I write this with a sad heart. I bought a vacuum cleaner about 5months ago, returned it after a month as it was defective, waited a month on a reply after several attempts on my behalf, the product was repaired to my dissatisfaction had it for a week and when finally decided to use it the product was still in the same condition, what saddens me the most that there is up until today no follow up from staff no calls no emails and when we do go to the store in Greenacres there is no progress just lies, I to work with clients and my belief is not that they are always right but rather what I can do to help. I have bought many products from house and home and this is the first time that I have received such awful service I do not even have a answer to my wife's questions to this matter. The product was bought to serve a purpose and with each day that has not been met, I truly cannot belive that this is the service that house and home can be proud of, I now have to resort to this letter of complaint and hoping that the matter will be resolved as for me to go to the store for the 8th time and just hear the same lies over and over is depressing.
