Good day. I was at House n Home Greenacres on the 25th of March before noon. The service I received was very bad. I was standing in the DVD section being helped by a young sales person called A.K. I enquired about a Sony DVD player that showed the price on top of it. He confirmed that is the correct price. When I wanted to pay for the DVD player, the lady at the pay point told me a different price. She sent someone to go get the sales person. After about half n hour later she called him over the intercom system. Another 10-15 minutes passed before he showed up. After explaining the problem he said he had told me the incorrect price. I asked to see management where he then went to fetch someone. I waited another 10 to 15 minutes. Finally after waiting for assistance for almost an hour, the manager then told me "Sorry theres nothing he could do as the price on the shelf was incorrect". To me that is false advertising and wasting a customer's time. I honestly won't recommend anybody go to the greenacres branch. The staff and management needs training in customer services. I hope something gets done to rectify the situation.
