If it were possible to leave a zero star review, I would. Hotelbeds.com is, quite simply, a scam. The actual website (hotelbeds.com) is completely unrelated to BOOKING a hotel room; it seems to be a website for software and other such products used by hotels and corporations. Finding a phone number requires a person to go to a different website, getaroom.com (I finally came across that number after googling the information I found on the hotelbeds transaction on my credit card). Calling that number from getaroom.com does lead you back to the hotelbeds company, but I had to call five times before I was able to speak to an actual customer service representative. The first time, the number offered no options, simply rang and then cut off and the next two times, I simply was prompted to leave a message. When I finally reached someone, she hung up on me when promising me to transfer me to the cancellation department. After I called back, I spoke to someone else, and she transferred me to the cancellation department. He promised to refund my payment in 3-5 business days, so as of right now, I am awaiting the refund. Even it is does go through, the hoops I had to jump through are absurd. Any company that doesn't have a reliable way to speak to customer service is incredibly suspect (noticeably, the number listed on the Complaintsboard.com's website for hotelbeds is never a number I came across). No one should do any kind of business with hotelbeds. If I had a way to shout that from the rooftops, I would.

HotelBeds USA Online hotel booking - scam / illegal pricing

I was traveling in Northern Minnesota and needed a hotel room. I called a number and was told there were no hotel rooms available in Hibbing MN. The company (HotelBeds) recommended the Country Inn and Suites hotel in Grand Rapids. They quoted me a price of $140. I said yes and confirmed the reservation. They told me it was the AARP rate. I checked in at the Country Inn, only to find that THEIR published rate was $86.00.

HotelBeds NEVER told me they were adding a $60 fee. They LIED about providing an AARP rate. They charged me $60.

I am contesting this through my credit card company. They are NOT registered to sell in the state of MN

Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 5950 Hazeltine National Drive, Suite # 405, Orlando, FL 32822 USA, under Tax number US592952685.

Hotelbeds USA, Inc. is a registered seller of travel in the following states: California (Reg # [protected]), Florida (Reg # ST13915), Hawaii (Reg # 42122 F1), and Washington (Reg # [protected]).

Claimed loss: $60.00

Desired outcome: Refund me the entire amount - and I will personally pay Country Inn, or pay a refund.

HotelBeds USA Booking issue, need refund

I booked a trip, hotelbeds was the one who collected my payment and booked the hotel room. I booked this over a month in advance. The hotel stay was booked from 10/4/2024 until 10/8/2024. My card was charged the full amount for the room. I will attach the confirmation. When I arrived to the hotel, La Quinta Mission View Inn and Suites San Diego, they informed me that a room had been reserved however I could not check into my room because the payment was declined from hotelbeds. I was charged but hotelbeds did not pay the hotel. The hotel would not let me stay in the room. I had to find another hotel to stay at and the closest hotel available cost me more than this hotel did. I have not received any refund for what hotelbeds charged me and I was not able to stay there.

Claimed loss: $780.07

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the La Quinta hotel room, the full amount of $586.49, I would also like to be credited for the extra money I had to spend on another hotel room. The total of the other room was $780.07. Which was $194 more.

HotelBeds USA I'm complaining because i did a reservation through hotelbeds website on april 17

I pay online reservation for my friend and when she arrived at hotel RAMADA, they cancelled the reservation because i supposedly should have done with American Express card or visa if was online. So, my friend paid in cash and logically Hotel beds should have reimbursed that money, but it hasn't even been like that.

HotelBeds USA Client/ Customer Service

Deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have encountered while attempting to resolve an issue related to a booking made through the Hotelbeds.com platform.

After reaching out to the customer service hotline multiple times and being redirected to multiple different email addresses for further assistance. It seems like the customer service department as a whole is completely unable to provide the necessary support and instead continually referred me to someone else. To make matters worse none of the email addresses I have contacted will respond.

My attempts to connect with individuals possessing the authority to address my concerns have proven challenging, as the designated contact persons do not seem to have accessible phone lines. This has led to a considerable degree of frustration on my part.

Claimed loss: Needing payment for a recent reservation book though the company's website

Desired outcome: Would like to receive payment for the reservation in question and would like to have my property removed from their website.

HotelBeds USA Travel Pass Group

I accidently booked through a 3rd party which goes by Travel Pass Group, reservationdesk.com and reservatioincounter.com. I was searching hotels in Santa Barbara on May 17th and ended up booking through the Travel Pass Group, thinking I was booking with the hotel. Because of using a "3rd" party, the hotels couldn't provide me with a detailed invoice of the purchases. The Travel Pass group known as Reservation Desk refuses to provide me with a detailed account of the charges for 3 weeks of hotel charges, stating they don't have access. This was booked for a job, so the reimbursement for the trip is now at risk. PAY ATTENTION TO WHO YOU ARE BOOKING WITH. The Travel Pass Group and Reservation Desk scammed me into booking with them. If they were a legitimate group, they wouldn't have to stoop to stealing bookings. I want detailed invoices of charges from OTA-EXPEDIA NET for reservation ID 104713 on 17 May 2023 and two other reservations without confirmation numbers.

Desired outcome: Detailed invoice of charges from OTA-EXPEDIA NET for reservation ID 104713 on 17 May 2023 and two other reservations without confirmation numbers.

HotelBeds USA HotelBeds runs a SCAM on unsuspecting travelers

HotelBeds runs a SCAM on unsuspecting travelers. Wed Feb 3 8:30pm, I searched Google for the phone number of The Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain, called the hotel and booked for 1 night on Sat Feb 5. I received and email with confirmation # and the words "FREE CANCELLATION" in bright orange color. Nowhere on the email does it say HotelBeds, so I'm thinking email came from Hilton hotel because it says, "GUEST RESERVATIONS-CONFIRMED". Saturday morning, Feb 5, New Hampshire/Vermont had a 12+ inch snowstorm so I called the #800 at the top of the same email and cancelled our room. The #800 went right to the Hilton Hotel desk and she said they did cancel the room, BUT apparently HotelBeds still charged us for $214 because we didn't call THEIR company to cancel! How would I even know that?! I didn't even know it was a 3rd party booking. I called them for a refund a week later when we got our credit card bill (different #800 buried in a separate link off the email). Support person said, "you agreed to the term and condition, you should have called us. It's after 48 hours and can't get a refund". I would have had to call before midnight the day I booked in order to get a refund (3 1/2 hours after I booked). These scumbags are literally stealing from people booking rooms! Buyer Beware! On September 30 we paid 341.88 to Reservationstays.com for a stay at *** in Orlando Florida for November 19 through the 22nd. We thought we made the reservation with the *** reservation line directly. Apparently we didn't. When we got to the hotel, we were shown our room, and immediately went back to the front desk to say that we needed pillows changed to polyester ones. My husband is highly allergic to feathers and that is all that was in the room. So we had to cancel. The front desk even told us that there was another hotel up the street that might have a room, and told us that they would cancel on their end and gave us a phone number to call and cancel. The number was***. And our booking number was***. We tried for hours to get through but to no avail. When we got home we put a dispute through *** Card. They said it would take 30 days. Meanwhile, because I could not reach anyone by phone, I sent emails to reservationstays.com about my situation, and I got an answer. Although the answer came from snaptravel.com. Then I called the *** and spoke to Blake who was there the night we came in. He remembered us and looked up everything and told us that they had not kept our money but returned it to a*** of Hotelbeds. We did not pay with a*** and we had never heard of Hotel beds. I called Hotel beds and spoke to Nick who was from Agoda? and said that Hotelbeds was there supplier. I also wrote to Wyndham hotels, who oversees ***, and happens to be the hotel we ended up at for $552.71. But we haven't heard back from. So I know where my money went, but why should they keep it? Can you help me get it back please?

Horrible! We booked a room through them. When we got to the hotel, *** Inn in Myerstown, it was absolutely disgusting! We stayed about 15 minutes. We told the front desk we were not staying. He told us we would receive a refund within a week. The only thing we got within a week is our credit card hacked. I contacted the hotel and their corp. office Choice hotels who said there is nothing they can do. They said that we booked through HotelBeds and they have to refund us. They said they got their refund, the hotel, but we still have gotten nothing. I would never book through them or use a Choice Hotel again. The hotel could have at least offered another room or a refund from them, Nothing! We tried to contact hotel beds and shocker no response. Very poor business practices but the hotel and Hotelbeds. Our itinerary number was*** under ***. Total Cost lost was $269. Booked online through third party. Contacted Choice Corp. Was told that they received a refund. They said that we had to go through Hotelbeds. Still nothing!

Hello, I've reached a dead end with trying to collect a refund for a cancelled hotel reservation I unknowingly booked through hotelbeds.com. I did not know I was making a reservation through this 3rd party. I also did not receive email confirmation when the reservation was made. I was worried so I directly called the hotel. They confirmed they received a reservation through hotelbeds and directly sent me a confirmation email from their system. That is what is attached with this referenced: Type of Rate: HOTELBEDS USA. I had to cancel my trip due to COVID concerns. It was also well over 24 hours prior to my reservation date. Upon calling the hotel to cancel, they told me I needed to cancel/get refunded by hotelbeds.com, so gave me a phone number to contact hotelbeds, but the number is disconnected/no longer in service. For reference the number is [protected]. However, the charge to my card shows payment sent to travelup.com. I went to their website and inquired about a refund. Upon submitting on their website, I was notified I would received a response via email, but have not received a response. The US phone number on their website is +[protected]. Upon calling, I get an immediate "user busy" beeping signal. There is no ring. As I previously mentioned, I am at a stand still dead end. I have not made any contact with a human in customer support/service who can help. I would like to be refunded the $789.66 I was charged for nothing in Dec. 2021.

HotelBeds USA I would like to change my reservations but all of the numbers are either out of service or no one answers

I would like to change my reservations but all of the numbers are either out of service or no one answers.I wasn't given a conf. # or email but charge In January I made flight and hotel reservations on *** airlines for a stay at the *** Hotel in Las Vegas. I didn't realize that *** pushes you over to a 3rd party company to make the hotel reservations, which was hotelbeds.com. When my convention was canceled at the *** due to Covid19, I wanted to cancel my reservations and I tried the phone number for hotelbeds.com that I had used before to confirm my reservations and at that time worked. No one is answering the phones, other numbers are out of service, and I have been trying for several months. I was able to find another reason to go to Vegas on those dates but I would like to make some changes to my reservations and not cancel. I still cannot get through to anyone. I want to note that Hotelbeds.com never gave me a confirmation number on the reservation nor did I receive an email from them with the confirmation. I have been in contact with the *** Hotel many times and they tell me that they cannot do anything with the reservation since it was booked with a 3rd party company. I have contacted *** Airlines may times and they tell me that they have absolutely no record of me making hotel reservations through them. This is a racket.

When trying to get a hotel room through AARP we got a room in Florida for two nights (729.60) through a third party- Hotelbeds.com. We were charged immediately. In trying to cancel this, we were given a phone number that does not work, You can't get hold of them on line or through their 'corporate' or customer service number. Help? Our next step?

HotelBeds USA Refund to my credit card has not been received

Refund to my credit card has not been received. I cancelled my reservation on June 24, and still no refund. My credit card was charged $245.26. on June 2 I made a hotel reservation through Hotelbeds.com online for a 2 night (June 27-29) stay at***& Suites by Wyndham at:760 Macadamia Drive, Carlsbad, California. I paid the full amount of $245.26 (Itinerary#:*** & Confirmation#:*** for the 2 night stay the day I made the reservation. Approximately two weeks later I tested positive for the COVID-19. So I cancelled my reservation online on June 24th, as instructed to do so on:reserve.hotels-rates.com/Res three days prior my check-In. Since then I have tried several times calling both Hotelsbeds and the hotel its self but magically my reservation has disappeared from their system. The hotel claims they never received payment for my reservation by Hotelbeds. And Hotelbeds.com claims the hotel should refund me the payment not them. And now they claim they don't have my reservation on file. Per Hotelsbeds.com they refund money within 48 hours after a cancellation. Yet, it is now over 70 days since I placed the cancellation and still no refund. I just want my REFUND! I have spoken with several people at the hotel and at Hotelbeds but I get the same story every time. By filing this claim I hope to get some satisfaction and my refund.

I made a reservation on May 20 for a two nights hotel stay in northern California, for the 24 & 25 September . The reservation was at the Wyndham Cloverdale, or so I thought, in reality, there are a bunch of 3rd, 4th parties that participate in this maze of companies. However, the one I ended up getting charged $332 for a two night stay was Hotelbeds.com. They asked me for my credit card specifically stating that the card would not be charged until I showed up at the hotel, instead I found out later that my card was charged right away, on May 21th. I have been trying to get a refund, but there's no way to get a hold of these criminals, and the complaints I read on your site are just about all the same: these people are scamsters, and they have cheated a lot of people, who haven't been able to get anything back. I will try to contact the FBI, since these guys do business throughout the USA. Please do whatever you can to let people know about these scamsters.

I booked a room at Holiday Inn Express in Ottawa,Ks, on 9/9. Thought I was booking directly through Holiday Inn, but found out on 10/6 when I arrived at the location, they informed me that the cc# they had on the reservation did not go through. I supplied them with my confirmation #RXXXXXXXXXX that stated the transaction HAD been charged. The clerk notified me that I had gone through a 3rd party, news to me, didn't know that.So my card had been charged $670.49 for a 4 day stay. The clerk at the motel told me ", Yes, you paid Hotelbeds, but they hadn't paid the motel. He showed me the reservation that he had on file, it listed a Mastercard #***, I don't own a Mastercard, I used a Visa card#***, he confirmed my information.I had to cancel the Hotelbeds reservation on site and re-book through the motel at that time. The motel charged my card for the room at check out time on 10/10 when I checked out.So I have been charged twice for the stay. I was informed by the motel when I get home I need to contact Hotelbeds to get my money back from them. I have been trying to contact Hotelbeds to resolve this issue but the only phone #'s I can locate through their website, nobody answers.

I booked a trip with eDreams.com in May for a trip to be taken July for a trip to Miami, to stay at the Cadillac Resort Hotel. We booked the Double King Room from their site along with the tickets. After booking I noticed we never received an email stating it was booked. So after calling the Hotel they told me they don't have a Double King Room, only a Double Queen which was true per their website. So after canceling my trip I was able after 3 months of back and forth with eDreams I finally received my refund for my plane ticket but now they are telling me I have to contact HotelBeds for my hotel refund which is a DEADEND. Please someone refer me to the right place so I can get my $400+ dollars back from this fraudulent company.

On November 24th my wife booked a two night stay at the Roy Inn and Suites in Sacarmento using Bnefithub/Hotelbeds for November 26 to 28 2021. On November 26th at approximately 9 PM, we arrived and checked in to the hotel. Upon arrival to the room, we scanned the key card and despite the green light saying the door was unlocked, we were unable to open the door. Upon returning to the office, the night clerk went up to the room and confirmed that the door was jammed. The night clerk stated that this was the last room and they had no other rooms available for the night so he proceeded to cancel our reservation for the night. When asked about the door issue he stated Maintenance worked on it during the day and it was a day shift issue. This cancellation caused issues of stress and disappointment as we were forced to search for a hotel in Sacramento on a busy holiday weekend. Unfortunately due to this issue we were forced to end our vacation a day earlier than plan. Upon returning back home, we contacted the Hotelbeds on November 29 and explained the situation. We were told that they would look into it. On December 17 we were notified by Hotelbeds that the Hotel turned down our refund. When contacting the hotel we were told it was an issue with Hotelbeds. When contacting Hotelbeds, we were told the Hotel declined the claim. All we would like is our money back due to the fact that we couldn't stay in the hotel.

I tried to book 3 hotel rooms from one night with Hotel Beds, their website showed 3 rooms available, after making the booking, the website awarded only one room because the hotel actually only had 1 room available. I needed 3 rooms or none. I didn't not receive the room count I asked for yet they awarded one room and billed me for it. They are non-responsive concerning my claim for a refund. I never used the hotel room, also, I called the hotel directly and canceled the room with them. The attachment has the reservation details.

I made reservations for a hotel room. Immediately after when I received the receipt via email I knew something fishy was up. So I call all the numbers on the receipt trying to confirm my booking and two numbers were put of service and the other said my hold time would be less than one minute which turned into many many minutes and no one ever answered. I just want a refund. I was trying to book a room for me and my husband for our 5 year anniversary.

HotelBeds USA Refund request for travel to Milan Italy that had to be canceled due to Covid 19

Refund request for travel to Milan Italy that had to be canceled due to Covid 19. I've emailed this business twice, using the Complaintsboard.com site because they do not publicly share their email or phone # for people to contact them. I've not received a response yet. I had a reservation April 26 through April 29 at the Milan Una Cusani Milano. Unfortunately, due to Covid 19, my trip had to be canceled. My travel agent has not been able to secure a refund for my hotel stay. She was advised that Hotel Beds will not refund me the $719.80 I paid. Italy was shut down. Even if I wanted to travel there, I couldn't. Yes, this was a non-refundable rate, but their website said they were given refunds for non-refundable rates if canceled after 3/17. I canceled 3/6, a little earlier. But no one knew how catastrophic Covid 19 would be. There is no reason to hold onto my money when I never used the room. Canceling was not my fault because of the global pandemic. I have every intention of rebooking this trip in the future when it's safe. But I would feel leery to use Hotel Beds in the future. I'm a regular traveler and will never use these services if they do not make this right. The booking number I was given is: Pinsight***. I wish someone would contact me or my travel agent with good news that I could receive a refund. Please help me by doing the right thing. Thank you.

HotelBeds USA Hello, I've reached a dead end with trying to collect a refund for a cancelled hotel reservation I unknowingly booked through hotelbeds.com

HotelBeds USA Booked a hotel room through this company

Booked a hotel room through this company. When Covid-19 issues arose, we had to cancel. Said they would "get back to us", and never have. No refund. We booked a room through Hotelbeds.com for The Cincinnatian Hotel (601 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH). Check In: 3/35, Check Out: 3/27. Order ID). With the Covid-19 issues, I called to cancel. They said they would process the order and get back to me. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, no refund was issued, and now the website says, "IMPORTANT NOTICE - ACTION REQUIRED Notice of Granting Temporary Relief of Stay of Proceedings Cancelon Ltd. *** (the "Company") of 7 ***, hereby announces that On March 26, it submitted to the Tel Aviv District Court an application for order to open proceedings regarding the Company. Such order is the Israeli equivalent of the U.S. law "Chapter 11". On March 26, the Court granted a temporary relief (one-sided stand), in accordance with Section 21(b) of the Israeli Insolvency and Economic Rehabilitation Law. The hearing will take place in the Tel Aviv Court, 1 Weizman street, Tel aviv, in the presence of the honorable judge *** on April 5 at 12:00 p.m (Israel time)." I spoke to the hotel directly. They said I would have to go through the 3rd party (hotelbeds.com), but that they did give the refund to hotelbeds.com for my reservation. Hotelbeds.com just did not give US the refund.

HotelBeds USA Payment to Reservationstays.com for Orlando Stay Canceled Due to Allergy Issues

On September 30, we paid 341.88 to Reservationstays.com for a stay in Orlando, Florida, from November 19 to 22. We mistakenly thought we booked directly with the hotel's reservation line. Upon arrival, we requested polyester pillows due to my husband's severe feather allergy. Unable to accommodate us, the hotel suggested another nearby hotel and provided a cancellation number. We struggled to contact Reservationstays.com and disputed the charge with our credit card company. Despite emails to Reservationstays.com and a response from snaptravel.com, the refund was processed to an unknown entity, Hotelbeds. After contacting Hotelbeds and speaking with Nick, who mentioned their association with Agoda, and reaching out to Wyndham hotels, which manages the hotel we eventually stayed at, we still haven't received our refund. We seek assistance in recovering our funds.

HotelBeds USA Made a reservation with Cancelon.com

Made a reservation with Cancelon.com. Due to Covid-19, we needed to cancel. Reservation was canceled by HotelBeds USA but we did not receive a refund. Merchant Name:Cancelon ([protected]@cancelon8552262359DE) Date of transaction: 02/26 Amount:$610.00 Reservations were made with: Holiday Inn Express Hotel Suites Austin Downtown 805 Neches Street, Austin TX We had made a non-refundable/non-cancelable reservation with cancelon.com on February 26. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we needed to cancel the reservation. We had spoken to Emma at Cancelon to facilitate the refund under these special circumstances. Emma sent an email on March 17th stating that they would do everything possible to obtain a refund for the reservation. We sent an email on March 25th to see if there was any updatedinformation, but we never heard back. Our attempts to call were fruitless. The website was shut down. On 07/06, I spoke to Holiday Inn Express Hotel Suites Austin Downtown (*** [protected]@gmail.com). They confirmed that our reservation had indeed been cancelled on 03/24 by HotelBeds USA. The cancellation number is ***. I have tried to contact HotelBeds. There is no contact information on their website. I did find this information on the complaintsboard.com's website: HotelBeds USA, Inc. 5422 Carrier Dr STE 201 Orlando FL [protected] http://www.hotelbeds.com [protected] I tried this number over and over, trying every menu option, but could not connect to a liveperson. I was either told no one is available and was sent back to the main menu or disconnected. I also tried: [protected] -- same results [protected] -- lots of crackling, or a busy signal [protected] -- not in service I spoke to the hotel again on 07/07 and they gave me this number for HotelBeds USA: [protected], but it seemed to go to the same place. I tried to email HotelBeds USA through the complaintsboard.com website, but received no response.

HotelBeds USA Booked a room at the Hilton in Springfield Illinois but should have been in Springfield Massachusetts

Booked a room at the Hilton in Springfield Illinois but should have been in Springfield Massachusetts. Requesting a refund for $137.95. Booked a room online on a site that I believed was the Hilton website because it was set up to mimic the look of Hilton's actual website. The reservation was made for February 22 for one night, confirmation #R1886349062. However, I was looking to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, MA and the reservation was made at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, IL. When I arrived at the Hilton in MA, they informed me of the error. They immediately contacted the Hilton in IL and explained the situation. The Hilton in IL said I would not be charged for the room. The reservation was made through hotelvalues.com, who partners with Hotel Beds Direct Connect. A rep at hotelvalues.com informed me that they pay Hotel Beds Direct Connect who in turn pay the hotel with a virtual Amex card. I have confirmed twice with reps from the Hilton in IL, that they did not charge Hotel Beds Direct Connect for this reservation. Despite this, numerous calls to hotelvalues.com have proved useless. They keep stating that the Hilton charged them for the reservation. Claimed to have spoken with "David" at the front desk. When I spoke with the Hilton, they stated that no one named David works at the hotel. My most recent conversation with hotelvalues.com was a repeat of my previous conversations. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that, since the rep was working from home she did not have access to a supervisor. She informed me that she would email Hotel Beds Direct Connect with the info that I had provided her because she was not able to contact them directly. I asked her to provide me with a contact number for Hotel Beds Direct Connect which she could not provide me. The bottom line is that Hotel Beds Direct Connect does not need to speak with the Hilton to confirm that they were not charged for this reservation. They should be able to confirm this by looking at their own records. Definitely being given the run around and would appreciate the refund of my $137.95.

HotelBeds USA I booked a hotel room for one nights stay

I booked a hotel room for one nights stay . I cancelled immediately once I realized it was third party. I was grossly overcharged and not refunded I booked a one day reservation at the double tree bloomfield hills, michigan under the impression that I was on an official *** website, Aug 20 . when I received no confirmation, I became alarmed. I contacted the hotel for confirmation. I was informed at that time that my reservation was made through a third party transaction. I requested that the hotel cancel my reservation immediately. They complied and informed me that they reached out to hotelbeds to confirm that the reservation was cancelled. When I received my next credit card statement, charges from hotelbeds were on my account. I called hotelbeds.com customer service number to dispute the charges. When I called hotelbeds to dispute the charge, I was derailed by insufficient customer service unprofessionals who could not communicate and who had no record of my reservation and could not supply me with any receipt for their charges. I was later informed by my credit card company that it was at the time of the reservation, apparently in very fine print that I had no written notice of as my credit card info and reservation was taken over the phone , that my card was charged twice as much as not only the advertised rate but the *** honors rate of which I am a member. Not only is hotelbeds.com , unreputable they ripped me off. I was charged $327.20 for supposedly a one night stay at a double tree hotel and an additional service fee of $12. 99 for my troubles. Hilton does not charge such high rates. Hotelbeds is a complete sham of a business they never even provided a service other than processing a payment for an amount I never agree to . Hotelbeds.com is a credit card processing company that processes over inflated charges for hotels that they broker with. hotelbeds.com does not offer discounted rated, they are opportunistic scavengers and seize on the opportunity to defraud unsuspecting buyers by mimicking and visually appearing like the reputable hotel sites that they are affiliated with. They are thieves, beware! There are plenty of reputable third party booking agencies this is just NOT one of them CCI*hotel reservation *** booking fee

HotelBeds USA We booked a package vacation through Suncountryvacations.com who uses Hotel Beds as a vendor

We booked a package vacation through Suncountryvacations.com who uses Hotel Beds as a vendor. We had to cancel our vacation due to covid. My husband and I booked our honeymoon to New York through suncountryvacations.com. I usually use a travel agent, but since I was using rewards points, I needed to do the booking myself. I started contacting Sun Country in April about canceling or re-booking my scheduled vacation because of the pandemic. It took 4 phone calls to Sun Country to finally find out I actually booked through Hotel Beds based out of Florida. I had absolutely no idea that Sun Country used outside vendors for booking hotels, otherwise I would have booked that part of my trip separately. Hotel Beds has horrible horrible reviews and I never would have used their service to begin with! Past customers (94% of them) rate Hotel Beds a 1 star...yes 94% thought they were scammers. Hotel Beds also has several complaints on the Complaintsboard.com...stating the same thing, that they are a scam company, that they take your money without using their services, that they say they will issue a refund but don't, etc. I called Hotel Beds many times to only be put through a looping message and then eventually hung up on. I called our hotel directly twice and they could not help me because I did not book through them. I called Sun Country several more times (6 to be exact) asking for assistance. I am still out 392 rewards points and $1017.14 (a total of $1408.78) because of Hotel Beds. Yes...$1408.78 for a hotel room that we spent zero seconds at. I am sure that Hotel Beds is not out any money and made a huge profit on my booking. Hotel Beds is an awful awful company! I have spent several several hours trying to get some sort of credit or re-booking opportunity. Please please please help me get something back. Hotel beds will not take my phone calls and there is no where to email anyone. I think Hotel Beds owes my husband and me something. This was for our honeymoon. We did not want to cancel, but the New York Governor put Minnesota on the quarantine list. We would of had to stay in our hotel room all 5 of our days because the quarantine was for 14 days. We just want to re-book for next summer. This is sooooooooo unfair and disheartening! Please help us...Hotel Beds please do what is right! --
