As usual HTC came through they supported me when I had a minor issue under warranty and they sent out Jack who was an outstanding service technician and did great work. Jack is one of those guys that supervisors want to keep ...he came out here found the problem within 10 minutes ...contacted the office and then did the repair work and job well done, problem fixed. Jack was on time polite and knowledgeable. Good job HTC!

I was impressed with the professionalism from the sales man, communication to give me up dates, to the installation and clean up of my bath tub. Changing from a garden tub to a standard tub gave me a lovely shelf as a spacer between the tub and the wall. The drain was rerouted to under the faucet. I was able to have the height of the shower that I wanted. The fixtures are great looking. The work crew, let me take pictures and answered my questions. Clean up was the best that I have ever had in professional home repairs.

New Vinyl Siding Installation. Office is very responsive and kept me informed at all times as to the status of my vinyl siding project. The crew arrived early and worked diligently throughout the day. At the end of each work day, all trash was cleaned up and the site was ready to start fresh the next day. The installation crew was EXCELLENT. They were friendly and very detail oriented and did a superb job in making sure everything was as perfect as possible. I won't hesitate to call Hometown for any future projects I might have.

HTC removed our old bathtub and installed a walk- in shower. The installation experts completed the work yesterday, and I was very pleased with the results. Also, the workers were neat, efficient, and competent. I think that this company puts an effort into maintaining excellent employees. The entire process with our contract with HTC was very well conducted, with continuing updates on parts orders and projected production dates along the way. The overall cost was higher than I expected when I had it estimated, but I feel that the service was worth it.

We called for an estimate to close in a carport we no longer used. Brandon came over looked at the job gave us the amount to do the job and told us he was out about three months. They called every two to three weeks with updates. We chose Vinal windows all the way around with a darker side facing the street. They started the job and was finished in three days. They also called about what we thought and came back several times to check out the job and see how we felt about the room. Let me say we have had more commits and expressions about the great job from all we know that has seen the nice room and the great difference it has made. I highly recommend Hometown Contractors. Super company, great customer service. We are very happy with the job. and would hire them again. You are awesome HTC in Pace Fl. Thank you.

Alfred & Deloise J We converted our outdated shower/tub combo for a walk-in shower. Ryan was the representative that provided all the different options for us to choose from. Once we made a selection, we did some negotiating on that original price. After confirming everything he stated, updates will be provided regarding the arrival of our materials. We were amazed they actually called each time some of our materials arrived! When the last piece arrived, we were contacted and an installation date was confirmed. Lane and Brad arrived on schedule and worked all day both days until the job was complete. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job of installing our New walk-in shower.! We were so pleased with Ryan, Lane, and Brad that we had our daughter type this review for us. Being in our 70's it was too much of a challenge for us to place the review ourselves. Thank you Hometown for following through on all your promises. It's been a rough time trying to find someone to update our 50 year old bathroom. My daughter is a fan of HGTV and she was even impressed with the work your company did! I hope you gentlemen that serviced me and my husband, give yourselves a HIGH FIVE for a job well done :)

Initially was just going to replace a large picture window with double hung window to get ventilation in great room. But after discussing with sales person, we decided to replace a picture window in the kitchen with a slider for added ventilation. Felt no pressure from sales, he just answered our questions and gave us a quote right then. We decided to replace both picture windows (American made) and it turned out perfectly. We are very pleased with the results! We were called every couple weeks with an expected delivery date and the installation was done on time and promptly. The installers were very courteous, covered our faucet and farm house sink with cloths to protect them from any damage. I was kept informed through out the install process, all my questions were answered. I was shown how to operate, remove all windows if needed. Clean up was very thorough. A manager came by several days later to check the install and provide me with my warranty paperwork. They scheduled the county inspection for the very next day. I have already recommended to my mother-in-law Home Town Contractors for her window replacements. I would highly recommend HTC to anyone with contracting needs, they are a fabulous company with great employees. Tony S.

Honest deal. Quality work. Well pleased. The installation was done well by excellent craftsmen with as nearly no fuss as possible. The walk-in shower works beautifully. The only absolutely minor correction needed took 2 minutes with a smooth faced pliers-the hose to the hand wand turned the water outside the stall when hanging. Rotating the hose corrected that never to return.

Their salesman, John Smith was very thorough and helpful. He was the main reason we decided to use Hometown Contractors. The owner Mark was helpful in giving us discounts plus to reduce the price of the windows and sliding doors to fit our budget. Mike Picou did an awesome job on installation and clean up. Overall, we were very happy with the job done and the finished product.

i had called this company months before this call, it impressed me that they would even care, mr ricky came out with a very good presentation, it was no hassle, smooth presentation, after he showed me the products i was excited and very nervous about the bottom line "the cost", i was very pleased with it and shook his hand, i like that they have their own contractors, not subs and are insured, now lets see how it turns out, it will increase the value of my home so its really a great investment

I signed a contract with this company back in October 21 for new windows. They told me it would take 14 to 16 weeks to be installed due to slow manufacturing issues. Fast forward to today more than 6 months still no windows cause they produce a good quality window to install. They had to reorder the window frames going on 3 times now and last two time they was damage. Meanwhile I been paying for this windows and nothing to show for it. Poor customer service slow response time and now won't respond to any of my emails.

Our experience with the HTC Pace has been stellar. We began by stopping by the office to look around the bath offerings on display. We were so fortunate to run into Randy K. on the way to the area and he graciously listened to and answered our questions in very discerning, cogent and most helpful ways. We were already eager to go our upcoming appointment with salesperson Craig S. ; now we were eager and excited! The appointment with Craig S. that followed later was everything we had hoped for. Craig S. was a top drawer salesperson in every way. He was tirelessly committed to helping us with our desire to add a shower to our bath area. Remarkably,he was quite gifted in his precise designing and clear articulation of the various aspects of the tasks necessary for our desires to become a reality. In the process, he listened to our comments and questions with courtesy, concentration and openness. His responses were always gracious and kind. This served as the verbal setting for making all issues and topics easily and eagerly grasped, no matter how intricate or complex. He was unequivocally the best that I've seen in his service to the customer in my six decades. My wife and I signed the contract for the shower addition and slept well and peacefully through the night. We are very, very grateful to you.
