Hoover Wind Tunnel Vacuum Cleaner
My Hoover Wind Tunnel upright vacuum cleaner, in warranty, stopped working. Hoover doesn't seem to answer their customer service phones or call back. I found a service center an hour away and they determined that the vacuum should be replaced under warranty, but have to wait for Hoover to authorize the replacement. It's been weeks and the warranty center says that it might take two months for Hoover to say yes...if they even get back to the service center. I'm without my vacuum and need Hoover to authorize the replacement that the warranty service people said should be given.

cordless blade vac
I received a brand new hoover blade cordless vac in january - it was ordered in sept 22' - the brush won't roll from day 1 - i chatted with 2 different representatives (case # [protected] and case # [protected]) and was told to bring it to cattell's sew and vac in columbus nj for repair - i live in whiting nj - when i got there i was told they moved - I emailed Hoover last week with no response - I just want a vac that works and i feel i am jumping thru hoops - (that trip to columbus is 45 minutes from my home) my phone number is [protected] and my e-mail is [protected]@aol.com Thank you Laura Raimondo

Hoover high performance swivel plus vacuum
I am not sure if this vacuum is too strong or what the problem is but first of all, this vacuum pulled a lot of the carpet fibers out of our carpet making it thinner in some spots (I did not notice at the time I was vacuuming). Secondly, we have carpet edges that meet the hardwood floors and this vacuum pulled the carpet up off of the tacks and shredded the some of the carpet fibers on the edge. Lastly, the rollers do NOT turn off when stand this vacuum upright when it is still on or when you are using the hose attachment and the rollers ruined a spot on our stars where it basically ate the carpet. It ruined our carpet in three different areas. (I started on the main floor and stopped after the stair incident). We have about 2500 square feet of carpeting and cannot afford to replace carpeting at this time and now we have to live with ruined carpet because of this vacuum cleaner. I would give this vacuum a zero and would definitely NOT recommend!
(I tried to post all of the photos but the other four pictures are not coming up. All I get is a question mark so I'm not sure what the problem is.)
Desired outcome: I would either like a time machine so I can go back and not buy this vacuum or I would like our carpet to be fixed. I am sure both have the same probability of happening however.

I purchased the above listed 09/8/2022 it stopped working 3/13/2023 not yet 1yr old. I called customer service and live chat and left my phone number for a call back. No response from any of these. Very poor customer service and product. I live in EST zone and when I called at 9:30 am why is the message offices closed. I was also on hold for over minutes. Deplorable.

Hoover carpet cleaner
bought this from Home Depot a few months ago and the thing that held the wheel on broke. Been almost a week trying to get this fixed. Store will not take it back and cant get any help from Hoover themselves. On hold for 2 hrs - nothing. On Chat with Hoover - somehow Chat disappeared. Finding no help anywhere. Carpet cleaner was expensive and should not have broke so easily. Highly upset with Hoover, will never buy Hoover again and will tell others not to buy Hoover.

Hoover power DASH PET Carpet cleaner
I feel so robbed of my money buying this HOOVER POWER DASH PET CARPET CLEANING MACHINE!
Factory warranty covered first one after using it only once didn’t notice until I used it for the second time on an area rug and didn’t even get to clean it because of a machine malfunction
3 minutes into cleaning rug.
Hoover sent me another one and second time same damn thing happened!
I am recycling the parts that are recyclable and trashing the rest of it where it belongs!
IT IS TRASH AND PITCHING IT!

Washing machine
Yesterday 11/01/2023 the hoover service engineer visited my home due to the washing machine that I have had since 08/11/2022 vibrating violently.
The engineer turned up and as usual the machine was not that bad, however today while spinning it was back to normal vibrating like mad, see video attached.
The serial number of the washing machine is [protected] 2241 0150.
I purchased this washing machine as a direct hoover replacement, as I had no bother whatsoever with the last machine.
Both washing machines were purchased from Curry’s online.
Hope you can resolve this problem by replacing my machine

I ordered a brand new Hoover PowerDash Pet Advanced as part of the Black Friday deals this past November. The day that my new machine arrived, I excitedly opened the box to use it. Not only was the hose attachment not functioning, despite all of the troubleshooting suggestions from Hoover's website, but the front cover was broken so it fell off.
I contacted Hoover that day twice via email (one per issue as I discovered them), and no one ever responded. I tried calling them a few days later to no avail. I then used their online chat feature, where I was repeatedly cut off by agents and unable to explain that I wanted to exchange the broken machine for a new one until the sixth chat.
When I finally was able to actually have a conversation with someone, she told me that I had to go through a troubleshooting process first and send her images of the broken parts. Then, she ended that chat abruptly without any further information.
Three days later, I received an email saying that I had to cut the cord off this machine, send images as proof, and then they would send me a replacement. If no replacement was in stock, I would receive a "comparable" machine automatically, which is absurd.
I tried calling every customer service number on their website and that this representative had given me (they are apparently not available on weekends) during their regular hours on that Monday. I began calling at 2:10PM EST (they, according to this representative and the automated message on their phone lines, are open from 8AM-5PM EST). However, the automated message informed me that I was calling outside of their regular business hours (clearly not the case) and disconnected the call, so I was only left with using the chat feature, again, during which I was connected with the same representative as the first time and she confirmed that, yes, I do have to cut the cord on the broken machine but she also confirmed that they had the model I want in stock. We shall see if I actually ever get a working model. But this level of hoop-jumping that Hoover puts its customers through and subjects their customer service reps to is ridiculous.
They are not a reliable company at all.
Desired outcome: A working machine that I do not have to jump through hoops to get.
Hoover Power Scrub Elite Warranty Return
I purchased a power scrub elite from Home Depot with the extended warranty they offer upon purchase. My purchased item broke within 90 days (in multiple spots, handle broke, brushes seized up, sprayer stopped working. Reached out to Hoover at Hoover support. Received an initial response for model name manufacturers number, date of purchase and proof of receipt. All were provided within hours of receiving email. To date I've received zero responses from Hoover with multiple emails sent asking about the status of my enquiry. Find myself very frustrated that they won't honor the manufactures warranty and that the extra warranty I purchased from home Depot is basically useless until after 1 year.
Desired outcome: A simple response to my email enquiry.
Incorrect order
I order a exhaust filter for my vacuum at Hoover.com. My order arrived by mail October 11th. 2022. They sent me a vacuum tool instead. When I tried to contact them through their customer support it only gives you a email format to contact them. I sent several emails to them. Pictures of my original order pictures of what I received and nothing. It’s been a week and not a single email has been responded too.
Desired outcome: I would like what I ordered. A exhaust filter for my vacuum for them to fix what they messed up.

I purchased the hoover one pwr cordless in december of 2020. The broom head is completely locked up, so locked up apparently the bearing has melted preventing the broom head removal. Talked to customer service and pretty much told me kiss off! said i would receive an email on monday, just as i thought, crickets from hoover

Hoover Ranger no parts available
I purchased a Hoover Ranger 9/5/2020 through Godfreys and sent it in for a service/repair 3 weeks ago as the mention wasn't moving and showing an error message. This is the second time this error message has come up due to a fault in the vacuum. I have just been told that the machine cannot be repaired, which I was willing to pay for as its only just a year out of warranty, and I am told that they cannot do it as this part "does not exist anymore and is discontinued". How can it be that an item of yours that is STILL for sale to customers does not have this part available. This is a vacuum that I paid $600 for only two years ago which now has no parts available? Why did I pay $600 for a vacuum that would need to be thrown in the bin merely two years after it was purchased because of a faulty item in the vacuum that was no fault of my own? Is this a ploy hoover does so customers have to purchase a new item after two years? This is not acceptable and I would like to know what hoover plans to do so that I have no wasted $600 into your brand for practically no reason?

Hoover FloorMate 40160 bought from Amazon on June 23, 2021
used it before the holidays, cleaned & emptied both water tanks and re-wrapped the cord before putting it in the closet until next use - went to use it last week (Wednesday, March 30, 2022) I plugged it in and when I pushed the power button to the on position - NOTHING! Changed outlets and still nothing, tried to called customer service on that evening and couldn't connect via the chat option on the website.
Finally, on the following Sunday around noon I was able to connect with the CS dept. via the Chat option, explained the above to the CS Rep and at the end of all the Q&A I was told that since I didn't use ONLY HOOVER cleaning solution and water my warranty was voided - (I was using a non-toxic, plant-based, surface safe all purpose cleaner from the Method line that I bought at Target!) but she stuck to her answer that I voided my warranty when I used a different cleaning solution.
I posed the following question to the CS rep -
"What happens if I use the machine to pick up milk or a spilt cup of non-hoover cleaner?" An image of this exact act is part of their advertisement of this machine, the older models as well as the newer ones.
The Response from the CS Rep - "Model FH40160 is intended to use Hoover cleaning products ony. Using the machine to pick up a bottle of non-Hoover brand solution can cause harm to the unit and would void warranty."
So even though it is advertised as being able to clean up spills if you do that with it you void your warranty and they do not have to cover any issues if they arise - even if it is still under the SUPPOSED warranty . . . .
Desired outcome: Would like to have my machine replaced or my money refunded.

1. the instructions and warranty claim any liquid can be picked up by the vacuum [no restrictions listed)?
2. the vacuum in the warranty and instructions do not mention anywhere that you must use these specific cleaners with the vacuum?
3. did you do anything different from the past uses the time you couldn't turn it on?
4. did you maybe not connect something properly?
FYI i don't work for them just getting the facts so i can give you the best info that i can to what might be good advice on what to do.
Hoover Floormate ordered 11/30/21 never shipped. Unethical behavior
I ordered a Hoover Floormate from the Hoover site on 11/30/21. The order never shipped. I called Hoover several times and was told it was back ordered, then was told the warehouse had it and I would receive it in 10 days. It still has not shipped. I was told by a Hoover representative today that there was nothing else they could do to get this shipped to me, that she could recommend a good floor mop. I told her I can buy my own floor mop and to just give my money back. I am now told my order had been canceled by it will take 10 to 12 days for my money to be refunded. I have to buy a floor mop now. This has been a very bad experience. My name is Debra Saunders my order number is 284854. I had ordered a bundle that was supposed to be cleaning liquid and the floormate. I received the cleaning liquid in 3 days. I had to call Hoover then to see what was going on, there was no contact explaining why I was only being shipped floor cleaner. I was told then it was on back order and would ship soon. When I contacted Hoover again I was told the warehouse had it in and I would receive it in 10 days. That time passed and still no floormate. I called back and was told the same thing...wait 10 days. Now it is wait 10 days and we will refund your money. I have to go out and buy a new mop now. What a bad experience this has been.
I would not recommend Hoover to anyone.

I bought this vacuum either decemeber or january in target. I used it once a week for 8 months after that is stopped picking up dirt. It would run for about 5-6 minutes then shut down for half an hour before I could start it again. The box said 3 year warranty so I tried to return it to be told the warranty has to be purchased. I called your help number to be told to bring it to anauthorized repair shop. I paid $99.00 and I was a total waste of my money. I am very disappointed in your product and will never ever buy another hoover again. I spent this entire evening going thru websites to file a complaint. When I began to investigate this vacumm it said the vacuum usually lasts 8about 8 years I got exactly 8 months use. So today I bought a eureka tried it out and it seems to be in good working condition. I purchased it at costco on sale for $79.99 if it should malfunction I know costco will stand behind the product. So please know you have lost a forvever customer.
