this claim, as they didn't provide any pictures or other evidence to support it. It seemed more likely to me that they simply didn't want to bother trying to resell the motherboard, since it was used and probably not in high demand.
Overall, I would say that my experience with HomeEssentialsDepot was not a positive one. I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing from them, and to be prepared for the possibility of receiving damaged or defective items.
HomeEssentialsDepot Review: Scam Alert - No Updates, No Replies, No Tracking Number
I recently made an order from HomeEssentialsDepot on June 22, 2020. It's been a few weeks now and I haven't received any updates on my order. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but I haven't received any replies. I also haven't received a tracking number for my order.
What's even more frustrating is that they took the money out of my account as soon as I made my selection. It's now July 9, 2020 and I'm starting to think that this company is a scam. I've read other reviews online that say the same thing.
It's really disappointing that there are companies out there that take advantage of people like this. I hope that HomeEssentialsDepot gets shut down soon so that they can't scam anyone else. It's important to do your research before making any purchases online. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Nightmare Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot: Poor Customer Service and Refund Policy
This company is not recommended at all. It was a complete nightmare dealing with them. I ordered a toilet from them, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused to do so, citing their 30-day policy. However, the manufacturer clearly stated that I had 360 days to be protected. Despite this, they still refused to refund me.
Their customer service was also terrible. When I called to try and sort out the issue, they hung up on me while I was still talking. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Overall, I would not recommend using HomeEssentialsDepot. Their policies are not customer-friendly, and their customer service is subpar. It's best to avoid them altogether and find a more reliable company to do business with.

Disappointing Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot: Product Out of Stock and No Communication
I ain't gonna lie, my experience with HomeEssentialsDepot was not the best. I was looking for a specific product and found it on their website. I placed my order and was excited to receive it soon. But, boy oh boy, was I wrong!
After a week of waiting, I checked my order status and it still said "not yet shipped." I was like, "What the heck?" So, I decided to reach out to them and ask what was going on. And guess what? They told me that the product was out of stock! Like, seriously? Why didn't they tell me that earlier?
I mean, I get it, things happen and products go out of stock. But, come on, at least let your customers know! I had to wait 8 days just to find out that they didn't have the product. And to top it off, my credit card was already charged!
Overall, my experience with HomeEssentialsDepot was not great. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable supplier, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Buyer Beware: HomeEssentialsDepot's Unfair Return Policy and Shipping Fees
I recently bought some filters for my furnace from HomeEssentialsDepot, but unfortunately, I received the wrong size. Instead of 16x20x1, I got 12x24x1. I was pretty disappointed, so I called and wrote to them to let them know what happened. I even sent them some pictures to show them the mistake. But guess what? They told me that I had to send the filters back if I wanted a refund, and they were going to charge me a 30% restocking fee! Can you believe that? I was so frustrated that I decided to go to the post office to send the filters back. But then they wanted to charge me $30 for shipping! I couldn't believe it. I felt like I was being scammed and ripped off. So, I want to warn you all to be careful about who you buy from. Don't make the same mistake I did.
HomeEssentialsDepot's Poor Customer Service and Delivery Issues for Blue Masks
I bought some blue masks from HomeEssentialsDepot and they said they delivered it, but I didn't get any proof of delivery like a photo or anything. I've been waiting for 6 weeks now and still no masks. I asked for a refund or a replacement, but they won't do either! It's really not cool to treat a customer like this, especially during a pandemic when we need these things to stay safe. I don't think I can trust this company anymore.
Disappointing Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot: Where's My Stuff?
So, I ordered something from HomeEssentialsDepot and it's been a hot minute since I placed my order. Like, eight weeks to be exact. I mean, I get it, times are tough and all, but come on now. They took my money real quick, but where's my stuff at?
I don't know about you, but it seems like they got people to take care of the payment part, but not the actual shipping part. Like, can someone put my item in a box and send it my way? That's all I'm asking for.
I've tried to get in touch with them, too. I've sent texts, emails, and even called them up. But no response, nada. It's like they don't even care about my order.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with HomeEssentialsDepot. I just want my stuff, you know?
Disappointing Experience with Home Essentials Depot: Chainsaw Sharpener Didn't Work and No Customer Service
So, I was looking for a chainsaw sharpener and I found HomeEssentialsDepot (homeessentialsdepot.com). I ordered it, but when I got it, I realized it wouldn't work with my chainsaw. I tried to email them about it (like, 5 times), but I never got a response. I couldn't find a phone number to call either, so I was stuck. A whole week went by and finally, I got an email from "support" saying that my item had already shipped. What a bummer. I wish I could have canceled it before it was too late.
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Home Essentials. They really let me down. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all. Trust me, you'll regret it. They don't seem to care about their customers and that's just not cool. Home Essentials, you truly suck.
HomeEssentialsDepot Review: Poor Customer Service and Misleading Product Information
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough time with HomeEssentialsDepot. I ordered a little water heater from them, but when I got it, it turned out that it needed way more power than their website said it did. So, of course, it wouldn't work with my wiring. I tried to get in touch with their customer service, but it was a real struggle. Finally, they said they'd take it back, but only if I paid for the shipping. I mean, come on! That's their policy, apparently, so I was stuck with it. It's no wonder they've only got one star from the BBB. Just be careful if you're thinking about ordering from them.
Terrible Customer Service and Defective Product: My Experience with HomeEssentialsDepot
I bought a front door handle/lock set from HomeEssentialsDepot and had to pay someone to install it. But when it was all set up, I saw that the product was tarnished and damaged. I reached out to the company to ask for a 10% to 20% refund on my purchase because I didn't want to pay to have it taken off and put back on again. But they didn't want to help me out, even though they knew what was going on. They just told me to take it off and send it back. Their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
