So, I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I first ordered from Honeybum. I mean, who doesn't love cute clothes, am I right? And the first time I ordered, I got my stuff in just a week! That's pretty impressive, if you ask me.
But then, I made the mistake of ordering again. I placed my order on August 31st, and it's now September 13th. And you know what? I haven't heard a peep about my ONE ITEM that I ordered. Not a single movement on it. Nada.
So, I did what any reasonable person would do and emailed customer service. Six times, to be exact. And what did they do? They gave me a measly 10% coupon and a $5 gift card. Like, seriously? That's supposed to make up for the fact that I still don't have my package?
To make matters worse, the lady I talked to said my package would ship on September 11th. But guess what? It didn't. So, I emailed again. And again. And still no response. They haven't even offered me a refund or anything.
Look, I get it. The stuff on Honeybum is cute. But this is just ridiculous. If you're thinking about ordering from here, just be aware that you might not get your stuff for a loooong time.
